Here is a pre-calculated announcement for this up coming sighting of the New Moon crescent which will end our Festival of Renewal (cHodesh) as remembered by the New Moon.
This month we will be keeping the 29th and 1st days of the month as days of no labor or work (See Amos 8:5).
This Coming New Moon ‘week end’ will complete our count to Pentecost and serve as the Appointed-Seasons (MUODIM) of the Feast of Weeks, making 7 Sabbaths starting this 7th day of this week (29th) and completed at the end of the New Moon as shown below.
Our Calendar celebrates the last Sabbath of the month until the day before the sighting predicted at evening, that is that the New Moon sighting ENDS our Sabbatic New Moon festival, making the next day a work day on the 2nd day of the Month. The Day before New Moon ends the 2nd Agricultural Month of ZIF and start the 3rd Heavenly and Agricultural 3rd Month on the first day before the moons sighting. (see calendar provided below)
For those newly ‘Renewing’ – Remember the New Moon always happens in conjunction with the 4th Sabbath ‘week-end’ of every Month, this both ends the 4th week and starts a New Month as Renewed by the New Moon.
As it can be easily seen on our fancy graphic calendars!
The small numbers on the right, beside the large gray lunar month day (on the second month), is the count for Pentecost AKA the Feast of Weeks. These numbers have been placed in to the calendar for any one following along in the series “How Do We Keep the Feasts?” as visual aid in the 1st and 2nd Month to be used during Sabbath Bible Study.
We hope this is a Blessing to the Israel of God, and please remember to Support RNCM by mail if you are blessed!
