Part 3

Analogy of Biblical Reality

Id’ like to start out by stating that many learned men of the past and present will disagree with this message, and I already know that. So for those who are living, and may hear this message, please know that I am willing to defend the points prior made and those which will be made if it were asked of me, and if the position contained hereafter were to be poised against the ‘orthodox traditional christianism’, a.k.a. Easter Sunday, I would all the more enjoy the opportunity to have a Scripture for Scripture debate of the issue!

Luk_23:33 And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left.

Luk 23:34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.

Luk 23:35 And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided him, saying, He saved others; let him save himself, if he be Christ, the chosen of God.

Luk 23:36 And the soldiers also mocked him, coming to him, and offering him vinegar,

Luk 23:37 And saying, If thou be the king of the Jews, save thyself.

Luk 23:38 And a superscription also was written over him in letters of Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew, THIS IS THE KING OF JUDAH…

Luk 23:44 And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour.

Luk 23:45 And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst.

Luk 23:46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.

Luk 23:47 Now when the centurion saw what was done, he glorified God, saying, Certainly this was a righteous man.

Luk 23:48 And all the people that came together to that sight, beholding the things which were done, smote their breasts, and returned.

Luk 23:49 And all his acquaintance, and the women that followed him from Galilee, stood afar off, beholding these things.

Luk 23:50 And, behold, there was a man named Joseph, a counsellor; and he was a good man, and a just:

Luk 23:51 (The same had not consented to the counsel and deed of them;) he was of Arimathaea, a city of the Jews: who also himself waited for the kingdom of God.

Luk 23:52 This man went unto Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus.

Luk 23:53 And he took it down, and wrapped it in linen, and laid it in a sepulchre that was hewn in stone, wherein never man before was laid.

Luk 23:54 And that day was the preparation, and the sabbath drew on.

Luk 23:55 And the women also, which came with him from Galilee, followed after, and beheld the sepulchre, and how his body was laid.

Luk 23:56 And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the sabbath day according to the commandment.

Here is the end of the Passover day on which our Lord was crucified, and his body lain in the garden tomb of Joseph of Arimathaea, a tomb that was not ever used and as such was not unclean by reason of a dead body, just food for thought.

Luk_24:1 Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them.

Luk 24:2 And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.

Luk 24:3 And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus.

And moving down in to the text we read in:

Luk 24:46 And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:

Luk 24:47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

Luk 24:48 And ye are witnesses of these things.

In typological way let us consider the type from which this day of Christ’s resurrection stands now as an antitype:

According to God’s Law the day of the wave sheaf as it is refered to in the Law:

Lev_23:10-11,Lev 23:10 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:

Lev 23:11 And he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.

By the month this always the 16th day, by sabbath based week this is the 1st day, the day after the Sabbath, and the prior points are the case of every month based upon the moon; yet in this case of course it is a special case, because it is the first month of the year, the Month of Abib, and that this specific sabbath after Passover is the first day of Unleavened bread, the 15th day of the month, and the day prior being the 14th day and thus Passover Day, the day of Christ’s Death and burrial.

In the continuation of this antitypical observation, the Resurrection of our Lord is impressed as an antitype of the wave sheaf of barley, As the apostle Paul has conveyed.

Now after this great Passover of Christ’s passion there are few direct citations concerning the feast, this has lead some and many in our day to neglect what we have theretofore have mentioned concerning the Paschal observation according to God’s Law.

Yet when the reference is made to the Paschal Lamb and the feast of unleavened Bread it is made to a Church which knew the festival intimately and observed it’s ordinances; for when the feast of unleavened bread is used as an analogy the analogy would only bear force upon those who understood it’s laws and ordinances.

In other words, as we have seen from this type and anti-typical relationship of the Passover’s envelopment, it’s very immersion in the blood of Christ for the ages to come, and now the power of His resurrection on the day of the wave sheaf, final application of Paul to this point in 1Co_15:20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept., by such a working knowledge and understanding of the Law these sacraments which are celebrated year by year, according to the Law of Faith have a practical application beyond it’s literal practice, which flows over into spiritually moral applications. But one who reads only according to the Word’s of James the brother of our Lord

Jas_1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

Jas 1:18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

Jas 1:19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:

Jas 1:20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.

Jas_1:21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.

Jas 1:22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

Jas 1:23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:

Jas 1:24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.

Jas 1:25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

Undoubtedly, some who hears use of this passage in reference to keeping the Paschal meal of communion according to the commandment will say “That is not speaking of keeping Passover at all, but of setting aside filthiness and the abundance of evil.”, yet I beg to the contrary of the happening of the application of the Law of the festivals by faith, and what affect it would have upon the Christian? It would be truly a God ordained analogy of the life of the disciple of Christ, that is the Christian, and I boldly say, the feasts of the LORD YHWH would be more effective than any man ordained festival could ever be by it’s very origin, that is from Scripture Alone!

Let us consider this exact teaching the Apostle Paul shows us, as

1Corinthians 5:7 is often the verse most Puffed Up to purport an apostolic prohibition of the Paschal Meal as revealed in Scripture.

This area is once again a subject of debate and confusion, yet it is not because of the lack of context, rather it is once again the over spiritulization of the Passover our Lord was crucified upon in preference to the Passover as taught by the Scriptures alone and observed by the Lord himself. Nevertheless, this out look and attitude is a very much needed part of the Christian Pascha, as it is intimately connected to the above verses of James, and this harmony of practical analogy used by Paul is of dire necessity in the House of God, his Church.

Let us expose the text and not ignore context. This discourse starts in the prior chapter when the words “puffed up” are used to discribe arogant men filled with spiritualizations of the way’s once held, of course “puffed up” Paul anologically takes to the next level of application.

Let’s consider:

1Co 5:1 It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father’s wife.

1Co 5:2 And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you.

1Co 5:3 For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed,

1Co 5:4 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,

1Co 5:5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

Now consider thus far, these people in the church of Corinth, have the fornication of incest being committed with in the church, and the church as a whole has not repented.

The anology:

1Co_5:6 Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?

1Co 5:7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:

1Co 5:8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

Now, unless the season of Passover was at hand at the time of this epistles writing, the analogy is that an analogy using the feast of unleavened bread and the strictness by which leaven must be removed so that the unleavened bread is truly unleavened and not sour dough (remember there was no store bought yeast packages in these days, all leavening was sour dough).

1Co 5:9 I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators:

1Co 5:10 Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world.

1Co 5:11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

So even if this epistle was penned at Passover season, in no way is Paul relaying or deriving doctrine, rather he is using an analogy the Corinthian Christians knew, which was taught by the Scriptures, such as Exo_12:1, and Exo_13:1, which they MUST HAVE observed to understand the analogy, of treating fornicators, covetous, idolaters, railers, drunkards, or extortioners as leavened bread after Christ the antitypical Passover Lamb has been slain. In other words, Paul’s lesson has no bearing at all on the keeping of the feast, rather the feast which the Corinthians know how to keep is instructing them, on how to deal with such puffed up persons…Cast them out, and especial do not Commune with them, till they repent if it is possible. Moreover, if we this lesson has any thing to teach those who keep Passover and unleavened bread according to the rule of Faith as found in the Bible, and enveloped in the passion of Christ, it is that when we keep this Sacrament we should do so with brethren who are not puffed up in this way, but who are of sincerity and truth.

An in the same light after much discourse Paul again makes yet an applicable analogy, Paul had dealt with along the way in reference back to the issues is you would read from Chapter 5 till this point, all are applicable in the life of a christian as it pertains to the Paschal meal, yet the analogy is in the statement of judgment of ones self and of the church as the body of Christ is to be purged from the prior sinful attributes mentioned in Chapter 5.

1Co_10:14 Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.

1Co 10:15 I speak as to wise men; judge ye what I say.

1Co 10:16 The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?

1Co 10:17 For we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread.

And upon such sentiments the apostle goes further to say:

1Co_11:20 When ye come together therefore into one place, this is not to eat the Lord’s supper.

1Co 11:21 For in eating every one taketh before other his own supper: and one is hungry, and another is drunken.

1Co 11:22 What? have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the church of God, and shame them that have not? What shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you not.

It is important to note that the ‘church of God’ is in reference as it always is, to the people of the Ecclesia, the congregation and not of a building with four walls. As folks often loose track of this fact here.

1Co_11:23 For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread:

1Co 11:24 And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.

1Co 11:25 After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.

1Co 11:26 For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come.

1Co 11:27 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.

1Co 11:28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.

1Co 11:29 For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.

1Co 11:30 For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.

1Co 11:31 For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.

1Co 11:32 But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.

1Co 11:33 Wherefore, my brethren, when ye come together to eat, tarry one for another.

The analogy for the Church as the body of Christ, represented in the bread of the Paschal meal, it if they are at the Lord’s Supper with the heart of Faith, yes on Passover, at the communion meal, but not in the literal form for if this were so the ‘eating in hast’ of Exodus 12 would seem unruly, yet all are to eat in haste together, helping one another and not being puffed up as we are to be unleavened in the Lord, as his body, yet not negligent of our good works and duties in the Lord as his body and as his bread.

The lesson Paul teaches these Corinthians which obviously kept the Passover very much as Exodus teaches, and how the disciples of our Lord continued to teach, or else these Corinthians would of had no knowledge of these biblical Law in relation to the Faith of Jesus Christ.

Rather Christians are the analogical bread of the body of Christ, just as Christ our Lord is the analogical Paschal Lamb, and as the Lamb is slain before the feast is began yet eaten on that following twilight at night with unleavened bread and bitter herbs, and with the cup of salvation and blessing, so is the church as a people to live out that analogy b the power of the Spirit which is only derived from a realistic and practical living of the feast it self.

This is the analogical message of the Paschal meal, as kept in the body and the blood of Christ by the Sacramental Elements which are prior directed in the Law of God, the elements which teach the analogical lesson rather than abrogate and rearrange the feast into an unidentifiable order and arrangement.

Sacrament of the Faith of Jesus Christ

One of the most central Sacraments of the Christian Faith is what is commonly referred to as the LORD’s Supper, the communion, and in the more Catholic tone ‘the Eucharist’ (which is in the Greek literally- ‘good-grace’). When we speak of a sacrament, as well, our Catholic alarm is raised (if you aren’t catholic that is), yet in reality we are speaking of that which is meant to be sacred and the Lord’s Supper is indeed a Sacred thing to be celebrated only by those who have taken upon themselves the Sacred oath of Christ in Baptism, the washing away of their sin and a life in Christ, taking up the Cross of the Messiah daily and following him. Rom_6:1-23)

In the way heretofore described not much seems to be different in the view of most who call them selves Christians, either: Catholic, Protestant, Reformed, Evangelical, Spirit filled, Jehovaah’s Witness and Mormon; all of those mentioned seem to hold, in some fashion this description of who should take ‘the Lord’s Supper’. It will come as a shock if I were in this message able to communicate the Truth as given by the Holy Spirit which comes not from the compiler of this message, but from the Inspired Scriptures which tells those who are Faithful to the New Covenant in the most literal sense, that is the New Covenant made on the very day the Pascha meal was to be eaten when our Lord Jesu the Christ declared the Bread eaten as His broken body, and the Wine drank at that last supper with his disciples as a reminder of His Blood shed as the very blood of the New Covenant.

For this is my blood of the New Covenant,

which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

Matew 26:28

If I were in this message able to communicate the Truth of this Sacrament as communicated by the Scripture with no traditional influence, the Lord’s Supper, the Communion, the Eucharist would be a seamless part of the Pascha or Passover Festival.

And in the next few messages it is my goal to convey the truth of the Scriptures, to dispel some of the errors which are held in the mind by Traditional Christianisms, as well it is my goal to show a harmonious Testament which is only seen as contradictory in the mind and emotions of those who hold a split understanding of the Eternal God and a division of His Godhead. I wish with all my heart to lead the Israel of God back to the ancient paths (Jer_18:15),upon the Way so few dare to trod with Moses through a wilderness to a promised land flowing with milk and honey. One may presumptuously assume, saying, ‘You wish to cause us to follow Moses and Not Jesus Christ!’, Yet to such a one I must persist that Christ is the Way (Joh_14:6 ), which we walk, and when we walk in His Way we will find the mile markers of the Law and the Prophets who before us walked on this same Way, this is how we know it is the Way, the Truth and the Life with leads to the Father, or when we look at the path we are on and it has little to no resemblance to the Word of God as seen in the Scriptures or a resemblance to the life lived by Jesus Christ we know that the path we are on is not the True Way.

Employing that phase, and more hopefully that concept, of ‘Sola Scriptora’ to it’s further reaching end: It is the very goal of this compilation of Scriptural evidence to terminate in the Realistic facts of What, Why, How The Lord’s Supper is to be observed, by Scripture Alone, Systematically, and Theologically. Defensible.

The Last Supper and it’s relation to the LORD’s Supper

So let us start here at the Last supper where that great and glorious proclamation is made and consider some of the text. Going back before the time of the actual meal being eaten where Christ reveals the analogical Bread and Wine, here is the setting:

Mat_26:17 Now before* the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the passover?

Luk_22:7 Then came the day of unleavened bread, when the passover must be killed.

Luk 22:8 And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the passover, that we may eat.

If you are following along in the Standard Bible (KJV) you will notice that Mathew has been rephrased, and that according to a better translation which is consistent with the Law of the Festival of Pascha and of Unleavened bread which was being observed, a Law which we have very plainly it’s directives in the book’s of Exodus, particularly in Exo_12:1, and Exo_13:1, which we will look at next.

Regardless of the directives to be discussed as of yet, it is seen that Christ our Lord and his disciples were come to Jerusalem to celebrate the Passover feast called in both the Hebrew and the Greek Scriptures the Pascha, a term which most Christian peoples to this day still use, a term which was being synonymous used beside the term ‘Easter’ in Western Europe. (At the end of this message I wish to offer a studied understanding of the word Easter and it’s relation to the Lord’s Supper.)

Seen throughout the writings of the Act’s of Christ and those in his day, as found in the books we call the Gospels, the Passover is mentioned time and again, it is no doubt that Christ as a Judean celebrated this feast with his family and friends, and even while the Temple stood the disciples came and worshiped in Jerusalem in the beauty of holiness. (a concept we do not understand)

In order to understand the reason for the divergence of the reading of the KJV as I had done with allowance of the Greek text, as this divergence was not decide to be done so with out looking at the literal Greek first, to consult it’s literal reading according to the manuscripts, as is evidently not conveyed in the KJV Lawfully.

The Law

of the

Passover / Pascha

Exo_12:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,

Exo 12:2 This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.

Exo 12:3 Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house:

Exo 12:4 And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb.

Exo 12:5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:

Exo 12:6 And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.

Exo 12:7 And they shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it.

Exo 12:8 And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it.

Proto- Preparation

So let us reconsider:

Mat_26:17 Now before the feast of unleavened bread…

This literally reads ‘τη δε πρωτη / the de prote ‘, where we see the word Prote as in ‘Proto’ as we use it in the English, that is that it was Before ‘the Azumon’ (των αζυμων) that is the Greek construction of the word used in Exodus 12 of the LXX for ‘unleavened bread’ (αζυμα), called in Hebrew MTzEh /מצה .

Thus, the preparation being made would have been Christ speaking to his disciples before the Passover and the days of unleavened bread.

Here is yet another important point, the words are lacking to construct a literal reading of ‘ day of the feast of unleavened bread’ , this is why our worthy KJV translators of the text place italics for some of the words listed in your bible, rather the literal reference is to the Azumon it self, that is the incident of unleavened bread. The Disciples were adhering to the very words of YHWH to Moses which required the removal of leavened bread proto- preparation, in other words the disciple were asking in advance to prepare according to the Law of God. (των αζυμων προσηλθον / ton azumon pro-selthon / of the unleavened-bread proceeded).

So here is where the Lord and his disciples are heading, the time of the Feast is coming, followed in any Gospel account prior it is seen that Jesu had been walking for a bit to arrive on time according to the month described by Moses prior via the WORD of the LORD.

Now consider out of chronology, that which is spoken to Israel after the very first Passover in Egypt is accomplished, and proclaimed to be established year by year, as to how and why is is kept, and the preparation Christ and his disciples exerted to keep the feast in compare to most ‘Communion’ celebrations today or yesterday:

Exo 13:3 And Moses said unto the people, Remember this day, in which ye came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the LORD brought you out from this place: there shall no leavened bread be eaten.

Exo 13:4 This day came ye out in the month Abib.

Exo 13:5 And it shall be when the LORD shall bring thee into the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, which he sware unto thy fathers to give thee, a land flowing with milk and honey, that thou shalt keep this service in this month.

Exo 13:6 Seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, and in the seventh day shall be a feast to the LORD.

Exo 13:7 Unleavened bread shall be eaten seven days; and there shall no leavened bread be seen with thee, neither shall there be leaven seen with thee in all thy quarters.

Exo 13:8 And thou shalt shew thy son in that day, saying, This is done because of that which the LORD did unto me when I came forth out of Egypt.

Exo 13:9 And it shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand, and for a memorial between thine eyes, that the LORD’S law may be in thy mouth: for with a strong hand hath the LORD brought thee out of Egypt.

Exo 13:10 Thou shalt therefore keep this ordinance in his season from year to year.

So if it was yet to be seen why this preparation before hand of this feast was important to the disciples it is because they are men of God’s Law, they Faithfully listened to the Word of YHWH God, with forethought (an aspect of life in general which is lacking in Christian’s today, yet when one is raised in a lawful environment), this very nature of thoughtfulness is embed into the important circumstances of life, as to keep one far from sin according to God’s Law, it is yet again an example of faith in action, a presentation of Sanctification for the disciple’s of Jesus.

Some words on Easter

What came first the Cardinal direction of East or the easter egg?

Most in our world today recon this time of the year known as Easter time as the time of Christ’s passion and resurrection. Yet as well, Easter has been stained by spring time festival partial to a Pagan observance called by a similar name. The term Easter has a reference to goddess of both the middle east and Europe properly spelled and maybe pronounced OSTaR, as a Spring time festival of this name is found from Ireland to Persia in the Ancient world all pronounced similarly yet different, and even differently at different times in history by the same genetic people. The word Easter is intrinsically related to the English word East, as in the cardinal direction from which the sun rises in the morning.

Yet the question always is what came first the Cardinal direction of East or the easter egg?

And that is a great question, which proverbially rhymes with with the philosophic thought of the same idea.

Primarily I must say that strictly on a European etymology the word East has little remaining to an Idolatrous origin, yet there is a commingling which is historically and antiquitously able to be surmounted concerning the word, even in the furthest reaches of so called Germanic origins, yet lets dive a bit more biblical. and ancient.

Even in Israelite ancient Society which was under the influence of God’s Law (Torah) this term was as well used for the direction of the sun rise, a term where we English speakers still find etymology. If one were to contemplate this term Easter, the first place is the direction of the East, this is on account of the Natural Heavenly point in which the Sun and moon reach in this Season as we call it, the sun at it’s equinoctial position proceeds to the furthest point East in the Spring. If we were to look at the Book of Psalms a reference to 3 of the 4 cardinal directions are mentioned:

Psa_75:6

For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.

Here in this Psalm, the word East is derived from the Hebrew word

M-UTzA / מוצא (H4161 –

From H3318; a going forth, that is, (the act) an egress, or (the place) an exit; hence a source or product; specifically dawn, the rising of the sun (the East)…

This word is recognized as rooted in YTzA / יצא , which is both spelled TzA throughout the scriptures and literally means to Go Forth, it is used for instance in Gen_8:16, when the Word relays that Noah went forth from the Ark

(H3318A primitive root; to go)

The Word TzA or Y-Tza or E-sTzA, literally references the place of East-ern extremity from which Sun ‘comes forth’ in the Spring time mornings.

Undoubtedly, the Canaanite goddess of spring OSTaRoTH / Astaroth, which has a completely different Hebrew Spelling has a connection to the spring feast of paganism as well and in examining the Hebrew Bible.

Particularly in Deuteronomy this Spring time blessing which offers evidence of the eleaborate amalgamation of Paganism and pre-Christianity is seen:

Deu_7:12 Wherefore it shall come to pass, if ye hearken to these judgments, and keep, and do them, that the LORD thy God shall keep unto thee the covenant and the mercy which he sware unto thy fathers:

Deu 7:13 And he will love thee, and bless thee, and multiply thee: he will also bless the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy land, thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep

In the Hebrew text this last mention of ‘flocks of sheep’ is U-OSTRoTH TzAN-K, if recall is made of the above words in focus you will see the root word of TzA (brought forth) in TzAN (Sheep) and the word OSTRoTH which is the word for flock or increase…

Case and point: Sheep increase normally in the Spring Time.

A point as well to be made is the animal which is used by YHWH to celebrate the Lawful spring time festival Passover (Pascha) is a ram lamb, which is a male yearling sheep or goat, as well the Heavenly constellation of Spring has been from antiquity Aries which is Greek for Ram.

So here is the run down: Our Hebrew derived English word East is the root of Easter, the cardinal direction of East which is the Spring time direction of the Sun at that time of the year. A cardinal direction of East is the Hebrew word -YTzA / ETsA which is related to the Hebrew word for Sheep / TzAN due to Spring lambing which is collectively called OSTRoTH/Astoroth in Hebrew: thus the Spring feast of Passover/ Pascha is conceivably going to over lap with ANY other spring time Pagan festivals which has much similarity to the YHWH God ordained Feast of Passover and it’s concurring celebration of Unleavened Bread.

Yet, Just because it’s a spring time feast named after a Natural Cardinal direction with an association to Sheep, like Passover, doesn’t make it the right Way as prescribed by the Scriptures and Sanctified by God’s Law.

1Sa_15:7 And Saul smote the Amalekites …

1Sa 15:8 And he took Agag the king of the Amalekites alive, and utterly destroyed all the people with the edge of the sword.

1Sa 15:9 But Saul and the people spared Agag, and the best of the sheep, and of the oxen, and of the fatlings, and the lambs, and all that was good, and would not utterly destroy them: but every thing that was vile and refuse, that they destroyed utterly.

1Sa 15:10 Then came the word of the LORD unto Samuel, saying,

1Sa 15:11 It repenteth me that I have set up Saul to be king: for he is turned back from following me, and hath not performed my commandments. And it grieved Samuel; and he cried unto the LORD all night.

1Sa 15:23 For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.

Every year I generally call to remembrance the lawful usage of the book of Esther, as the fulfillment of that which was spoken by YHWH to Moses concerning the Amalekites.

As we know the man and enemy of Judah in the lands of Persia and Media , Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite was of course the descendant of Agag the king of Amalek whom Mordecai’s kinsman King Saul of Israel son of Kish was to destroy according to the word of the YHWH, that is according to the Torah and Samuel.

When we consider the story which comes from the book of Esther we are reading about a struggle, a war which the Law tells us will happen from generation to generation.

Exo_17:16 For he said, Because the LORD hath sworn that the LORD will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.

Of course if we consider our Biblical ethnology or genealogy it is easily seen in

Gen_36:2-12 Esau took his wives of the daughters of Canaan; Adah the daughter of Elon the Hittite…

12…Timna was concubine to Eliphaz Esau’s son; and she bare to Eliphaz Amalek: these were the sons of Adah Esau’s wife.

If we believe the Bible and we trust in the validity of it’s Words we must acknowledge that this war has raged, was raging, and yet rages in one form or another.

By the testimony of the book of Esther we see that when the house of Judah was weakened and suppressed, Amalek saw the opportunity through Haman and struck yet again according to the Word of the LORD at the hindmost parts and weak of Israel, and even prior according to the prophecy spoken of by Isaac in

Gen_27:38-41

And Esau said unto his father, Hast thou but one blessing, my father? bless me, even me also, O my father. And Esau lifted up his voice, and wept.

Gen 27:39 And Isaac his father answered and said unto him, Behold, thy dwelling shall be the fatness of the earth, and of the dew of heaven from above;

Gen 27:40 And by thy sword shalt thou live, and shalt serve thy brother (Jacob); and it shall come to pass when thou shalt have the dominion, that thou shalt break his yoke from off thy neck.

Gen 27:41 And Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing wherewith his father blessed him…

What we have then just considered is a genetic tendency which God proclaims of Esau-Amalek to hate the seed of promise as well, as shall be covered I time to come a calculative tendancy toseize upon the weakness of the Israel of God and smite them from the rear with the full intent to destroy.

Deu 25:17 Remember what Amalek did unto thee by the way, when ye were come forth out of Egypt;

Deu 25:18 How he met thee by the way, and smote the hindmost of thee, even all that were feeble behind thee, when thou wast faint and weary; and he feared not God.

I am sure that some will say that this confidants in Scriptural testimony given by God as to why this war between 2 related yet distinct groups exists will not be appreciated, particularly in the light, or darkness rather, of the prominent “coexistence doctrine” and it’s pragmatic enforcement upon particular peoples of the world, namely Patriarchal Christian Europeans.

Now here is an odd thought when considering the world stage showcasing the ideals of tolerance, acceptance and coexistence, with:

What if the war which YHWH God has promised from generation to generation normally is fought by the idea of intolerance?

In other words, what if being intolerant to intolerance like Haman is a ‘civil’ way to go about such a war? A war on ‘intolerance’ is the ‘civilized way’ to create a ‘tolerant’ society on the earth?

Consider, I am going to read the king’s name as it appears in the Greek LXX as Arta-xerxes, as the name Xerxes is the name used in the historical accounts of this king :

Est_3:8 And Haman said unto king Arta-xerxes, There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the people in all the provinces of thy kingdom; and their laws are diverse from all people; neither keep they the king’s laws: therefore it is not for the king’s profit to suffer them.

Est 3:9 If it please the king, let it be written that they may be destroyed: and I will pay ten thousand talents of silver to the hands of those that have the charge of the business, to bring it into the king’s treasuries.

Est 3:10 And the king took his ring from his hand, and gave it unto Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, the Jews’ enemy.

Est 3:11 And the king said unto Haman, The silver is given to thee, the people also, to do with them as it seemeth good to thee.

Est 3:12 Then were the king’s scribes called on the thirteenth day of the first month, and there was written according to all that Haman had commanded unto the king’s lieutenants, and to the governors that were over every province, and to the rulers of every people of every province according to the writing thereof, and to every people after their language; in the name of king Arta-xerxes was it written, and sealed with the king’s ring.

Est 3:13 And the letters were sent by posts into all the king’s provinces, to destroy, to kill, and to cause to perish, all Jews, both young and old, little children and women, in one day, even upon the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, which is the month Adar, and to take the spoil of them for a prey.

Now in the books and chapters of the Greek Septuagint which are called Apocrypha on account of their lack of a Hebrew text, offers us an actual transcript of this letter found after this portion of Esther read and still available in a older form of English in the 1611 KJV, it should as well be noted that Josephus in “Antiquities of the Jews”, Book 5:6 has this same letter from his account of Esther.

(13:1) And the following is the copy of the letter; The great king Arta-xerxes writes thus to the rulers and inferior governors of a hundred and twenty-seven provinces, from India even to Ethiopia, who hold authority under him. Ruling over many nations and having obtained dominion over the whole world, I was minded (not elated by the confidence of power, but ever conducting myself with great moderation and gentleness) to make the lives of my subjects continually tranquil, desiring both to maintain the kingdom quiet and orderly to its utmost limits, and to restore the peace desired by all men. But when I had enquired of my counsellors how this should be brought to pass. Haman, who excels in soundness of judgment among us, and has been manifestly well inclined without wavering and with unshaken fidelity, and had obtained the second post in the kingdom, informed us that a certain ill-disposed people is mixed up with all the tribes throughout the world, opposed in their law to every other nation, and continually neglecting the commands of the king, so that the united government blamelessly administered by us is not quietly established. Having then conceived that this nation alone of all others is continually set in opposition to every man, introducing as a change a foreign code of laws, and injuriously plotting to accomplish the worst of evils against our interests, and against the happy establishment of the monarchy; we signified to you in the letter written by Haman, who is set over the public affairs and is our second governor, to destroy them all utterly with their wives and children by the swords of the enemies, without pitying or sparing any, on the fourteenth day of the twelfth month Adar, of the present year; that the people aforetime and now ill-disposed to us having been violently consigned to death in one day, may hereafter secure to us continually a well constituted and quiet state of affairs.

Now, consider the reason for this act and proclamation that it is to not tolerate the intolerant, who will not bow to those the God of Israel deems unworthy of such honor by His very Law, it as well condemns in the heart and mind’s of GOD’S adherents the state religions, as well as the principles of all pantheons of toleration / coexistence doctrine based in polytheism. This is a policy which would if enacted today affect every Christian who would not acknowledge all God’s the king appoints as equal, by bill passed by his government. Who will be effected? Those who believe in a god all kind and caring? One who loves the sinner and hates the sin? Or a God which requires worship and the redemption of the soul by a kiss of allegiance to his only begotten Son, Jesus Christ.

Just think of the face of your favorite politician of tolerance (is there one lacking?) when you read him:

Psa_2:10 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.

Psa 2:11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.

Psa 2:12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little.

Not a doctrine governments wish to hear.

Remember in Esther time, Judah was in the foreign kingdom of Medo-Persia, a kingdom foreign to them, as well as to the people of Amalek. Both people inhabiting a kingdom not their own yet bound by civility, that is the civilized conduct within the government alien to them both. What happens?

The Amalekite reverts to his nature, a nature dispensed upon him by Almighty God, bound in the perfection and sovereignty of His Law, thus vindicating the descendant of Canaanite infused Esau via Amalek, via Agag, via Hamadatha er Haman to do as was foreordained for him to do as a vessel of wrath (as per Rom_9:13-23), Haman and his minority is poised against the people who had followed the lead of King Saul in not obeying the Word of YHWH to be fulfilled in his day as read in 1Samuael.

The pressing question of such tenancy is Why? And to such a question only one answer is fitting and provable, Because it is the will of God!

Just as the reality of nature of the lion and the lamb is dictated by Almighty God so is the reality of Jacob and Esau spoken of clearly in Romans 9, and in the case of Agag vrs. Kish, only a small post captivity representation of Amalek Vrs. Israel, waged in the courts of king’s who desire dominion by tolerance.

So, Intolerance of the intolerant, what does that mean?

As mentioned above, To the Christian It means Church persecution!

Consider how the people of Judah were not forcing others to obey God’s Law in medo-persia. Judah was not even preaching a conversion doctrine to the Medo-Persians.

What was Judah doing?

They were to Haman, considered to be “a certain ill-disposed people…mixed up with all the tribes throughout the world, opposed in their law to every other nation, and continually neglecting the commands of the king, so that the united government blamelessly administered by us is not quietly established.”

Haman said:

Est 3:8 … their laws are diverse from all people; neither keep they the king’s laws: therefore it is not for the king’s profit to suffer them.

So do we in our modern day believe that this promised war from generation to generation has failed? Or do we believe by faith that when those who follow God’s Law are attacked for their unwavering fidelity to the LORD and His Christ are some how not being affected by that proclaimed war?

Regardless of your eschatology or your disregard of biblical Ethnology, the fact remains that in every Christian’s world view they consider themselves to be an heir of God through Christ (Gal 4:7) that is in some way a relative, a kinsman to the son of God, Jesu the Christ, and if that be true you are affected, either by True genetics or by association. This war in our modern day is against Christ, plain and simple, and whoever Amalek is will show him self by the same tenancies he always showes himself by.

The disposition to pick off the stragglers, the feeble, the faint, the weary… because HE DOES NOT FEAR GOD.

In regards to Faith, the first to be hit will not be the strong of faith, it will not be those who march with Moses to meet God and receive His law, but it will be those who straggle behind in the journey not empowered by Faith to effect the Will of God on earth as it is in Heaven…

Rather as the trap is symbiotically set, the doctrine of Tolerance first affects the weak Christians who straggle and murmur against Moses at the rear of the camp, not yet sure if the luxuries of bondage are equal to the receiving of the Kingdom established upon God’s perfection or not? The Feeble like tolerance as much as the Haman(s) of the world, but not to the foreseen end, rather they want a kingdom of God established upon tolerance and NOT upon the Law of God.

But are we called to a Faith of tolerance and co-existent toleration?

Read the first commandment and decide.

This is the progression of the persecution of Christians, and we are in the building of it’s gallows once again.

Consider:

What was the first thing the Roman government enforced upon Christians in the 1st century? Was it to denounce the name of God? No, Was it to get rid of their bibles? No, not at first.

It was a simple pledge of allegiance, the proclamation ‘Caesar is Lord’, Caesar Kurious, that is all you had to say, you just simply had to proclaim the Title of Caesar to be on par with the Lord / Kurious Jesu(s) Christ, that’s it, as a matter of fact all you had to do is obtain a slip of paper signed by your local government official which cited that you had offered a sacrifice of incense to Ceasar…thats it, technically you didn’t even have to offer the sacrifice if you could aquier the paper in some other fashion, but on that paper was your passport from persecusion.

The story is the same, perhaps in the case of Esther however, the of the writ of war by Haman implied that one may simply be put to death for being a descendant of Jacob? But more likely, on account of the Law being the hate of Haman, one may most likely as the Roman case denounce the Law of God and Live, It could have been that simple, just simply give up that archaic law which sets you apart from every one else and join the fight against intolerance!

But what is the admonition of Mordecai to Esther? The best line, perhaps, of admonition in the whole histories of Israel?

Est_4:13 … Esther, Think not with thyself that thou shalt escape in the king’s house, more than all the Judeans.

Est 4:14 For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to Judah from another place; but thou and thy father’s house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?

Here is where we stand, and here is where some of us who could aid in the inevitable deliverance of a remnant stand wavering on tolerance, a tolerance that will not tolerate God’s Law.

Consider once again the dream of Mordecai as found in the 1st Chapter of Esther in the LXX / KJV 1611:

(11:5) Behold a noise of a tumult with thunder, and earthquakes, and uproar in the land.
(11:6) And behold, two great dragons came forth ready to fight, and their cry was great.
(11:7) And at their cry all nations were prepared to battle, that they might fight against the righteous people.

Rev_12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Rev_14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

However, it is very important to us that those who follow the messages and blogs we offer do not assume that this Calendar is faultless or that it will work in your local; as we believe in Biblical Reality we believe it is important to use the Abib (Green Barley) as the calibration point for the Agricultural year following. It is of importance that local congregations celebrate according to the commandments in allowance of the Biblical Testimony to speak to a Church in much need of unity of Faith and not so much as unity of an arbitrary calendar.

In other words: The concept of Biblical Reality behooves us to apply the Law lawfully, and that will inevitably cause Churches who are gathered at different locations to celebrate at different times in the year.

A compilation on the Sabbath and the New Moon

This winter (2017/18) I have received many questions, as well as received requests to explain how to observe the New Moon, and more importantly to show that the New moon is part of the Sabbath as commanded by the 4th Commandment. On that account this compilation of facts and evidence is offered. Some of the information in this study is overview, and those who keep up with Bro. JS Lowther’s material will have looked at it many times, and have heard it times uncounted, but repetition is an aid to memory.

Yet if some have not listened to the series “What is Time?” (which may be found at renewedcovenantministry.com), or have not looked at the study compilation “Sabbath Logic”, it would be an aid as well to help in reaping some of this information; however, noting is more important than a true study of the Word of YHWH God in the Sincerity of the heart of one pleading for instructions to behold wonderful things from God’s Law.

Because, of the Newness of thought that comes with this information when considering it from a 21st century mind set and culture it is advantageous for the one considering the concept of a Lunar based Sabbath to take a good look at organic laws, specifically from Genesis 1 & 2 in a exploded method: taking time to consider these established principles of the rest of the Scriptural narrative and Law, it is for this reason the preface of this work is serving as well as the definition section for this compilation.

Signs (H226- אותowth / AUTh- related to H225/H853[- את– AyThApparently contracted from H226 in the demonstrative sense of entity; properly self (but generally used to point out more definitely the object of a verb or preposition, even or namely): – (As such unrepresented in English / with the exception of the word “that”.] (in the sense of appearing); a signal, as a ensign, beacon, monument, omen, prodigy, evidence, etc.: – mark, miracle, (en-) sign, token.)

Seasons (H4150- מועדה מעד מועדmo-ade / MUOD/ MUD- From H3259; properly an appointment, that is, a fixed time or season; specifically a festival; conventionally a year; by implication, an assembly (as convened for a definite purpose); technically the congregation; by extension, the place of meeting; also a signal (as appointed beforehand): – appointed (sign, time), (place of, solemn) assembly, congregation, (set, solemn) feast, (appointed, due) season, (set) time (appointed). This Very important word shall be dealt with in detail below.

Days H3117- יום– yôm / YUM-From an unused root meaning to be hot; a day (as the warm hours), whether literally (from sunrise to sunset, or from one sunset to the next), or figuratively (a space of time defined by an associated term), (often used adverbially): – age, day, days …(process of) time,

Years ( H8141- שׁנה– shânâh / SaNEh- from H8138 (to fold, that is, duplicate (literally or figuratively; by implication to transmute (transitively or intransitively): – do (speak, strike) again, alter, double;) a year (as a revolution of time).

In Light of the Evidence

By reading the a fore listed verses of Gen 1:14-18 to Genesis 2:2-3, and then to Exodus 20:8-11, and that to Exodus 31:13, and that to Leviticus 23 a pattern should appear based upon Scripture Alone (Sola Scriptora), to teach us to pay attention to the lights in the heaven for the determination of time as it pertains to the creator and His worship, as well as to the creation and their worship of the creator. Time is among the most universal aspects of life, no mater who you are or where you are, or what you are, as a creation you and all things are subject to time, and by such indisputable facts it is irrefutable that as Genesis 1 declares, that subjection is the Rule given to the lights of Heaven by the Creator. Thus, as those who are subject to time, when we chose to redeem that time with Godly Worship, such worship must be allocated by the Law of the Creator as it has been revealed both in the observable heavens and in the revealed Word as found in the Scriptures. We may by using God’s decreed and established ordinances of the Heavens as will never pass away (PS 147) to understand from our location the necessary subjection we must bring ourselves under to align our selves with the the Law of He Who Is (YHWH) God. We have not been left ‘in the dark’ in regards to the prescription of the Sabbath, rather our self will blinds our eyes lest the Eternal light shine to bright.

To the prior point Psalm 104:19 may be understood in the context of the preceding Law which David would have written in accordance with:

Psa_104:19 He appointed the moon for seasons (עשה ירח למועדים) : the sun knoweth his going down.

It is reasonably noted that מועדים / MUODIM is not always in reference to the Sabbath or Feasts, nevertheless, the Sabbath as a MUOD(IM) is always appointed by the function of the moon.

To the contrary, try and keep track of 1 day of choice from the modern ‘week’ of the Gregorian calendar system by using the moon, it will only work for a lunation (Month). It will become apparently obvious that the two systems are not in accord, afact easily seen when considering the Gregorian date of the Catholic festival of Easter. Easter seemingly ‘moves’ from date to date, this is however due to the hybrid nature of Easter as we know it, being part Grego-pagan – based on the 7 day’s of the accepted western week and part psudo-Jewish- based on the accepted 18 year lunar average cycle of the Jews.

Now Rather consider a purely biblical calendar which is in alignment with the heavenly Lights, it is the moon which is used to determine all the appointed Feasts of YHWH God including the Sabbath as seen easily seen in Lev 23 as the first Feast described.

It is important to remember that the English word ‘Feast ‘ as used in the KJV is synonymous with the English word ‘Season(s)’, both are translated from the same Hebrew word MUOD or a variation thereof. This harmony recognizes the MUOD(IM) as being dictated and determined by the moon and sets the system for the following Appointed Feast (MUOD(IM) and Assemblies (cHaG) of Holy Convocation spoken of in Lev 23 by the patterned days of the month: 1st day / 14-15th/21-22nd which through out the Scripture are called Sabbath days.

As seen prior, and that which is an easy point of confusion in the KJV and others translations, The word ‘Feast(s)’ has two different underlying Hebrew words from which it is translated from, but those words are distinct: מועד / MUOD and חג / cHaG. This newly introduced word, cHaG generally follows with the name of the feast, such as ‘The Feast’ of unleavened bread, or ‘The Feast’ of Tabernacles’ .

Seeing the Appointed Seasons and Signs in the lights of Heaven

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.

There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world…

The Law of YHWH is Perfect,

Converting the soul:

The Testimony of YHWH is Sure, making Wise the simple.

This calendar system described in the verses read prior to this point are able to be seen and constructed by paying attention to it’s order; Psalm 19 tells us that the Heavenly firmament utters a speech and knowledge. The language of the Heavens must then be interpreted through the Scripture to form the foundation of the Natural Heavenly order YHWH has set to decree (Psa_148:1-9) and declare HIS Word through out all the earth accordingly. A large dose of natural reality is the primal tools by which one applies understanding and knowledge, in other words, for one who is unwilling to observe the natural pattern of the creation order set in the lights of heaven as a Testimony to it’s use and concede that God has created the heavenly order which is justifiably God ordained on account of His creation Word alone, their intrinsic nature yet nonetheless established by the written Word of Scriptural Testimony, with out that concession this knowledge is of no bearing, the law of God in and of it self becomes abstract and arbitrary having no firm foundation. Yet for those who do concede to the fact of the creation order and to that concession, the Testimony of the the heavens may be applied to the Scripture to straightly conclude that the Moon’s function in the determination of GOD’s very own Appointed Times, the Speech of the moon as a Heavenly Appointee decrees it’s own testimony for a declaration of the times according to it’s Ordained Order.

Day…a Time Zone

In our modern word men have imagined a non-intrinsic line which has been carefully placed and zigzagged around any lands (such as the Island of Tonga) which it may divide and cause two different days ‘by name’ to occur on the same day’ by sun light’, this line is called the “International date line” it is used to interface with time zones, it is the dividing line men have imagined into recognized existence to cross from one date into another according to the International Calendar called The Gregorian .

Yet in a light based calendar, a date line is never international, you could never cross the line and pass into one day and then put the boat into reverse and go back in to the date you came out of! Rather, a very simple yet God ordained and controlled action separates days, and that separation happens in the literal day you are in.

Just as our modern mind understands the idea of `time zones’ so must the Genesis established mind understand this idea as a concept in a biblical world view by understanding and observing Day and Evening.

To the point right division must be had in order to determine the times of the Sabbaths, to fit into the proper division of days in our specific locality as determined from evening to morning and evening again. Remembering the first mentioned portion of time division Days / Yom (s). This first aspect of the lights are inculcated into the total formula I the dictates of the Sabbath and or the New MOON.

There are two types of ‘days’ (Hebrew:YoM(IM):

  1. The whole Day: YoM (Evening to evening ‘the 24hr’ day)

  2. The light period of Day: YoM

Gen_1:5 shows both the above.

And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night.

And the evening and the morning were the first day.

Seen in the operation of the lights of heaven in the prior 2 points both types of Day are present, Gen 1:5 has the functionary nature of the lights built into the function itself.

Evening and morning are the ordained order of heavenly time as the division of day from night and from day to day, this will happen with in our own locality.

Psalms 104:23 tells that:

(23) Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labor until the evening (ערב / ORaB)

This is not to say that Psalm 104:23 is a direct reference to the Sabbath, but rather to show that every day men normally stop their labor when the dusk of evening sets in, Yet in this same way the 6th day of the week preceding the Sabbath day would end ones labors for the week in Sabbath rest.

The line -Evening

For confirmation that ORaB is referring to Dusk we may also consider:

Proverbs 7:9 In the twilight, in the evening (ערב / ORaB), in the black and dark night:

Nehemiah 4:21 So we laboured in the work: and half of them held the spears from the rising of the morning till the stars appeared.

As well many obvious observation may be seen in the text of Scripture to this point, but it is this simple logic conveyed in these two verses which help to describe Evening from a Biblical perspective. That is when the stars appear, also called twilight or Evening, that is a blending or mixing of light and dark.

In the understanding of a Day, it’s end and beginning can bee clearly seen in Genesis 1, but most importantly this point must be understood by a collective civil body called a Church, with Elders to judge and establish the concept of Days and by such a basis for the MUOD(I) for the local Congregation’s worship for the appointed Seaosns: Sabbath, New Moon and Feast days, a determination which only stands as true when established on the Law of God in harmony with the Appointing of the moon’s seasons with in the Year, to determine what Days the Moon is Appointing as the MUOD(I) of YHWH according to Leviticus 23.

Refresher:

If the words season and feast are both translated from the same Hebrew root word ‘MUOD’, and the lights in the heaven are for seasons (Gen 1:14-18), and seasons are appointed by the moon (Psa_104:19), and the Sabbaths are feasts (Lev 23), and the weekly 7th Day Sabbath sets the (cHaG) feasts that are proclaimed by the Seasons, then the system is to be used as one and the same as YHWH God has Appointed; Moreover if the covenant Sabbath sign as described in Exodus 31:13-17, are the literal signs of the moon’s seasons to be proclaimed by local congregations who share in the same day period from evening to evening for assembly, then the Signs seen in the moon show Seasons or Feasts, and according to the Sun’s agricultural seasons throughout the year the days are assembled upon.

The Sabbath- The Week’s End

In observation of the moon and it’s ‘season’ it will be observed that the moon’s weekly progression, progresses in “phases” which are spaced at a 7 day interval causing ample evidence for the moon’s plural MUOD(IM) of Psalm 104:19 to be used to appoint the MUOD(I) of Lev 23:2’s personal season or feasts of YHWH to be proclaimed by the children of Israel, a proclamation which would be proclaimed according to the Heavenly event which literally happens every month and remembered by a Sign every week/sabbath.

Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep:

for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations;

that ye may know that I YHWH doth sanctify you.

Exodus 31:13

From the Moon is the Sign of Feasts…

Functionally, The apocryphal book of the Wisdom of Jesus the son of Sirach 43:6-10 presents an ancient perspective of a post captivity Israelite, having his text in the LXX Greek we have the ability to also understand this perspective. While some may not respect the books labeled Apocrypha as canon, they must be at least regarded as presenting an ancient perspective; Jesus son of Sirach put it thus as pertaining to the heavenly function:

6 He made the moon also to serve (appear) in her season for a declaration of times, and a sign of the world.

7 From the moon is the sign of feasts, a light that decreaseth in her perfection.

8 The month is called after her name, increasing wonderfully in her changing (Hebrew word for month: cHoDeSh) being an instrument of the armies (Camp pitched) above, shining in the firmament of heaven;

9 The beauty of heaven, the glory of the stars, an ornament, giving light to the highest places of the Lord

10 At the commandment of the holy one they will stand in their order, and never faint in their watches.

One of the ways we can be sure that Sirach originally wrote this book in Hebrew, is that he him self admits so in the opening of this book which was copied by Jesu(s) Sirach’s son. Moreover, in this section the Hebrew word for month is being spoken of and not the Greek (men/month) in regards to the word ‘month’, yet Sirach’s writing is only found at this time in the Greek Septuagint: The Hebrew word on the other hand is cHoDeSh / חדשׁ , meaning to renew: ( Strong’s #H2320-חדשׁ-From H2318-to be new; causatively to rebuild; the new moon.)

From the wisdom of Sirach, we see not only the clock work or the moon but that of the stars with it in the back drop. The moon traveling through the stars in the firmament of Heaven is seen as a camp on high standing watch. The moon and stars work together in Sirach’s mind, and the moon is no doubt the “sign / σημεῖον (LXX G4592) of the feasts / ἑορτῆς (LXX G1859), among those “feasts” of the post captivity Israelite’s was the weekly Sabbath / seventh day as the Law in Leviticus 23 has commanded.

In relation to this point is to show the Greek text of Sirach to use the same words used as in the Septuagint LXX of Lev 23 for (feasts / ἑορτῆς (G1859) and in Exo_31:13-17 ( sign /σημεῖον (G4592). Some may prefer to make no connection to these Greek words, but the evidence is becoming overwhelming.

As the moon makes declaration of time, it must therefore be a declaration of the week and thus of the Sabbath.

The Declaration

If Lev_23:1-12 seats the Sabbath as a Feast and / or Season, and names specific Sabbaths of Convocation or cHaG, as are named, the Sabbaths with in it should be able to show the weekly seventh day by a holistic pattern or system (simple Algebra):

Starting with the earliest daily date given in the list, to allow Sirach’s statement explain it self, Considert the feasts of the 1st month, on the 14th day at even is reckoned as the 15th day of the month, just as the 21st at even is the 22nd day at evening as well, yet this shows the order of Sabbatical observation in relation to the lunar month. Also, as seen in the first month so is the 7th month, yet this Month begins it’s explanation from the 7th New Moon called The Feast of Trumpets which is the 1st day of the 7th month. Directly after this date the next date in the 7th month is the again the 15th day with the 22nd following and ending the Feast of Tabernacles. This Law of Seasonal Rememberance was placed in the Law for our instruction and furnishing (1 Tim 3:16), the lesson is to see Israel’s Feasts as the key to YHWH’s Calendar which is Observably seen throughout the earth and declared from the heavens.

Special Notice: “at even(ing)” reckoning brings in understanding the daily use of evening throughout the Scriptures and specifically in Leviticus 23 these two ways are referenced to show how there are two ways to understand the same day using the evening time zone.

Num 10:2 Make thee two trumpets of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them: that thou mayest use them for the calling of the assembly, and for the journeying of the camps.

Num 10:3 And when they shall blow with them, all the assembly shall assemble themselves to thee at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

Num 10:4 And if they blow but with one trumpet, then the princes, which are heads of the thousands of Israel, shall gather themselves unto thee.

Num_10:10 Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial (זכרון /ZiKRUN) before your God: I am the LORD your God.

The trumpet was blown to assemble the people, a fact attested to in the Memorial of the blowing of the trumpet on the 1st day of the 7th month, the Feast of Trumpets prior discussed:

Lev 23:24 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.

Two things should be noted:

1st. The1st day (new moon) of the 7th month is a memorial of the blowing of the trumpets.

2nd. A Trumpet is commanded to blown on every 1st day of the month, (begging of the month or New moon)

Many arguments are fueled by the questions address below:

Q. why would YHWH recommend a sabbath on a new moon if every new moon is a ‘Sabbath’ and has already been a ‘sabbath’ since creation?

A. The evidence from the text ALSO commands that the trumpet be blown as a MEMORIAL on the new moon this was to be done according to Numbers 10:10 EVERY new moon, thus the same answer is found in the text for both questions, it is because it is for a Memorial, that is so Israel Remembers:

H2146 זכרון / ZiKRUN From H2142; ZiKUR the two words are the same, one being the memorial or remembrance it self, the other being the remembering.

At this point there should be no doubt that the reason for ZiKUR’s use is in connection with:

Exo 20:8 Remember (ZiKUR) the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

Exo 20:9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:

Exo 20:10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God…

As the scope of Leviticus 23 is the Sabbatical Feasts in it Yearly cycle, thus

The 4th commandment could just as well say make Memorialize the sabbath day to keep it holy

The law of the feast of trumpets is the template to Memorialize or Remember the new moon’s role in the Sabbath.

The below monthly sabbath cycle of 9 example months are a common way the sabbath may cause remembrance by the new moon.

It is important to remember that the 4th Commandment does not legislate 1 day of sabbath / rest, but 6 days of work, thus the Biblical and Heavenly culture engendered by the Law of YHWH God looks at the week as to include the extended feastival holiday of the New Moon from the 28th day at evening, the 29th day until the end or evening of the 1st day or New Moon, this causes the work week to pick back up on the 2nd day of the month Every Month to continue the specified 6 day work week the newt 4 weeks.

That which is underlined are Sabbaths ‘week-ends’, which include the New moon.

Though the New Moon starts the New Month it is the end of the Week and part of the Sabbath and not one of the 6 work days.

This is only an example of six lunar months with the Sabbath being remembered.

By using the lunar cycle according to the template given in Leviticus 23, particularly in reference to the memorial of the New Moon of the 1st day and the continuation of the 7 day weeks unto the 15th day and then the 22nd day of the month for the weekly Sabbath, albeit to set the feasts of Israel, it as well shows the Heavenly decreed, yet biblically grounded Calendar of every sign, season, day and year.

Remembering the end of the working week by Sabbath every month evidently includes the time of the New Moon following the 29th day, a continuation of the 7 day week proceeding the 22nd day prior mentioned. and this in conjunction with the 4th Commandment are we able to see the value of the new moon as not only a transition from new month to new month but as a Remembrance point for the weekly Sabbath, and seeing the Sabbath it self as a completion or a fulfillment of time; and thus, in effect the feast of the new moon is seen as the sabbath to the month it self as it’s end, followed by the first day of the moonth, the new moon of the next month come, it is a rest and a new beginning in keeping the sabbath regulated. As well in this way is the Commandment strictly followed, 6 days shalt thou work…with only one exception on the day of soul affliction of the 10th day of the 7th month, the day of Atonement is the only day in the Whole Year that will have a Sabbath of rest out side of the lunar cycle, which due to it’s afflictive nature stands to reason. Unlike using a non-light based day, such as ‘saturn’s day or sun’s day’ allowing the appointed seasons of the moon will not break the fourth Commandment.

Shew Bread

Shows the Sabbath

The law recognized the New Moon as part of the Sabbath of the people of Israel, the show bread alter witnesses this through out Scripture, starting in the Law the New Moon and the Sabbath are the day(s) mentioned for the setting out of the shew bread. This is yet another element to prove the ordering and to ‘shew’ the formula from the all of the prior mentioned verses based upon Genesis Organic Laws of the 4th creation day with the Commandments and statutes of the 4th Commandment as a way to know the Realistic Word of God.

  • Lev_24:5-9 :Shew bread to be set in order on the Sabbath

And thou shalt take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes thereof… And thou shalt set them in two rows, six on a row, upon the pure table before YHWH. And thou shalt put pure frankincense upon each row, that it may be on the bread for a memorial, even an offering made by fire unto YHWH. Every sabbath he shall set it in order before YHWH continually, being taken from the children of Israel by an everlasting covenant… (Lev_24:5-9)

Moses reared up the tabernacle…And he put the table in the tent of the congregation, upon the side of the tabernacle northward, without the vail. And he set the bread in order upon it before YHWH; as YHWH had commanded Moses…

1Sa 20:5 And David said unto Jonathan, Behold, to morrow is the new moon, and I should not fail to sit with the king at meat: but let me go, that I may hide myself in the field unto the third day at even.

1Sa 20:18-19 Then Jonathan said to David, To morrow is the new moon: and thou shalt be missed, because thy seat will be empty. And when thou hast stayed three days, then thou shalt go down quickly, and come to the place where thou didst hide thyself…

1Sa 20:24 So David hid himself in the field: and when the new moon was come, the king sat him down to eat meat.

1Sa 20:25 And the king sat upon his seat, as at other times, even upon a seat by the wall: and Jonathan arose, and Abner sat by Saul’s side, and David’s place was empty.

1Sa 20:27 And it came to pass on the morrow, which was the second day of the month…KJV

(Scholars and professers of the Hebrew text as well as Jerome’s Vulgate written in Latin agree to the understanding which is present in the Bishops Bible, as follows:

1Sa_20:27 But on the morowe, whiche was the second day of the newe moone, Dauids place was emptie againe …

The Hebrew text reads החדשׁ the new moon / the month + השׁני the second

In other words, the Hebrew text does not use the common expression generally used throughout the Hebrew Text. Just to head off opposition: this exact Hebrew phrase is used to refer to the literal ‘Second month’ 4 times in scripture, but the context of 1 Samuel 20:27 is entirely unable to accommodate this meaning, as the context shows an obvious 2 days David missed meat, as well as the time scheduled by David and Johnathan.

In the Hebrew Scriptures the day of the month is preceded or succeeded by the number or name of the month, as is seen in the following two examples:

Lev_23:34 Speak to the children of Israel, saying, On the fifteenth day of this seventh month, there shall be a feast of tabernacles seven days to the Lord.

1Ki_12:32 And Jeroboam ordained a feast in the eighth month, on the fifteenth day of the month, like unto the feast that is in Judah, and he offered upon the altar. So did he in Bethel, sacrificing unto the calves that he had made: and he placed in Bethel the priests of the high places which he had made.

The Next part of the Story

1Sa_21:4-6 : Shew Bread Set in order after a 2 day New Moon

1Sa 21:5 And David answered the priest, and said unto him, Of a truth women have been kept from us about these three days, since I came out, and the vessels of the young men are holy, and the bread is in a manner common, yea, though it were sanctified this day in the vessel. So the priest gave him hallowed bread: for there was no bread there but the shew-bread, that was taken from before YHWH, to put hot bread in the day when it was taken away.

When seeing that the men had kept themselves from women for three days, we know from the previous chapter that it was on account of the Sabbath and New Moon, especial to the sacrificial aspect which was being administrated at that time, yet in this instance. This is evidence to the point that the New moon of 1 Samuael 20 was in conjunction with the Sabbath of Leviticus 24 in support of Exodus 40.

Luk 6:1 And it came to pass on the second sabbath after the first, (see chart on a 29th day sabbath followed by the 1st day of New Moon)

that he went through the corn fields; and his disciples plucked the ears of corn, and did eat, rubbing them in their hands.

Luk 6:2 And certain of the Pharisees said unto them, Why do ye that which is not lawful to do on the sabbath days?

Luk 6:3 And Jesus answering them said, Have ye not read so much as this, what David did, when himself was an hungred, and they which were with him;

Luk 6:4 How he went into the house of God, and did take and eat the shewbread, and gave also to them that were with him

How to Observe the New Moon as part of the Sabbath

Remembering the Sabbath to understand the New Moon, And in symbiosis, we must Remember the New Moon to know the Sabbath;

In this way Genesis 2 shows us that the first sabbath available for man based on God’s light time is the first sabbath after ‘In the beginning’ or in Hebrew the ‘B’RoSth’, that is ‘In the Head’ of time, the New Moon in Hebrew is also called the RoS H’cHoDeS or ‘Heading the Renewed Moon’ which as the hands of a clock easily give example, the New Moon preceded the first day of creation which occurred before the first working day of God in direct harmony with the prior sentiment of the workings of the Monthly Sabbath.

Thus, Adam man had reckoned time from the 8th day if the account is to be taken literal, the first Sabbath seen by Adam Man was the first quarter / waxing half moon.

If we as Adam were to start looking at the weeks from the half moon as the first sabbath sign, we would then have the following Sabbath as a full moon, and the next weekly Sabbath as a last quarter / waning half moon, the final weekly Sabbath to come is that of the waning crescent in continuance with new moon.

As seen in the Example chart of the Monthly Sabbath, the Sabbath in connection with the Feast of the New Moon may cause the Feast to last 3 or 2 days, that is 1 day given for the weekly Sabbath on the 29th day of the month in connection with either 1 day of New Moon on the 1st day of the next month after the 29th day of the last, OR a 30th day of celebration in connection with the last Sabbath of the month as well adjoined to the 1st day of the Month, resembling a 3 day weekend, only with the work week resuming thereafter with the Commanded 6 days of labor.

David and Johnathan knew the coming week end had a 3 day observation, 29th, 30th and 1st day before it had happened, how did they know that, they didn’t wait to see the crescent to make plans, there was no NASA, no calendar from the bank or an app?

They used knowledge and understanding, we are in need of today.

HERE is a POSSIBLE way they predicted the duration of the coming New Moon before it happens from a simple and ancient perspective: This particular approach assumes an individual is away from an observant local Assembly (this would not be the case with David and Johnathan).

The observant can start at what ever sign he see’s in the heavens prior to the last quarter / waning crescent and the New Moon, mark the first quarter and /or the full moon as Sabbath. Using the day of whatever sign (half or full) as the weekly Sabbath falling within the day between the two evening, one evening to begin and the following to end the Sabbath day of that quarterly sign (half or full moon). There after the observant should work for six days and rest one thereafter for Sabbath. The prior described seven day week is followed up to the last quarter / waning half moon: The moon will Not be seen in the evening sky during this Sabbath day, rather it will be seen at night, from solar marked midnight untill solar marked noon (not according to your wall clock!) of the Sabbath day, it is at the prior described time when the moon is observed that one may notice if the moon has a pronounced bulged (having more light) or is pronounced Concave (having less light), there will also be times which are very close to a near half and in such cases further judgment must be used.

Yet for the obvious:

  • In the case of the Sabbath moon having a pronounced concave sign it is generally safe to assume that the next Sabbath to come after six working days will be followed by 1 day of New Moon Celebration, thus the 29th and the 1st day are connected as a ‘two day week end’.

  • In the case of the Sabbath moon observation on the same last quarter / waning half moon has a pronounced bulge in it the sign it is generally safe to assume that the next Sabbath to come after six working days will be followed by the Sabbath on the 29th day followed in connection with 2 days of Celibration on the 30th and the 1st day, giving a ‘3 day week end’, there after the 2nd day of the month after the New Moon week end will begin as always the work week of 6 working days according to the 4th Commandment.

  • Caution!

If the first crescent moon is seen in the westward evening sky AT EVENING the feast and celebration of the New Moon is over and on the very next day (after evening) working days commence for 6 days there after reestablish the system for the next four weeks (6 working days and 1 sabbath day, with the final Sabbath day being intimately and insuperably connected to the New Moon).

  • It is worthy to note that, due to the ancient ways of observing the moon as to determine the coming calendar month, the day predicted by the method described to be the 30th day Must have been kept as part of the Sabbath, this would allow for the sighting of the first crescent in the evening sky which would signal the end of the New Moon festival, as described. Thus causing the day presumed to be the 30th to be in actuality the 1st and as such, it was rather the beginning of the month to come.

  • Now that we have have modern technology it raises many questions as far what day is the new moon, especially when the conjunction, that is when the moon is exactly in alignment with the sun, if that is the exact time of new moon (HoDeSh)? The technical questions arise from thinking of the moon as the hands of a clock, and this is a perfectly acceptable way to arrange the thoughts in our mind, as long as we remember that multiple hands on the heavenly clock to not align as our man made clock; rather on the heavenly clock, one hand will pass it’s appointed point (evening, new moon, new year), but the reckoning is not reckoned until all the hands have passed the appointed time as well.

In other words, if the New moon occurs early in the day, that day it occurs on is accounted as the last day of the last month, while After evening comes the new moon or new month; as well if we were to be considering the new year, it would not commence until the last day of the last month of the prior year was ended.

Technology, such as calculation, programs and now common Apps make reckoning the New Moon so easy, but it is important to not forget that we must not surrender the knowledge and understanding by which we observe the Heavens to a calculator.

(Here is an example of a composite definition, in so much as all the listed words are in essence the same in meaning, having no difference in the ancient texts): H7674, H7675, H7676: H7673 שׁבת saw-bath’ A primitive root; to repose, that is, desist from exertion; properly session, Infinitive of H3427 (ישׁב ya-shab-To sit down (specifically as judge, in ambush, in quiet); by implication to dwell, to remain; causatively to settle, to marry: – (make to) abide (-ing), continue, (cause to, make to) dwell (-ing), ease self, endure, establish) ,rest, interruption, cessation: – cease, sit still, loss of time…

Notice that the general meaning is to “stop where you are” or “settle down”.

Said above is that ya-shab is the infinitive, that is the action of the verb, and thus S(h)aB being the root, and common parent word of both sab(b)ath and Ya-shab: This then leads us to: שׂבעS(h)aBA / S(h)aBO being numbered : H7646, H7647, H7648, H7649 / H7650, H7651 / H7620 , H7637.

The first four numbers are understood to mean: being full, filled or satisfied: full of year or days, satisfied with bread, etc…

The meaning above as the parent word should make perfect sense in the composite understanding, that is when one”settles down”, as when he is “full of year or days” as in when one is older, as well as when he is full in the sense of being satisfied in life.

Relating to our topic: The seventh day or rather the last / fulfillment of a week: H7620 –שׁבוּע / שׁבעS(h)aBWA/ S(h)aBA – Properly passive participle of H7650 as a denominative of H7651; literally sevened, that is, a week (specifically of years): – seven, week.

The word S(h)aBoWA listed above is used in many different contexts, most dealing with what we call in English ‘weeks’, yet the biblical Hebrew understanding of a S(h)aBWA is not that which a week represents in the ‘calendar’ system of the modern world: a seven day count. Rather it is a fullness or completion of a portion of time, and as so it represents a very important point of this compilation, that is that the Sabbath is an oath God has sworn. The number H7637 – שׁבעי / שׁביעיS(h)aBYAY / S(h)aBAY –Ordinal from H7657; seventh. This word which is closely related to it’s partner S(h)aBWA in the above word groups.שׁביעי is the very word used in Gen 2:2-3 as well as in vertually every place the words “seventh day/ month/ year” occur, the word is used and rendered “swore / swear”, mentioned above, Gen 50:5, Ex 13:19 are a couple easy to see examples of the many times it is thus rendered so.

There is no significant difference in the Hebrew text of Exodus from that of Deuteronomy for the purpose of this compilation to draw attention to,The Hebrew verb and nouns through out the text of both are identicle, English word desire as found in the place of Covet in Exodus is as well the same Hebrew word: HeMaD.

HeMaD is translated neutrally and context defines the word as to a positive or negative. Yet there is one thing to be noticed that  in seemingly every instance HeMaD can swiftly become evil in it’s context, no matter how innocent the desire, coveting, pleasure is, with in the back drop of every situation is the looming Evil of it’s desire beyond Justice or Righteousness.

In the Greek the word Epi-Thumeh-seis / επιθυμησεις G1937 is a compound word constructed into a verb, which is that of epi- added to the root word to show supper-imposition, this is still done in English words taken from Greek which we still use (Epidemic, epilogue, epitomize), that is: on, upon in the sense of beyond (G1909) + the word Thume , a word which in scripture is used to signify the essence of a matter or situation, it is the word used to describe God’s pondering on why he made wicked Adam in the earth Gen_6:6 , it is the essence of Esau’s anger against Jacob Gen_27:45, the longing of Jacob towards his fathers house Gen_31:30, as well it is essence of the inscents of the altar of YHWH Exo_25:6, the word indicates as our English still shows the ‘Theme’ of the situation, thus together this word shows the epi-theme, it is ‘beyond the theme’ the intensity of the theme. A related word, Epithem, in medical terms this a word still understood as a medical treatment to be applied externally, An external application of a topical medicine. Such as a liquid in which cloth is dipped for pain relief or healing, to be applied to an area of the body in need of treatment. Offering the Idea of placing the substance to aid upon the area; as well if the liquid in which the cloth was dipped were damaging to an area it would nevertheless be a epithem, yet not for the purpose of healing, but rather for the purpose of causing illness.

SIN is an ILLNESS,

In the Greek construct of the 10 Commandments, as was discussed concerning Adultery, and in noticeable distinction from the Hebrew construct, Killing, Adultery, Stealing, False witness, and Covetousness are all converted into conditions; as we would understand it’s grammatical construct today, that is all of the words describing the forbidden act have the ending of ‘σεις ‘ seis ‘ or ‘εις eis ‘ , thereby rendering the commandment as a forbiddence towards a conditional behavior, such as we may understand other Greek words in English, one who has the condition of Arthritis has affliction to what was once refereed to as the Artus, arteries of the limbs, one who has Paralysis, the inability to move, is the affliction of one with a Palsy, one who has the condition of Narcosis is want to use a Narcotics or to be overly tiered, sleepy.

This choice of wording makes the prior commands including this 10th commandment a condition as well.

As the people of Scriptural Covenant, one is assumed by birth into the covenant of ones parents, this may lead to the blessing of righteousness in obedience or curse by wicked disobedience and rejection (Lev 26:44-45), yet one who is born to Parents of the Covenant are covenant children in the flesh, and before them lay a choice: to become a spiritual child of the covenant, by placing the WORD of YHWH in ones heart and mind and inward parts or to take on the body of sin and death contrary to the body of the resurrected Christ by an infectious illness which treatens the health and Common-Wealth of Israel, yea, the which is the core of the Common-Wealth, as the Ecclasia / Church as the Body of Christ can not be affected by such illness, rather when such a illness is allowed to persist with in the epidermis of the body, that is the outer layer who is member to the Common-Wealth by mere parentage and not by the personal New Covenant of Christ; those outer portions must be removed from the Common body as not to destroy the Wealth when the infection is made manifest! The Condition and illness found in this conclusionary 10th Commandment is damning and dangerous, while it’s symptoms are hidden in there early stages with in the heart and mind full of Lust or Covetousness, desire or pleasure in those things which are not intended for the families of Israel to be engaged in, it is by this same illness of Covetousness that the wicked are allowed to persist in close proximity to the Body of Christ, thereby causing the Church to be bed mates with a body of death and causing the infection to become transferable by it’s lack of self treatment with the healing power of the Spirit of God.

The Ambassador Paul admonishes us to:

Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts / Covetousness thereof. Rom_6:12

Specifically, The Commandment speaks of Coveting that which is thy neighbors, as the word was used prior it is used now, with in the common-Wealth what is our neighbors is his, by the Lawful Right given by God as a Citizen, this Law aims to curb secession of God’s Kingdom contained with in the Common-Wealth of Israel’s inheritance, not only of possessions but of Covenant and Law give to the Congregation of Jacob (Deu_33:4) In Coveting that which is thy neighbors we covet that which YHWH’s has given others with in the Common-Wealth beside thee: His wife, His House, His servants, His animals or anything that is his truly. It is this Covetousness that fuels all sin contrary to the LAW, even by coveting any thing which is thy neighbors, calls upon covetousness directed towards a Kingdom of neighbors or brothers who posses the whole of God’s Law as an inheritance, thus implicating sin upon one who covets the breaking of those Commandments which seemingly to our fleshly mind only pertain to our personal relationship with YHWH; yet by moving beyond covetousness and manifesting sin in our actions we literally rob the Common-Wealth of it’s blessing and inheritance by God’s Law.

 

 

It is with this mind honed in on this illness that this last and 10th Commandment of the Common Law is spoken of by biblical context, as in the often mentioned poetry of Almighty God, this 10th command lay at the core of the very first ill against YHWH God the creator, a sin which sought to replace the very power of He Who Is God.

A people of Self Dominion

Ruled by the Law of YHWH GOD

The account of Genesis and the Origins of Adamic society is the pedigrees of the Ordained Common Law of ‘He who rules with God’ or ‘Israel’, it is this concept which was the intention of the dominion or governance mandate of Gen 1:26-28, and this conceptual title is found in the name given to Jacob and his son’s in the name of I-SR-AEL.

Covetousness is in the heart and mind, it is the beginning and the end of self government, that is the Governing of ones self, which is basis upon which all Commandments and Laws of God are kept, ignored or abandoned by the will of man; by the giving of this will to choose whom we will serve the nature of the spiritual likeness and image is perceived, it is at the aim of covetousness, desire or pleasure that the will of the inward man is made know and the will of the flesh made evident. It is here that Covetousness with in this Society is the Engine of both life and death, Good and Evil, blessing and cursing.

Consider:

Covetousness /HeMaD, is first referenced

Gen_2:8 And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put those of the ADaM whom he had formed. (reference the LXX, and the Hebrew of Deu_5:24, Isa_6:12, Zec_11:6 as example of how this is not refering to one man named Adam)

Gen_2:9 And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

 

This country where Adam Folk were set to tend and till, there was grown pleasant or coveted crops and trees, beautiful in sight, good for food, as well in ADaM’s native land were 2 very special trees: Life, and Knowledge: of course we know Knowledge teaches Good and Evil.

(after the description of the home land, the native land it is told of ADaM’s Garden)

Gen_2:15 And the LORD God took the ADaM, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.

Gen 2:16 And the LORD God commanded the ADaM, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

Gen_2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

So, according to Gen_2:9 this tree which is forbidden, The Knowledge of Good and Evil, is a pleasant or coveted tree, but it’s effect is death to ADaM in the day he eats of it.

This is where at this time ADaM is in the Garden of the Lord, he is given provisions of food, yet he is required even at this time work, tend or till this Garden to maintain his life, as well ADaM is given dominion.

YHWH God tells the ADaM, ‘it’s all yours except for that tree, that 1 tree is mine, you can have all the others and the tree of Life, but that one tree is mine alone’ As creator YHWH God has this Right of course to reserve for Him self any thing he desired, and what YHWH desired was the knowledge of Good and Evil reserved to Him self, it was His property, and stigma attached to that tree, regardless of what the opinion on the physical make up of that tree is, it’s stigma is it’s YHWH’s, He coveted it to be His Own, His pleasure, delight or covetousness, it was His property, it was His plain and simple.

And as ADaM was made in the image and likeness of God it was as well pleasant, desirable and coveted as beautiful to the senses of ADaM as well, as to what was desired is the focus is found in the next portion of the Holy text:

Gen_3:1 Now the serpent (Eh-NaHeS, or Gk. Opis: referencing a literal Serpent type creature) was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

Gen 3:2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

Gen 3:3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

Gen 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

Gen_3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

 

Gen_3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good (desirable) for food, and that it was pleasant (good) to the eyes, and a tree to be desired (Coveted) to make wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

And for the present record, the serpant was not lying about the affect of the fruit of the tree, the eating of knowledge, as to open ADaM’s eyes as God’s to know good and evil, as YHWH himself says:

Gen 3:22 And YHWH God said, Behold, the ADaM is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:..

Consider Gen_3:6, this is a place where the pleasantness of this particular forbidden tree is described, wat it’s desire was, it’s pleasantness it’s Covetousness: this covetousness was spelled out and well defined by the angelic serpant, angelic, I say because this Serpent was a messenger, made by YHWH, accourding to Gen_3:1 “more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made”. Like the story of Balaam’s ass, who’s mouth was opened to persuade the madness of the YHWH fearing prophet Balaam, this Serpents mouth was opened for one reason, a reason the text clearly told us:

Gen 3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

God used this subtle beast to prove, test or try the ADaM. The Serpent plays the role of the divine revelation, an anomaly that is undoubtedly God sent, and it was, a situation so bazaar that the woman and man who partook of the situation would have to knowledgeably engage, willfully engage, that is as is shown in the woman’s contemplation of self convincing, it is description of the cognition of every action we make against another’s possessions as well as those things God has forbid his people to partake it by his parental guidance: personal desire, personal pleasure, selfishness, to the end of personal deification or heart placed Idolatry. (Leading us back to the first and second commandment, full circle.)

Consider the Serpents part as described in

Deu_13:1 If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder,

Deu_13:2 And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them;

Deu 13:3 Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

Deu 13:4 Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.

Paul as well teaches this same truth:

2Th_2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

2Th 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

2Th_2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

 

In the case of our fore bearers of ADaM Folk, they did not love the truth of God’s Word, thet didn’t believe it by Faith, they didn’t trust YHWH when He said “for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.”.

 

Thus no matter where the Covetousness comes from, even if from an angel from heaven, the Word of YHWH is greater, and is sustained, the simplicity of thou shalt and thou shalt not thwarts the non-commanded constructive inferences of any approach seemingly contrary to the Word of God.

The desire we have to take for our own pleasure is being curbed by this 10th Common Law in our heart and mind, before it is manifest in our life by our coupling Covetousness, desire or pleasure’s pull with the actual committing of any other Commandment: Killing, Adultery, Stealing or False witness agaist our neighbor.

And while not directly applied by the 10th Commandment, it is undoubtedly implied by the context of the word and it’s first case example as shown in the Account of Genesis as well as that which is seen beyond the pentauch that Coventing to Not Worship YHWH by Idolitry, Vanity, Ignoring the Sabbath, or Dishonoring Parents is as well Sin, which have it’s wage to be payed as Death in it’s manifestation.

Like Brute beasts made to be…

A Society that practices Covetousness is a society that has tasted of the forbidden fruit of desire and pleasure, which in and of it’s self is a heart and mind set that is not easily curbed. Like a brute beast is drawn by repetition to return to what it desires, mindlessly drawn by the pleasure of the experience had the prior day so man partakes of the same nature. Yet as well by Grace some who are called see this nature of covetousness in the flesh and break it’s condemnation.

For it is sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of covetousness.

For without the law sin was dead. For I was alive without the law once:

but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.

Rom_7:8-9

 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

Rom 7:24

I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord…

The LAW of YHWH IS TREASURE

to be Coveted!

Psa_19:10 More to be desired ( Coveted ) are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

Psa 19:11 Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.

Psa 19:12 Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults.

Psa 19:13 Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.

Psa 19:14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.

Solomon goes on to describe Godly Covetousness of YHWH’s treasured Law:

Pro_21:20 There is treasure to be desired and oil in the dwelling of the wise; but foolish ADaM spendeth it up.

Pro 21:21 He that followeth after righteousness and mercy findeth life, righteousness, and honour.

Pro 21:22 A wise man scaleth the city of the mighty, and casteth down the strength of the confidence thereof.

 

Ending off with this admonition:

 

 

Rom_8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Rom 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

Rom 8:3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

Deuteronomy 5:20

In the English Bible of our KJV both Exo_20:16 and Deu_5:20, seem to be identical with the exception of the first 3 words of the forbidance. Yet in the Hebrew, there is one more noticeable difference than the arrangement of the negative command, and that is the word translated ‘False’.

In the prior and related compilation study of this same series on the Common Law of GOD, pt 2. the 3rd Commandment regarding taking ‘YHWH’s Name in Vain’ has covered these words to be discussed and how they are related as part and parcel to the understanding of this 9th Commandment, it is evident that without having a firm grasp on the falsity and vanity of the violation of the 3rd Commandment, the actual and literal understanding of the violation against the 9th Commandment contained in sinful treatment of one’s neighbor in somewhat incomprehensible. So it is that some information contained in the message relayed from the 3rd Commandment will be repeated in this compilation as well, yet for a more comprehensive understanding of this Law of God particularly, I would ask that one first listen to the 2nd part of this series which regards the 3rd Commandments. Before getting in to the 2 Hebrew words of focus and more importantly their meaning and then effect upon the Common-Wealth in their violation and in their keeping; one word, which is actually a prefix on the Hebrew word ‘neighbor’, is the word ‘against’, bear a false witness ‘against thy neighbor’. Some have supposed this Commandment to only disallow falsification of witness in the negative affect, against a neighbor, that is to damn thy neighbor, to bring a false witness against ones neighbor, in a court room setting, as in to bring a charge against him, yet this application is contrary to biblical context, as to be provided. The Hebrew word for ‘against’, as translated in the KJV is simply the prefix of the letter ‘B’ to the word neighbor, ‘B’ also is translated and means ‘to, unto, near, by, beside, before’ , the prefix represents the Idea of closeness, it as per holistic scriptural context is not limiting the 9th Commandment to a negative witness by falsehood in a court setting or in a setting of accusation of judgment, rather it is the general bearing of a falsehood ‘to, unto or by’ ones neighbor, the Idea of bringing falsehood to him in any way…un-discript. As well the very word witness implies Truth, as a thing certainly known.

The Common-Wealth of Israel is to guard against Falsehood in it’s Common Law, which therefore imposes it’s self upon the citizenry and society as a thing common within the action’s between neighbor to neighbor, the Idea of excepted falsity amid neighbors or friends in general conversation, in simple and mindless lying I wish to dispelled by an illustration to show how falsity is a repugnant standard by which to live, as it is a standard of destruction that will hereby allow vanity to rule the Nation from it’s Justice system down, then from it’s children upward in it’s natural order; Falsehood and Witness are two opposing creatures that have the ability to mate,albeit only in the captivity of ones mind, yet they shall bring forth fruit in the world.

After the vain Idol of falsehood is bowed to, by the committing of adultery by False with Witness , the half bred of in-absolute and meaningless conversation shall be begat for 3 to 4 generations, insomuch as this iniquity will pervade to the utmost: into the law and the covenant of the very Common-Wealth it was codified to preserve: In a society created to be seated upon God’s Word these mongrels will be paraded as legitimate, the bastard will thereby fulfill it’s own destiny by replacing the true, perfect and purified Law of God with it’s own dynastic equivalent in destructive force in opposition to the Law which sought to give life. The wage of Sin shall be payed, and the unfortunate truth is that it is only those who will not kissed that Idol or bowed to it’s likeness that will realize it’s father is Falsehood and that Witness had been taken by force, Justice has been perverted!

This is the state we look at in this situation, this is the importance of the establishment of the Common-Wealth of Israel to be seated on the Law of God which persists by the Holy Spirit of Truth and Wisdom.

In Exodus the Hebrew word שׁקר׃ / SiQuR H8267 is translated false

לא / no תענה /shalt thou bear ברעך / against thy neighbor. עד /witness שׁקר׃H8267 false

In Deuteronomy the Hebrew word is שׁוא׃ / SUA H7723 is translated false

ולא / Neither תענהH6030 shalt thou bear ברעך /against thy neighbor. עד / witness שׁוא׃H7723 false

While both words are acceptable translations to the word false in English, the reason the language varies is because we are meant to learn the compound or dual spirit of these letters, as YHWH had both words used it is so that those who are called by His Name may ask Him what it is we should not do, that we may please him by our lives and our society.

As in the discussion of any law, the construct of the wording is important as to it’s intent, an intent that Israel is intended to understand.

Biblical Context

The only verses in the Pentateuch Law where the Hebrew word שׁוא / SUA (H7723 ) translated in Deu_5:20 as ‘False’ is found is in the following verses beside: Exo_20:7; Deu_5:11 3rd Commandment,

As well we have context and case, to help in:

Exo_23:1 Thou shalt not raise a false report: put not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.

Again the word SUA from Exodus 20:7, the 3rd Commandment is found translated ‘False’, while the context seems to be that of the 9th Commandment dealing with a the ‘false report’ of a ‘false witness’.

Venturing out side of the Pentateuch for context consider the substantiation of this word meaning ‘vain or empty’

Job 15:31 Let not him that is deceived trust in vanity: for vanity shall be his recompence.

 

Psa 12:1-2 Help, LORD; for the godly man ceaseth; for the faithful fail from among the children of men.

They speak vanity every one with his neighbour: with flattering lips and with a double heart do they speak.

God’s Word in opposition to the context:

Psa 12:6 The words of YHWH are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.

The form of false witness being referenced in Deuteronomy 5:20, as indicated by the word SUA is not identical to the form represented in Exodus 20:17, as indicated by the word SiQuR.

SUA refers to the type of falsehood which is vain, empty, mindless, ignorant, aimless: An example at law of this understanding is sited by Noah Webster as ‘ignoramus’: An ignorant person; a vain pretender to knowledge. , suitingly it could be described as ‘lying just to lie’, truly vain words.

While when dealing with the word found in Exodus: SiQuR and it’s related words refer to the same falsity of the witness, that is in it’s quality as being untrue, yet it indicates false intent, filled with falsehood for a reason, mindfully false, knowledgeably incorrect, aimed at injustice

Hebrew root SiQ is found a number of times in the Law, also dealing with these ‘ false matters ‘

Exo_23:7 Keep thee far from a false matter

(that is literally: ‘ Of words that are false (SiQuR) be far from’)

Deu_19:18 And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother;

Deu 19:19 Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.

Above the word SiQuR is used both times for the word false, and as well the same word translated in the Commandment as ‘bear’, is here translated ‘testified’.

A good example of the context of both the 3rd and 9th commandment may be seen in

Lev_19:11 Ye shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie(SiQuR-H8266) one to another.

Lev_19:12 And ye shall not swear by my name falsely,(SiQuR- H8267), neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD.

Lev 19:13 Thou shalt not defraud (O-SiQH6231) thy neighbour, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with thee all night until the morning.

This small but weighty substantiated arrangement of evidence from scripture shows the meaning of both aspects of the 9th Commandment and it’s use of the both the Hebrew word SUA referencing ‘Vain matters’ and that of SiQeR matters (pun intended), that is falsity with intent. Remember both aspects of this Commandment reference willful sin, that is to do so knowingly, even the falsehood which speaks to the idea of ignorance, the sinner bears a willfully: ignorant, vain, empty, careless, mindless ‘witness’ or ‘matter’, in ‘words’ : written or spoken. While the more sick idea to our morality is the idea of matters which we know to be false and perhaps have premeditated the effect of it’s witness, matters or words.

CHRISTIAN WITNESS

Can Not Be

FALSE OR VAIN

In other words, when those who are Called by the LORD YHWH’s Name, those who claim the blood of the covenant to be written upon them, by the precious name of Jesu(s) Christ, that is as a Christian, when they speak to a matter is should neither be vain or false, the words which we speak as part of the common-wealth of Israel that is as joint heirs with Christ of His Kingdom, should be true words, pure words, words and witnesses and testimonies which have been tried and found to have substance: This would indicate particularly in matters of trial or judgment before a governing authority ordained by YHWH God, yet not limited to such, as the Commandment is not only focusing upon a witness in a court but in the witness of ones mouth, hand and actions as offered to ones neighbor or brother of the Common-Wealth of Israel, that is of his own Nation. There is not one persuasive shred of evidence that witness to the fact or to suggests that it is exceptionable practice of behavior under this 9th Common Law that would allow for fellow Citizen-brothers to practice general lying or vain speech one with the other; in other words the whole command is an admonition towards thoughtful and true dealings with in the common-wealth, brother to brother, neighbor to neighbor from general conversation unto judgment for sin. And as a people called by God’s Name, it behooves us to Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness. And their word will eat as doth a canker… 2Ti_2:15-17 “

Not only when we study the scriptures to give an answer for our Faith, are we to shun the profane and vain babblings, we are to as well have our conversation honest among the Gentiles ( 1Pe_2:12), to be men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom (Act_6:3), Providing for honest things, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men. (2Co_8:21) as our calling by His Name is to walk by Faith, thus every dealing we as members of the Common-Wealth of Israel and as joint heirs with Christ as Christians should convey our honest action which are dictated by our honest Faith, our truthful Faith which leads the brothers of Christ to be a thoughtfully considerate race begotten of the father, that is not a vain, ignorant, mindless, and empty witness of our faith, our hope with in us, by stupidly speaking unsubstantiated matters that we do not have understand on, or witnessing to a thing that by our ignorance on the matter will misrepresent the witness of our faith. As well, in the other form, the SiQR is to bear a falsehood in our witness, that is to turn our hearts to be he that worketh deceit, he that telleth lies, knowing that those who do such shall not dwell in the house of YHWH or tarry in his sight. as says Psa_101:7, to not meddle with falsehood as Pro_17:4 A wicked doer giveth heed to false lips; and a liar giveth ear to a naughty tongue.

It behooves us as those who earnestly desire not to take the Name of our GOD in vain to become the people of His calling who bear no false witness unto our neighbor.

Yet for the Godly we we are told:

Psa_119:104 Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.

It is of necessity that those who are called by the Name of YHWH and those who call upon His Name be honest, truthful, wise men and women of an understanding heart and spirit, as far as our cognation allow us to be by our emotional and mental nature.

CHRIST ON AVOIDING EVIL

It is not until after the a fore mentioned aspect of the 3rd and 9th Commandment is brought into focus that it is even appropriate to discuss the subject of: Swearing, Oaths, Vowes, and Judgment, this is because honest and true men are in no need of swearing such an Oath as they in their honest conversation have no need of such, opperating upon the principles of

Num_30:2 If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.

which is well substantiated by our Lord Christ in his teaching in

Mat_5:37 But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.

As Christians we are pressed to have simple communication, and direct, for there is no place to swear in any way less than to swear by the name of YHWH when swearing is requiered.

Mat 5:33 Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths:

Mat 5:34 But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God’s throne:

Mat 5:35 Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.

Mat 5:36 Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black.

The forgone mention of swearing not at all is specific to the idea of swearing ‘not at all’ by any other thing than upon the name of YHWH as the Law only establishes:

Deu_6:13 Thou shalt fear YHWH thy God, and serve him, and shalt swear by his name

Once Christians are honest

they can start to consider

Judicial Proceedings

As the verses of the Pentateuch and the case examples are reflected upon from Exodus 23, Deuteronomy 19 and Leviticus 19, specific instances of law are seen to directly reference the swearing of brother to brother or neighbor to neighbor, the object of an Oath as taken in the Name of YHWH, the LORD, is evident, as well the swearing of an Oath is part of Judiciary proceedings under certain circumstances. The swearing of an Oath, is a very serious matter, as stated by our Christ, when swearing is required is is due to some form of evil. The swearing in a judicial proceeding is to invoke honesty beyond the standard, it is used as a converse measure to hold a Brother-Citizen to account for the truth or falsity of his testimony, so that the actual incrimination may come from the swearing falsely or lying under Oath, which today is called Perjury. In this instance the man who asserts to know a thing must swear as to His knowledge of the matter as will he who is to defend from the accusation, true or false. The Use of the swearing of an Oath is among the highest forms of Evidence one may produce in a Judiciary setting, as it is first hand witness coupled with the witness of God, by evoking His Name into the matter beyond a common standard it places a multiplied level of guilt upon the one who uses the Name vainly, the act calls ones soul into account beyond the duration of life; the only evidence which is higher is the like in opposition of 2 or 3 witnesses and / or factually substantiated Evidence introduced into the matter contrary to the single witness and his oath.

A Case Example:

Exo_22:7 If a man shall deliver unto his neighbour money or stuff to keep, and it be stolen out of the man’s house; if the thief be found, let him pay double.

Exo 22:8 If the thief be not found, then the master of the house shall be brought unto the judges, to see whether he have put his hand unto his neighbour’s goods.

Exo 22:9 For all manner of trespass, whether it be for ox, for ass, for sheep, for raiment, or for any manner of lost thing, which another challengeth to be his, the cause of both parties shall come before the judges; and whom the judges shall condemn, he shall pay double unto his neighbour.

Exo 22:10 If a man deliver unto his neighbour an ass, or an ox, or a sheep, or any beast, to keep; and it die, or be hurt, or driven away, no man seeing it:

Exo_22:11 Then shall an oath of the LORD be between them both, that he hath not put his hand unto his neighbour’s goods; and the owner of it shall accept thereof, and he shall not make it good.

When either form of falsehood prior discussed, either vainly-ignorant or intentionally-premeditated, the matter must be delineated by a Judicious Elder wise and understanding, and known among the tribe, and in such a case the determined Judgment preordained is:

Deu_19:16 If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong;

Deu 19:17 Then both the men, between whom the controversy is, shall stand before the LORD, before the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days;

Deu 19:18 And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother;

Deu_19:19 Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.

Restitution it is always the preferred Judgment to cause Brothers to be reconciled by restitution going forward, in the case of payment, for in the case of one who owes another, there is no damaged party more justified to have restitution than thy who have been wronged. In the event that one has in some form or another found an occasion to repent of a falsehood, the following is prescribed:

Lev_6:2 If a soul sin, and commit a trespass against the LORD, and lie unto his neighbour in that which was delivered him to keep, or in fellowship, or in a thing taken away by violence, or hath deceived his neighbour;

Lev 6:3 Or have found that which was lost, and lieth concerning it, and sweareth falsely; in any of all these that a man doeth, sinning therein:

Lev 6:4 Then it shall be, because he hath sinned, and is guilty, that he shall restore that which he took violently away, or the thing which he hath deceitfully gotten, or that which was delivered him to keep, or the lost thing which he found,

Lev_6:5 Or all that about which he hath sworn falsely; he shall even restore it in the principal, and shall add the fifth part more thereto, and give it unto him to whom it appertaineth, in the day of his trespass offering.

In such a case we see the place of repaying 1/5th of that which was the principal beyond the matter, and beyond this YHWH required an unblemished Ram payed to the priest hood or perhaps it’s estimated value?

In an Ideal Christian society established in brotherhood and good faith this incident would be resolved civilly, and between the two men of what ever the matter was, by simply taking one and the other at His honest word and knowing that neither would defraud, steal or trespass against the other willfully, yet this is not the nature of Men.

Thus when such a controversy arises the decision is ultimate to determine the truth of the matter, and to determine if either Citizen of the Common-Wealth is acting in an un-brotherly way, and to restore such a one by restitution.

The citizen members of the Ecclesia should not be found unworthy to judge the smallest matters…things that pertain to this life?

As the Apostle admonishes: If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church/ecclasia. I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren? 1Co_6:1-6

In such a case, Paul’s admonition is for brothers to appeal one to the other first and then to turn to a judge of the Ecclesia, providing the reprimand:

1Co 6:1 Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?..But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers.

1Co 6:7 Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded?

1Co 6:8 Nay, ye do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren.

1Co 6:9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God?

This of course is the case when members of the Ecclesial are living under the principalities and powers of the darkness, and not under a righteous Common-Wealth, and that when the Judge which wields the power of punishment is unGodly.

 

A Single Swearing of Oaths or Vows

That is the Idea of one who swears to do a thing for another before Almighty God.

Multiple examples of men swearing one to the other to preform an action is regarded out side of the perjury prior discussed, and this due to the circumstances and place of who is involved, when for instance an oath is sworn between Abraham and Eliazar as to get a wife of Abraham’s kindred for Isaac to wed, or between Isaac and Amimelech a Oath of peace is made, and beyond the swearing of these Oaths, they show the invocation of God into a matter to establish it beyond the normal for Divine accountability, it as well is an invocation for YHWH’s help in the matter: this too may undoubtedly be the bearing of a false witness in the event of it’s willful disregard or thoughtlessness.

Swearing a Oath to God is a vow:

Also is the matter of a vow, which by biblical definition seems to only indicate an swearing of an Oath or promise to God Himself as to do a thing for Him or to Him, to this Solomon offers excelant advice:

Ecc 5:4 When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed.

Ecc 5:5 Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay.

Ecc 5:6 Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands?

Ecc 5:7 For in the multitude of dreams and many words there are also divers vanities: but fear thou God.

It is a powerful thing to vow a vow to YHWH, as the scriptures evidently bear witness.

Deu 7:8 But because the LORD loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.

Deu 7:9 Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;

Deu 7:10 And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face.

Thou Shalt Not Steal

Exodus 20:15 / Deuteronomy 5:19

The Hebrew word for theft is a word many people already know, as similar slang is used in American-English for the same action: GNaB or nab, perhaps a help in remembering the word?

The universal Idea of stealing or theft as a wrong among cultures and laws of diverse peoples as well as creatures is absolute, that is the Idea of one or many taking from another or others what is not theirs is a wrong; yet it may come as stumble to those who wish primary laws of morality held as Christian to be universally understood to all peoples that theft or stealing is not the same for every culture, while most peoples have a general idea of what is theft, what is so for one culture is not to another. This is the case even among cultures which are genetically identical, yet generationally separated by time. This is the case in today’s so called christian culture opposed to the christianity of our separateist ancestors in America, and those to their Israelite ancestors of Moses to Nehemiah’s day.

When Citizenship is spoken of with in the Common-Wealth their are 2 particular words which God Law uses over and over again, that is Brother and Neighbor as well the 3 biblical words the English Bible calls ‘Stranger’ are all brought into focus when we speak on this matter, and it is indissoluble inherited rights which make other peoples strangers to the common-wealth, and as such strangers are excluded from some protections afforded to the brothers of the citizenship of Israel, which are sin when commited one upon each other. As the philosophy of the Idea mentioned that most every people of the world have a custom against theft, it is just a mater of what theft is to that people; at Law, even in modern law, this aspect of persons is what divides stealing from authorized behavior (either authorized by law or by the peoples conplacency, it makes no difference, both set the standard of the people’s constitution at that given time).

For instance, as was spoken of in the prior message on the 7th Commandment as well as touched on in the 5th Commandment message in this compilation is the God ordained concept of Land possession, which in the Common-Wealth of Israel was YHWH owned, He is the land LORD and He has delegated stewardship or governance, dominion by tribal family possession:

Lev_25:23 The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is Mine;for ye are strangers and sojourners with me.

Lev 25:24 And in all the land of your possession ye shall grant a redemption for the land.

Lev 25:25 If thy brother be waxen poor, and hath sold away some of his possession, and if any of his kin come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that which his brother sold.

Lev 25:26 And if the man have none to redeem it, and himself be able to redeem it;

Lev 25:27 Then let him count the years of the sale thereof, and restore the overplus unto the man to whom he sold it; that he may return unto his possession.

Lev 25:28 But if he be not able to restore it to him, then that which is sold shall remain in the hand of him that hath bought it until the year of jubile: and in the jubile it shall go out, and he shall return unto his possession.

Lev_25:34 But the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for it is their perpetual possession.

Yet in our modern day the concept of Land is not possession in YHWH’s stead it is ‘private’ ownership, which in God’s vacancy through his ordained Law is more like Rent; for consider the modern culture and cultures of European descent: With out some form of payment required, the ruling principality and powers of government will come to your home, land or business and remove you and your family from it, and you will have no right that any court will recognize which will grant you possession with out payment of what that principality determines to be ‘due’.

In a society based upon God’s Law where land ownership is Almighty God’s and it is possessed as an inheritance by the Ethnic-nation of Israel, only a citizen of the Common-Wealth may claim his own ancestral land indefinitely that is perpetually with no intervention, by any ruler or any other person, none save the eviction by the Land LORD via war and dispossession, all other forms of a brother citizen or Israel being removed from his possession is theft. At such points when citizens of Israel are being removed, a clear line is drawn that a dyer need to repent before Almighty God is at hand, and a God ordained opposition to tyranny is of necessity.

So the culture most Europeans live under today would be tyrannical to their father’s who lived in the days of king Saul or perhaps Ahab, it is a matter of culture.

So it is, when speaking of stealing or theft in God’s Common Law it is defined by statute, YHWH, God of Israel is the determiner according to His Law of what theft is and is not, and as well what situations will determine the particular punishment to be executed by the Elders: Judges and Officers, the crime is to be judged according to Justice by the ordained diligent inquisition, and then as the well known Biblical Maxim teach:

Deu 19:21 And thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.

When contemplating Biblical stealing with in the Common-Wealth of Israel as Governed by the Common Law of the 8th Commandment, the understanding of Judgment for particular crimes being diverse one from the other becomes obvious as the Commandment’s violation is dealt with differently based upon the nature and object of the theft, as well as the circumstances surrounding it, yet one pervading absolution is consistent in judgment for this sin-crime between brother and brothers, neighbors and neighbors as well as Citizen and stranger, this is the idea of Restitution.

The term Restitution is in our legal language even today, Noah Webster defined it thus:

Restitution is made by restoring a specific thing taken away or lost.

2. The act of making good, or of giving an equivalent for any loss, damage or injury…

When we speak of restoring in the KJV we speak to the same point, as well.

In all cases Restitution is the final “act of making good”, and the determiner of what good is, is GOD.

Just Weights and Measures:

A Common Standard of Value

By the demand for Just Restitution the essentiality of equivalent value must arise, that is the equal value of a thing payed in money, yet only when allowed by the damaged party instead of the actual lose by similar representation, such as beast for beast, thus an estimation of value must at times be set as to it’s equivalent with in the common-wealth in the event settlement of Restitution may be had by an acceptable medium of exchange, and that set by God’s Sanctuary.

Beyond the days of Abraham Adam’s people have been using precious metals as this medium of exchange.

Gen 13:2 And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold.

Both precious and common metal weighed as Shekels (ShQuL), a Shekel is simply a determined weight current at a given instance or time, or as currency among a Common-Wealth; in the case of Israel’s “The Sanctuary’ is to assay the shekel or weight that is currency:

Lev_27:25 :

And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

This shekel was assayed in 3 precious metals, which until the 1900’s did not change in European societies.

Exo_25:3 And this is the offering which ye shall take of them; gold, and silver, and brass,

(copper: biblically known as Brass, not to be confused with the modern alloy of zinc and copper)

Bibically speaking the word for current money and Silver are one and the same, KeCeF. Silver was the common money of the common people, not withstanding the more valuable gold and less valuable copper coinage.

Thus the Law of God dictates from the commoner to the priest such law:

Lev_19:35 Ye shall not act unrighteously in judgment, in measures and weights and scales.

Lev 19:36 There shall be among you just balances and just weights and just liquid measure. I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt.

Lev 19:37 Therefore shall ye observe all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: I am the LORD.

AND

Deu_25:13 Thou shalt not have in thy bag divers weights, a great and a small.

Deu 25:14 Thou shalt not have in thine house divers measures, a great and a small.

Deu 25:15 Thou shalt have a true and just weight, and a true and just measure, that thou mayest live long upon the land which the Lord thy God gives thee for an inheritance.

Deu 25:16 For every one that does this is an abomination to the Lord thy God, even every one that does injustice.

When the word ‘weight’ is used in Lev_19:35 it is translated from the Hebrew word M-ShQuL, and is specifically dealing with the aspect of Currency or Money, that is the medium of exchange with in the Common-Wealth of Israel.

In Speaking of money we speak of silver as the average standard of currency between men of that citizenship.

It is that in order for any commerce beside simple trade a valuation and estimation is of necessity to be had in any society which will govern upon Law, as to allow for brothers to stranger to deal Justly one with the other, as to determine fair dealings from stealing and theft. While any honest agreement for any thing, either in buying or selling or in the case of restitution, their is an estimation of value in a monetary sense as to aid Justice between in commerce or controversy.

Exo 21:18 And if men strive together, and one smite another with a stone, or with his fist, and he die not, but keepeth his bed:

Exo_21:19 If he rise again, and walk abroad upon his staff, then shall he that smote him be quit: only he shall pay for the loss of his time, and shall cause him to be thoroughly healed.

As well

Exo 21:28 If an ox gore a man or a woman, that they die: then the ox shall be surely stoned, and his flesh shall not be eaten; but the owner of the ox shall be quit.

Exo 21:29 But if the ox were wont to push with his horn in time past, and it hath been testified to his owner, and he hath not kept him in, but that he hath killed a man or a woman; the ox shall be stoned, and his owner also shall be put to death.

Exo 21:30 If there be laid on him a sum of money, then he shall give for the ransom of his life whatsoever is laid upon him.

Exo 21:31 Whether he have gored a son, or have gored a daughter, according to this judgment shall it be done unto him.

 

Within the Common-Wealth of Israel the simple and intrinsic Common law of God couples Just measures and weights and scales by a monetary system using the ordained hard currency of Gold, Silver and Copper according to the precept of it’s Common purity, estimated and assayed by the Sanctuary, that is the same God ordained authority that over sees Judgment with in the Common-Wealth according to: Deu_17:9, Deu_19:17, they are the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days.

Therefore, by debasing the monetary system of the Common-Wealth with injustice or counterfeit coinage, as to adulter it’s purity commanded by precept, or to to attempt to replace hard money, by any person of any rank, is a debasement of the effectiveness of the justice of the Common-Law, and a robbery upon the Nation as a whole: such monetary debasement over turns the 1st commandment, as well, it is both an undercover attempt to man-steal the citizens of the Common-Wealth, along with a way to steal property and possessions of the Nation.

By the severity of the impact of debasing a hard and lawful money system is so severe that the use of any man made or fiat means, such as our modern use of Paper and or Electronic Bank transfers of contrived credits called money, would create a ‘monetary’ like system that would be controlled by the creators of the system, which would in effect control the holders and users of the contrived wealth. And thus the proverb which we are taught (1Ti_6:10) that the love of money is the root of all evil allows those who love to creator money to create all evil, as well as to get away with all evil with it; thus a government or banking system such as had today may easily escape the recourse of actual restitution even though that system may compensate an injured party, yet they do so with nothing, except for a currency they created out of thin air.

To allow the monetary system of a people to be controlled by a non-substance, such as paper and or electronic transfers, inevitably sets that society up for control by the selfish will of it’s creator…which is not YHWH God Almighty.

Deu_24:7 If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and maketh merchandise of him, or selleth him; then that thief shall die; and thou shalt put evil away from among you.

Within the Common-Wealth of Israel among the most heinous thefts a Citizen or Brother may commit is that of man-stealing.

Yet consider our modern day standard: In the matter of an arrest and detainment of an adult person, in some events the men or women are imprisoned and their freedom taken, in biblical language is man-stealing when the time In such Ward is not being used to determine the detained’s fate as to life or death.

“In-Ward”

Biblically, the status called “In-Ward” (Gen_40:3; Gen_40:7; Gen_41:10; Lev_24:12; Num_15:34) is the only time a Brother may be detained by Law, and it’s sole use it to determine life or death, with out such a status, especially when any form of price is attached to the persons release, it is Man-Stealing; the lawful examples found in Lev_24:12; (In one cercumstance we have a 1st generation Egyptian man born to an Israelite woman who blasphemed the Name of YHWH by cursing, by Deuteronomy 23:7-8 this man was not an Israelite nore would his child be for 2 more generations, thus In-Ward is used for the Stranger that is not of thy people), and in Num_15:34 (In-Ward is used upon a Citizen who broke the Sabbath wilfully, and was ass well put to daeth.)

Due to the prior understanding laid out from the prior commandments (found in this series) particularly that of the 5th Commandment pertaining to Parents, the absolute authority and ownership of children within the Common-Wealth resides in those children’s life givers, the contained in the generative Parents and lead in Headship by the Fathers. Thus, when another of any rank comes from the out side of this Righteous Paternal Headship and takes away another’s child with out absolute and evident consent of the Head holder, which may be had in hired or indentured servitude of ones Own Child, this act of taking a child with out consent, however, we now call Kid-Napping, but in Reality and according to YHWH God’s Law it is Man-Stealing as well.

In the case of this particular theft two words from the Greek and Hebrew must be reconciled and the then the aspects of verse 3 as well need applied in context.

במחתרת / B-Me-HeThR-Th literally saying: double prefix B-in & M-from or of. together meaning With-in or by it: in the act of +HeThR: Digging, Braking, Rowing: the Idea of Uncovering (see Jer_2:34) + Th: shalt be, they are (femanin construct) = English: they are uncovered (discovered) within. Leaving us with the plain Idea of what we call breaking and entering, tresspassing, or burglary, (while not being limited to night time activity) Yet night activity would automatically constitute undercover actions.

In the Greek LXX the word διορυγματι / Dio-Rugmati is used.

The word Dio or Dia G1223 ..In composition it retains the same general import: – after, always, among, at, to avoid, because of (that), briefly, by, for (cause) . . . fore, from, in, by occasion of, of, by reason of, for sake, that, thereby, therefore, X though, through (-out), to, wherefore, with (-in).

And Rugmati which may be seen in Titus 1:3 used with the prefix of κή / KeH

Rugus may indicate the English: to make a ‘Ruckus’

Thus in a compound understanding the same Idea is conveyed, that is in the discovery or uncovering of one, in this case the Greek speaks to the aspect of alarm. ‘they be within ruckus’.

It is by such an understanding that the understanding is offered that when the worst form of thief is found in the act of theft with in ones possession, and that thief is harmed or killed there is no case for recourse for that thief, or for charges of murder against the defender of his possession for such an action against a thief, day or night who he is caught in the act. Yet, according to verse 3

Exo_22:3 If the sun be risen upon him, blood for him; he should make full restitution; if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.

In this aspect of the verse it seem to indicate liability to the protector of his stuff and the restitution owed by the thief. The mention of the sun, is not to differentiate between day and night but indicate the length of time that had passed from the smiting and incident, therefore, consider this compound understanding ” If a thief is uncovered and he be smitten and die no one should bleed for the killing of the thief. But if the smitten thief live until another morning and be then killed by the own it is murder as the thief has been subdued, rather the caught thief is to pay restitution after the following morning by servitude, by the evaluation according 4 or 5 times the original theft or in equal value, as per verse 1 or by no less than 2 times according to Exo_22:4 And if the thing stolen be left and be in his hand alive, whether ox or sheep, he shall restore them two-fold.

Thus within the Common-Wealth of Israel, Governed by YHWH God’s Common Law, man committing undercover theft upon anther’s possessions would be non-existent and those with such tenancies would be swiftly culled from the flock or taught by the Justice of Restitution.

Before leaving off from the Idea of theft punished by Capital, the Justice of Almighty God speaks to the easily comprehensible maxims of His Perfect Law, as to deal with those thefts which would be interposed upon another and lead to the eventual or immediate death of the victim:

And so such Laws as well stand as the standard of Justice such as:

Exo_22:26-27 If thou at all take thy neighbour’s raiment to pledge, thou shalt deliver it unto him by that the sun goeth down: For that is his covering only, it is his raiment for his skin: wherein shall he sleep? and it shall come to pass, when he crieth unto me, that I will hear; for I am gracious.

Deu 24:6 No man shall take the nether or the upper millstone to pledge: for he taketh a man’s life to pledge.

Setting the example of the 2nd Protos Commandment operating upon Charitable Love:

Lev_19:18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.

Evasion of Compensation and Liability is Stealing

Exo 22:5 And if any one should feed down a field or a vineyard, and should send in his beast to feed down another field, he shall make compensation of his own field according to his produce; and if he shall have fed down the whole field, he shall pay for compensation the best of his own field and the best of his vineyard.

Exo 22:6 And if fire have gone forth and caught thorns, and should also set on fire threshing-floors or ears of corn or a field, he that kindled the fire shall make compensation.

Exo 22:7 And if any one give to his neighbour money or goods to keep, and they be stolen out of the man’s house, if the thief be found he shall repay double.

Exo 22:8 But if the thief be not found, the master of the house shall come forward before God, and shall swear that surely he has not wrought wickedly in regard of any part of his neighbour’s deposit,

Exo 22:9 according to every injury alleged, both concerning a calf, and an ass, and a sheep, and a garment, and every alleged loss, whatsoever in fact it may be, –the judgment of both shall proceed before God, and he that is convicted by God shall repay to his neighbour double.

Exo 22:10 And if any one give to his neighbour to keep a calf or sheep or any beast, and it be wounded or die or be taken, and no one know,

Exo 22:11 an oath of God shall be between both, each swearing that he has surely not at all been guilty in the matter of his neighbour’s deposit; and so his master shall hold him guiltless, and he shall not make compensation.

Exo 22:12 And if it be stolen from him, he shall make compensation to the owner.

Exo 22:13 And if it be seized of beasts, he shall bring him to witness the prey, and he shall not make compensation.

Exo 22:14 And if any one borrow ought of his neighbour, and it be wounded or die or be carried away, and the owner of it be not with it, he shall make compensation.

Exo 22:15 But if the owner be with it, he shall not make compensation: but if it be a hired thing, there shall be a compensation to him instead of his hire.

Stealing Chastity

Exo 22:16 And if any one deceive a virgin that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely endow her for a wife to himself.

Exo 22:17 And if her father positively refuse, and will not consent to give her to him for a wife, he shall pay compensation to her father according to the amount of the dowry of virgins.

Stealing by Usury

And if thou shouldest lend money to thy poor brother who is by thee,

Thou shalt not be hard upon him thou shalt not exact usury of him.

Exo_22:25

The word Usury is not a word used nowadays nearly as much as in the past, this most likely due to modern societies’ desire toward exacting usury as well as having it exacted upon them as to satiate all wants beyond need.

When one speaks of usury, we speak of the Idea of gain upon the principal or original sum payed by the debtor for Using another’s wealth. Today we call this Interest. Some in our modern day who would wish usury to only be what they have termed “excesive interest” oppose the strictness by which Nehemiah believed God to have demanded in His Common Law for Israel when he rebuked the nobles and ruler for exacting 1/100th % and to prove it’s understanding as no meaning less than 1 % the nobles and rulers response to the rebuke was, “We will restore them, and will require nothing of them…” (Neh_5:11-12)

No matter what the substance loaned is:

Thou shalt not lend upon usury to thy brother; usury of money, usury of victuals, usury of any thing that is lent upon usury:

Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury; but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury: that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all that thou settest thine hand to in the land whither thou goest to possess it. Deu 23:19-20

True Brotherly Love

When two citizens, yea brothers, are dealing with one and other, as to be in benefit for the Common- Wealth, that is to be Patriotic in the patriarchal sense, ones own people His Brethren are preferred as to establish the Kingdom by love and charity. The true citizen od the Common-Wealth of Israel is in fact brothers by flesh and bone and common parentage to his fellow citizen, it is by such a division between brothers, as to rule over one another with rigor (Lev_25:43) with in the lose of sight of the fear of God we divide our nation, it is as well by Not dividing our selves from all other peoples who are not our brothers, that the universal destruction of all peoples shall creep in as a thief, allowing the stranger to spoil the Common-Wealth which he is forbidden from entering.

Lev_25:35 And if thy brother be waxen poor, and fallen in decay with thee; then thou shalt relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger (GuR), or a sojourner (resident alien); that he may live with thee.

Lev 25:36 Take thou no usury of him, or increase: but fear thy God; that thy brother may live with thee.

Lev 25:37 Thou shalt not give him thy money upon usury, nor lend him thy victuals for increase.

Lev 25:39 And if thy brother that dwelleth by thee be waxen poor, and be sold unto thee; thou shalt not compel him to serve as a bondservant:

Lev 25:40 But as an hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with thee, and shall serve thee unto the year of jubile:

Lev 25:41 And then shall he depart from thee, both he and his children with him, and shall return unto his own family, and unto the possession of his fathers shall he return.

Lev 25:42 For they are my servants, which I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: they shall not be sold as bondmen.

For an example of the intertwining relationship theft has with usury, and usury against Ethnic homogeneity and the well being of a Nation, the context of Love for God and neighbor according to the Protos commandments of God’s Law found, Neh 5:1-19 is a strongly recommended study.

Stealing, Theft, Robbery and Usury no mater of what it is, or of what the statute evaluates it’s Restitution at is a destructive force when allowed in a society, especially a Biblical Society. Its violation as stated prior in prior messages strikes at the very heart of God’s Kingdom, which in fact strikes at the New Covenant. Though theft may be among the least crimes to be committed in society, it is among the most severe Sins to be allowed to go unpunished.

Commit Adultery

Exodus 20:14/Deuteronomy 5:18

(I would like to start by asking those who have not heard the compilation on the 5th Commandment of honoring ones parents to first listen to that message before this one or shortly after, as the two commandments are tightly tied together with blue thread.)

In order to understand the aspects of this Commandment within the Common Law of God Adultery must first be defined, starting with the English definition of the word found in our English Bibles:

ADUL’TERY, n. [L. adulterium. See Adulterate.]

1. Violation of the marriage bed; a crime, or a civil injury, which introduces, or may introduce, into a family, a spurious offspring.

Adulterate

ADUL’TERATE, v.t. [L. adultero, from adulter, mixed, or an adulterer; ad and alter, other.]

To corrupt, debase, or make impure by an admixture of baser materials; as, to adulterate liquors, or the coin of a country.

ADUL’TERATE, v.i. To commit adultery. Obs.

ADUL’TERATE, a. Tainted with adultery; debased by foreign mixture.

The fact that Adultery and Adulteration are so closely related may come as a shock to those who use words found in the bible with out care to their meaning. The fact that one who commits Adultery in Reality is Adulterating purity as it that purity was either created and ordained to be by YHWH God.

Defining Biblical Adultery

However this Greek word is a compound which which has become a verb made up a simple idea English speaking people can understand with little effort: the compound is made of

The simpler form of G1698; to me: – I, me, mine, my.

and

From a derivation of χέω cheō from which Chaos which we may understand easily as well, chaos in the the Greek understanding is the idea of pouring a thing out of a channel or vacancy, it is as we think of it in disorder.

Thus we have :μοι Moi / My + χευσ /Chaos = My Chaos being used as a verb in moixoseis

Hebrew Adultery

NAP :

H5003: A primitive root; to commit adultery…

The Hebrew word translated into our English word Adultery is the word NAP;

NAP is complex but expressive as it is a contracted compound word, like the word king-dom (kings-dominion), letters are dropped out to create a new word, common in Hebrew and English. Hear we may see the root NAH / נאה, meaning ( H4998 ) be at home, be beautiful, become, be, blended with the word AP/ אף ( H637 ) meaning accession (used as an adverb or conjugation); also… , and thus meaning ‘home also’ or ‘beauty also’, it seems to represent the idea of one going beyond the pleasantness of family, as in all forms of Adultery this is what the man of woman of the Common-Wealth of Israel does, they go beyond the home life YHWH God has ordained, thus adulterating the society.

In the literal Hebrew scripture the wording is לאnot תנאף׃ shalt thou adulter’, in the commandment the word is prefixed with the Hebrew ת / Th meaning ‘thou shalt’ ‘shalt thou’ and the English translators took the liberty assure it’s understanding as law by adding the synonymous meaning of ‘commit’. The exact wording of Th-nap is only used used 3 times in the Hebrew Scriptures and of that three times two times in the very commandment found in Exo_20:14 and Deu_5:18 , it is from this third use from Jer_3:9 some context is found:

Jer_3:8 And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery (NAP-Eh) I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.

Jer 3:9 And it came to pass through the lightness of her whoredom, that she defiled the land, and committed adultery (Th-NAP) with stones and with stocks.

In verse 8 the root word NAP is used in the word NAPEh which literally means ‘adultery of’ as may be seen in the Bishop’s bible, yet our actual word is seen in in 3:9 in “committed adultery”

This metaphoric verse shows the English definition given prior of Adultery and Adulteration, as the Adultery of whorish Israel was compared to a married woman, and the Adulteration what is done with trees and stones!

Adultery strikes at every aspect of Order

Adultery strikes at every aspect of ADaM’s purpose of creation

  • in the blessed mandate of dominion governance of multiplicity and fruitfulness and subdueance by replenishing (as described in the prior compilation on killing),

  • willful adultery as well hates God and neighbor and is reversive of the love commanded in the proto-commandments:

  • Adultery strikes at the 1st commandment in it’s willful violation, challenging God’s supreme sovereignty to dictate according to HIS Word sexual relations.

  • It strikes against the 2nd Commandment as it again sets ones self up or system of worship up which caters to ones self as the Idol of the heart to be bowed to,

  • It strikes against the 3rd Commandment by vainly taking YHWH God’s Name in vain by voiding the people of God’s calling,

  • It strikes against the 4th Commandment in that Holy worship is polluted by the actions and products of adultery,

  • It strikes against the the 5th Commandment, particularly, as it devalues or dishonors ones parentage it it’s very reproductive action or it’s lack thereof both of with will remove the people of God’s name from out of the Land,

  • It a strike against the 6th Commandment in that both the product of adulterous relations is illegitimate and should not have been created, nor are those which have committed to adulteration both have forfeit their lives before Almighty God, they have both killed them selves before the face of Almighty God and in certain cases the debased offspring they have made.

Historic look at Adultery

Consider Josephus a contemporary of our Lord’s time and how they viewed adultery:

1. AS for adultery, Moses forbade it entirely, as esteeming it a happy thing that men should be wise in the affairs of wedlock; and that it was profitable both to cities (society) and families (races) that children should be known to be genuine. He also abhorred men’s lying with their mothers, as one of the greatest crimes; and the like for lying with the father’s wife, and with aunts, and sisters, and sons’ wives, as all instances of abominable wickedness. He also forbade a man to lie with his wife when she was defiled by her natural purgation: and not to come near brute beasts; nor to approve of the lying with a male, which was to hunt after unlawful pleasures on account of beauty. To those who were guilty of such insolent behavior, he ordained death for their punishment. Antiq. Book 3, CH12:Vrs1

The question of what adultery is from a biblical and natural perspective in reality is a subject every Christian should wish to know, the 7th commandment is not only a prohibition of one who adulterates his neighbors wife by an illicit sexual union, but is the biblical word used to cover all sexual immorality including affairs of Breaking Wedlock, Miscegenation, Incest, Bestiality, and Homosex.

Whoremongers and Adulterers
God Will Judge.

Now that Adultery has been defined from the language and the context of scripture let us ask both Nature and Natures God for the Laws which forbids and dictate the committing and abhorrence of the practice and it’s effect on the common wealth.

As the focus of the Common Law of God regarding every commandment in the 10 is imperative on society, and at the introduction prior we have seen how the commandments hinge and rest at diverse and synonymous times one upon each other, with the Command against Adultery this is easily seen, even more so in reflection upon the prior discussion on the Common Law and their impacts in violation and adherence upon the Common-Wealth of Israel particularly when considering the first 5 commandments of God, especially the 5th, in honoring or valuing ones parents and thus parentage, the scope of Adultery as adulteration becomes all the more clear.

Call to mind the statement made in the compilation on the 5th Commandment of Honor thy Parents: “Adultery, fornication, and whoredom are ultimate devaluations or dishonor to ones parents and parentage, by allowance of an illegitimate offspring to grow in violation of the Law of God will destroy the Covenant upon which the Law is founded thereby dissolving the bond of all. “

Lev_20:21-22 says, Ye shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: that the land, whither I bring you to dwell therein, spue you not out.

All forms of adulteration are literally a curse and a strike against ones parentage, a dishonor that will cause the Land to spew us out as opposed to prolong our days. Thus in it’s entirety the adulteration of race, nation, tribe and family genealogy and by thus inheritance is in focus, notwithstanding that those natural adulteration which could never produce offspring are as well condemned due to it’s adulteration of natural affection.

Unlike the command on killing, there is no exception is given in the Scriptures for the Governing Authorities or any citizen to engage in Adultery; rather we find fornication and com Adultery which bring forth adulterated children being condemned in the lives of Kings and Priests (Ezra and Nehemiah).

Adultery is perhaps more murderous to a legitimate society that murder it self, as in the case of Adultery when committed and unpunished, when it is acknowledged by it’s spawn it offers a seed bed for the germination of bastard and fruitless affections towards YHWH God and HIS Law, in as much as the spawn of such a union will acknowledge that it’s life was never to be.

In order to discuss this subject of Adultery 5 categories have been enumerated to isolate the content for discussion:

Miscegenation, Bestiality, Homosex, Incest, Breaking of Wedlock;

The Organic laws of Creation will guide this study as the bedrock of the Common-Wealth’s Common Law:

The Adultery of Miscegenation is first brought in to scope, that is the Adulteration of Genetic Purity, this is not only in the Adulteration of ADaM, but as well in the Adulteration of all kinds.

In the very beginning of creation as the Scripture relays it we find a simple statement, easy for the farmer, the husbandman, and the ethnologist to understand “After his kind or “After their kind”

Gen 1:24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.

Gen 1:25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good. The Hebrew word MYN-Eh is see in both creation and replenishment after the flood in: Gen_1:11; Gen_1:12; Gen_1:21; Gen_1:24; Gen_1:25; Gen_6:20; Gen_7:14; Gen_8:19.

For our sakes, no doubt, this is written…

In the case of all creation their is an order after kind, and this is so with the living souls as well. As the wise and accepted apostle Paul dictates concerning the laws which pertain to beasts (1Co_9:9-10) “…Doth God take care for oxen? Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written…” so the Law build upon this organic order of kind may be plainly known:

Lev_19:19 Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee. ( LXX-Gender-κατο-χευσεις / Kata xeusis, Kata: down, beside, against, and the same ending in the Greek word for Adultery moi-Xeusis / chaos)

Deu_22:9 Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds: lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy vineyard, be defiled.

Deu 22:10 Thou shalt not plow with an ox and an ass together.

Deu 22:11 Thou shalt not wear a garment of divers sorts, as of woollen and linen together.

The law is direct and simple the mixing of kinds is not pleasing to GOD Almighty, from ADaM to beast, from beast to plant life YHWH God is desirous of HIS Creation to stay in order, an order which modern man is ever tampering with, from ADaM to bacteria.

As in the case of the prior laws the logic of God is clear on the reason why such is forbidden : “lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy vineyard, be defiled.”

ADaM

In Genesis 1:26 directly following the account of the people of ADaM are made according to their kind

“And God said, Let us make ADaM in our image, after our likeness…”, in this case we have both a physical and a Spiritual being being created after God’s kind, that is His image and likeness.

…”and let them have dominion”…ADaM was an ordained creation, made for Governance of the earth.

In the detailed account of Genesis 2, we are given a contextual understanding to found our Common Law there after, an Organic construct which shows the normality of ADaM’s Society:

Gen_2:18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.

Gen 2:19 And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.

Gen 2:20 And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.

Bestiality

Here plainly the simplicity of bestiality being abhorrent to the Creator is shown. That is that all formed life, and every living creature, formed also of the ground is not the same as the ADaM Kind and is not fit for him to take as a help mate (meet).

To this act of Adulteration the Law of God says:

Exo 22:19 Whosoever lieth with a beast shall surely be put to death.

Lev 18:23 Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.

Lev 20:15 And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast.

Lev 20:16 And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Homosexuality among ADaM

Gen_1:27 So God created ADaM in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Gen 2:21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;

Gen 2:22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.

Gen 2:23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.

Gen 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it…

This blessed mandate is the very command of male and female made in the likeness and image of God, are to be being fruitful and multiply according to their ADaM Kind, Male and female creating living souls like them selves, the natural procreation process was instituted from the time of Creation, and is in no way as some suppose a product of the fall, or of a curse, as only the multiplication of pain in Childbirth is listed among the curses NOT childbirth it self.

When the Hebrew term for male and female is examined the intrinsic nature of conjugation is evident, male (ZKR/ mark makers) and female (NQuBH, marked, or punctured) created he them.

The Common Law founded upon Normalcy was instituted thus:

Lev_18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

Lev 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Incest

By this same set of scriptures from Gen 1 and 2 the ordained marriage of unfamilial persons.

Incest is opposed in the nature of creation, as ADaM’s help meet was not his mother, sister or child in any form of natural generation, but was a special creation of Adam’s genetic flesh and bone but not related in the familial way. As Adam was created of the dust of the earth along with all other living creatures or souls, they are not permitted to be mates one to the other, nor indeed can they be in fact yet they are all of the family of dust but were created distinct, so Incest between mother, sister, and daughter is forbidden by the Law of God as a form of Adultery as well, supported in the construct of ADaM’s recieving of his mate by special generation created by the hand of Almighty God.

Lev 18:6 None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to uncover their nakedness: I am the LORD.

Though out Lev_18:1-30 and Lev_20:8-23 the likeness of YHWH God is seen on the matter, in the prohibiting of marriage to mother and father, sister or brother, son or daughter, aunt or uncle as well as other adulterous forms of engenderance. It is thus, by a study of the Hebrew ad Greek scriptures one may safley understand that ADaM was not an individual creation as one man but as a race or kind.

Thus all sexual immorality classified as adultery is able to be defended in the organic nature of creation both the pro and the con, that is the thou shalt and the thou shalt not in conjunction with those natural principals which govern generation.

Back to the Norm

Deu 23:17

There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel,

nor a whoremonger of the sons of Israel.

Gen 2:23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.

The marital construct is imbued with this organic maxim of wedlock, that men of ADaM are to have wives taken from their own people, that is of their own bone and flesh, a command which follows threw out the Scriptural testament, offering the Christian the certainty of this Common Law forbidding Adultery and Adulteration of ones created kind.

Thus in the case of ADaM upon whom the focus of Scripture is upon, his creation mandate for blessing was contained in the command: “Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion… (Gen_1:28, Gen_9:7)

It is in application of the simplicity of the knowledge found in the fruitfulness becoming defiled by Adulteration with other kinds the subject of what is call miscegenation is easily had in YHWH God’s creation of male and female of this particular kind of living creature or living soul called ADaM. The Hebrew word ADaM is a physiognomy term, that is it is descriptive of the visage of the kind called ADaM which as can we easily seen through out the Hebrew and English Scriptures has the meaning of a Ruddy or Blushing countenance, as any amateur bible student may see the meaning of Adam as meaning such in a concordance, or by looking up the word Hebrew word ‘ruddy’ in a KJV, one simple example of the use of the word ADaM is: Son_5:10 My beloved is white and ruddy, the chiefest among ten thousand. ( צחH6703 white ואדוםH122 and ruddy)

Looking at the Proper Wedlock

Gen_2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Gen 2:25 And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.

As God says it is not good for the ADaM to be alone, and has made a way for ADaM to have an help mate. Gen_2:18 This prize and blessing of Wedlock to affect dominion should be Coveted and protected by the families involved in marriage making.

In the very idea of cleaving to ones wife, particularly as the Hebrew word for cleave is DBaQH1692 which is the word used to describe a literal over taking in pursuit (Gen_31:23), particularly inheritance land seen Num_36:7 in the idea of keeping ones own inheritance, the end goal of wedlock. Through out the scriptures DBaQ references the keeping, taking, pursuing of a thing thus in the Genesis of this mater the cleaving of a man to his wife of his own flesh and bone is the keeping of wedlock is a thing to be perused, protected and defended by this final conclusion. In the start of this pursuit it is attainable to see.

Beware of all whoredom… chiefly…

Cosider the book of Tobit as found in the Apocrypha

Tobit_4:12-13 Beware of all whoredom, my son, and chiefly take a wife of the seed of thy fathers, and take not a strange woman to wife, which is not of thy father’s tribe: for we are the children of the prophets, Noe, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: remember, my son, that our fathers from the beginning, even that they all married wives of their own kindred, and were blessed in their children, and their seed shall inherit the land. 13 Now therefore, my son, love thy brethren, and despise not in thy heart thy brethren, the sons and daughters of thy people, in not taking a wife of them

The Father YHWH is the headship holder and he is intimately engaged in helping his progeny find a help mate, this showing one of the ultimate safe guards against a poor marriage, an adulterous marriage , that parents are to be involved in the finding of spouses for their children.

Consider the lives of the patriarchs of our linage, consider Abraham heir of the dominion blessing as an inheritance:

Gen 24:2 And Abraham said unto his eldest servant of his house, that ruled over all that he had, Put, I pray thee, thy hand under my thigh:

Gen 24:3 And I will make thee swear by the LORD, the God of heaven, and the God of the earth, that thou shalt not take a wife unto my son of the daughters of the Canaanites, among whom I dwell:

Gen 24:4 But thou shalt go unto my country, and to my kindred, and take a wife unto my son Isaac.

We see as well our patriarchs actively looking with his headships guidance in finding an help meet (for all purposes) particularly in the act of reproduction or multiplying, as can be seen as well in Gen_1:27, Gen_2:20-21

Gen_27:46, Gen_28:1-2 …if Jacob take a wife of the daughters of Heth, such as these which are of the daughters of the land, what good shall my life do me? And Isaac called Jacob, and blessed him, and charged him, and said unto him, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan.

Gen 28:2 Arise, go to Padanaram, to the house of Bethuel thy mother’s father; and take thee a wife from thence of the daughters of Laban thy mother’s brother.

Isaac and Rebecah see the miscegenation which has caused Esau’s fornication and he is active in the marital process of Jacob making the right choice.

Ample scripture shows that the forbidden lineages of peoples who had fallen from grace, that is that they had fallen from heirship of the covenant passed on from Adam to the Gentiles of the 12 tribes of Israel.

In the conquest of the Land this Statute exclaimed again:

In the books of the Law it reads:

Exo 34:15 Lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they go a whoring after their gods, and do sacrifice unto their gods, and one call thee, and thou eat of his sacrifice;

Exo 34:16 And (if) thou take of their daughters unto thy sons, and their daughters go a whoring after their gods, and make thy sons go a whoring after their gods.

Deu 7:3 Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son.

Deu 7:4 For they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may serve other gods: so will the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and destroy thee suddenly.

Mamzer?

The very act of Israel adulterating with other Kinds and forbidden lineages of people who had prior adulterated them selves created an illegitimate offspring YHWH God calls a MeMuRZ:

Deu 23:1 He that is wounded in the stones, or hath his privy member cut off, shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD. ( A man who has removed his ability ro be fruitful and multiply)

Deu 23:2 A bastard (Mamzer) shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD.

Deu 23:3 An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to their tenth generation shall they not enter into the congregation of the LORD for ever:

Deu 23:4 Because they met you not with bread and with water in the way, when ye came forth out of Egypt; and because they hired against thee Balaam the son of Beor of Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse thee…Thou shalt not seek their peace nor their prosperity all thy days for ever.

Deu 23:7 Thou shalt not abhor an Edomite; for he is thy brother: thou shalt not abhor an Egyptian; because thou wast a stranger in his land.

Deu 23:8 The children that are begotten of them shall enter into the congregation of the LORD in their third generation.

The list above is specific as to ban citizenship in the Common-Wealth to those who have damaged there ability to create heirs of the Ecclesia or church, that is the body of the common-wealth of Israel contained in it’s ethnic people. Second in the list, directly behind he who can have no offspring of those who may not hold citizenship in the Ecclasia or church is the Bastard or Mamzer. In Germanic toughed the word bastard holds the same meaning as mamzer, that is to bastardize or adulter. In the Hebrew the word MaMZuR is a word which literally speaks of one who is ‘ MeM / spotted + ZuR/ strange’ or ‘stranger marred’, which is a reference to the physiognomy, in other words ‘they don’t look right’, seen literally in some translations such as the Jerusalem Bible simply say “race mixed”.

As a compound word of MeM + ZuR = MMZR the below is explained:

H3971 מוּם מאוּם m’ûm mûmAs if passive participle from an unused root probably meaning to stain; a blemish (physical or moral): – blemish, blot, spot.

H2114 זוּר zûr A primitive root; to turn aside (especially for lodging); hence to be a foreigner, strange, profane; specifically (active participle) to commit adultery: – (come from) another (man, place), fanner, go away, (e-) strange (-r, thing, woman).

To be a mamzer is simply to be a blemished / spotter or stained stranger and is the Hebrew used for a mongrel, while the word Mamzer may still be found in some dictionaries of the English language giving this very meaning.

H4464- ממזר / MMZR / MeMZuR From an unused root . to alienate; a mongrel, that is, born of a Jewish father and a heathen mother: – bastard.

The word Mamzer is still able to be found in dictionaries of the English language, as the word was once used by those who knew it’s meaning. As well the Ammonite and the Moabite are forever forbidden from entrance in to the Church of GOD, and the Edomite and Egyptian had full status as citizens after three generations. All of these in the list specifically reference female in marriage, this is known because of the strictness of Israelite inheritance laws, as all land ownership was solely held by literal children of Jacob, that is a member of one of the Tribes of Israel; as discussed in the 5th Commandment of the Common-Law, and this land could never be sold or lost by it’s original owners family Lev_25:1-55, thus this set of laws must define the offspring of a woman from a pure Israelite man.

Protective Measures

Blue print for Wedlock

The final provision in the Common Law for the Common-Wealth of Israel in the cleaving of men to their God-given wives, may be chiefly seen in the ultimate protection of Wedlock prior to and once had in marriage.

This is the Custom’s European Society hold and have that only in our more recent age has been striped away, statutes which aim at the preservation of genuine generations, according to Kind and Nation as well as Tribe and family. Briefly consider some of these protective measures:

Biblical wedlock or marriage is comprised of 3 facts between a male and a female which are all seated upon the prior organic and lawful foundation :

1st Permission of Headship, 2nd Dowry, 3rd Conjugal Consummation:

Biblically it may come as a shock to some, there is no priest, no preacher, no church, no temple required

Wedlock in a Biblical society is in the realm of civil law, while in a secular society it is considered ecclesiastical law; marriage is simply an exchange between families to affect the dominion mandate. Out side of wedlock no marriage may exist, once any of the elements enumerated are engaged in wedlock has initiated and the breaking thereof gains possibility as sin and or adultery.

For instance once betrothal, that is a promise of marriage in the future (we may call this engagement today) is given the same relative connection with any other than that person of promise is Adultery, it is Adultery in the same sense as we commonly understand it after a woman is fully married to a husband:

Deu_22:13 If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her,

Deu 22:14 And give occasions of speech against her, and bring up an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid:

Deu 22:15 Then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel’s virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate:

Deu 22:16 And the damsel’s father shall say unto the elders, I gave my daughter unto this man to wife, and he hateth her;

Deu 22:17 And, lo, he hath given occasions of speech against her, saying, I found not thy daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter’s virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.

Deu 22:18 And the elders of that city shall take that man and chastise him;

Deu 22:19 And they shall amerce him in an hundred shekels of silver, and give them unto the father of the damsel, because he hath brought up an evil name upon a virgin of Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days.

Deu 22:20 But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel:

Deu_22:21 Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father’s house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you.

Deu 22:23 If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;

Deu 22:24 Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour’s wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you.

Yet in the event conjugation is enacted with out Parental consent or Dowry to establish the witness of betrothal:

Deu_22:28 If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;

Deu 22:29 Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel’s father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days.

Exo_22:16 And if a man entice a maid that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely endow her to be his wife.

Exo_22:17 If her father utterly refuse to give her unto him, he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins.

Dowry in this sense is both the price of the bride as well as the punishment upon the father for having a loose daughter, punishment I say because no limit is placed upon a virtuous woman, her price is far above rubies. (Proverbs 31)

The fully and yet understood portion of Adultery that most, for now, in European Society still understand while little even among so called Christians practice is that of which is spoken of in the reserved verse of Deuternomy 22:22

Deu_22:22 If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel.

As well we have the hard to swallow but biblicaly accurate list of scriptures which speak to the same sentament is the Common-Wealth of Israel:

Lev_20:10 And the man that committeth adultery with another man’s wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

Christ’s reformation of Adultery?

For those who would oppose this righteous judgment of God, by imposing upon the Son of YHWH God Jesus Christ his opposition to this Judgment of the 7th Commandment in Joh_8:4-5,

Joh 8:3 And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,

Joh 8:4 They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.

Joh 8:5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?

Joh 8:6 This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.

Joh 8:7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

Joh 8:8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.

Joh 8:9 And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

Consider the wording of the Law, as in John 8 simply, only a supposed woman caught in the act of adultery was presented for judgment while the adulterer, was not present, a requirement for the Capitol punishment by Israel’s Government to have before judgment as seen plainly in the texts above. Thus, even in the event of the woman of John chapter 8 having truly committed adultery, the judgment was constrained until the requirements were satisfied, and only then may judgment with justice proceed, or else all those who punished the woman condemned them selves as violators of the 6th Commandment as unauthorized and or unexcepted killers. And this of course would be no different today as it would have been in the days of Moses.

In the final consideration on this compilation primary focus in the Organic principle of

Gen_2:24-25 …a man… shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh….naked…and not ashamed.

To this cleaving, unification and shameless principle the Christian marriage is weighed and judged. It is the male as Head of his God given family to protect his special marriage union at all costs, even as the apostle tells us:

Eph_5:22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.

Eph 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the savior of the body.

Eph 5:24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

Eph 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

Eph 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

Eph 5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Eph 5:28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.

Eph 5:29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:

Eph 5:30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.

Eph 5:31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.

Eph 5:32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

Eph 5:33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.
