Commit Adultery

Exodus 20:14/Deuteronomy 5:18

(I would like to start by asking those who have not heard the compilation on the 5th Commandment of honoring ones parents to first listen to that message before this one or shortly after, as the two commandments are tightly tied together with blue thread.)

In order to understand the aspects of this Commandment within the Common Law of God Adultery must first be defined, starting with the English definition of the word found in our English Bibles:

Noah Webster’s 1828 D. of A. E.

ADUL’TERY, n. [L. adulterium. See Adulterate.]

1. Violation of the marriage bed; a crime, or a civil injury, which introduces, or may introduce, into a family, a spurious offspring.

Adulterate

ADUL’TERATE, v.t. [L. adultero, from adulter, mixed, or an adulterer; ad and alter, other.]

To corrupt, debase, or make impure by an admixture of baser materials; as, to adulterate liquors, or the coin of a country.

ADUL’TERATE, v.i. To commit adultery. Obs.

ADUL’TERATE, a. Tainted with adultery; debased by foreign mixture.

The fact that Adultery and Adulteration are so closely related may come as a shock to those who use words found in the bible with out care to their meaning. The fact that one who commits Adultery in Reality is Adulterating purity as it that purity was either created and ordained to be by YHWH God.

Defining Biblical Adultery

However this Greek word is a compound which which has become a verb made up a simple idea English speaking people can understand with little effort: the compound is made of

G3427 μοί /moi

The simpler form of G1698; to me: – I, me, mine, my.

and

From a derivation of χέω cheō from which Chaos which we may understand easily as well, chaos in the the Greek understanding is the idea of pouring a thing out of a channel or vacancy, it is as we think of it in disorder.

Thus we have :μοι Moi / My + χευσ /Chaos = My Chaos being used as a verb in moixoseis

Hebrew Adultery

NAP :

H5003: A primitive root; to commit adultery…

The Hebrew word translated into our English word Adultery is the word NAP;

NAP is complex but expressive as it is a contracted compound word, like the word king-dom (kings-dominion), letters are dropped out to create a new word, common in Hebrew and English. Hear we may see the root NAH / נאה, meaning ( H4998 ) be at home, be beautiful, become, be, blended with the word AP/ אף ( H637 ) meaning accession (used as an adverb or conjugation); also… , and thus meaning ‘home also’ or ‘beauty also’, it seems to represent the idea of one going beyond the pleasantness of family, as in all forms of Adultery this is what the man of woman of the Common-Wealth of Israel does, they go beyond the home life YHWH God has ordained, thus adulterating the society.

In the literal Hebrew scripture the wording is לאnot תנאף׃ shalt thou adulter’, in the commandment the word is prefixed with the Hebrew ת / Th meaning ‘thou shalt’ ‘shalt thou’ and the English translators took the liberty assure it’s understanding as law by adding the synonymous meaning of ‘commit’. The exact wording of Th-nap is only used used 3 times in the Hebrew Scriptures and of that three times two times in the very commandment found in Exo_20:14 and Deu_5:18 , it is from this third use from Jer_3:9 some context is found:

Jer_3:8 And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery (NAP-Eh) I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.

Jer 3:9 And it came to pass through the lightness of her whoredom, that she defiled the land, and committed adultery (Th-NAP) with stones and with stocks.

In verse 8 the root word NAP is used in the word NAPEh which literally means ‘adultery of’ as may be seen in the Bishop’s bible, yet our actual word is seen in in 3:9 in “committed adultery”

This metaphoric verse shows the English definition given prior of Adultery and Adulteration, as the Adultery of whorish Israel was compared to a married woman, and the Adulteration what is done with trees and stones!

Adultery strikes at every aspect of Order

Adultery strikes at every aspect of ADaM’s purpose of creation

  • in the blessed mandate of dominion governance of multiplicity and fruitfulness and subdueance by replenishing (as described in the prior compilation on killing),

  • willful adultery as well hates God and neighbor and is reversive of the love commanded in the proto-commandments:

  • Adultery strikes at the 1st commandment in it’s willful violation, challenging God’s supreme sovereignty to dictate according to HIS Word sexual relations.

  • It strikes against the 2nd Commandment as it again sets ones self up or system of worship up which caters to ones self as the Idol of the heart to be bowed to,

  • It strikes against the 3rd Commandment by vainly taking YHWH God’s Name in vain by voiding the people of God’s calling,

  • It strikes against the 4th Commandment in that Holy worship is polluted by the actions and products of adultery,

  • It strikes against the the 5th Commandment, particularly, as it devalues or dishonors ones parentage it it’s very reproductive action or it’s lack thereof both of with will remove the people of God’s name from out of the Land,

  • It a strike against the 6th Commandment in that both the product of adulterous relations is illegitimate and should not have been created, nor are those which have committed to adulteration both have forfeit their lives before Almighty God, they have both killed them selves before the face of Almighty God and in certain cases the debased offspring they have made.

Historic look at Adultery

Consider Josephus a contemporary of our Lord’s time and how they viewed adultery:

1. AS for adultery, Moses forbade it entirely, as esteeming it a happy thing that men should be wise in the affairs of wedlock; and that it was profitable both to cities (society) and families (races) that children should be known to be genuine. He also abhorred men’s lying with their mothers, as one of the greatest crimes; and the like for lying with the father’s wife, and with aunts, and sisters, and sons’ wives, as all instances of abominable wickedness. He also forbade a man to lie with his wife when she was defiled by her natural purgation: and not to come near brute beasts; nor to approve of the lying with a male, which was to hunt after unlawful pleasures on account of beauty. To those who were guilty of such insolent behavior, he ordained death for their punishment. Antiq. Book 3, CH12:Vrs1

The question of what adultery is from a biblical and natural perspective in reality is a subject every Christian should wish to know, the 7th commandment is not only a prohibition of one who adulterates his neighbors wife by an illicit sexual union, but is the biblical word used to cover all sexual immorality including affairs of Breaking Wedlock, Miscegenation, Incest, Bestiality, and Homosex.

but

Whoremongers and Adulterers
God Will Judge.

Now that Adultery has been defined from the language and the context of scripture let us ask both Nature and Natures God for the Laws which forbids and dictate the committing and abhorrence of the practice and it’s effect on the common wealth.

As the focus of the Common Law of God regarding every commandment in the 10 is imperative on society, and at the introduction prior we have seen how the commandments hinge and rest at diverse and synonymous times one upon each other, with the Command against Adultery this is easily seen, even more so in reflection upon the prior discussion on the Common Law and their impacts in violation and adherence upon the Common-Wealth of Israel particularly when considering the first 5 commandments of God, especially the 5th, in honoring or valuing ones parents and thus parentage, the scope of Adultery as adulteration becomes all the more clear.

Call to mind the statement made in the compilation on the 5th Commandment of Honor thy Parents: “Adultery, fornication, and whoredom are ultimate devaluations or dishonor to ones parents and parentage, by allowance of an illegitimate offspring to grow in violation of the Law of God will destroy the Covenant upon which the Law is founded thereby dissolving the bond of all. “

Lev_20:21-22 says, Ye shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: that the land, whither I bring you to dwell therein, spue you not out.

All forms of adulteration are literally a curse and a strike against ones parentage, a dishonor that will cause the Land to spew us out as opposed to prolong our days. Thus in it’s entirety the adulteration of race, nation, tribe and family genealogy and by thus inheritance is in focus, notwithstanding that those natural adulteration which could never produce offspring are as well condemned due to it’s adulteration of natural affection.

Unlike the command on killing, there is no exception is given in the Scriptures for the Governing Authorities or any citizen to engage in Adultery; rather we find fornication and com Adultery which bring forth adulterated children being condemned in the lives of Kings and Priests (Ezra and Nehemiah).

Adultery is perhaps more murderous to a legitimate society that murder it self, as in the case of Adultery when committed and unpunished, when it is acknowledged by it’s spawn it offers a seed bed for the germination of bastard and fruitless affections towards YHWH God and HIS Law, in as much as the spawn of such a union will acknowledge that it’s life was never to be.

Common-Wealth’s Common Law On Adultery

In order to discuss this subject of Adultery 5 categories have been enumerated to isolate the content for discussion:

Miscegenation, Bestiality, Homosex, Incest, Breaking of Wedlock;

The Organic laws of Creation will guide this study as the bedrock of the Common-Wealth’s Common Law:

The Adultery of Miscegenation is first brought in to scope, that is the Adulteration of Genetic Purity, this is not only in the Adulteration of ADaM, but as well in the Adulteration of all kinds.

In the very beginning of creation as the Scripture relays it we find a simple statement, easy for the farmer, the husbandman, and the ethnologist to understand “After his kind or “After their kind”

Gen 1:24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.

Gen 1:25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good. The Hebrew word MYN-Eh is see in both creation and replenishment after the flood in: Gen_1:11; Gen_1:12; Gen_1:21; Gen_1:24; Gen_1:25; Gen_6:20; Gen_7:14; Gen_8:19.

For our sakes, no doubt, this is written…

In the case of all creation their is an order after kind, and this is so with the living souls as well. As the wise and accepted apostle Paul dictates concerning the laws which pertain to beasts (1Co_9:9-10) “…Doth God take care for oxen? Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written…” so the Law build upon this organic order of kind may be plainly known:

Lev_19:19 Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee. ( LXX-Gender-κατο-χευσεις / Kata xeusis, Kata: down, beside, against, and the same ending in the Greek word for Adultery moi-Xeusis / chaos)

Deu_22:9 Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds: lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy vineyard, be defiled.

Deu 22:10 Thou shalt not plow with an ox and an ass together.

Deu 22:11 Thou shalt not wear a garment of divers sorts, as of woollen and linen together.

The law is direct and simple the mixing of kinds is not pleasing to GOD Almighty, from ADaM to beast, from beast to plant life YHWH God is desirous of HIS Creation to stay in order, an order which modern man is ever tampering with, from ADaM to bacteria.

As in the case of the prior laws the logic of God is clear on the reason why such is forbidden : “lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy vineyard, be defiled.”

ADaM

In Genesis 1:26 directly following the account of the people of ADaM are made according to their kind

“And God said, Let us make ADaM in our image, after our likeness…”, in this case we have both a physical and a Spiritual being being created after God’s kind, that is His image and likeness.

…”and let them have dominion”…ADaM was an ordained creation, made for Governance of the earth.

In the detailed account of Genesis 2, we are given a contextual understanding to found our Common Law there after, an Organic construct which shows the normality of ADaM’s Society:

Gen_2:18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.

Gen 2:19 And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.

Gen 2:20 And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.

Bestiality

Here plainly the simplicity of bestiality being abhorrent to the Creator is shown. That is that all formed life, and every living creature, formed also of the ground is not the same as the ADaM Kind and is not fit for him to take as a help mate (meet).

To this act of Adulteration the Law of God says:

Exo 22:19 Whosoever lieth with a beast shall surely be put to death.

Lev 18:23 Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.

Lev 20:15 And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast.

Lev 20:16 And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Homosexuality among ADaM

Gen_1:27 So God created ADaM in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Gen 2:21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;

Gen 2:22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.

Gen 2:23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.

Gen 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it…

This blessed mandate is the very command of male and female made in the likeness and image of God, are to be being fruitful and multiply according to their ADaM Kind, Male and female creating living souls like them selves, the natural procreation process was instituted from the time of Creation, and is in no way as some suppose a product of the fall, or of a curse, as only the multiplication of pain in Childbirth is listed among the curses NOT childbirth it self.

When the Hebrew term for male and female is examined the intrinsic nature of conjugation is evident, male (ZKR/ mark makers) and female (NQuBH, marked, or punctured) created he them.

The Common Law founded upon Normalcy was instituted thus:

Lev_18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

Lev 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Incest

By this same set of scriptures from Gen 1 and 2 the ordained marriage of unfamilial persons.

Incest is opposed in the nature of creation, as ADaM’s help meet was not his mother, sister or child in any form of natural generation, but was a special creation of Adam’s genetic flesh and bone but not related in the familial way. As Adam was created of the dust of the earth along with all other living creatures or souls, they are not permitted to be mates one to the other, nor indeed can they be in fact yet they are all of the family of dust but were created distinct, so Incest between mother, sister, and daughter is forbidden by the Law of God as a form of Adultery as well, supported in the construct of ADaM’s recieving of his mate by special generation created by the hand of Almighty God.

Lev 18:6 None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to uncover their nakedness: I am the LORD.

Though out Lev_18:1-30 and Lev_20:8-23 the likeness of YHWH God is seen on the matter, in the prohibiting of marriage to mother and father, sister or brother, son or daughter, aunt or uncle as well as other adulterous forms of engenderance. It is thus, by a study of the Hebrew ad Greek scriptures one may safley understand that ADaM was not an individual creation as one man but as a race or kind.

Thus all sexual immorality classified as adultery is able to be defended in the organic nature of creation both the pro and the con, that is the thou shalt and the thou shalt not in conjunction with those natural principals which govern generation.

Back to the Norm

Deu 23:17

There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel,

nor a whoremonger of the sons of Israel.

Gen 2:23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.

The marital construct is imbued with this organic maxim of wedlock, that men of ADaM are to have wives taken from their own people, that is of their own bone and flesh, a command which follows threw out the Scriptural testament, offering the Christian the certainty of this Common Law forbidding Adultery and Adulteration of ones created kind.

Thus in the case of ADaM upon whom the focus of Scripture is upon, his creation mandate for blessing was contained in the command: “Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion… (Gen_1:28, Gen_9:7)

It is in application of the simplicity of the knowledge found in the fruitfulness becoming defiled by Adulteration with other kinds the subject of what is call miscegenation is easily had in YHWH God’s creation of male and female of this particular kind of living creature or living soul called ADaM. The Hebrew word ADaM is a physiognomy term, that is it is descriptive of the visage of the kind called ADaM which as can we easily seen through out the Hebrew and English Scriptures has the meaning of a Ruddy or Blushing countenance, as any amateur bible student may see the meaning of Adam as meaning such in a concordance, or by looking up the word Hebrew word ‘ruddy’ in a KJV, one simple example of the use of the word ADaM is: Son_5:10 My beloved is white and ruddy, the chiefest among ten thousand. ( צחH6703 white ואדוםH122 and ruddy)

Looking at the Proper Wedlock

Gen_2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Gen 2:25 And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.

As God says it is not good for the ADaM to be alone, and has made a way for ADaM to have an help mate. Gen_2:18 This prize and blessing of Wedlock to affect dominion should be Coveted and protected by the families involved in marriage making.

In the very idea of cleaving to ones wife, particularly as the Hebrew word for cleave is DBaQH1692 which is the word used to describe a literal over taking in pursuit (Gen_31:23), particularly inheritance land seen Num_36:7 in the idea of keeping ones own inheritance, the end goal of wedlock. Through out the scriptures DBaQ references the keeping, taking, pursuing of a thing thus in the Genesis of this mater the cleaving of a man to his wife of his own flesh and bone is the keeping of wedlock is a thing to be perused, protected and defended by this final conclusion. In the start of this pursuit it is attainable to see.

Beware of all whoredom… chiefly…

Cosider the book of Tobit as found in the Apocrypha

Tobit_4:12-13 Beware of all whoredom, my son, and chiefly take a wife of the seed of thy fathers, and take not a strange woman to wife, which is not of thy father’s tribe: for we are the children of the prophets, Noe, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: remember, my son, that our fathers from the beginning, even that they all married wives of their own kindred, and were blessed in their children, and their seed shall inherit the land. 13 Now therefore, my son, love thy brethren, and despise not in thy heart thy brethren, the sons and daughters of thy people, in not taking a wife of them

The Father YHWH is the headship holder and he is intimately engaged in helping his progeny find a help mate, this showing one of the ultimate safe guards against a poor marriage, an adulterous marriage , that parents are to be involved in the finding of spouses for their children.

Consider the lives of the patriarchs of our linage, consider Abraham heir of the dominion blessing as an inheritance:

Gen 24:2 And Abraham said unto his eldest servant of his house, that ruled over all that he had, Put, I pray thee, thy hand under my thigh:

Gen 24:3 And I will make thee swear by the LORD, the God of heaven, and the God of the earth, that thou shalt not take a wife unto my son of the daughters of the Canaanites, among whom I dwell:

Gen 24:4 But thou shalt go unto my country, and to my kindred, and take a wife unto my son Isaac.

We see as well our patriarchs actively looking with his headships guidance in finding an help meet (for all purposes) particularly in the act of reproduction or multiplying, as can be seen as well in Gen_1:27, Gen_2:20-21

Gen_27:46, Gen_28:1-2 …if Jacob take a wife of the daughters of Heth, such as these which are of the daughters of the land, what good shall my life do me? And Isaac called Jacob, and blessed him, and charged him, and said unto him, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan.

Gen 28:2 Arise, go to Padanaram, to the house of Bethuel thy mother’s father; and take thee a wife from thence of the daughters of Laban thy mother’s brother.

Isaac and Rebecah see the miscegenation which has caused Esau’s fornication and he is active in the marital process of Jacob making the right choice.

Ample scripture shows that the forbidden lineages of peoples who had fallen from grace, that is that they had fallen from heirship of the covenant passed on from Adam to the Gentiles of the 12 tribes of Israel.

In the conquest of the Land this Statute exclaimed again:

In the books of the Law it reads:

Exo 34:15 Lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they go a whoring after their gods, and do sacrifice unto their gods, and one call thee, and thou eat of his sacrifice;

Exo 34:16 And (if) thou take of their daughters unto thy sons, and their daughters go a whoring after their gods, and make thy sons go a whoring after their gods.

Deu 7:3 Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son.

Deu 7:4 For they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may serve other gods: so will the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and destroy thee suddenly.

Mamzer?

The very act of Israel adulterating with other Kinds and forbidden lineages of people who had prior adulterated them selves created an illegitimate offspring YHWH God calls a MeMuRZ:

Deu 23:1 He that is wounded in the stones, or hath his privy member cut off, shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD. ( A man who has removed his ability ro be fruitful and multiply)

Deu 23:2 A bastard (Mamzer) shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD.

Deu 23:3 An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to their tenth generation shall they not enter into the congregation of the LORD for ever:

Deu 23:4 Because they met you not with bread and with water in the way, when ye came forth out of Egypt; and because they hired against thee Balaam the son of Beor of Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse thee…Thou shalt not seek their peace nor their prosperity all thy days for ever.

Deu 23:7 Thou shalt not abhor an Edomite; for he is thy brother: thou shalt not abhor an Egyptian; because thou wast a stranger in his land.

Deu 23:8 The children that are begotten of them shall enter into the congregation of the LORD in their third generation.

The list above is specific as to ban citizenship in the Common-Wealth to those who have damaged there ability to create heirs of the Ecclesia or church, that is the body of the common-wealth of Israel contained in it’s ethnic people. Second in the list, directly behind he who can have no offspring of those who may not hold citizenship in the Ecclasia or church is the Bastard or Mamzer. In Germanic toughed the word bastard holds the same meaning as mamzer, that is to bastardize or adulter. In the Hebrew the word MaMZuR is a word which literally speaks of one who is ‘ MeM / spotted + ZuR/ strange’ or ‘stranger marred’, which is a reference to the physiognomy, in other words ‘they don’t look right’, seen literally in some translations such as the Jerusalem Bible simply say “race mixed”.

As a compound word of MeM + ZuR = MMZR the below is explained:

H3971 מוּם מאוּם m’ûm mûmAs if passive participle from an unused root probably meaning to stain; a blemish (physical or moral): – blemish, blot, spot.

H2114 זוּר zûr A primitive root; to turn aside (especially for lodging); hence to be a foreigner, strange, profane; specifically (active participle) to commit adultery: – (come from) another (man, place), fanner, go away, (e-) strange (-r, thing, woman).

To be a mamzer is simply to be a blemished / spotter or stained stranger and is the Hebrew used for a mongrel, while the word Mamzer may still be found in some dictionaries of the English language giving this very meaning.

H4464- ממזר / MMZR / MeMZuR From an unused root . to alienate; a mongrel, that is, born of a Jewish father and a heathen mother: – bastard.

The word Mamzer is still able to be found in dictionaries of the English language, as the word was once used by those who knew it’s meaning. As well the Ammonite and the Moabite are forever forbidden from entrance in to the Church of GOD, and the Edomite and Egyptian had full status as citizens after three generations. All of these in the list specifically reference female in marriage, this is known because of the strictness of Israelite inheritance laws, as all land ownership was solely held by literal children of Jacob, that is a member of one of the Tribes of Israel; as discussed in the 5th Commandment of the Common-Law, and this land could never be sold or lost by it’s original owners family Lev_25:1-55, thus this set of laws must define the offspring of a woman from a pure Israelite man.

The final provision in the Common Law for the Common-Wealth of Israel in the cleaving of men to their God-given wives, may be chiefly seen in the ultimate protection of Wedlock prior to and once had in marriage.

This is the Custom’s European Society hold and have that only in our more recent age has been striped away, statutes which aim at the preservation of genuine generations, according to Kind and Nation as well as Tribe and family. Briefly consider some of these protective measures:

Biblical wedlock or marriage is comprised of 3 facts between a male and a female which are all seated upon the prior organic and lawful foundation :

1st Permission of Headship, 2nd Dowry, 3rd Conjugal Consummation:

Biblically it may come as a shock to some, there is no priest, no preacher, no church, no temple required

Wedlock in a Biblical society is in the realm of civil law, while in a secular society it is considered ecclesiastical law; marriage is simply an exchange between families to affect the dominion mandate. Out side of wedlock no marriage may exist, once any of the elements enumerated are engaged in wedlock has initiated and the breaking thereof gains possibility as sin and or adultery.

For instance once betrothal, that is a promise of marriage in the future (we may call this engagement today) is given the same relative connection with any other than that person of promise is Adultery, it is Adultery in the same sense as we commonly understand it after a woman is fully married to a husband:

Deu_22:13 If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her,

Deu 22:14 And give occasions of speech against her, and bring up an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid:

Deu 22:15 Then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel’s virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate:

Deu 22:16 And the damsel’s father shall say unto the elders, I gave my daughter unto this man to wife, and he hateth her;

Deu 22:17 And, lo, he hath given occasions of speech against her, saying, I found not thy daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter’s virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.

Deu 22:18 And the elders of that city shall take that man and chastise him;

Deu 22:19 And they shall amerce him in an hundred shekels of silver, and give them unto the father of the damsel, because he hath brought up an evil name upon a virgin of Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days.

Deu 22:20 But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel:

Deu_22:21 Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father’s house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you.

Deu 22:23 If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;

Deu 22:24 Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour’s wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you.

Yet in the event conjugation is enacted with out Parental consent or Dowry to establish the witness of betrothal:

Deu_22:28 If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;

Deu 22:29 Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel’s father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days.

Exo_22:16 And if a man entice a maid that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely endow her to be his wife.

Exo_22:17 If her father utterly refuse to give her unto him, he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins.

Dowry in this sense is both the price of the bride as well as the punishment upon the father for having a loose daughter, punishment I say because no limit is placed upon a virtuous woman, her price is far above rubies. (Proverbs 31)

The fully and yet understood portion of Adultery that most, for now, in European Society still understand while little even among so called Christians practice is that of which is spoken of in the reserved verse of Deuternomy 22:22

Deu_22:22 If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel.

As well we have the hard to swallow but biblicaly accurate list of scriptures which speak to the same sentament is the Common-Wealth of Israel:

Lev_20:10 And the man that committeth adultery with another man’s wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

Christ’s reformation of Adultery?

For those who would oppose this righteous judgment of God, by imposing upon the Son of YHWH God Jesus Christ his opposition to this Judgment of the 7th Commandment in Joh_8:4-5,

Joh 8:3 And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,

Joh 8:4 They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.

Joh 8:5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?

Joh 8:6 This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.

Joh 8:7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

Joh 8:8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.

Joh 8:9 And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

Consider the wording of the Law, as in John 8 simply, only a supposed woman caught in the act of adultery was presented for judgment while the adulterer, was not present, a requirement for the Capitol punishment by Israel’s Government to have before judgment as seen plainly in the texts above. Thus, even in the event of the woman of John chapter 8 having truly committed adultery, the judgment was constrained until the requirements were satisfied, and only then may judgment with justice proceed, or else all those who punished the woman condemned them selves as violators of the 6th Commandment as unauthorized and or unexcepted killers. And this of course would be no different today as it would have been in the days of Moses.

that it should be holy and without blemish

Members of his Body, of his Flesh, and of his Bones

In the final consideration on this compilation primary focus in the Organic principle of

Gen_2:24-25 …a man… shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh….naked…and not ashamed.

To this cleaving, unification and shameless principle the Christian marriage is weighed and judged. It is the male as Head of his God given family to protect his special marriage union at all costs, even as the apostle tells us:

Eph_5:22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.

Eph 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the savior of the body.

Eph 5:24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

Eph 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

Eph 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

Eph 5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Eph 5:28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.

Eph 5:29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:

Eph 5:30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.

Eph 5:31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.

Eph 5:32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

Eph 5:33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.

of the

5th Commandment

HONORING

Our Blushing Fathers and Our Life Bearing Mothers

Will Bless the Earth YHWH Gives Us.

It is a studied opinion that the book of Genesis as we speak of it’s finished work today was originally able to be distinguished in it’s different parts by keeping track of the points where theses books are mentioned by use of the word of Generations.

The beginning of the synopsis of all creation thus:

Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

The next section of the details of Generation is seen in

Gen 2:4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created

The text speaks plainly about the placement of Gen_2:5-6 as with in the 6th creation day as the prior verse tells us “in the DAY that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens, AND every plant of the field before it was in the earth, AND every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, AND there was not a ADaM to till the ground.”

Seemingly it is not until ADaM awoke from his deep sleep that the 7th day occurs, as all creative function plainly attributed to the 6th day creation of all souls or creatures occurs, this including ADaM among them.

With in the out line or synopsis of Genesis 1 let us reflect upon the details of YHWH God’s reasoning as expressed to why He purposed to Generate or Create the race of ADaM upon the Earth:

1st To be a Father: when God speaks of Adam he says Let us make ADaM in our own Image, after our Likeness a phrase which is Echoed through out the scripture when speaking of Men bearing sons as plainly seen in the birth of Adam the patriarchs son Seth whom he begat in his own likeness, after his image… Gen_5:3

2nd The Father sought to give the son an inheritance which he created with his own hands and had worked for as seen in the statement “Let them have dominion..” over his creation

3rd the Father sought to bless His children for maintaining the order of fruitfulness and multiplicity as the means by which ADaM would subdue the earth.

These are the governing Organic principles of why ADaM is on the earth, and they are dictated by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit in this order and according to this precise wording. All relevance to any son of man or correctly son of ADaM to his purpose in life is contained in this small section of Holy writ, the very Genesis of God’s Law, that is why I call it Organic. It is the most elementary of reasons for every Law and Word God has ever given on any particular subject mentioned by God Almighty and every intention of the heart or mind of man.

When dealing with the race of men called ADaM it is of necessity to remember the book that has taught and continues to reveal the History of this race and the specific man named ADaM, as all other places in the bible Genesis 1:26 is a selection from among the living creatures or also translated in English living souls: In Hebrew both term are NePeSh HeYEh, which simply refers to a Breathing Life, the term is applied to all creatures that breath and live, including men, which when dealing with men our translators chose to use the term living soul. It is thus sustained that in reflection now upon the aspects of ADaM’s Genesis as further specified in the detail of Gen_2:7-15 the specific selection YHWH God has made in His creation of Living Souls, and as to who he will name His children, after His Likeness and after His Image, a likeness and Image which can not mearly be reduced to sight and senses, but must also encompass Spiritual as it is evident that God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. Joh_4:24″

Yet in Gen_2:16 the LXX clearly helps us understand the Hebrew and English as it uses the name Adam distinctly for the first time. This fact is used as indication of where the individual who has the name Adam is chosen out of the created race of ADaM (Eh’ADaM). It is important to keep focused, as Adam was created as head of the people, and it is he who was the recorded progenitor of the Paternal line of our Lord and Savior. This fact of selection is important as well as it explains who Adam’s children married as to not violate the Eternal law’s which prohibit incest (Lev_18:1-17, Lev_19:9-24), which is due to this lack of information the normal explanation of Adam’s procreation. 

Below is a list where the LXX shows the named man Adam distinct from his race:

Gen_2:16, 2:19, 2:20, 2:21, 2:22, 2:23, 2:25, 3:8, 3:9, 3:12, 3:17; 3:20, 3:21, 3:22, 3:24, 4:1, 4:25, 5:1, 5:2, 5:3, 5:4, 5:5; Deu_32:8; 1Chr1:1; Tob_8:6; Sir_40:1, 49:16.

The next portion of the Written record that was added to the Book of Genesis in ancient times as ADaM’s people recorded their History is then found in:

Gen_5:1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created Adam, in the likeness of God made he him;

Gen 5:2 Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.

and Beyond we may continue to see the rightly called Compilation Book of Genesis as the Bible’s Family history records, the Genealogy books. the next added portions of the ancient records are seen in the following as specific placements of God’s selection upon a particular chosen person or people:

Gen_6:9 :Noah;

Gen_10:1 :The sons of Noah: Shem, Ham, and Japheth;

Gen_11:10 :Shem;

Gen_11:27 :Terah;

Gen_25:12 :Ishmael;

Gen_25:19 : Isaac;

Gen_36:1 :Esau;

Gen_37:2 :Jacob.

Yet undoubtedly as well the circular poetry of Almighty God can in the future manifestation of the heir and son of God, Jesus Christ must here be praised, He, the son of man which is literally the son of ADaM, Mat 16:13, who took on the seed of Abraham Heb_2:16, the son of David Joh_7:42. Thus the book of Mathew has it’s literal name as: The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham. Mat_1:1 who’s genealogy is traced back in the Book of Luke to Adam the Son of God Luk_3:38.

Thus the book we rightly call the book of Genesis according to it’s Greek name is as we understand it in English the Book of Generations or Origins, thus when we speak of the 5th Commandment which commands the honoring that is valuing of our Fathers and Mothers we are ultimately forced to look at our Genesis, generations and origins.

Yes, ultimately the Bible is a book of a chosen seed, and the focus from Genesis to revelation is upon the Genealogy of the Man descended from the line of Adam Jesu(s) Christ the son of man that is the son of Adam and the son of God. Yet in the periphery of this focus upon the seed destine to come to crush the head of sin contained in selfish attributes of the serpents deception upon the self of the Adam who first sought to be a god like YHWH God judging good and evil, with in this context we find the kindred of the seed to come, that is his brothers by his Father YHWH and his fathers and mothers according to the flesh by being the son of Adam as well.

Now let us reflect back upon who this selection is, what is the likeness and Image of Christ’s brothers and fathers.

The Name ADaM is descriptive in this way is a term of the physiognomy of our Parents found in Gen 1, 2,3. Like all racial terms used unto this day, the name ADaM is descriptive of the likeness and Image of the biblical people mentioned from Genesis to present day. This word, as well according to ancient customs as well modern legal language encompasses the legal construct of what persons we reference when speaking of “man and men”, through out the Hebrew Bible when speaking of the race of Adam. for those who use a Stong’s Concordance this take a look at Strong’s # H119, H120, H121, H122, H123, H124, H125, H127, H132 and a biblical word search in your KJV for the word ‘Ruddy’ will reveal 1Sa_16:12; 1Sa_17:42; Son_5:10; Lam_4:7 all Hebrew words are variations of the word ADaM. And for extra consideration the same Hebrew word meaning Ruddy is as well used to describe young King David the 28th grandfather of our Lord, this word was as well used to describe Esau at the time of his birth…thus Esau and David king of Israel were both of the Ruddy or Blushing variety of man kind.

When we consider the honor to be bestowed upon our Blushing Fathers in the scope of the 5th Commandment, let us draw some important connections

In Gen_1:26 ADaM was given a dominion in their blessed state. In the 5th Commandment we are told to honor our father and mother that our days may be prolonged in the Land or Earth… The word Land or Earth is in Hebrew called ADaMEh , this is of course so in Genesis as well when speaking of the earth ADaM was to be taken from as well as to till ADaM is the root word of the word ADaMEh the word for ‘land’ or ‘earth’ that is the soil aspect of the land or earth.

This peotry recounts the intrinsic connection ADaM’s creation was to have with the Earth or ADaMEh, as the root of the word Earth is ADaM and Not ADaM from the Earth, thus we may clearly see that the Earth was named with ADaM’s Governance of it in the mind of God, just as we see A-DaM rooted in the word DaM, which is Red/Blood from whence the term ADaM is derived. As many living creatures bleed it is acknowledged ADaM was not named due to this special feature, but rather as already shown, due to His physiognomy Ruddy or Blushing quality special to His likeness and his image which if reproduced according to the Genesis order “after his kind”, will multiply ADaM People.

We have also to mention our Life Bearing mothers of this same ADaM people.

Of the curse upon the Females and Males of ADaM as found in Gen 3,

A curse which was also the promise of the seed of a woman which would crush the head of sin,

Consider:

Gen_3:16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

Gen_3:17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ADaMEh for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life…

Gen_3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ADaMEh; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

Gen_3:20 And Adam called his wife’s name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.

It has as well been said that the phrase above has been ascribed to EVE due her being the mother of all races of people. Yet the text plainly dose not say this, rather we read a very direct reference to Gen_3:15 “And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.”

The mother Eve was to be life of what was to be the Life who was to be the Light of the world, The Light of Men (ADaM) and the fulfillment of the prophecy upon the serpent’s head. This life can be traced throughout the genealogy of Israel and particularly to Christ from the time of this statement: Gen_27:46, Rth_4:15

The Book is inescapably a book of selection, the selection of a chosen people from out of other people, of genes from out of genes. It is this first selection that that will be focused upon to call upon the organic nature and genesis roots of the 5th Commandment.

A Concept that while it is implied into the Hebrew thought, the Greeks and Persian’s spoke of more plainly as we do today, that is referring to ones Genetic make up as one’s Blood, in the Biblical Hebrew thought physiognomy of flesh and bone was the way kindred connection was communicated,KJV this is seen in Gen_2:23; Gen_29:14; Jdg_9:2; 2Sa_5:1; 2Sa_19:13; 1Ch_11:1. And when specifying ADaM people this is even more so true in the knowledge of the usage of the word ADaM throughout the Hebrew Scriptures as a word which literally references the Blushing or Ruddy complexion of the Kindred called by that name, and given the dominion blessing mandate.

Gen 1:27 So God created ADaM in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Gen 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Thus when we speak of the Genesis Law of the 5th Commandment the concept of the nature of Blood and Land are irrseperable, a Concept which focuses upon the Kindred of ADaM as found in the people of Israel, yet is as Organic in nature that all peoples, and creatures follow this same patern by meer nature, that is namely that a creature which is bound to an environment due to it’s parentage will covet that Land of Nativity.

Gen_4:10 …The voice of thy brother’s blood(DaMY) crieth unto me from the ground ADaMEh.

Not only is the beauty of Hebrew poetry here seen in the words above described but the connection to the life Blood or DaM of ADaM crying from the ADaMEh is as well seen, a situation between brothers which in it’s action dishonors father and Mother.

Gen_9:6 Whoso sheddeth man’s (ADaM’s) blood (DaM), by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.

Thus the very preservation of the blood is as well a preseservation of the union made between parents of a Child, the life which resides in his or her individual blood is a testament of the life made by the union of flesh and bone seen in the Genesis Command:

Gen 2:23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.

Gen 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Considering the English KJV bible, notice Paul’s 5th Commandment admonition of

Eph 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

Eph 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

Eph 5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Eph 5:28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.

Eph 5:29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:

Eph 6:2 Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;)

Eph 6:3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

Eph 6:4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

The Greek construct is as well found in the Septuagint translation of the portion of Paul’s epistle quoting Ex 20:12’s 5th commandment, the word ‘Earth’ is seen in place of the word ‘Land’ found in the KJV of the Law. Both the words, land and Earth are often translated from the same Hebrew word ADaMEh, which specifically references the soil or the dust of the Earth (ARTz), the farm land particularly connected with the wealth of the dweller by it’s agricultural value. Thus, while the commandemnt given by Moses is focusing upon the Land of Israel, the literal soil given to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and further conquered by the Children of Israel by dispossesion of the Caananite, Perrezite, and other mentioned peoples, this Command is by no means limited to the Land of Israel as the border and boundries of blessing, as seen in Paul’s admonition. Rather this level of the tarrafirma, the soil called in Hebrew ADaMEh was named after it’s root word and inheiritor ADaM, who was the the creature of dominion seen in Gen_1:25-27 and Gen_2:5-6.

A COMMON LAW FOR A COMMON-WEALTH

Honour thy father and thy mother:

that thy days may be long upon the land

which the LORD YHWH thy God giveth thee.

Exodus 20:12

Honour thy father and thy mother,

as the LORD YHWH thy God hath commanded thee;

that thy days may be prolonged,

and that it may go well with thee,

in the land which the LORD YHWH thy God giveth thee.

Deuteronomy 5:16

The word Honor should hereafter in this contemplation be understood for it’s Hebrew and Greek understanding of “heaviness”, that is “weightiness” Just as it pertains to precious metal, thus the Idea of Honor or Esteem is the Idea of literal value or worth. The Commandment is forwarding the Child of Israel to Value his Father and Mother as wealth.

The subject of the 5th Commandment is likened unto all the commandments focused upon thus far, it is a key sentiment to summarize the whole of the subject, thus by neglect of the Honor due parents and parentage the Law of God is as well devalued.

Just as the prior sentiment conveyed in the 4th Commandment regarding the Sabbath day beside the 6 days of work, the whole focus of the whole of the Common-wealth’s practice of Time keeping is observed, so in this way the 5th Commandment regarding the Honor of ones parents will bring into focus the Nation’s Origins, from one’s father and mother throughout the genealogical make up of one’s Ethnic or National people, even to one’s own Kindred Race derived from their first father and mother.

In our modern day this Commandment of Almighty God has lost it’s value; The evidence of that loss is seen in the countries or lands which our Nation once occupied, lands which our European ancestors once held by Right of Blood, Sweat, and Tears shed for it as proof of their God given claim. When considering the Right of land ownership by Ethnic descent from a Biblical Reality, it must be acknowledged that all lands settled by any people of any race or species of creature is taken and held by blood, sweat and tears, Nature does witness to this fact, and the biblical testimony to the Children of Israel is no different.

Even the founders of the united states of America spoke in a form of dualism to this point, dualism is said because all of the many references to the duty of the progeny of the children of the revolution stands as a warning and admonition no matter what side of the constitution one is on such as the words of Thomas Jefferson who made the truistic statement that ” The tree of liberty must be renewed time an again by the blood of patriots and tyrants…”; a patriot by exact definition of it’s Latin: patria, one’s father’s country, form pater which is father in Latin, this is Biblical Patriotism, Patriarchal Patriotism, the honor of one’s father and mother is the foundation of the National family unit with in a geographical border or boundary of Land or Lands, the family is lead by the God given headship of the Man who is the Father as seen in Gen_1:26-28, Gen_2:21-25, every law which shall be covered hereafter on Government order, Num_30:1-16. The paternal order is the God ordained order of Family Government, even in reference Parents we testifies to the pair which brings forth offspring, a word which is devalued by any definition beyond the natural fact it carries, that of the Patriarchal quality of the parentage of a family, tribe, Nation and Race of Biblical Origin.

Furthermore, when speaking of a Nation and Country the two are often times confused as one and the same, yet they refer to two adjoined but different aspects of the collective common-wealth, both aspects are channeled into the 5th Commandment: The Nation which is the aspect of common-origin and The Country is the aspect of a common home land. Thus when we speak of a country we speak of land mass and borders not the nation of a common origin. The 5th Commandment covers both in it’s primary sentiment of the Nation from ones individual parents to ones parentage, and also the giving of blessings of Honor towards ones parentage as the prolonged dwelling in the land given to that Nation.

Yet the reward of honoring and fearing ones father and mother is called Inheritance, in the Hebrew the word is Y’RaSH and M’URaSH as far as the idea of possession of inherited traits, which is more or less the idea of Rights, legal Rights inherited from father to son as citizens, members of the common-wealth.

Consider:

Deu 33:4 Moses commanded us a law, even the inheritance of the congregation of Jacob.

While the Land inheritance is generally represented by the word NHeLEh.

Num_33:53 And ye shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land, and dwell therein: for I have given you the land to possess it.

Num 33:54 And ye shall divide the land by lot for an inheritance among your families: and to the more ye shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer ye shall give the less inheritance: every man’s inheritance shall be in the place where his lot falleth; according to the tribes of your fathers ye shall inherit.

Num 33:55 But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you; then it shall come to pass, that those which ye let remain of them shall be pricks in your eyes, and thorns in your sides, and shall vex you in the land wherein ye dwell.

Thus, Both Land inheritance and Covenantal Inheritance are inherent in the Paternal Honor .

By ignorant or willful disregard of this Commandment both the Nation and the Land will be lost, the two are invariably linked to the unity of every individual family doing so together as to form a Common-wealth.

With all this in mind consider the Greek LXX of Leviticus 19:3, “Let each one his father and his mother fear” the word fear is translated from a word rooted ina commonly understood word in our English speech, Phobia; in our insane and unGodly age in which we live the doctors of the so called psyche would call this a parentaphobia, the idea of being afraid of ones parents, yet this very heart and mind set should be a soul disposition of fear towards ones parents as a Godly fear. Every child of Godly parents should be afraid of the displeasure his parents will have in them, and thus be a feared that they them selves will dishonor their parents before the face of God almighty. A fear which I wish to punctuate by the end of this compilation.

Infractions upon the Honor

of the 5th Commandment

The first infraction: Physical Abuse

Exo_21:15 And he that smiteth his father, or his mother, shall be surely put to death.

This law prohibiting without exception the physical harm done to ones parents, as a capitol offence, a law which is not meant to be symbolic, and due to it’s simplistic nature it encompassed all forms of physical abuse done to ones parentage: grandparents, elders and those of the physical family in authority by mear age:

Lev_19:32 Thou shalt rise up before the hoary head, and honor the face of the old man, and fear thy God: I am the LORD.

This portion of Common Law helps us ascertain the scope of Honor as reaching further than one first father or mother, but unto his grandparents and beyond. It establishes also the Honor that should be had for any gray haired old man as a honorable member of a biblical patriarchal society, when indeed he is such, as one who should never be abused. The Idea of rising up is that which is accredited to kings and rulers, one we are still un-accustomed to understand in the West but perhaps not practice, the rising also carries with it the implication of support or establish, that is help an old man, and also establish the ruling elder as well, it is the onus of the young men to be the strong arm of the wise old man and to keep him in power, for all the young become old.

The next infraction

Exo 21:17 And he that curseth his father, or his mother, shall surely be put to death.

Before losing the thoughts of the Law and it’s greater focus just mentioned in the last infraction on Lev_19:32, consider not only one’s first Father and Mother but that of family rulers of Elders which helps support the God given authority by squarely seating it upon the 5th Commandment:

As mentioned prior in part 1 of this series on the 1st and 2nd commandment, the judges of Israel and of the Church / Ekklasia are to be comprised of literal Elders or Old men of literal Families as shown in Exo_18:25-26 Exo_18:25-26, Deu_1:9-18, Num_1:1-54, Num_11:14-25.

Exo_22:28 Thou shalt not revile the gods, nor curse the ruler of thy people., is by the law of Exo_21:17, we may see the correlation to this law as being integral one to the other. As mentioned concerning the 1st and 2nd Commandment of God’s Common Law: the word “god” in this text references YHWH GOD given authority to the Elder judges and rulers of THY PEOPLE, by rule of God’s Law. It should not be missed that in the KJV the word translated ‘revile’ of Exo_22:28 and ‘curse’ of Exo_21:17 are the same Hebrew,, both are ‘QuLL’ a word which signifies the opposite of the honor or value of the Commandment, as well this stands true in the Greek LXX text pertaining to the word Curse from Kako-Logon – G2551 ̄

From a compound of:

G2556 -Kako: bad, evil, wicked

and

G3056– Logos: words

literally “speak evil of”

.

The value or Honor intrinsically placed by Nature and natures God, YHWH upon the family order are preserved by these Common Laws which has as it’s preservation the the security of dwelling in the Land of inhabitants by the Blessing inherent to law’s defined particular precepts, statutes, as well as Judgments against this sin.

The support of the families leaning one upon the other will create a Nation, a standing Nation will create a protected Country border, a Land blessed by the prolonged days of the inhabitants who dwell upon it in family order keeping a common Calendar:

Ye shall be holy:

for I YHWH your God am holy.

Ye shall fear every man his mother, and his father,

and keep my sabbaths:

I am YHWH your God.

Lev_19:2-3

The calendar Sabbath of the LORD God of the Commonwealth, ordains and offers times of commanded family worship: Weekly, Monthly, Tri-yearly, and yearly worship times on which the Parents of Godly homes are listened to according the holy scriptures, the children are instructed by their elder fathers and mothers to establish this law in a symbiotic maintenance: the sabbath and all commanded festivals of scripture are family, kindred tribal maintenance tools; beyond it contains the Ordained time of National, Tribal and Family appointment of Elders to the position of judges and officers among the people, thus linking the Calendric system devised by Almighty YHWH as the time established for the commonwealth’s electoral conventions:

Deu_16:16-20 Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the LORD thy God … in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: …Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, throughout thy tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment.

That which is altogether just shalt thou follow, that thou mayest live, and inherit the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

The Christ and the 5th Commandment

The most simple sin specified in the scripture concerning the 5th Commandment our Lord Christ forwards as a rebuke to the ruling Officers called Scribes in His day. As in the modern day these men in civic authority thought God’s Law was not Spiritually important enough to keep the letter of the law, thus they imposed by symantical interpretation another understanding of the Commandment’s and it’s precepts, a situation concerning the 5th Commandment which undoubtedly caused the eventual removal of the remnant of Judah from Judea.

Consider:

Mat_15:4 For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.

Mat 15:5 But ye say, Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; And honour not his father or his mother, Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.

Mat 15:7 Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,

Mat 15:8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.

Mat 15:9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. Exo_21:17;

Lev_20:9 …his blood shall be upon him.

The poetic semantics are not easily seen by the English reader: the Idea of the value of a monetary gift on Parents seemingly payed to the Temple treasury was in replacement for true value of Honor found in life actions and words towards one’s parents, thus this unlawful tradition which is a semantical approach to the literal commandment makes the Realistic Commandment which is Truly Spiritual given by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit of God void. It becomes void by cutting off the judgment from the commandment to replace it with a man made interpretation by the pseudo-letter. In this lesson Christ condemns the idea of replacing the actual Commandment of Law, to the end that is will void God’s Common Law; In modern terms, the governing State has assumed the right to redefine the value of parents to nothing more than a fine, a gift to blind the eyes and pervert the justice of God’s Law by use of the Temple’s State power over the judicial Elders, thus circularly destroying it’s self.

We in our modern societies of European descent find our selves in a worse position than even the Judean’s of the time of Christ, as the cursing of our progenitors has no back lash at all, not even a fine; yet the power base which has replaced the functional honor of the father and mother may easily be comprehended when one finds the idol in society that is unable to be cursed, as simple way evaluate a sociological position.

What is Cursing one’s Father or Mother?

As serious as a sin crime as is mentioned above according the Common Law of God , a word must be given upon understanding the nature of this infraction.

The word Curse above is Kako-logos as describes above. Kako is the general word for ‘bad things’, yet the understanding of ‘Curse’ is in focus.

While the simple understanding of bad or evil speech about one’s parents is simple enough to understand, they are words that cause ones parent to be afflicted by their bad words, either to them or others if the word returns to their ears. As well the simplicity of the Paternal nature of the family must be encapsulated in this sentiment as they are words that a child may use to afflict ones Parents, thus reversing the role by some form of negative control to in-place the words of Isaiah’s curse:

Isa_3:4 And I will give children to be their princes, and babes shall rule over them.

Isa 3:5 And the people shall be oppressed, every one by another, and every one by his neighbour: the child shall behave himself proudly against the ancient, and the base against the honourable.

Yet this Curse must be understood in a strict biblical standpoint which must not be reversed as to allow an ignorant, selfish or wicked parent to silence the child who speaks the gospel which will naturally oppose any sinner in cluding sinful parents.

We have ample Scripture to show that the confession of Christ in our life will create variance even with ones own parents and family, by recourse, the denial of the life of Christ in us to disuad the varance between the Christian and his natural family is in fact a denial of Christ:

Mat_10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

Mat 10:36 And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household.

Mat 10:37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

Mat 10:38 And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.

Mat 10:39 He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.

Mat 10:40 He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.

Christ’s admonition is from Mic_7:6, which is in-turn is a admonition from the Law of Deu_13:6-10, this Christ based or anointed based life is seen in Gideon in Jdg_6:1-32, when the confession of Gideon’s anointing caused him to hew down his father’s baal grove and throw over baal’s alter to set an example, yet Gideon did not speak evil of his parentage, yet his actions and words could be skued by a wicked father to be a form of rebellion. As well a good example may be had in the life of Johnathan son of King Saul, as he was under his wicked father who was pursuing innocent David, Johnathan did not curse his father but did as David did entreat and hinder his godless actions to the benefit of righteousness.

The speech of cursing or speaking affliction on one’s parents is a sin crime which may not be committed no matter if the parents be actually wicked in their life’s actions, it ought not be done ever by one confessing YHWH’s name; no provisions or acceptance is granted for Cursing one’s parents even when one’s Father or Mother is wicked in the most vile way, rather we are to entreat or implore 1Ti_5:1 but never to speak evil words upon or to them, to afflict their person, yet it is important to remember that sin is always sin, and Christian’s are commanded to reprove such.

In our unfortunate day and age this seems to be hard on account of the treatment many children go through at the hand of ignorant, selfish, and ungodly parents, which often cause children to go astray. Yet consider, children in the time of the 40 years of wilderness wondering, when the parents sin caused the children to wander as a punishment was no different, even these Israelite’s forgot the sign of circumcision, the sign of Abraham’s Covenant, which was a selection among the son’s of Adam to give the dominion Mandate as stated in Gen_1:26-28.

Children Obey your parents…

From the Creation of Adam into the time of the patriarch’s then in the time of the Canaanite dispossession, as well seen in the Ethnic segregation of Ezra and Nehemiah’s, the ultimate goal of having Children is to give them an inheritance, in the case of the Covenants made with one’s Ethnic people or ones Racial mandate: to honor Father and Mother is a matter of genetic inheritance of Covenant and Land in a biblical society: among European Christians, this should be one and the same.

As seen in the Law of God through out: Adultery, fornication, and whoredom are ultimate devaluations or dishonor to ones parents and parentage, by allowance of an illegitimate offspring to grow in violation of the Law of God will destroy the Covenant upon which the Law is founded thereby dissolving the bond of all. It is worth consideration at this point that in the list of adulterous fornications of which the prior mentioned infraction of Lev_20:9 was mentioned among is ended by the antithetical statement in

Lev 20:21-22 they shall be childless. Ye shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: that the land, whither I bring you to dwell therein, spue you not out.

All forms of adulteration are literally a curse and a strike against ones parentage, a dishonor that will cause the Land to spew us out as opposed to prolong our days.

As it pertains to wise, generationally minded, Godly parents the Apostle Paul admonishes the children of these Christian families by the words he spoke to the Ephesian church, who mind you, did not live in the land of Judea or within the borders of old Israel but within Ephesus, a city of Asia Minor where the diaspora of Israel had settled in their Gentile-pagan state as Ephesians, he had admonished them thus:

Eph_6:1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

Eph 6:2 Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;)

Eph 6:3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

Eph 6:4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Consider an other Genesis example is given of a specific mention of an Honor toward parents in this paraphrase of Gen_27:46 – Gen_28:1-9

Gen 27:46 And Rebekah said to Isaac, I am weary of my life (Eve) because of the daughters of Heth: if Jacob take a wife of the daughters of Heth, such as these which are of the daughters of the land, what good shall my life do me?

Gen 28:3 And God Almighty bless thee, and make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, that thou mayest be a multitude of people;

Gen 28:4 And give thee the blessing of Abraham, to thee, and to thy seed with thee; that thou mayest inherit the land wherein thou art a stranger, …Isaac had blessed Jacob, and sent him away to Padanaram, to take him a wife from thence; and that as he blessed him he gave him a charge, saying, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan;

Gen_28:7 And that Jacob obeyed his father and his mother, and was gone to Padanaram…

By continued reading the subject is substantiated in the actions of Esau who is called a fornicator for the strange wives he had taken against His parents honor in Heb_12:16, who by this action and other actions forfeit his birth-right, the inheritance from Adam to Isaac at that time, an inheritance which was to be the Christ’s.

Thus the act of not marrying into the forbidden linage of Canaan as per the dictates of YHWH God known by the Patriarchs, and seen in Israel’s laws trough out the Scripture was one of the first places where we may safely see the Obedience or Honor of one parents to the purpose of prolonged days upon the land in the sentiment of Ethnic purity, contained in the literal listening to ones parents on the matters of procreation, an action which of course replicates the Command it self.

The admonition in Gen 28:7 … Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan; And that Jacob obeyed his father and his mother… is one which is as elementary cursing or striking ones mother and father who raised them from womb to adulthood, yet this infraction curses and strikes the at the root of ones ancestry, and obliterates the covenant by the adulteration of distinct Ethnic and racial groups which nature and natures God has deemed to be separate since creations time. The people of Canaan were the people who were being destroyed and spewed out of the ‘land of Canaan’ to be inhabited by God’s Chosen people Israel, who’s divided home inheritance was Aram and Haran in what we call Syria, the the place of Abraham’s father’s people. Yet the scripture tells us that the Gen_15:16 the iniquity of the Amorites became full at the time of Israel’s dispossession of Canaan’s land, iniquity that we may plainly in the Laws of Lev_20:1

In Biblical times the ultimate disregard of ones parents and parentage was one who has disgraced his father’s name and inheritance beyond forgiveness as see in the above portions of Genesis. By evident context the same holds true in the following grim and terrible fate that was possible for a stubborn and rebellious child, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them:

The Perfect Law of God Continues:

Deu_21:19 Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place;

Deu 21:20 And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard.

Deu 21:21 And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear.

It was the last check in the balance of National order for Children to Obey their parents in the Lord: If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them: Deu_21:18

In the KJV text the word “glutton” may help to confuse the context in uniting it with the prior obedience of Jacob verses Esau the fornicator. In other translations prior to the KJV the Hebrew word ZaLL H2151 was translated rioter, yet in the LXX the type of glutny and riotousness is more described, the APB translations has it as: Our son, this one resists persuasion, and he aggravates, not obeying our voice; he is fond of carousing drunk with wine. sumboloaopon wich literally means “sum+bolo” to union by thrusting (G4862 + G906) the word συμβολη seen as well translated coupling in many translations of the LXX

“coupling” through out Exo in the building of the temple in reference to action which sum-boleh describes.

In showing this point of dis-honor and dis-obedience to ones parents I wish to end off with the voice of Solomon, a man who according to our Biblical testimony had indeed a struggle with this very grave sin, his testimony as well helps to describe in other words the Hebrew word ZaLL as see in the prior Law of God:

Pro_23:19 Hear thou, my son, and be wise, and guide thine heart in the way.

Pro 23:20 Be not among winebibbers; among riotous eaters (ZaLLH2151) of flesh:

Pro 23:21 For the drunkard and the glutton (ZaLLH2151) shall come to poverty: and drowsiness shall clothe a man with rags.

Pro 23:22 Hearken unto thy father that begat thee, and despise not thy mother when she is old.

Pro 23:23 Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding.

Pro 23:24 The father of the righteous shall greatly rejoice: and he that begetteth a wise child shall have joy of him.

Pro 23:25 Thy father and thy mother shall be glad, and she that bare thee shall rejoice.

Pro 23:26 My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways.

Pro 23:27 For a whore is a deep ditch; and a strange woman is a narrow pit.

Pro 23:28 She also lieth in wait as for a prey, and increaseth the transgressors among men.

Lets start out in the Law:

Lev 25:23 The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine; for ye are strangers and sojourners with me.

Lev 25:24 And in all the land of your possession ye shall grant a redemption for the land.

Lev 25:25 If thy brother be waxen poor, and hath sold away some of his possession, and if any of his kin come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that which his brother sold.

Rth 3:1 Then Naomi her mother in law said unto her, My daughter, shall I not seek rest for thee, that it may be well with thee?

Rth 3:2 And now is not Boaz of our kindred, with whose maidens thou wast? Behold, he winnoweth barley to night in the threshingfloor.

Rth 3:3 Wash thyself therefore, and anoint thee, and put thy raiment upon thee, and get thee down to the floor: but make not thyself known unto the man, until he shall have done eating and drinking.

Rth 3:4 And it shall be, when he lieth down, that thou shalt mark the place where he shall lie, and thou shalt go in, and uncover his feet, and lay thee down; and he will tell thee what thou shalt do.

Rth 3:5 And she said unto her, All that thou sayest unto me I will do.

Rth 3:6 And she went down unto the floor, and did according to all that her mother in law bade her.

Rth_3:7 And when Boaz had eaten and drunk, and his heart was merry, he went to lie down at the end of the heap of corn: and she came softly, and uncovered Th-GaL H1540 his feet,Me-Ro-GaLThH4772, and laid her down.

The word for uncover in normal GaL-Eh H1540 it is here in the feminine form Th-GaL, as the word for redeem is GAL H1350, the words are indicative of each other. This is also the word used in Lev_18:6 and 20 when dealing with unlawful uncovering and is the general word for the action: L-GaLTh ללות / GaLEh גּלה 1540 to uncover. The action of Gal is not in the focus of uncovering or covering as the word used in verse 9 in the phrase “near kinsman” is again an also GAL, but the idea of the Hebrew logic is gathered up into the idea of ‘kinship covering’ and I believe may be best described by the Gaelic custom of Tartan most know of from Scotland, I don’t think its a surprise that the Gaul’s or Gaelic people, also called Gaults/ Celts or Kelts ware a skirt named after them called a Kilt made of their family banner called a Tartan. Having a name strikingly in resemblance to the Hebrew Word GaL, consider also the Hebrew word for the (Tribe) banner or standard is DGaL דגלH1714, Just as the Kilt (GaLT) Tartan is a banner of/ standard of a family , the cloth skirt which men wear in all functions of family life, from Birth to Marriage to Battle to Death, the covering they have is the banner of their GAeLic family, their Kinsmen, those who they by Rights may Redeem.

In the days of Ruth the language indicates the same idea as that which was used by the less ancient GauLs, it was an important part of Israelite society, for to uncover a woman you must be willing to covered her with your kindred family. Much like the depleting custom of a woman taking the husband’s sir name or last name was common to our more modern grandparents in 2017, the Idea of patriarchal headship is key to the Israelite cultural heritage, and the two concepts are one in the same.

The Laws found in the scripture on the uncovering of nakedness are regulation that promote healthy growth of Israelite Christian Culture, which is bound in the Logic of God’s Law and thus the Law of Headship by Patriarchy, which is where Fathers rule their families by the fear of God; this aspect of fear is as well seen in the accompanying language of the portion of the skirt or covering which is specified by Ruth, that is the KNaF or edge, border. As commanded in Deu_22:12 where the command is found to hem a ribbon or thread of blue for the remembrance of YHWH’s Law, the edge of the skirt of an Israelite man was to represent the Law of YHWH; Interestingly enough in Rth_2:12 …YHWH God of Israel, under whose wings (KNaF) thou art come to trust. Ruth’s Trust or Faith is seen in her Lawful actions and personality of virtue, and this symbolism in Ruth’s actions are just as virtuous as Ruth seeking her place of Redemption in Boaz’s right of redemption, undoubtedly, Boaz’s family skirt was hemmed by the perfect redemptive law of YHWH, a Tartan every man should want as his family banner.

Rth_3:8 And it came to pass at midnight, that the man was afraid, and turned himself: and, behold, a woman lay at his feet.

Rth_3:9 And he said, Who art thou? And she answered, I am Ruth thine handmaid: spread therefore thy skirt (KNaF) over thine handmaid; for thou art a near kinsman.

Rth 3:10 And he said, Blessed be thou of the LORD, my daughter: for thou hast shewed more kindness in the latter end than at the beginning, inasmuch as thou followedst not young men, whether poor or rich.

Rth_3:11 And now, my daughter, fear not; I will do to thee all that thou requirest: for all the city of my people doth know that thou art a virtuous woman.

Rth 3:12 And now it is true that I am thy near kinsman: howbeit there is a kinsman nearer than I.

There is a simply Godly truth that Boaz knew, and that, despite the passion, despite the offer, despite the allure, despite the fact that no one may have known what could happen on this intoxicated harvest night except Boaz and Ruth and the justification that Boaz may have used ‘that he would most likely have been the lawful Redeemer of Ruth and as such would have had no repercussions for his action if he were to cover Ruth with his skirt that night’.

Rather Boaz had the prescience of mind which Paul taught in

2Ti_2:5 that: if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.

And that Law is found in this Numbers 27:

Num_27:8 And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a man die, and have no son, then ye shall cause his inheritance to pass unto his daughter.

Num 27:9 And if he have no daughter, then ye shall give his inheritance unto his brethren.

Num 27:10 And if he have no brethren, then ye shall give his inheritance unto his father’s brethren.

Num 27:11 And if his father have no brethren, then ye shall give his inheritance unto his kinsman that is next to him of his family, and he shall possess it: and it shall be unto the children of Israel a statute of judgment, as the LORD commanded Moses.

So it is that despite the temptation that may be easily seen in the Text, Boaz Passion for YHWH’s Law over rides his lust and even rational judgment which could have controlled him on the mater, a rational judgment which could have easily disregarded the Law and Word of YHWH.

Rth_3:13 Tarry this night, and it shall be in the morning, that if he will perform unto thee the part of a kinsman, well; let him do the kinsman’s part: but if he will not do the part of a kinsman to thee, then will I do the part of a kinsman to thee, as the LORD liveth: lie down until the morning.

THE PART OF THE KINSMAN / THE DUTY OF AN HUSBAND’S BROTHER

Deu_25:5 If brethren dwell together, and one of them die, and have no child, the wife of the dead shall not marry without unto a stranger: her husband’s brother shall go in unto her, and take her to him to wife, and perform the duty of an husband’s brother unto her.

Deu 25:6 And it shall be, that the firstborn which she beareth shall succeed in the name of his brother which is dead, that his name be not put outH4229 MaHEh G1813 of Israel.

Deu 25:7 And if the man like not to take his brother’s wife, then let his brother’s wife go up to the gate unto the elders, and say, My husband’s brother refuseth to raise up unto his brother a name in Israel, he will not perform the duty of my husband’s brother.

Deu 25:8 Then the elders of his city shall call him, and speak unto him: and if he stand to it, and say, I like not to take her;

Deu 25:9 Then shall his brother’s wife come unto him in the presence of the elders, and loose his shoe from off his foot, and spit in his face, and shall answer and say, So shall it be done unto that man that will not build up his brother’s house.

Deu 25:10 And his name shall be called in Israel, The house of him that hath his shoe loosed.

Rth_3:14 And she lay at his feet until the morning: and she rose up before one could know another. And he said, Let it not be known that a woman came into the floor.

Rth 3:15 Also he said, Bring the vail that thou hast upon thee, and hold it. And when she held it, he measured six measures of barley, and laid it on her: and she went into the city.

Rth 3:16 And when she came to her mother in law, she said, Who art thou, my daughter? And she told her all that the man had done to her.

Rth 3:17 And she said, These six measures of barley gave he me; for he said to me, Go not empty unto thy mother in law.

Rth 3:18 Then said she, Sit still, my daughter, until thou know how the matter will fall: for the man will not be in rest, until he have finished the thing this day.

Rth_4:1 Then went Boaz up to the gate, and sat him down there: and, behold, the kinsman of whom Boaz spake came by; unto whom he said, Ho, such a one! turn aside, sit down here. And he turned aside, and sat down.

Rth_4:2 And he took ten men of the elders of the city, and said, Sit ye down here. And they sat down.

Deu_16:18 Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, throughout thy tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment.

Accordingly, this law is the foundational structure of Israelite Government, that is the Headship of the Elders or old men, the Judges were taken from the Natural Heads of the people with an Officer or Scribe, Naturally the Head was an Elder men who had knowledge in YHWH’s Law and was honest and wise. These Elder Judges who were Heads of Families were Naturally kin to those who lived in Bethlehem, thus they sat at the literal Gate of Judgment and the matters of the jurisdiction was committed to those Old Men who would do the best adjudicating for their kinsmen.

Rth_4:3 And he said unto the kinsman/redeemer , Naomi, that is come again out of the country of Moab, selleth a parcel of land, which was our brother Elimelech’s:

Rth 4:4 And I thought to advertise thee, saying, Buy it before the inhabitants, and before the elders of my people. If thou wilt redeem it, redeem it: but if thou wilt not redeem it, then tell me, that I may know: for there is none to redeem it beside thee; and I am after thee. And he said, I will redeem it.

Rth 4:5 Then said Boaz, What day thou buyest the field of the hand of Naomi, thou must buy it also of Ruth the Moabitess, the wife of the dead, to raise up the name of the dead upon his inheritance.

Rth_4:6 And the kinsman GAL said, I cannot redeem GAL it for myself, lest I mar (A-SHY-Th אשׁחית H7843 ) mine own inheritance: redeem GAL thou my right GALThY to thyself; for I cannot redeem GAL it.

Deu_9:26 I prayed therefore unto the LORD, and said, O Lord GOD, destroy H7843 not thy people and thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed through thy greatness, which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand.

Jdg_2:19 And it came to pass, when the judge was dead, that they returned, and corrupted H7843 themselves more than their fathers, in following other gods to serve them, and to bow down unto them; they ceased not from their own doings, nor from their stubborn way.

By the purely scriptural interpretation of the word ‘mar’, it seems safe to conclude that the kinsman of Boaz who is neared than he, was afraid that Ruth and Naomi would destroy or corrupt his inheritance, in the same way the

two examples offer above, this is because the kinsman of whom Boaz is speaking does not know the virtue of Ruth, and must account her to be removed and as such she may be one who may corrupt his inheritance by her Moabite practices, much how Lot was corrupted by his life in Sodom, and the distant Benjamites had corrupted them selves.

Rth 4:7 Now this was the manner in former time in Israel concerning redeeming and concerning changing, for to confirm all things; a man plucked off his shoe, and gave it to his neighbour: and this was a testimony in Israel.

Rth 4:8 Therefore the kinsman said unto Boaz, Buy it for thee. So he drew off his shoe.

Rth 4:9 And Boaz said unto the elders, and unto all the people, Ye are witnesses this day, that I have bought all that was Elimelech’s, and all that was Chilion’s and Mahlon’s, of the hand of Naomi.

Rth_4:10 Moreover Ruth the Moabitess, the wife of Mahlon (H4248 Sick), have I purchased to be my wife, to raise up the name of the dead upon his inheritance, that the name of the dead be not cut off Y-KRaTh /יכרתH3772 from among his brethren, and from the gate of his place: ye are witnesses this day.

While the poetic connection is present in this text of Ruth in the Hebrew it is much to complex to explain to those who do not study Hebrew, yet in the Greek I am persuaded that the LXX translators saw this Rhyme of thought and expressed it in the Greek for it’s readers as well, for those of you studying along who like such study as my self I encourage you to explore the Hebrew and Greek verse and it’s awesome poetry.

Mahlon Son of Elimelech / the Sick son of God my King has been redeemed by a New Covenant cut by Boaz / Strength

The words of Boaz’s doings are different in language but the same in reason as Deu_25:6, in the case of the letter of the law it is to keep the name in the linage, yet Boaz is a spiritual man and as such it is evident by his expression as to the Spirit of the Law, that is the phrase Y-KRaTh which is the word used in the ‘making’ of a covenant throughout the Law, that is that the name of the dead be not covenanted among his brother, this is contained in the Idea of the language, and if we remember the name Elimelech means God is my King and Mahlon the husband of Ruth means Sick, thus the symbolism of Christ’s work is yet not lost in this Kinsman redemption done by Boaz who is redeeming the line of his fallen brother Elimelech and moving Ruth and her people back into the Covenant of Israel despite the Sickness which befell her and Naomi in the land of their captivity.

Rth 4:11 And all the people that were in the gate, and the elders, said, We are witnesses. The LORD make the woman that is come into thine house like Rachel and like Leah, which two did build the house of Israel: and do thou worthily in Ephratah, and be famous in Bethlehem:

Rth 4:12 And let thy house be like the house of Pharez, whom Tamar bare unto Judah, of the seed which the LORD shall give thee of this young woman.

Rth 4:13 So Boaz took Ruth, and she was his wife: and when he went in unto her, the LORD gave her conception, and she bare a son.

Rth 4:14 And the women said unto Naomi, Blessed be the LORD, which hath not left thee this day without a kinsman, that his name may be famous in Israel.

Rth 4:15 And he shall be unto thee a restorer of thy life, and a nourisher of thine old age: for thy daughter in law, which loveth thee, which is better to thee than seven sons, hath born him.

Rth 4:16 And Naomi took the child, and laid it in her bosom, and became nurse unto it.

Rth 4:17 And the women her neighbours gave it a name, saying, There is a son born to Naomi; and they called his name Obed: he is the father of Jesse, the father of David.

Rth 4:18 Now these are the generations of Pharez: Pharez begat Hezron,

Rth 4:19 And Hezron begat Ram, and Ram begat Amminadab,

Rth 4:20 And Amminadab begat Nahshon, and Nahshon begat Salmon,

Rth 4:21 And Salmon begat Boaz, and Boaz begat Obed,

Rth 4:22 And Obed begat Jesse, and Jesse begat David.

With this story in mind consider the context given to us by the Apostle Paul the Benjamite:

Rom_6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

Rom 6:17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.

Rom 6:18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.

Rom 6:19 I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.

Rom 6:20 For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.

Rom 6:21 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.

Rom 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Rom_7:1 Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth?

Rom 7:2 For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.

Rom 7:3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.

Rom 7:4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

Rom 7:5 For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.

Rom 7:6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

The Redemptive power of Christ! If that is not the theme of the story of Ruth and the end of the Book of Judges I do not know what it is!

Redeemed by the blood of the lamb as the seed of Israel we are kinsman redeemed!

Ruth the friend the out cast of the removed of Benjamin was called to be the wife a sick son of God the king, and in the removed land of Moab no rest was found her or her pleasant mother in law Naomi, Yet after the death of her sick husband she bound herself to the pleasant remnant of the only thread she had to the inheritance of Israel. Ruth humbled herself as a servant to Naomi and worked out her salvation with fear and trembling before the forefather of our Lord and Christ because she knew that he was her redeemer! And in her humility and zeal she received the reward of her faith in action, she was married to another who would bring forth fruit and that fruit would raise up the tribes of Israel by her womb, by her womb we are told was the seed given a restorer of life, and that son the neighbors called Servant the son of Strength Boaz!

So the Pleasant widow who has deemed her self Bitter, has returned to her home land in Bethlehem of Judah with her loyal and faithful daughter in law her Friend Ruth. Heavy emphasis has been placed upon the state of Ruth’s status as it pertains to her family have been removed Benjamin living in the land of Moab, in this section I wish to focus attention more on the function of the Torah, the Rule of Law, God’s Law on the life of these people. YHWH’s Law is a culture, no different than the culture America or any other group of people has today. Israel operated by God’s law as their mean Culture, that is that they had the letter of the Law as the standard, not necessarily the Spirit, some folks such as the prophets and other holy men and women loved the Law thereby having the Spirit of the Law which gives life, but as a norm the Torah was the Common Law, no different than the way our early American and British ancestors used there common Law, some of which came directly from the Bible, some of which was not. Yet in the time of Ruth we may see a functional Biblical Common Law, this detail of the story of Ruth is what makes her book special beside the amazing history and Spiritual wealth we have seen so far.

Rth_2:1 And Naomi had a kinsman of her husband’s, a mighty man of wealth, of the family of Elimelech; and his name was Boaz.

Rth 2:2 And Ruth the Moabitess said unto Naomi, Let me now go to the field, and glean ears of corn after him in whose sight I shall find grace. And she said unto her, Go, my daughter.

Rth 2:3 And she went, and came, and gleaned in the field after the reapers: and her hap was to light on a part of the field belonging unto Boaz, who was of the kindred of Elimelech.

Rth 2:4 And, behold, Boaz came from Bethlehem, and said unto the reapers, The LORD be with you. And they answered him, The LORD bless thee.

Rth 2:5 Then said Boaz unto his servant that was set over the reapers, Whose damsel is this?

Rth 2:6 And the servant that was set over the reapers answered and said, It is the Moabitish damsel that came back with Naomi out of the country of Moab:

Rth 2:7 And she said, I pray you, let me glean and gather after the reapers among the sheaves: so she came, and hath continued even from the morning until now, that she tarried a little in the house.

Rth 2:8 Then said Boaz unto Ruth, Hearest thou not, my daughter? Go not to glean in another field, neither go from hence, but abide here fast by my maidens:

Rth 2:9 Let thine eyes be on the field that they do reap, and go thou after them: have I not charged the young men that they shall not touch thee? and when thou art athirst, go unto the vessels, and drink of that which the young men have drawn.

The Law in operation in this section the story of Ruth and Naomi is

Deu_24:17 Thou shalt not pervert the judgment of the stranger, nor of the fatherless; nor take a widow’s raiment to pledge:

Deu 24:18 But thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt, and the LORD thy God redeemed thee thence: therefore I command thee to do this thing.

Deu 24:19 When thou cuttest down thine harvest in thy field, and hast forgot a sheaf in the field, thou shalt not go again to fetch it: it shall be for the stranger H1616

for the fatherless, and for the widow: that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hands.

Deu 24:20 When thou beatest thine olive tree, thou shalt not go over the boughs again: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.

Deu 24:21 When thou gatherest the grapes of thy vineyard, thou shalt not glean it afterward: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.

The Biblical Common Law was being followed out here perfectly, and due to the tightness of the society it was undoubted that the hap would fall that Ruth would glean a Kinsman’s field, yet this law is offering the right of privilege from two angles: It was the Right of Naomi to glean as a widow, and her widowhood would have been known to those who knew her, as well Ruth is a stranger that is a sojourner and she as a stranger has the right also to lawfully glean from the residue of the reapers. This is Biblically Realistic Welfare, and it is the only way to have a righteous system of Welfare one where the widow, fatherless and stranger are protected from starvation by imposing the blessing of God’s Law upon the field owner, which by course causes the poor to work for their entitled portion, rendering them diligent and not slothful. As we will see in the story of Ruth her hard work causes the wealthy man Boaz to want to help her more than the Law of God entitles her and Naomi to.

Rth_2:10 Then she fell on her face, and bowed herself to the ground, and said unto him, Why have I found grace in thine eyes, that thou shouldest take knowledge of me, seeing I am a stranger? H5237

In the prior Law in Deu_24:19 the word translated Stranger is the Noun use גּי / GuR H1616, it is synonymous with the Verb גּוּר / GUR H1481 which simply refers to the action of Sojourning, thus one who is Sojourning is a Sojourner and as such a stranger to those whose land he passes through. Yet in this verse the word הנכרי / NoKRY-Eh is used

This is a suffixed form of NoKRY H5237, and meaning H5235 specifically some thing distinct or noticeable, this root word is used in the word just prior in the same sentence, as most Hebrew stories are Poetic verse, this last portion of Ruth 2:10 rhymes in the Hebrew sense saying

להכירניH5234 that thou shouldest take knowledge ואנכיH595 of me, seeing I נכריה׃H5237 a stranger?

LEh-KYRN-Y V-ANKY NoKRY-Eh

A more poetic and literal translation may expresses the point of the poetic verse in English a bit more if said like this: ‘How is it that in your eyes I find Grace, did not you notice to notice that I am noticeable?’, it could as well read to make the same point: ‘did you not distinguish to distinguish my distinctness?

The word NoKRY is also used to reference racial strangers or those who are racially distinguished or notice-able a midst a homogeneous population, being distinguish-able.

Admittedly this is why some who investigate the language of Ruth become convinced of the fact she is indeed a Racial stranger and / or a Moabite, while not considering that, Moab, the incestuous cousins of Isaac, bred by Lot and his daughter, most likely looked rather similar to an Israelite, unless by this time Moab had already mingled with darker races. As fore the evidence of language on how to understand this verse, this is not the only use of this Hebrew word here seen in Ruth 2:10 particularly, as the Hebrew spelling is NoKRY-Eh meaning notice-able or distinct-ness. And is otherwise understood as by considering another in English verse which uses the same exact Hebrew spelling as seen in Ruth 2:10:

Isa 28:21 For the LORD shall …bring to pass his act, his strange (נכריהH5237) act.

This statement is obviously not referencing a Racial or Ethnic stranger, but a distinct or noticeable action, just as Ruth was pointing out about her self in the context.

As well the root word NoKR spelled in the negative tense LEh-KYRN-Y, can be seen in the most related way in the Hebrew Scripture in

Deu_33:9 Who said unto his father and to his mother, I have not seen him; neither did he acknowledge (LA-KYR) his brethren, nor knew his own children: for they have observed thy word, and kept thy covenant.

Thus, I believe it is safely established that this phrase in Ruth 2:10 is not referencing Ruth’s physiognomy of race or ethnicity. Rather the opposite point is being made in Ruth’s question: Why Did Boaz not distinguish to distinguish Ruth’s distinctness? His answer follows in the story…

Rth_2:11 And Boaz answered and said unto her, It hath fully been shewed me, all that thou hast done unto thy mother in law since the death of thine husband: and how thou hast left thy father and thy mother, and the land of thy nativity, and art come unto a people which thou knewest not heretofore.

Rth 2:12 The LORD recompense thy work, and a full reward be given thee of the LORD God of Israel, under whose wings thou art come to trust.

Rth_2:13 Then she said, Let me find favour in thy sight, my lord; for that thou hast comforted me, and for that thou hast spoken friendly unto thine handmaid, though I be not like unto one of thine handmaidens. (Here the word handmaiden may be easily understood by comparing this status to that of Hagar, Bilha or Zilpah, as they are all SiPHE /שפחה ( H8198 ) a word which literally means ‘of Kin’ as the hand maidens were often relatives particularly to the wife of a husband or even perhaps a more distant relative.)

Rth 2:14 And Boaz said unto her, At mealtime come thou hither, and eat of the bread, and dip thy morsel in the vinegar. And she sat beside the reapers: and he reached her parched corn, and she did eat, and was sufficed, and left.

Rth_2:15 And when she was risen up to glean, Boaz commanded his young men, saying, Let her glean even among the sheaves, and reproach her not:

Rth 2:16 And let fall also some of the handfuls of purpose for her, and leave them, that she may glean them, and rebuke her not.

Rth 2:17 So she gleaned in the field until even, and beat out that she had gleaned: and it was about an ephah of barley.

Rth 2:18 And she took it up, and went into the city: and her mother in law saw what she had gleaned: and she brought forth, and gave to her that she had reserved after she was sufficed.

Rth_2:19 And her mother in law said unto her, Where hast thou gleaned to day? and where wroughtest thou? blessed be he that did take knowledge of thee. (Here we see a related word to our prior word NoKRY it is M-KYRN)

And she shewed her mother in law with whom she had wrought, and said, The man’s name with whom I wrought to day is Boaz.

Rth_2:20 And Naomi said unto her daughter in law, Blessed be he of the LORD, who hath not left off his kindness to the living and to the dead. And Naomi said unto her, The man is near of kin unto us, one of our next kinsmen ( literally the word translated kinsman is identical with the word Redeemer / M-GAL-NU/מגאלנו. it always implies kinship )

This is the first mention of the law of the kinsman redeemer

The law in mention:

Lev_25:25 If thy brother be waxen poor, and hath sold away some of his possession, and if any of his kin come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that which his brother sold.

Rth 2:21 And Ruth the Moabitess said, He said unto me also, Thou shalt keep fast by my young men, until they have ended all my harvest.

Rth 2:22 And Naomi said unto Ruth her daughter in law, It is good, my daughter, that thou go out with his maidens, that they meet thee not in any other field.

Rth 2:23 So she kept fast by the maidens of Boaz to glean unto the end of barley harvest and of wheat harvest; and dwelt with her mother in law.

So here we end off speaking of the barley harvest which immediately is followed by the wheat harvest, and is celebrated at the time of Pentecost, which is called the feast of the first fruits of the wheat harvest. In line with our symbolism flush through out this story so far, do not let the calendaric biblical chronology go unnoticed, as we consider the Spiritual view of YHWH’s redemption of his removed people Israel, the Gentiles, by the blood of his own son who is as well the Son of Boaz of Bethlehem, the son of David our kinsman redeemer and KING!

A better understanding of the Stranger:

While on this subject consider the Greek word Xenos which is the stranger in the LXX in verse 10 David says this is his state due to his Zeal for YHWH

Psa 69:8 I became strange to my brethren, and a stranger to my mother’s children. In the Hebrew we see our prior word NoKRY, but in the Greek the word Xenos G3581

As well the verb use of this word may be seen in 1Pe 4:12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: Here a form of Xenos is seen as well, it is then evident that Xenos has very little to due with Race or Ethnicity, while differences of one people to another may be ‘strange’, such as Ruth being raised as distinct from the commonwealth and Law of Israel, she was Xenos to those who distinguished her as a stranger.

We may thus see a holistic application of this same transition Boaz is recognizing in Ruth, as it speaks of the Gentile Israelites of Ephesus:

Eph_2:11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;

Eph_2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers G3581 Xenos from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

Eph 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

Eph 2:19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

Rth 2:14 And Boaz said unto her, At mealtime come thou hither, and eat of the bread, and dip thy morsel in the vinegar. And she sat beside the reapers: and he reached her parched corn, and she did eat, and was sufficed, and left.

In keeping with the removed Xenos status of Ruth’s family, and thus being a stranger to YHWH’s covenant as a woman born to removed Gentile parents, the neatly tied reconciliation process my as well be seen as being offered by this great grand father of our Savior Jesus Christ!

JUDGES CHAPTER 22

RUTH pt.1

Rth_1:1 Now it came to pass in the days when the judges ruled, that there was a famine in the land. And a certain man of Bethlehemjudah went to sojourn in the country of Moab, he, and his wife, and his two sons.

Rth 1:2 And the name of the man was Elimelech, and the name of his wife Naomi, and the name of his two sons Mahlon and Chilion, Ephrathites of Bethlehemjudah. And they came into the country of Moab, and continued there.

Some commonalities of these continued place names and peoples have been pointed out in the last few messages, I shall point this out again for clarification and remembrance:

1. the book of Ruth is not it’s own book, it is the last 4 chapters of Judges. This is important because of the misconceptions and ignorant or arrogant suppositions made upon the woman Ruth and her offspring, that is mainly King David and David’s Lord Jesu(s) the Christ (which we shall further discuss).

2. The fact that our subject characters are once again taken from the area we have so many times referenced Bethlehem Judah, the future home of King David, the King of Judah and Israel united. Bethlehem is the place in which the Levite of the prior chapter took his unfaithful concubine from, it is as well the original home to Johnathan the Levite, Micah’s idol priest Judges 17:7 another unfaithful character.

3.The people of Bethlehem Judah, here mentioned are said to go sojourning in the land of Moab, now if it may be recalled from

Jdg_3:1-31 the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of the LORD: and the LORD strengthened Eglon the king of Moab against Israel… eighteen years.

Jdg 3:15 But when the children of Israel cried unto the LORD, the LORD raised them up a deliverer, Ehud the son of Gera, a Benjamite, a man lefthanded: and by him the children of Israel sent a present unto Eglon the king of Moab.

Jdg 3:16 But Ehud made him a dagger which had two edges, and Eglon was a very fat man.

And Ehud said, I have a message from God unto thee. And he arose out of his seat.

Jdg 3:21 And Ehud put forth his left hand, and took the dagger from his right thigh, and thrust it into his belly:

Jdg 3:27 And it came to pass, when he was come, that he blew a trumpet in the mountain of Ephraim, and the children of Israel went down with him from the mount, and he before them.

Here is where the story starts to get interesting by examining the scriptural record, if we wish to know why Israelites where sojourning in pagan Moab: The back ground from Ch3, in Judges 21 is a war just had with Benjamin, a people who had gone after other god’s by serving them, a service which included homosexuality and rape, which was the cause of the war.

The Levite’s Concubine from Bethlehem was raped to death by the enemy which was from Benjamin; In our next chapter and story called Ruth or Judges chapter 22, the Bethlehemites are fleeing famine to Moab, in Judges chapter 3 Moab was the oppressor and Benjamin delivered Israel through Ehud, Ehud the Son of Gera blew the trumpet on Mt.Ephriam the home of the prior Levite, and of Micah the Idolator…a very interwoven story to say the least!

Why would the people of Bethlehem Judah sojourn in Moab?

Apparently Benjamites had a tenancy to sojourn there often, consider:

1Ch_8:1 Now Benjamin begat Bela his firstborn…

1Ch 8:3 And the sons of Bela were, Addar, and Gera

1Ch_8:6 And these are the sons of Ehud: these are the heads of the fathers of the inhabitants of Geba, and they removed them to Manahath:

1Ch 8:7 And Naaman, and Ahiah, and Gera, he removed them, and begat Uzza, and Ahihud.

1Ch 8:8 And Shaharaim begat children in the country of Moab, after he had sent them away; Hushim and Baara were his wives.

It can not be said why Ehud and his Father moved some of his family to Manahath of Moab if that is a literal place, which the commentaries agree to, but another possibility in Jdg_3:15 exists: as the word “present” in the KJV is from the Hebrew מנחה / MeNHE (H4503) and the place said in 1Ch_8:6 that they were removed to is called מנחת׃ / MeNHaTh (H4506) , the word is identical in meaning, and the E/ ה replaced with the Th/ ת is a matter of tense, both are suffixes, in other words the verse could read ‘ they removed them with presents’, this is perhaps the time in which theses men left and dwelt in Moab, at the time described in Jdg_3:18, as the text shows that Israel went to Moab to present the present, some we are told did not return to there inhieritance, in any case of if Manahath is shown to be a literal place in Moab or if the reference is the time of the present-ation, these Benjamites did not endure the war of Judges 19-21, they were removed.

Rth_1:3 And Elimelech Naomi’s husband died; and she was left, and her two sons.

Rth 1:4 And they took them wives of the women of Moab; the name of the one was Orpah, and the name of the other Ruth: and they dwelled there about ten years.

Here is the reason I dwelt so long on the history of Israel in Moab.

Consider the law, which these men of Judah would have violated and the repercussions it would have for the Biblical Testament:

Deu_23:3 An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to their tenth generation shall they not enter into the congregation of the LORD for ever:

Deu 23:4 Because they met you not with bread and with water in the way, when ye came forth out of Egypt; and because they hired against thee Balaam the son of Beor of Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse thee.

Deu 23:5 Nevertheless the LORD thy God would not hearken unto Balaam; but the LORD thy God turned the curse into a blessing unto thee, because the LORD thy God loved thee.

Deu 23:6 Thou shalt not seek their peace nor their prosperity all thy days for ever.

As well, we see a Realistic application of this Law in Ezr_9:1, and Ezr_10:1 as well as the 2nd witness of Nehemiah Neh_13:1-3, both of which show us that Moabite women were not to be married into Israel, and that as some suppose contrary to the sovereignty and Law of God, this Law was not relaxed in the days of Ruth. Rather the Context of the book of Judges, of which Ruth is the last 4 chapters of , and the Historical record shown in 1Chronicles chapter 8, provide evidence for a much more holistic story than most ‘scholars and seminarians’ fondly oppose them selves thereby and negate their own faith by asserting that Deu_23:3 was Ignored by Elimelech , Mahlon and Chilion, and thus, that ancestors of King David and of the Perfect Christ were infact unfit to be part of YHWH’s Congregation, that is His Church, His Ekklasia, forever! That is a big problem, do not let it go unnoticed by pushing this Law aside and using a universal doctrine of love and tolerance to justify the inconsistency your bible seems to hold by those who teach your theology as those who due such insist upon due to the fleshly mind which is at enmity with YHWH’s perfection and righteousness, an enmity that seeks in it’s end to dethrone CHRIST THE ANOINTED MESSIAH, THE SON OF DAVID, THE LION OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH.

 

Rth 1:5 And Mahlon and Chilion died also both of them; and the woman was left of her two sons and her husband.

Rth 1:6 Then she arose with her daughters in law, that she might return from the country of Moab: for she had heard in the country of Moab how that the LORD had visited his people in giving them bread.

Rth 1:7 Wherefore she went forth out of the place where she was, and her two daughters in law with her; and they went on the way to return unto the land of Judah.

Rth 1:8 And Naomi said unto her two daughters in law, Go, return each to her mother’s house: the LORD deal kindly with you, as ye have dealt with the dead, and with me.

Rth 1:9 The LORD grant you that ye may find rest, each of you in the house of her husband. Then she kissed them; and they lifted up their voice, and wept.

Rth 1:10 And they said unto her, Surely we will return with thee unto thy people.

Rth 1:11 And Naomi said, Turn again, my daughters: why will ye go with me? are there yet any more sons in my womb, that they may be your husbands?

Rth 1:12 Turn again, my daughters, go your way; for I am too old to have an husband. If I should say, I have hope, if I should have an husband also to night, and should also bear sons;

Rth 1:13 Would ye tarry for them till they were grown? would ye stay for them from having husbands? nay, my daughters; for it grieveth me much for your sakes that the hand of the LORD is gone out against me.

Rth 1:14 And they lifted up their voice, and wept again: and Orpah kissed her mother in law; but Ruth clave unto her.

Here is the next pivotal point in our story, the discussion of the law of the leverate.

The Law of the leverate was a commonly practiced custom among the people of Europe and the middle east up until the time of Catholic power, it was even after that practiced by more tribal and clanish peoples, such as the Scotts, Welsh and Slovics despite Catholic disapproval and after polygany was banned. The Law is found in Deu_25:5 If brethren dwell together, and one of them die, and have no child, the wife of the dead shall not marry without unto a stranger: her husband’s brother shall go in unto her, and take her to him to wife, and perform the duty of an husband’s brother unto her.

Deu 25:6 And it shall be, that the firstborn which she beareth shall succeed in the name of his brother which is dead, that his name be not put out of Israel.

We will continue looking at this Law as the story of Ruth and Naomi continue, but it is this portion which shows the operation of the discussion between Naomi,and Ruth and Orpah.

Rth_1:15 And she said, Behold, thy sister in law is gone back unto her people, and unto her god: return thou after thy sister in law. (god / ALEY (Elhy) not plural (gods)

Rth_1:16 And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God:

Rth 1:17 Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: the LORD do so to me, and more also, if ought but death part thee and me.

Rth 1:18 When she saw that she was stedfastly minded to go with her, then she left speaking unto her. (same word usedin 16 is used in v.15. not necisarily the plural ‘gods’ but God. In other words there is no insinuation that Ruth and Orpah serve gods and Naomi serves God, both statements are speaking of the same form of entity ALEY) This form is most commonly seen in the name LORD God or YHWH ALEY and secondly it is used in the phrase ‘strange god’ or god of a specific people as well as of idols’, the word is used specificly by the man Micah about his idols in Jdg_18:24 And he said, Ye have taken away my god which I made..

Thus, no matter if Ruth and Orpah served another God prior or Not, what this phrase is part of is the more important part of this story, as it is part of the covenantal binding between Ruth and Naomi, Ruth is pledging her self for the record to Naomi and Her family, no different than what happens when adoption takes place at any other time or should happen when marriage is agreed to. I believe the whole of this story of Ruth may be seen in the same words of the prophet Jeremiah toward the removed house of Judah:

Jer 24:6 For I will set mine eyes upon them for good, and I will bring them again to this land: and I will build them, and not pull them down; and I will plant them, and not pluck them up.

Jer 24:7 And I will give them an heart to know me, that I am the LORD: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God: for they shall return unto me with their whole heart.

This is the heart of the matter of Ruth, no different than, Ruth the Benjamite of Moab, was being reconciled unto her people and unto her God, whether this her prior God was a bastardized form of YHWH ALEY by idolatry or if it was YHWH by a strange law or if she were a full blown server of other another ‘God’ of pagan origin the consequences are the same for Ruth due to her family being removed into the land of Moab.

Consider more language of similar description from Hosea 1 and 2

Hos_1:6 And she conceived again, and bare a daughter. And God said unto him, Call her name Loruhamah: for I will no more have mercy upon the house of Israel; but I will utterly take them away.

Hos 1:7 But I will have mercy upon the house of Judah, and will save them by the LORD their God, and will not save them by bow, nor by sword, nor by battle, by horses, nor by horsemen.

Hos 1:8 Now when she had weaned Loruhamah, she conceived, and bare a son.

Hos 1:9 Then said God, Call his name Loammi: for ye are not my people, and I will not be your God.

Hos 1:10 Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, there it shall be said unto them, Ye are the sons of the living God.

Rom_9:1 I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost,

Rom 9:2 That I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart.

Rom 9:3 For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh:

Rom 9:4 Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises;

Rom 9:5 Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen.

Rom_ 9:25 As he saith also in Osee, I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved.

Rom 9:26 And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God.

Rom 9:27 Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved:

Rom 9:28 For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness

Hos_1:11 Then shall the children of Judah and the children of Israel be gathered together, and appoint themselves one head, and they shall come up out of the land: for great shall be the day of Jezreel.

AND

Hos_2:14 Therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak comfortably unto her.

Hos 2:15 And I will give her her vineyards from thence, and the valley of Achor for a door of hope: and she shall sing there, as in the days of her youth, and as in the day when she came up out of the land of Egypt.

Hos 2:16 And it shall be at that day, saith the LORD, that thou shalt call me Ishi; and shalt call me no more Baali.

Hos 2:17 For I will take away the names of Baalim out of her mouth, and they shall no more be remembered by their name.

Hos 2:18 And in that day will I make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven, and with the creeping things of the ground: and I will break the bow and the sword and the battle out of the earth, and will make them to lie down safely.

Hos 2:19 And I will betroth thee unto me for ever; yea, I will betroth thee unto me in righteousness, and in judgment, and in lovingkindness, and in mercies.

Hos 2:20 I will even betroth thee unto me in faithfulness: and thou shalt know the LORD.

Hos 2:21 And it shall come to pass in that day, I will hear, saith the LORD, I will hear the heavens, and they shall hear the earth;

Hos 2:22 And the earth shall hear the corn, and the wine, and the oil; and they shall hear Jezreel.

Hos 2:23 And I will sow her unto me in the earth; and I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy; and I will say to them which were not my people, Thou art my people; and they shall say, Thou art my God.

All of this is speaking of Israel the removed, just as the evidence points to the fact the Ruth the Moabites was a removed member of the tribe of Benjamin! Ruth as removed Israel was ready to join herself to YHWH and be His people and He would be her GOD.

Rth 1:19 So they two went until they came to Bethlehem. And it came to pass, when they were come to Bethlehem, that all the city was moved about them, and they said, Is this Naomi?

Rth 1:20 And she said unto them, Call me not Naomi, call me Mara: for the Almighty hath dealt very bitterly with me.

Rth 1:21 I went out full, and the LORD hath brought me home again empty: why then call ye me Naomi, seeing the LORD hath testified against me, and the Almighty hath afflicted me?

Rth_1:22

So Naomi returned,

and Ruth the Moabitess, her daughter in law, with her,

which returned out of the country of Moab:

and they came to Bethlehem in the beginning of barley harvest.

Section II.

The Record of Our Fore-Father’s Marriages

This study comes on the heals of it’s first section, which is where the primer on Organic Marriage resides, as this second section will recap but little in it’s explanation of Adam’s Marriage except for where points of the prior are needed for clarity of the explanation and where the new cases and evidence fit into the prior established facts and aided by definitions. Please refer back to the in depth study into God’s Organic Law on Adam’s Race and Marriage found in

Section I. The Law of Adam’s Marriage for a better understanding of the content offered in this Section II.

Prelude

The most common misunderstanding of the subject of marriage is the belief that marriage happens in: a church building, the presence of a judge, as the issuance of a license or certificate, or by the most sacred vows made of one to another in matrimony; yet there is no biblical precedent for such an arraignment!

Not even in the making of vows, even though they may seem sacred. As a matter of Fact (Biblical Reality) the church building with it’s altar and pew and it’s most holy minister / officiant has NOTHING to do with YHWH’s out line for marriage, as a matter of Biblical fact no being on earth other than the soon to be Man and Wife’s Fathers / Headship holder have any say in the consecration of Marriage, NO preacher, pastor, priest, justice of the peace or ship captain have any God Ordained Right to pronounce a Marriage in the eyes of God or Man.

Principle Elements

that make

Organic Marriage

So it is, rather than the above ancient and modern beliefs of man’s tradition held by societies and churches on how a marriage is conducted and consecrated, the Biblical Christian is given God’s very Law, Organic to Marriage which is from the beginning to rest his Society on as to advance HIS Kingdom above.

The Principles of God’s Law all rest upon Organic Laws of Creation, aspects of which are dictated by YHWH God, (Please refer to in Section I ‘s more in depth out line while reading the following sections where referenced).

Gen 1:27 So God created those of the Adam in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male (ZKR- זכרH2145) and female (u’ NQuBH- ו נקבהH5347) created he them.

Gen 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion

In YHWH God’s creation of the *Adam people, He made them male and female, which is a very literal Hebrew way to call men “markers” and women “holes”, uncomfortable but true. (Zkar- זכרH2145) (u’ Nqubah- ו נקבהH5347)

Below is the in depth creation of how YHWH made the mates of Adam men:

Gen 2:22 And the rib, which YHWH God had taken from the Adam, made he a woman, and brought her unto the Adam.

Gen 2:23 And the Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Wo-man (ASaH), because she was taken out of Man(AYS).

Gen 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Gen 2:25 And they were both naked, the Adam and his wife, and were not ashamed.

Moreover, all marriage laws must conform to the ‘Maxims’ of marriage found in Gen 1, 2, 3 as it’s standard by ignorance of it the ‘marriage’ may be rendered void via God’s Law or worse be found Adulterous and as such Spurious resulting in ignorant or willful SIN (1Jo_3:4). In reading all of Gen 1, 2, 3 and examining it’s individual parts the organic law of our forefather’s shall be seen to be rooted in an elementary organic nutrition, as are the following Sections to be discussed of Moses and the Apostles for all righteous and acceptable Marriage shown in Holy writ is in secure orbit with the Eternal Law found in the Genesis of Adam’s Marriage, thus circularly Adam’s Marriage is secure with all of Holy Writ.

Consider: These III Principle Elements which have been imposed upon the contexts of the case marriages of our Fathers outlined below, as that which makes an Biblical Marriage organic , they are enumerated below and are able to be seen in Section I for better reference.

The III Elements are:

I. Consent of Headship (Gen 2:18-22)

II. Dowry as paid by a man to the woman’s head (Gen 2:21-22)

III. Sexual Union (Gen1:28-30, 2:20, 2:25)

All marriage in the biblical context must have conformed to this standard, as are written into the National Law of Moses by God’s directive and seen in the Organic Creation which was in fact the Preamble of the National Constitution governed by God’s Law.

A Word on

Sexual Union

While sexual union is not all of Marriage it is for the ‘United’ or ‘Joined’, especially the virgin maiden, the irrevocable part of marriage, especially for the female / NQuBH- (H5347) as it has a physical effect that will be inescapably result in ‘chastity or damnation’ premafacia.

Thus, virgin Sexual Union it to be joined in only within the Marriage arraignment by force of it’s evidence, when such union is prior to marriage or out side of marriage it is often thought of as ‘harmless’ in our modern world, yet to the Christian it should be Sin unequivocally. Peradventure, a woman may have no headship, and perhaps no dowry is required due to circumstances thus the first two are waivable due to inability to preform: Sexual Union is yet un-waivable, for the Joining in sexual union is both needed for the Mark (ZKaR) of consecration and for the proof of Husbandry. Once this Joining has been committed it is a Marriage covenant which should be a blood covenant in-fact, with few Lawful exemptions to be had by license.

To our fore fathers this Joining or Union was not to be taken lightly, as it is one of the prime truths held in the phrase ‘one flesh’ of Genesis 2, the Marriage Union is seen in the purity of the sexual union, that indeed one flesh is made and marriage is joined when this union is had.

Even in the case of ‘loose’ sexual acts with a non-virgin, that is when a Man’s personal Mark may not be differentiated from the former, thus causing a state of natural confusion:

1Co_6:16 What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.

Thus, there is Sexual Union which transgresses the Organic laws and therefore makes the marriage void by Adulterous union, adulteries which maybe typified as Racial, Ethnic, Incestuous, Homosexual, and Bestial in natures. These prohibitions upon the principal elements of Sexual Union in and out of marriage are those listed by Moses, and were mostly of unneeded mention for our fore Fathers, yet not always, as it is easily seen how: parents strictly forbade their children to take or be given to peoples who were not of acceptable racial and non-cursed kindred stock, peoples that had been cursed by committing incest, such as Ham and Lot; and how the judgment of the people of Sodom (etc.) for sexual sin; Nor could Moses’ Law be ignored when it speaks past tense upon the Adulterative sexual actions of other nations calling it “abomination”, though non-Israelite people of cursed and un-cursed lineage, a violation of the Law prior to Moses:

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, I am the LORD your God. After the doings of the land of Egypt, wherein ye dwelt, shall ye not do: and after the doings of the land of Canaan, whither I bring you, shall ye not do: neither shall ye walk in their ordinances. Ye shall do my judgments, and keep mine ordinances, to walk therein: I am the LORD your God. Ye shall therefore keep my statutes, and my judgments: which if a man do, he shall live in them: I am the LORD.

Leviticus 18:1-30. (Lev_20:23)

In the case of adultery or fornication such like sexual unions are in violation and transgression of all that is organic in marriage by the simple element of destructive confusion they all assert contrary to the dominion mandate (Gen_1:26) and of the God ordained order of family via Help meet.

Marriages of our Forefathers

The first records of Marriage in Hebrew Culture.

Obviously men and women had been getting married for quite some time before the following record, thus the language of marriage is in place and the following may be used as a case law as recorded examples.

The Marriages of Abraham

Due to the establishment of normalcy it has been opted to have Abram/Abraham’s marriages to Sarai/Sarah and Hagar placed at the end of the first part on the fathers (Abraham, Isaac, Jacob )due to some of the more complex circumstances surrounding his wives, and to dispel some of the incestuous theory held by some awkward believers.

Isaac’s Marriage to Rebecca

I. Consent of Headship (Gen 2:18-22)

Gen_24:51 Behold, Rebekah is before thee, take her, and go, and let her be thy master’s son’s wife, as the LORD hath spoken.

Jacob’s marriages to his 4 wives

Hagar is the first woman in the bible called aSiPEH /שפחה ( H8198 ), translated: maid, maidservant, bondmaid, handmaid), Such are Zilpah and Bilhah. This status is that of a relative servant, and seemingly one who is part of the original marriage for the very purpose Sarah, Leah and Rachel had need of them for, in essence this practice is for effecting the Genesis 1:28: Dominion, fruitfulness and multiplicity.

The SiPEH is one who is a member of the married woman’s family by definition, such is seen in other instances of this word’s use.

The related word M-SiFEH משחה which literally means ‘From Kin’ seen as H4940 in Strong’s:

From H8192 (compare H8198); a family, that is, circle of relatives; figuratively a class (of persons), a species (of animals) or sort (of things).

Thus, it is safely implied that all of the maids listed were in some way related kinsfolk of the married woman and was under the same Headship as the principal wife, most likely of a poor relative akin to the father of the bride as Head of house, thisSiPEH woman would have been raised up as a daughter yet with a lesser status due to circumstances.

Marriages of Abraham

Much may be said in the showing of Evidence in the marriage of Abram / Abraham to Sarai / Sarah, while the union is not relayed verbatim for reference. In so saying the possibilities of logic and lawful interpretation shall be offered in a more in-depth way by understanding the biblical culture inoculated into proceeding generations of Hebrew people, and that of the race of Adam made in the like image of the invisible and spiritual God / Judge, YHWH.

Marriage according to the Biblicially Realistic paradigm is one which proposes that a consistent and sound explanation is True, one which upholds Faith in God, His Law, His Perfection, His Eternality and His Holiness which needs not Change. In so saying a foremost error may be dismissed at this time via such known culture, an error which cuts deep into the Perfection and Eternality of God seen in His Word- Law. This Cut is a view of Marriage which is exceped as ligitament though known to be contrary to the Law given to Moses by the same Ever-Living Judge, which states that ‘Sarai was indeed and truly Abrams half sister’ due to what is said by Abram in Gen_12:11-20 ; which is called in Moses National Law adultery and now incest.

In Gen_20:1-13 , this could be and is most likely a lie told by Abram just as the one told by Isaac of Rebecca in Gen_26:1-16, which is known to not be true but undoubtedly a lie if the word sister is used literally. Some have made conclusion that the Adultery Laws against Incest had only been added at the time of Moses, and that Abram as well as Adam had no knowledge of such as sin as it were natural to breed as brute beasts, the law in reference which Moses made National Law is:

Lev_18:9 The nakedness of thy sister, the daughter of thy father, or daughter of thy mother, whether she be born at home, or born abroad, even their nakedness thou shalt not uncover.

Thus it is, unless the word ‘sister’ is used as the word ‘brother’ in reference to kin ( just as Lot, who was truly his nephew is yet called his brother in Gen_14:14 ) by Abram and Isaac, referring to ones kin, then the matters of both men are not lies of protection but are true records of the fact that Sarai and Rebecca truly were Kinswomen of their respective husbands, and their status as wives had not been mentioned for protection.

This is the belief rendered by the translators of the 1599 Geneva bible ” m By sister, he means his full cousin, and by daughter Abraham’s niece, (Gen_11:29) for so the Hebrews use these words.

Nevertheless the wives of Abram and Isaac are to be understood as undoubtedly according to the Law of YHWH and no evidence exists to the contrary, but this story; Either the sister story is altogether a lie and no record is had of Sarai / Sarah’s parentage, which seems odd for the patriarchal time considering Milcah’s parentage being mentioned, but the oddity must be admitted as not so much considering women threw out scripture; or rather the record of Sarai being Abram’s niece is the true reason for the record we have and how it is phrased:

Gen_11:27-30 Now these are the generations of Terah: Terah begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran; and Haran begat Lot.

And Haran died before his father Terah in the land of his nativity, in Ur of the Chaldees.

And Abram and Nahor took them wives: the name of Abram’s wife was Sarai; and the name of Nahor’s wife, Milcah, the daughter of Haran, the father of Milcah, and the father of Iscah. But Sarai was barren; she had no child.

Thus, Abram may have received his wife while living in Ur of the Chaldees (Abram’s Nephew, the son of Abrams brother Nahor is Chesed / KeSeD, H3777 which is the root of Chesedim, which is the Hebrew for Chaldea), and Sarai was the daughter of Haran Abram’s brother, this would make Sarai Abram’s niece by today’s terms of kinship. While the Law of God forbids sexual union between “thy father’s sister” and “thy mother’s sister” in Lev 18:12-13, no sin is made of what Abraham would have done by taking his niece to wife, who was by no consequence only 10 years his younger.

It can be safely concluded that all III points of marriage had been met when Sarai was made Abram’s wife, if in-fact Sarah is daughter to Haran as the other women mentioned in Gen 11:29, thus, the below is given:

Hagar the Egyptian was a SiPEH to Sarai / Sarah, and as such seemingly a relative given to the union by Sarah’s Headship when the two were married, just as Bilhah and Zilpah were. Proposition has been made that Hagar was given to Abram in Egypt by Pharaoh, yet no evidence exists to the point, as Abram came into Egypt with substance (Gen_12:16).

I. Consent of Headship

Consent would have been made when Sarai was married to Abram and Hagar was given as a maidservant with her SiPEH.

II. Dowry

Dowry for Hagar would have been included in Sarai’s dowry as seen with Bilhah and Zilpah

III. Sexual Union

Gen_16:3 And Sarai Abram’s wife took Hagar her maid the Egyptian, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife.

The Sexual union seen in Gen 2:22-25 is the only element of this marriage needed to prove that Hagar indeed became Abraham’s wife in the same sense as Sarah, even in the case of Hagar’s divorce.

Gen 21:10 Wherefore she (Sarah) said unto Abraham, Cast out (divorce) this bondwoman (Heb. Amah / lit. mother) and her son: for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac.

Only Abraham had the power to ‘casting out’ or ‘divorce’, not Sarah, Abraham was so bothered by the proposition of the divorce that he was in need of God’s guidance yet nothing offers the idea that this was indeed the first Divorce, rather the suggestion from Sarah to her Lord was made in the accepted way, a way which allows us to know that Divorce was indeed known to the people of Abraham. As this is the first record of a Hebrew Divorce in accordance with God’s Law which was, as with the marriage, in accordance with Genesis 2:24: Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

In this case as with Christ’s teaching on the same subject: Hagar as Abraham’s wife, was no longer cleaving to Abraham by her actions against Sarah and Isaac, Abraham’s and Hagar’s family unit; Hagar was unwilling to be one flesh or body with Abraham as head of house, which inturn meant that Hagar was unwilling to share the family body (one flesh) which had Abraham as it’s Head and it’s wives as it’s members as was meant to be from the Genesis 2 beginning. (See Deut 24, Mark 10 and Matt 19)

Thus, a clear and practical justice is seen in divorce by the Logic given in Genesis 2, that a help meet as prescribed by God for ADaM-ZKaR is only one which conforms to the creation order by enacting Dominion from top to bottom, that is that which is ascribed by the apostle Paul in the teaching of Headship in

1Co_11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

And

Eph_6:1-4 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;) That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth. And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

The Union of Marriage and Family are interdependent on the very organic principle of ‘help-meet’, in that the whole family body will Rot if divorce is not enacted according to scripture when a Godly man is in danger of infecting his other family members with rebellion via in submission to God and Christ, Man, or Mother; knowing this, that a woman is to be ‘subject to her husband, and that he shall rule her ‘(Gen_3:16), for if a women could not to bring her self to be subject to her headship and rule that her husband offers in a Lawful Christian Marriage in home relations divorce / casting out from thence is the God ordained Prescription to enact the Remedy for the salvation of the Body. As amputation is not more desired than a limbs healing, neither is divorce preferred over the reconciliation of a Marriage Body, yet there is a time for everything as necessity deems it.

And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee:

for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish,

and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

For some folks in our modern world, the fact that Adultery and Adulteration are so closely related may come as a shock? The fact that one who commits Racial Adultery in Reality is Adulterating , or Altering the race God has made them, and further debases the society, Biblicaly it makes void the covenant God has promised to his people.

The question of what adultery is from a biblical and natural perspective in reality is a subject every Christian should wish to know, the 7th commandment is not only a prohibition of one who adulterates his neighbors wife by an illicit sexual union, but is the biblical word used to cover all sexual immorality including affairs of Breaking Wedlock, Miscegenation, Incest, Bestiality, and Homosex.

Consider Josephus a contemporary of our Lord’s time and how they viewed adultery:

1. AS for adultery, Moses forbade it entirely, as esteeming it a happy thing that men should be wise in the affairs of wedlock; and that it was profitable both to cities (society) and families (races) that children should be known to be genuine. He also abhorred men’s lying with their mothers, as one of the greatest crimes; and the like for lying with the father’s wife, and with aunts, and sisters, and sons’ wives, as all instances of abominable wickedness. He also forbade a man to lie with his wife when she was defiled by her natural purgation: and not to come near brute beasts; nor to approve of the lying with a male, which was to hunt after unlawful pleasures on account of beauty. To those who were guilty of such insolent behavior, he ordained death for their punishment. Antiq. Book 3, CH12:Vrs1

This idea of Adultery reaching much further into the term we more commonly refer to as fornication perhaps is new tho the reader, yet according to our ancient reference Josephus it is a very ancient truth, as all of the immoral actions mentioned were in his time Adultery, and sin-crimes worthy of death under God’s Law.

The Hebrew word translated into our English word Adultery is the word NAP, NAP may be best seen in it’s use in other words as it is used directly two times in the Hebrew scripture, yet all times translated Adultery, in the commandment the word is prefixed with the Hebrew ת / Th meaning ‘thou shalt’, this exact spelling is only used 3 times and and two times in the Ex 20:14 and Deut 5:18, which are the actual commandments , in Jer 3:9 some context is found:

“And it came to pass through the lightness of her whoredom, that she defiled the land, and committed adultery with stones and with stocks.”

This metaphoric verse both shows the idea of Adultery and Adulteration, Adultery in Israel as a married woman, and Adulteration in what is done with trees and stones!

The word NAP is complex but expressive as it is a contracted compound word, like the word king-dom (kings-dominion), letters are dropped out to create a new word, common in Hebrew and English. Hear we may see the root NAH / נאה, meaning (H4998) be at home, be beautiful, become, be, blended with the word AP/ אף (H637) meaning accession (used as an adverb or conjugation); also… , and thus meaning ‘home access-ion‘ or ‘beauty access-ion‘, which is exactly what what Adultry and Adulteration is in Latin-English it is the accession or acceding of, natural beauty or value making it ingenuous by alteration and transfer to another, thus rendering it Adulterated.

Consider the Modern View on Race

Contrary to Reality some of those voices you will hear in the world of government, media, science and health (particularly mental) would have us believe that “race is nothing more than a social construct”! For the unadulterated mind it takes very little to disprove this nonsense, one may simply pay attention the next time in a major city, the sound mind will detect racial differences easily. While in all other fields of observation, denial of reality would be considered INSANITY, in this particular field of Politically Correct (PC) ‘reality’ the test and bench mark of ones social sanity is whether a person knows the difference, or rather is willing to acknowledge a difference, in public, between races (and now gender) the sane answer in this PC context is the one which ignores the observable and recites the teaching of ignor-ance given by the high teacher(s) of the ‘Learned status’. Those who claim to be and are claimed to be of a Learned status and the high-teachers called: scientists, doctors, professors, political public officials, as well as the seminarian ‘pastor’, all who tell their subjects, patient, students, citizens and congregations that what they see and what they can sense they do not ‘really’ know or understand and that only they and the other ‘Learned’ know the ‘truth’ of what is ‘really’ going on in the world, yea, what is before their very eyes! Undoubtedly there are true scientists, doctors, professors, public officials, as well as ministers, but these differ from the others by the way they establish fact and fiction, a truly learned person holds no more over his neighbors than his particular gift in his particular scholastic accomplishment of understanding and knowledge, no faith is required in an unprovable story guarded by unquestionable assertion, no social or political back lash of sarcasm is needed for defense of the knowledge of those who are truly learned because true knowledge has understanding to prove it, and observable reality to aid those who do not or can not fully understand the learning. The fear the people should have of such High teachers should be that of injustice, for when a gang of conspirators seek to use big words and rambling affirmations to aid the knowledge of each other as to deprive knowledge or a common thinking, either by design or ignorance, it matters not, injustice and deception is the out come. For when the ‘evidence’ of an expert witness in a judicial setting, not just in what is called court but in the decisions of life, is accepted (as opposed to excepted) as fact against observable Reality the end result is captivation and then captivity by an imposed sense of ignorance upon the ignorant on matters that can not be observed or known by the senses to be true: such is the case of the modern view of race which stands as fact by consent of words while being contrary to nature and reality. What need is there for justice and righteousness in a society when the people of that society are unable or unwilling to state simple facts and truths able to be seen as self evident? When unknown standards are the excepted ‘right’ and ‘good’ by those called by honorable names and imposed upon the un-Learned by the Learned High Teachers, those who claim to see a ‘vision for the future’ which the common man can not see, perhaps they could be called the modern day prophet?

So look around and see with your eyes and behold it with your mind, Miscegenation and it’s predecessor and counterpart Multiculturalism is sported now by the common folk of the day. It is easy to see that it has received it’s directive from the principalities and powers of governments, and spewed gushingly by the enterprise of media in high places, aided by the rulers of the Darkness of this world, yes the Learned. The people of true Nations of European descent have turned the eye blind to the strut of mixed race partners in their society: out on the town or in the church building glorifying in their new privilege to practice Racial Adultery. This phenomena having only coming to fruition in the last few decades, and more tolerated in the last 100+ years while it had prior been banned by force of civil law, condemned as sin by the churches and shunned by the common folk. For thousands of years the Church and governing authorities have kept the adulteration of the races in check by allowing an Obvious Natural Law written on the heart and mind of the pure races to take precedent in society, especially those societies of Christian European peoples whose moral law was based upon the biblical Rule, the Law of God which holds self evident truths and able to be understood by the common people prior to the last century.

But don’t be confused, the adulteration of the races of man is not important only to Europeans, who are the descendents of biblical Israel as a whole, but it is also for the protection against racial genocide of all pure races created by YHWH God in the creation (or separated at some later point if that is your conviction). Such racial genocide shall be the end result of this Adulteration which is being imposed as normal. Multiculturalism is a destructive force designed to not only change the societies of European Christian Israel but to meld all other cultural societies with it, as to let none remain; as well Racial Adultery is even worse as it’s effects can never be resolved, for after it’s committing the adulterations of the Genetic distinctions of YHWH’s pure races they can NEVER be reversed, not even unto the 10th Generation (Deut 23:2), once Adultery is committed it’s off spring can only be adulterated more.

Biblical Reality

The first cardinal law of God concerning marriage is: And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. Genesis 2:23-24 (more may be found of the laws of Adam’s Marriage study).

This law dictates the organic and naturally recognizable institution of mono-genesis,

that is that people of the same FLESH and BONE are the same KIND and are to be fruitful and multiply together as to create by reproducing the SAME KIND, in being one flesh.

In the organic creation YHWH says: Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so. Genesis 1:24. All things God made after their Kind, including living souls or living creatures we modernly call humans.

This Realistic and Natural approach to Race in the book of Genesis and followed throughout Scripture stands as a bulwark in Godly objection to the forces of Miscegenation and Multiculturalism, a bulwark once held by the Churches which comprised the societies and governments of European Christian nations. No Matter where one looks to find his explanation for God’s creation of so many different races on the planet, the realistic and natural fact is that they are different and YHWH God has deemed it such and no one has the place to change that and only fools are fooled into believing what they see is not so.

The Creation of Race

Poly-genesis vs. Mono-genesis

The Perspective of this Ministry as it pertains to the races and their creation is that of what has been deemed ‘Poly-Genesis’, which is in opposition to Mono-Genesis (MG) which claims the races of the earth to have all sprung from one man named Adam ( a name which means blushing in Hebrew), is the commonly held belief in today’s churches. MG is the most PC explanation for the races a christian may hold, it dovetails neatly into an accepted micro-evolutionary theory also held by many churches and helps the creationist scientists sound very much like the evolutionary non-christian scientists, and helps the kids get along a bit better in the class room. The common idea among MG adherents is that either Noah had 3 sons who became 3 different races, which peopled the world after the world-wide flood and by intermarriage created the distinct races found today, while this miraculous genetic leap is never mentioned in scripture, climatic micro-evolution is used to explain how these races became different. Other MG folks hold that the key to the different races is at the tower of Babel, where scripture truly tells of YHWH God’s segregation of peoples by language and spread them abroad upon the face of the earth, while no direct mention of race is in the text of Genesis they say it is implied…

And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another in speech. So the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city. Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the LORD did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth. PG (poly-genesis) on the other hand, as held by this ministry, is the belief that all original races were made distinct by God according to the creation dictate “after their KIND”, thus All races, such as the Caucasian, Asiatic and Negroid where created the way they are and had not been miraculously conceived by parents of a different KIND, such as Noah and his wife, especially with out the word of God recording it. Rather, as Genesis 5:1-2 tells “This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created Adam, in the likeness of God made he him; Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.”, the bible is the book of Adam and his race and speaks very little about the generations of other races.

From the PG belief held, the most logical and realistic conclusion given by the biblical text is that of the meaning of the word and name Adam, able to be seen in a Strong’s concordance under H119, 120, 121, 122, 123, 124, 125, all being the same word in Hebrew and having a meaning of red, ruddy or blushing in complexion, specifying the image of those who were created and named in this instance. The Septuagint Greek LXX uses the word “purros” equating the tone of fire in the same word, as may be seen in the Song of Solomon 5:10 in place of the Hebrew adam here biblical Israelites are recorded as being “white and ruddy” thus the Adamic race is one and the same as the modern day European or Caucasian race.

The bible is a book specifically written about one race, called Adam, the blushing ones in Hebrew, of that race God Chose Seth then Noah and Shem, then Abraham, Isaac and Jacob / Israel who had 12 sons who are the fathers or patriarchs of the 12 Tribes, Gentiles or Nations of Israel, through the processes of time (Gen_49:28 ), YHWH God has reconciled all of the remnant of Adam into the people of Israel Amo_9:11-12 , Act_15:15-17 , and of those seed lines which God had cursed or cast away of the seed of Adam whom YHWH has reconciled into the people of Canaan who was conceived by an illicit sexual union between Ham, Noah’s son, and Noah’s wife (Ham’s mother or other wise)Gen_9:22, Lev_20:11. By intermarriage with the sons of Canaan all of the off-scoured people of Adam such as the Moabites, Ammonites and Edomited adopted Canaan’s manners and statutes, practices which included all forms of Adulteration, including Incestuous, Gender, Racial and Bestial Lev_20:23. Do to Canaan’s cursed status Gen_9:25 little effect as had on their spiritual well being, yet when they encountered a non Adamic race or a non out cast Adam people it would permanently destroy all those cultures and races, conquered or absorbed, some of which include remnants of giants, such as the Anakim, as well as non-Adamic peoples listed such as the Perizzites Deu_2:1-23,, Zamzummims, and Emims, Avims Deu_7:1.

God’s Laws for Israel are strict concerning who has the right to enter the congregation, ecclasia or church of YHWH, God considers all of the race of Israel his people, his called out or segregated people to him self Deu_7:6, thus they are the “congregation of YHWH”. Consider the wording of God given to David concerning Solomon and Israel:

Now therefore in the sight of all Israel the congregation of the LORD, and in the audience of our God, keep and seek for all the commandments of the LORD your God: that ye may possess this good land, and leave it for an inheritance for your children after you for ever. 1 Chronicles 28:8

The people who are watching Solomon ascend the thrown of David are reckoned as all Israel the congregation of the LORD, thus all the people of Israel are YHWH’s Church, Ecclasia, or Congregation, a role in the world not to be taken lightly. As this Congregation Israel was forbidden to intermarry with other nations of people such as those who had been cursed such as Canaan (Exo_23:32-33) as well as the giants; strangers of another race, Ammonites and Moabites.

The Law of who does not have the right to enter the congregation of YHWH are listed in

Deuteronomy 23:1-8:

He that is wounded in the stones, or hath his privy member cut off, shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD.

A bastard (MeM-ZuR)shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD.

An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to their tenth generation shall they not enter into the congregation of the LORD for ever: Because they met you not with bread and with water in the way, when ye came forth out of Egypt; and because they hired against thee Balaam the son of Beor of Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse thee. Nevertheless the LORD thy God would not hearken unto Balaam; but the LORD thy God turned the curse into a blessing unto thee, because the LORD thy God loved thee. Thou shalt not seek their peace nor their prosperity all thy days for ever.

Thou shalt not abhor an Edomite; for he is thy brother:

thou shalt not abhor an Egyptian; because thou wast a stranger in his land. The children that are begotten of them shall enter into the congregation of the LORD in their third generation.

Notice that Deuteronomy 23 all deals with generative aspects of the congregation, this whole section of Law is referencing the future generation of Israel as YHWH’s congregation:

Those who are emasculated can not produce the next generation,

those who are of bastard stock can not produce the next generation of Israelites,

Amonite and Moabite are disallowed to procreate with Israel as well, they are like Canaan, products of an Incestuous Adultery from their conception Gen_19:30-38, yet YHWH’s reasons are on behalf of their inhospitable actions towards Israel in the wilderness, as well as the hiring of Balaam who used intermarriage with idol worshiping women to invoke YHWH’s wrath against Israel, these actions of Amon and Moab may have been on account of being products of incest but it is not the reason given.

And at the very end to prove the point further more those children born to Edomites and Egyptians are given right to enter the congregation as full citizens after three generations, of course these Edomites and Egyptians are those who have not mingled with Canaanites or are mamzers.

The Hebrew word MaMZuR as found in the Hebrew of Deuteronomy 23:2 which has been translated “Bastard” in the KJV, is a word which literally speaks of one who is ‘spotted strange’, which is a reference to the visage of the flesh and bone, in other words ‘they don’t look right’, while some translations such as the Jerusalem Bible simply say “race mixed”.

As a compound word of MeM + ZuR = MMZR the below is explained:

H3971 מוּם מאוּם m’ûm mûmAs if passive participle from an unused root probably meaning to stain; a blemish (physical or moral): – blemish, blot, spot.

H2114 זוּר zûr A primitive root; to turn aside (especially for lodging); hence to be a foreigner, strange, profane; specifically (active participle) to commit adultery: – (come from) another (man, place), fanner, go away, (e-) strange (-r, thing, woman).

To be a mamzer is simply to be a blemished / spotter or stained stranger and is the Hebrew used for a mongrel, while the word Mamzer may still be found in some dictionaries of the English language giving this very meaning.

H4464- ממזר / MMZR / MeMZuR From an unused root . to alienate; a mongrel, that is, born of a Jewish father and a heathen mother: – bastard.

The word Mamzer is still able to be found in dictionaries of the English language, as the word was once used by those who knew it’s meaning

And the ancient Greek LXX offers another understanding:

One born of a harlot shall not enter into the assembly of the Lord. Brenton trans.

or literally shall not enter of pornes into the Ekklesia of the Lord” Deuteronomy 23:2

This aspect of pornes or fornication is often times refuted for the Brenton type translation of ‘harlot’, that is one who is hired for sex, as opposed to a mongrel, yet the word porn is best represented in our English word forn-icator, forn-icate, or forn-ication, thus, porn-es is equivalent of fornication, and mongrelization is a form of fornication and thus an obstruction of the 7th commandment on adultery. It is undoubted that a woman or a man who commits racial adultery is indeed a whoremonger, they have sold their seed and God created status for confusion, as well Prov 5:3 which the Hebrew word ZuR is interchangeable in the LXX Greek with porne when in reference to a KJV “strange woman”: For the lips of a strange (pornes / ZuR) woman drop as an honeycomb, and her mouth is smoother than oil: But her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a two edged sword.

Ezra and Nehemiah were contemporary rulers at the end of the Babylonian / Medo-Persian captivity, both men record the same account of the peoples repentance of multiculturalism and miscegenation a revival of repentance that occurred as the people heard the Law of YHWH during the feast of Tabernacles. Consider the word translated mingled and mixed in Ezr_9:3 and Neh_13:3, both are translated from the Hebrew word ערב in Strong’s from H6148 – 54, all are the same Hebrew word:

H6148 – primitive root; to braid, that is, intermix; technically to traffic (as if by barter); also to give or be security (as a kind of exchange): – engage, (inter-) meddle (with), mingle (self), mortgage, occupy, give pledges, be (-come, put in) surety, undertake.

H6154 –The second form used in 1Ki_10:15 with the article prefixed); from H6148; the web (or transverse threads of cloth); also a mixture, (or mongrel race): – Arabia, mingled people, mixed (multitude), woof.

And consider the correspondence to Evening time, that is the time when light mixes with dark H6150

A primitive root (rather identical with H6148 through the idea of covering with a texture); to grow dusky at sundown: – be darkened, (toward) evening.

ערב / ORB is commonly transliterated ‘Arab’ in English and is thus the name of the Arabian type people who now dwell in the lands mentioned in the bible as well as the Middle East , Central Asia, and North Africa; these are those who came up out of Egypt with Israel, a mix of Negro slaves and White Hebrew slaves, both kept in Egypt.

Exo_12:38 And a mixed (ORaB) multitude went up also with them; and flocks, and herds, even very much cattle.

Num_11:4 And the mixt multitude that was among them fell a lusting: and the children of Israel also wept again, and said, Who shall give us flesh to eat?

In the LXX Greek the same word is used in both of these verses, in the Hebrew however OReB is used in Ex while the phrase A’XeP’XeP / אספסף / aespsp-H628, having the meaning of ‘ a remainder’ which are reckoned beside the children of Israel, this remainder are as in mathematics a partial number, perhaps best described as in English ‘half breed’ or ‘part’ Israelite.

It is evident from the afore mentioned scriptures that the Mixed / Mixt multitude were not reckoned as Israelite though they had been accounted as aliens among them, as well it is evident that the mixed multitude was not counted with the total number of Israel, niether can evidence refute the welfare mindset of this multitude which fell first in it’s lust for food which infectiously spread to the pure bred children of Israel.

A Warning for Europeans

Consider this warning from Hosea to European Israel who seems to not care what fire they are kindling:

They are all adulterers,

as an oven heated by the baker,

who ceaseth from raising after he hath kneaded the dough, until it be leavened.

In the day of our king the princes have made him sick with bottles of wine;

he stretched out his hand with scorners.

For they have made ready their heart like an oven, whiles they lie in wait:

their baker sleepeth all the night; in the morning it burneth as a flaming fire.

They are all hot as an oven, and have devoured their judges; all their kings are fallen: there is none among them that calleth unto me.

Ephraim, he hath mixed himself among the people;

Ephraim is a cake not turned.

Strangers have devoured his strength,

and he knoweth it not:

yea, gray hairs are here and there upon him, yet he knoweth not.

And the pride of Israel testifieth to his face:

and they do not return to the LORD their God, nor seek him for all this.

Hosea 7:4-10

Ephraim as the principal tribe of Northern Israel before YHWH destroyed their country and scattered their Nation, Ephraim’s government rulers are over heating the oven and are drunken and asleep, the oven of the country heats and the wheat colored cake is burned as a cake unturned, half light half dark, mixed among the other peoples…

Strangers (ZuR) devour his covenantal racial strength and they don’t even know it!

Europe, America, Australia are in the oven and their age is upon them,while European White Christian culture thinks it has matured in tolerance and love, it has rather been weakened for destruction…Will Ephraim return this time? Will European Israel return to the ways of the Christian God they once knew? Or will their pride testify against them in time to come upon the next Generation?

Section I.

The Foundations

(Understanding definitions by context)

In the over view of the creation of ADaM found at Gen 1:26, it is seen that YHWH had the creature of ADaM in mind; in Gen 1:27 the account is seen of YHWH creating a race of beings, made male and female, at this first instance the account of how woman was taken from man is not specified, yet from the Hebrew logic it is certainly able to be seen how the sexual union absorbed into this gender role as the first word for “male” here used is: ZKR

(H2145 זכר – From H2142; properly remembered, that is, a male…-H2142 zâka – A primitive root; properly to mark (so as to be recognized), that is, to remember; by implication to mention; also (as denominative from H2145) to be male: – X burn [incense], X earnestly, be male, (make) mention (of), be mindful, recount, record (-er), remember, make to be remembered)…

The word for “female” here used is: NQuBeH

(H5347 נקבה– From H5344; female (from the sexual form): – female, woman.

H5344 נקב nâqab -A primitive root; to puncture, literally (to perforate, with more or less violence) or figuratively (to specify, designate, libel): – appoint, blaspheme, bore, curse, express, with holes, name, pierce, strike through.)

   Not to be distasteful to the moderate Christian reader, though due to the nature of marriage and this study, it should be well noted that the male / ZKR is the remembered “mark maker” and the female / NQuBH is the punctured, perforated i.e. the one with the hole. It is Not mentioned to be over sexual, however in our modern society this straight forward Hebraic / biblical truth is unknown, and having it placed at the very creation of the adam as a defined principle for sexual conduct to be understood, in the descriptive Hebrew the genders specifically carry only this “heterosexual” value, truly God only had this intention for this people as the very definition of the words of what God created is a mate match, made fore each other.

   As well in Gen 1:27 the Hebrew text says האדם /H-ADaM, literally meaning ‘the ADaM’,.By comparison of the other one hundred and twenty five times this exact Hebrew phrase is used, as well as the specific ath he-adam / האדם את, it is not ever in strict use on one individual man, but rather to a specific group of man / men identified (as will be shown to be racial) adam being a singular and plural noun; for at this place YHWH God did not make just the individual being, the man Adam, but rather Adam’s whole race, a race of beings made after the image of God and named before their creation after their noticeable attribute of being ruddy or able to blush red, from the transparent skin given to them so that the hemoglobin / blood may show through.

âdâm: From H119; ruddy…

H119- ‘âdam: To show blood (in the face), that is, flush or turn rosy: – be (dyed, made) red (ruddy).

H1818- דּם – dâm: From H1826* (compare H119); blood (as that which when shed causes death) of man or an animal; by analogy the juice of the grape; figuratively (especially in the plural) bloodshed (that is, drops of blood): – blood (-y, -guiltiness, [-thirsty]), + innocent.

*In this instance the author believes Mr. Strong to be incorrect in his view on “dam” having been derived from “damam” (H1826), as naturally the addition of letters to the root is the logical construct, as well, the definition of “damam” is to be dumb, which logically would result from bleeding not the opposite. In the LXX Greek translation of the Hebrew Scriptures the name Adam is specified in the text as to distinguish the individual who has the name Adam and single him out from the created race of the ruddy people (h’adam).

It is important to keep focused in understanding this issue, as Adam was created as head of his people, and it is he who was the recorded progenitor of our Lord and Savior, the light and life of men, Jesu the Christ (see below, The Curse of the Woman (ASaH ADaM).

Below is a list where the LXX indicates the specific man Adam, while ALL other places in scripture the race of ADaM (blushing people) is mentioned generally as anthrop(on) / ανθρωπ(ον)(G444).

Gen_2:16, 2:19, 2:20, 2:21, 2:22, 2:23, 2:25, 3:8, 3:9, 3:12, 3:17; 3:20, 3:21, 3:22, 3:24, 4:1, 4:25, 5:1, 5:2, 5:3, 5:4, 5:5; Deut 32:8; 1Chr 1:1; Tob 8:6; Sir 40:1, 49:16.

Using the Hebrew text in conjunction with the the Greek LXX evidence is clear for the above fact.

An Examination

of the

red earth” Theory

   There is a rabbinical tradition that is expressed by Christian creationists which states that Adam was formed from “red earth/soil” known as adamah in the Hebrew and for this reason, they believe, God called humanities first father and mother “Adam”.

It is true that the general Hebrew word for all soil (red or otherwise) is “adamah”. Let us examine the logic of this definition as it applies to biblical adam, wither adam was named from the dust of the earth (adamah), which he and all other living breathing creatures were taken from, or wither God had another purpose for adam’s naming.

In Gen 1:25( “…and every thing that creepeth upon the earth האדמהH127 after his kind:”) is the first use of adamah, next AdaMH is found in direct relation to ADaM in Gen 2:5: where it is stated that “there was not a man (ADaM)H120 to till the ground.(ADaMH) H127…” and directly in Gen 2:7, And YHWHH3068 GodH430 formed (the)man (he-adam)H120 of the dust of the ground (adamah)H127 . So do the Rabbinical / creationist traditionalists (seminarians) have bearing? No. In and of it self and in direct counter proof Gen 2:19 specifically states that YHWH formed every beast or life from the ground (adamah), just as adam was taken from the adamah / ground, the Hebraic logic is present in the rabbinical tradition but the end conclusion of the logic is lacking greatly in this pressing point.

A Comprehensible Biblical Conclusion for The Earth

Thou madest him to have Dominion

over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:

   The adamah (soil/earth/ground) in reference is once again not the root word, but “adam” (blush, show blood) is, which is rooted in “DaM” (blood). Thus ADaMaH is derived from ADaM, the “aH” suffixed to the word ADaM-aH places the meaning “of, from or for” to the word (As will be seen: Man is AYS /ISh and wo-man is AS-aH / IshaH,;in Hebrew and English for example). Thus, the soil/ earth / ADaMaH was made for, of and from ADaM in all respects, as well the “- aH” feminizes the word “ADaM”. Just as wo-man was named so because she was taken out of man and made for man, the earth was made for ADaM, as Psalm 8 tells plainly that God made ADaM to have Dominion over all the earth (ADaMaH) and all that therein is.

But Adam was not created until after (Gen 1:26) the earth / adamah (Gen 1:25)?

Yes, this is an indisputable fact of scripture, yet it is likewise indisputable that it was in the language of God for Adam to be made to have dominion of the land / earth (Gen 1:26-27) and to till the adamah (Gen 2:5), thus the nature of adam is to be an husband, in the agricultural sense, yet do not miss the word play, for YHWH made the adamah for adam- would this not be why the adam was the last in creation, to have dominion over the works of YHWH’s hand, and gave him not just the adamah but all that was made from it?

In the sense of woman being given to man and taken from him, adam was taken from the dust of the adamah, yet the adamah was given to adam before his creation to till and, by extension, to have dominion of the whole earth by YHWH’s blessing as specified in Gen 1:28. This is not a mandate with out clause as will be seen at “the fall”, it is a blessing given by YHWH in the nature of a mandate or commission, this blessing will be pure and expressed, or it will be a curse in the event that the adam desire is not to continue in that image and likeness of God (Elohim-אלהים) in which adam was created in order to posses this role. What is the end result of this poetry, this rhyme of thought and word?

This race of beings, Adam, was created for husbandry, and had a unique role as care taker of the earth and soil, not just that he was taken from the adamah / soil but that he was placed in a blessed state of mandate as YHWH God’s own representative people, having the unique ability to make the earth and it’s content subject to the image and likeness of God. Adam is in a marital like union with adamah, in the continuance this thought will be rhymed.

An address of this issue in not just to be done in the periphery, but in direct focus and connection with the subject of biblical marriage, for as is the proof to be set out by scripture, the very elements of the role of husband and wife, are that of there English titles, as well as there Hebrew ones, holistically all of this will culminate into a poetry written by God.

In an end answer: Adamah is linguistically rooted in adam, and spiritually adam was made for the care of the earth/adamah, it was in YHWH’s predestine mind to make adam to till the adamah and make the adamah to be tended by adam.

Living Creatures After His Kind…

Picking up with Gen 2:18-20, a detailed understanding is given of how YHWH God gave the male /ZKR his female / NQuBH, telling us that God thought it not good for the adam to be alone, and seemingly God brought the adam every living creature / נפשׁ חיה ( NePiS cEYH) this is the exact Hebrew phase used to describe adam when YHWH breathed into their nostrils in Gen 2:7 and the adam became a living soul / נפשׁ חיה (NePiS cEYH), simply it means a breathing life, this is not the place of scripture in which the adam are said to have a “spirit”, in the sense of a being that out lasts the flesh, for all creatures are truly “living souls”. It is not because all living breathing things are NePiS cEYH, and God brought all of them upon the sixth day period of creation to the adam for naming, but for Adam there was not found an help meet / mate for him. Pay special notice to the peculiarity that this segment of holy writ presents for us, did YHWH God of all creation expect that adam would find a female or NQuBH among the other NePiS cEYH (im)? or did YHWH bring other peoples as well as the animals to see if the adam recognized his distinction from all other living souls? And (YHWH) brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof. Nevertheless, adam finds no mate for him, as if they were looking.

In Gen 2:21-25 the actual account of how YHWH made the NQuBH for the ZKR is found. God takes of the adam’s substance and makes a woman/ wife or Hebrew “ASaH” written in English often as ‘Ishah’ , Yet as a direct phonetic transliteration offers ASaH.

Gen 2:23 And (the) Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman (ASaH), because she was taken out of Man (AYSh).

Gen 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife / woman (ASaH): and they shall be one flesh.

The actual account of how YHWH made the females for the males of Gen 1:27 and the logic of their creation and order is found from Genesis 1:26 – 2:25 .

God takes of the ADaM’s substance and makes woman (ASaH) as seen in 2:23, and herein states foundational decree and Maxim for marriage that reverberates throughout the whole scripture, a founding principle of marital law. God’s reason for making adam originates with himself, thereafter his order in setting forth adam’s life is offered as a plain and logical road map for Adam Man in pursuit of the dominion blessing as God originally set forth for his Covenant People.

I. God made the ADaM (the blushing ones) in his image, after his likeness to have dominion over the soil (ADaMaH) and have dominion over all the earth.

A. In Letting them “have dominion” God has ordained the principle of provision for ones self to the end that men may have provision for man’s household. Gen 1:26

a. using his work and home in dominion and keeping to provide what his toil and home may offer by way of food and possession 2:9-14

The cleaving is the word dabq-H1692-דּבק dabaq is also translated overtaking and keeping: used frequently to refer to men over taking others in battle, in pursuit, as well as men’s connection with there inherited ancestral lands.)

a. in the event that the woman is resistant to her husbands authority as Head of the body the body is broken if unhealed; due to the hardness of the woman’s heart in not treating her husband as her head the body is dissolved and casting out / divorce is optioned to save the man’s dominion, multiplied fruit or his children’s blessing.

b. in the event that a husband’s heart is hard towards his wife in not cleaving to her as his cherished possession and inheritance in giving her those things necessary to provide by his cleaving and dominion such as:

1. food 2:8, 2:15-16

2.clothing / covering / home 2:15

3. Cohabitation 2:18

(The Above order may be seen clearly in Exo 21:10 as it pertains to the having of multiple wives, yet the standard is set, that a poor provider or a negligent one has no right to a woman via judgment.)

c. in the event of maiming abuse such a Husband is unfit as Head of a body, not nourishing or cherishing his wife as his own flesh and bone as specified in Exo 21:20,26. 2:23

F. An adam and his ASaH should be naked (knowledgeable) one with each other and be unashamed.

(This is part of the holistic creation, that the race of Adam with their women are fully knowledgeable of the Headship order of creation YHWH God made them to be in as Men (ZKR / AYS) and Women (NQuBH and ASaH). 2:25

B. God gave the blessing for adam to be (able to be) fruitful and multiply, and replenish; and for the Earth to be subdued, with all the life upon it to be dominated by the adam. 1:28-30, 2:18-20

Here above are elementary principals of Organic law revealed by Holy Scripture,

as expounded for this compilation.

The very first giving of the Law

    To center the focus and for the reader to see more of the whole picture; let us go back to the very first giving of the Law of YHWH God to the ADaM.

(This work will not get into the in-depth nature of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, but rather I will give a simple over view, the reader must thus study themselves to be approved by God as a worker needing not to be ashamed / confounded.)

The tree is both spiritual and physical, just as the stone tablets of the covenant written with the literal finger of spiritual God was, the tree of knowledge of good and evil is the Law of God in some sense physically, while spiritually the law is written on the heart and mind of the ADaM NePiS cEYH, as he is made in the (spiritual) image and likeness of God (elohim / judge), the ADaM are gods / judges (Psalms 82:6 and John 10:34). The Law of God is the knowledge of good and evil, it teaches us the conduct of YHWH God and places in perspective YHWH God’s fact of what good and evil is (Deut 30:15, 32:35-37, 1:39, Prov 3:1-18-26, 11:30-31, 13:1-15,15:1-6, Rom 7:7, 1 Cor 15:56).

The afore listed verses are varied in order to show the true biblical teaching of what these trees are in Gen 2:9, notice the trees that are obvious for beauty and food alone are separate from the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, both being in the midst / middle of the garden planted with the intent for the ADaM to dwell in and till. (Gen 2:15) and here is the summation of Law: Gen 2:16 And YHWH God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

Gen 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

At this point in scripture it is absolutely aware that the ADaM is on notice that the wage of his sin is DEATH, and as 1 John 3:4 says plainly that “sin is transgression of the law”, and Rom 6:23 shows as well that the wage or fine of sin is death, the capital offense for transgression of law is ultimately Death. ADaM is thus made aware that he both physically and spiritually will die if this law is transgressed. The law is for them to not eat the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and thus to only know the taste of all other trees for food including the tree of life. Spiritually, the tree of life must be eternal life as Revelation 2:7; 22:2,14 doth show; as well as that which sustains physical life, for there is no need of food, especially a tree of life, if it is not to sustain life, living.

Notice: Rev 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. It is hereafter that YHWH gives the ADaM AYSh his ASaH, so it is that: “An ADaM AYSh should know the Laws of YHWH God”.

GENESIS CHAPTER 3

The chapter starts with the beginning of what is called “the fall”; The ADaM is indeed in care of the Garden of Eden, and seemingly or literally a special serpent endowed, at least temporarily, with the powers of communication lives there as well .

While it may seem out side of the scope of the Organic Law to consider the nature of the Serpent it is for the Biblical Christian not so, as the first marital debacle is found at the being of the Serpent.

    1. In the Hebrew and Greek texts of Scripture the strongest probability is found that this Serpent was a literal snake.

    2. It must be considered that delusion of mind and emotion is muddled when lust, desire and hunger are in the mix. While the Serpent was authentic it was only an oracle as to expose the heart and mind of men.

    3. Elsewhere in scripture a beast of the field is said to be endowed with communication as to show a prophet his folly, in the story of Balaam in Numbers 22:28- an ass is endowed with communication to this end. Yet as point 2 Indicates, and the below listings of curses considers more so, the representation of the Serpent is that of deception, covetous and sin, yet it needed not to be so as the Serpent did not lie he just simply offered the truth for consideration. The story of the Serpent and the Woman could as simply be relayed from the non-fallen standpoint if the woman had responded in defense of God’s Law by her life and actions as opposed to her words, then the story of the Serpent would be be more so the story of Joseph and Potiphar’s wife rather than the story of Sin’s reign.

The woman (ASaH) and her husband (AYSh) are present at the instance of transgression, yet the AYSh does not object to his woman’s communication with a serpent about breaking YHWH God’s Law, this in disregard of ADaM’s duty to “cleave” to his wife (ASaH), as to cleave in the Hebrew indicates a closeness as well as an over taking or pursuit, ADaM should have controlled his woman’s actions. The serpent communes in 3:4-5 that the ADaM will not die , in derogation of YHWH’s judgment declared to the ADaM; as well he tempts the ASaH with the knowledge of becoming wise, to know good and evil, just as God himself, and that they would truly be Gods (elohim / judges).

Apparently being in God’s own image and likeness was not good enough, the essence of this first transgression is in the first commandment given to Israel threw Moses, Ex 20:2-3: I am YHWH thy God (elohim),… Thou shalt have no other gods (elohim) before me.

The transgression first took place in the woman as the apostles taught us, being a weaker vessel and more prone to transgression due to her creation make up (1 Tim 2:9-15, 1 Pet 3:7), the AYSh was in his transgression by not protecting his flesh and bone (body) from transgression, yet it is apparent that ADaM was in transgression and coveting to be beside God as much as his wife.

In speculate, ADaM’s reason may have been that he trusted the serpent before or after the woman ate the fruit, that they would not die, and being able to have the knowledge of good and evil would possibly relieve the death penalty by their new state of knowledge, having the power of Gods.

At 3:7, the first knowledge they had was that of being naked before each other, and by this they felt the need to cover there nakedness. With the knowledge of good and evil came the apparent evil of disobeying God’s law, and then the next apparent evil of the woman’s initiate actions along with ADaM’s in-actions. The AYSh and ASaH had become shamed of there ‘gender role’, there was a power struggle as had not existed previous to this transgression, the two were perfectly comfortable as being ZKR and NQuBH, and AYSh and ASaH; they now had become able to judge (elohim) as YHWH- good and evil ran rampant in the mind and no justification other than selfishness is seen, and the new knowledge acquired only confirmed the death promised to them afore as justice needed to be paid (wages / fines) due to this transgression.

Turning back more towards the blessing mandate of Gen 1:26 and keeping in mind the out line of organic law above, consider.

The blessing YHWH gave was for the ADaM to be (able to be) fruitful and multiply, and replenish; and for the Earth to be subdued, with all the life upon it to be dominated by the ADaM. This blessing was contingent on the ADaM being in the likeness and image of God, one may argue that this spiritual appearance exists despite ADaM’s morals, yet history and perception with out God’s laws of right and wrong or better said “good and evil” show that all of ADaM’s “accomplishments” are accounted dung when lacking the drive to attain the tree of life, for what little bit physical ADaM can do, which seems great, may only be the slight power of the incarnate image and likeness of God lacking His spirit. As well most all ADaM’s accomplishments are proof of the ignorance of his mandate, as they are to resist the curse incurred by “the fall”.

Notice as YHWH makes Him self known; ADaM and his ASaH even hide themselves from the face of YHWH… the excuse? That he hid due to his nudity- perhaps, as the power struggle between AYSh and ASaH occurred so did ADaM hide his nakedness from YHWH his father or headship being? What was ADaM afraid of in his nakedness, his true created form towards his creator, other than his inferiority beside YHWH God?

Investigation, Testimony

and

Judgment

Immediately knowing the repercussions of His creation’s violation of His commands and thus having the obvious knowledge of Good and evil, YHWH swiftly investigates. The key points offered are only pointed out pertaining to the subject of marriage: The ADaM’s testimony is that he was given the tree by the woman YHWH gave him, the woman’s testimony is revealing into the nature of the new acquired knowledge as she uses the word beguiled or deceived to pass the blame (yet not to over look ADaM, just as guilty as the woman in his following her), as her deception was that she: would not die, that she would have her eyes open and be like God knowing good and evil.

The desire for the ASaH to eat and not die and to be made aware that YHWH God was by this prohibition holding back god-ship is witness of there wish to be against God, as they knew God’s punishment ahead. It is intriguing that God did not use any “normal” being to prove /test the ADaM this first time, but He used a serpent endowed with communication, as if the AYS and ASaH needed to question the situation beyond that, if they had been in their right mind.

The Curse of the Serpent,

is in his way of being, as no mention of the serpent ever having legs is mentioned, it is assumed that his punishment to not be much different than his former existence, with the exception of the generational enmity. Enmity which sizes up the deception of sin / transgression of God’s Law with that of a communicating serpent (it sounds great but it will eventually bite you). The old serpent is the devil and Satan as the Revelation letter teaches us, the symbol of deceptive sin. It is he whom the seed of the woman (ASaH ADaM) will due battle with, paying special note to “her seed”, as the seed is reckoned through the male loins. The scripture is using the curse upon the serpent as a literal allegory, that sin is as a serpent, and enmity between the old serpent, the devil ( G1228 diabolos- From G1225; a traducer; specifically Satan (compare [H7854]): – false accuser, devil, slanderer.) and satan (From H7853; an opponent; especially (with the article prefixed) Satan, the arch enemy of good: – adversary, Satan, withstand.) is the generational curse not so much upon the literal serpent but upon the seeds, for even the serpent’s curse is upon “her seed”, more importantly than the serpents; and the dust to be eaten very well may be a way to indicate the many creatures to be consumed by the fall of the ADaM, as they are all made of dust.

The Curse of the Woman (ASaH ADaM),

is in direct connection with her natural role as NQuBH, as the curse upon the serpent has confirmed that the woman will have seed, thus it is not that she at her curse received conception or child bearing, but that her bringing forth of children would have it’s sorrows greatly multiplied (as indicates sorrow existed un multiplied), as well her conception related activities- just as the blessing mandate was given for the ZKR and the NQuBH to be fruitful and multiply, this curse is placed at its direct opposition. There after YHWH tells the ASaH that “thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee”, there are two ways, both being correct to understand this portion of the curse, as these curses are in direct opposition to the blessing. The meaning of this is that of the first consequence of the transgression, that the nakedness of the pair became apparent, the role of gender as established by YHWH was fought against, the ZKR was first, then the NQuBH was made for the ZKR in form and activity, the AYSh and taken from him was the ASaH. As all other laws which would have been part of that natural spirit, that image and likeness of God which the ADaM was made in, an imbued constitution of good and life, so was the gender role perfectly established and codified by Moses for Israel from YHWH God: Both the husband and the woman are here after the fall subject to the curse of the law, as before they had no need of law, for it was not added till that transgression.

Yet another more direct translation of Gen 3:16, right from the Hebrew says ” …thou shalt bring forth children (un)to thy AYSh thou desirest and he shall rule”, notice that it is “thy AYSh thou desirest”, procreation is not her desire, it is perhaps that the pro-genitive process is the reminder of the curse, in that in pain and sorrow the woman brings forth the desired man’s children and it is the constant reminder that her man should rule her, as he failed her in the garden so she failed miserably at ruling. There is yet another way of understanding, more heavily leaning upon the LXX translation, that the “submission” of the woman as the Greek LXX places the word “submission” in place of the KJV “desire”, which however the Greek word from whence submission was “translated” is only done so twice in the whole Greek LXX as well as the Greek New Testament; the word apostrephō (G654– From G575 and G4762; to turn away or back (literally or figuratively): – bring again, pervert, turn away (from) is generally translated “turn away” as from evil or good (Act 3:26), or “return” as to a thing (such as Abram’s descendants returning to Cannan Gen 15:16), thus the Greek would place the meaning of desire as a turning or returning, and thus she desires to return to her husband, as before the “beguilement” and fall to transgression.

So what is the final conclusion being offered?

That the curse of sorrows in conception and child bearing was multiplied, causing the woman to return desire towards the man which is the ruler. This turning of desire will lead the Godly woman to the obvious conclusion of submission to her husband in Godliness, and will cause the ungodly woman to the obvious conclusion of desiring to turn away in rebellion against the ruling man and thus the Creator.

For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

1 Timothy 2:13-15

The curse of Men (AYSh ADaM),

is seen in how YHWH promptly puts his actions to shame, in his listening and his actions. The damnation is seen in the words, “and hast eaten…”, in derogation of YHWH’s own words of judgment prior to the transgression. Thus the curse put to the AYSh is his adamah / ground, the earth, the herbs and his bread all are hindered to be a blessing as the mandate gave the ADaM free ability to subdue and have dominion of all that was on it. As well the ADaM will forever till the adamah until he turns to dust and becomes part of the very dust he was taken from, just as adamah was made for ADaM and ADaM is to shew blood, so will the adamah receive the adams dam / blood- poetic justice? The thorns and thistles are now to hinder the blessing, not that it can’t be obtained in part but that out side of the garden of paradise from whence they will soon be expelled, the curse will run rampant causing men to toil immensely by the sweat of there face to eat bread.

ADaM’s Response to the Curse

As is demonstrated, all of the curses given at the fall are in direct opposition to the blessing mandate given at the ADaM’s creation, YHWH is truly just.

Hereafter the ADaM calls their women’s name “EVE”, or transliterated cEVH literally being “life or living” (H2331חוה ) same as in NePiS cEYH (living soul / creature) previously discussed, cEYH being the same word in a different tense, as is the actual root word used here when said “…because she was the mother of all living (cEY / חי).” The ADaM’s reason for this choice is told us, as she was mother to all cEY / life.

As the mono-genesis folk may here wish to point out that all races had thus descended from this one woman, a sober objection with greater reaching earnest expectation is offered. That this name was bestowed upon the women of adam as to acknowledge their mandate as mothers (AM /אם ) of ADaM as well as to the whole of creation, in the sense of the responsibility which is upon them to bless and curse the earth through their actions: all life truly depends on “her seed”, and from the womb of that fallen race will come Eternal Life generated of only a woman’s fleshly seed born under the law, and preserved only by the conception of sorrow through out the ages. Adam rightly so named her after the curses are spoken and all of creation does even after the birth of Jesus / Yhsu our eternal life wait for the revealing of the sons of God. This name given by Adam to his women has such a spiritual significance when one looks at the conception and birth of The Messiah, to limit the meaning of cEVH / Eve to be the literal mother of all life is both illogical and spiritually stifling.

This first reference as Mothers, lit. Hebrew AM, as our English ‘dam’ and French ‘Mad’am’ still bare witness of it’s origin. AM is a word to be used more so in

The Records of Our Fore-father’s Marriages (sec.II) as a deeper understanding of the thread which ties female, woman, and mothers all together as a special person within the Christian home, yet all facets are distinct as to her role in the marriage bed, the home, and the child’s life; yet here these elements of her place are all named. Not only does the NQuBH ASaH already have her place with her ZKR and AYSh as a mate and help meet but now as the mother of that which was lost, life, and that which is to come. She is both being blamed in her name and reminded of the hope found in the curse upon the Serpent, it is here that Christianity is born, the Hope of Eternal Life to be restored by the Seed of the Woman. (While the Biblical Christian culture is undoubtedly Patriarchal, this key Maternal necessity is overwhelmingly relevant.

The covering of shame

Hereafter YHWH makes coats for Adam and for the women, covering the nakedness which had become the first shame of the transgression. It is impossible to positively explain the mind of YHWH, but if this previous understanding is close to accurate, YHWH is here endorsing by law the covering of nakedness, and giving yet another layer between God and the adam, and between man and woman, perhaps to symbolize the curse as their first attempt was, in making aprons or in Hebrew chăgôr (H2290), which is used referring to a belt like garment, as a belt of war to hold a sword, or of sackcloth worn upon the nakedness, it may be that the apron was to do as a belt does to ensure the clothing to stay, while here in Gen 3:21, the coats of skin was to endorse the shame the AYSh and ASaH felt.

It is well known that all forms of spiritual beings are mentioned as having garments of white and so forth, it is not therefore to far fetched to believe that the adam was in a clothed form even shortly after his creation, for even in the final kingdom, the new Jerusalem, and paradise with the tree of life in the midst, white robes are worn. For example in Daniel 7:9, “the Ancient of Days”, a manifestation of God is not seen naked but in a garment of white, and throughout the Revelation letter those dressed in robes, garments and vestures of white are mentioned numerous times. For whatever reason, the adam is created with the want to cover his “shame” and be clothed even from the time of his creation, as no mention is ever made of a spiritual being or manifestation as being naked- for if any are with out sin, such as God or angel, no need of clothing due to the law of the fall would compel them to be clothed, they would yet be “unashamed”.

Further on this matter, as it has a weighty bearing on the marital law in its very origin, note: the adam and his women are said to be “naked and not ashamed”, just to let us know that he and she were naked would suffice, but especially it is said that in opposition to shame- he was, as if to express the comfort of marriage and bearing no shame of who you are before your mate. The precept of nakedness is that of being a physical representation of the intimate spiritual relationship a man and woman share, only with each other after the bond of matrimony is enacted and sealed by the act of “mating”, being ZKR and NQuBH together and cleaving, the AYSh to the ASaH in every sense, is a foundation stone of biblical marriage. In YHWH God’s word it can poetically harmonize every act of a man with his woman, it is the base line of adam’s standing with God and with his/her mate.

Any who may read from general society, from a past or present non-Christian perspective may deem the lode acts of nudity or sexuality, esteemed lightly, as proof that this sacredness of nudity does not exists, and that many men and women with no bond can easily look or partake of the others nakedness with out shame and as concerning those who have no shame it is on its face further proof of the curses deep root in out modern and ancient societies, adam men wish to stand quietly while the women take the male role and so long as selfish desire is fulfilled in one way or another for the man he freely gives away his blessing in exchange for a curse, the women are reduced to exhaustively preventing or killing un wanted offspring, further proving their curse’s root in conception, and desiring to be in the authoritative position God gave the man… the man that doesn’t want it.

As pointed out above about the “aprons”/girdles the fallen made: this could be deduced to mean that the wearer wished to keep others from his/her nakedness, placing themselves alone as the revealer, and guardian, not just of the nakedness of the flesh but of the gender role they were made for, which is known and evident by the anatomy YHWH gave male/ZKR and female/NQuBH, in that the female was made for the soul purpose of mating and helping the male to not be alone and to reproduce- which further helps the adam in not being alone.

The serpent wasn’t lying?

After the manufacturing of the skin coats, YHWH is recorded to have stated that which the serpent communicated to the ASaH upon the time of the temptation: that the adam, indeed, did become as God/judge (elohim), to know good and evil- the seeming “fear” was that they who have this judgment, now knowing evil not just good, would continue eating of the tree of life and thus continuing to live forever. Most students of the bible do not see here in scripture that YHWH imposed death upon the adam by taking away the tree of life, for that is the judgment of the promise made that they shall surly die, the curse itself was not an invocation of death, but rather the expulsion of the adam from Eden in taking away the tree of life was the final judgment , as told in :Gen 3:23-24 …to till the ground from whence he was taken. So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

The keeping of the tree of life from the adam is the true death sentence.

Notice :

To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise (Eden) of God.

Revelation 2:7

In the midst of the street of it (the Holy city), and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

Revelation 22:2

Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Revelation 22:14

Special notice should be taken for Rev 22:14, that specifically teach us that doers of His commandments are those who will have RIGHT (G1849-exousia

From G1832 (in the sense of ability); privilege, that is, (subjectively) force, capacity, competency, freedom, or (objectively) mastery (concretely magistrate, superhuman, potentate, token of control), delegated influence: – authority, jurisdiction, liberty, power, right, strength.), to the tree of life in eternity. By this statement alone deduction is able to be made that the original state of the adam was one of perfect righteousness, having no need for the knowledge of good and evil (the Law of God) for they only knew obedience, having that spiritual likeness and image of God himself, yet in this present “fallen” state we have become as God in our knowing of both good and evil, the law and commandments are then death to us when we are condemned time and again with our failure at keeping His law perfectly indeed not just in the willingness ( Romans 6&7), for insomuch as the fall indeed did make us as God, we are not perfect as He is, thus our knowledge will only lead to know our fallen state the more, and this is the revelation of the Law of God, it is the knowledge of sin, of good and evil, and in our flesh dwelleth no good thing.

And it is here that we venture in to the Law, to see why in our flesh we must be governed by this knowledge of good and evil, for to do the law is to return to that spiritual image and likeness, for we know that the law is spiritual: but we are carnal, sold under sin (Rom 7:14); for the Law shows us the will of God the creator and as long as we live by it we shall be striving against the curse, and towards the blessing mandate and by our adherence we shall condition our minds and bodies to be good, to choose life, to HAVE RIGHT TO THAT TREE OF LIFE and live forever, as it pertains to marriage, we shall endeavor to see the good YHWH wishes us to make part of our heart, mind and soul.

There is no law contained in Moses’ codification that has not its base in Genesis 1-3.
