Fulfilled Part 4

…Repent ye, and Believe the Gospel.

It is to this first statement our last message and this message shall be devoted, as well as that which shall encompass the rest of this series, that is ” The time is fulfilled”, in part 3 the focus was upon the fulfillment, as will the beginning of this message be as it is tied in to the aspect of the time being fulfilled.

The Question which was stressed in the last part was that of ” What was a Biblically minded person living in the land of Judah, hearing the message of the Gospel as expounded by John the Baptist or of Christ, what was it that they, by reading the Law and the Prophets had anticipated when Christ spoke this our opening statement?”

What was the Good-Message? It was the good- placment, the straightening or leveling in preparation of the roadway, which was found in the Coming Christ Who proclaimed him self to be in Joh_14:6 the way, the truth, and the life and who as well boldly stated in the context of the Chapter no man can come to the Father but by him, the road way to God. This was according to the prophecy given by Malachi 3, Isaiah 40 directly seated upon the same context of the way found in Exo_23:20-33: this Way easily seen as the Law and Word of YHWH as mentioned time again as such through out the Torah of YHWH. It was this Way which was codified at the hand of Moses yet was in every jot and stroke the written cognition of Judgment found in the person of God. As well both aspects of Kingdom establishment found in this portion of Exodus takes precedents as the base of understanding the message of the Gospel of the Kingdom, that is a literal national homeland or country and 2 one which is Governed by God’s Law given from Heaven to establish a literal Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.

This Way which the Host of Israel shall march upon will lead to conflict, it will lead to spiritual warfare, the foundations of this Kingdom will dispossess the inhabitants of the Land whose iniquity will be fulfilled in due time according to the Gospel delivered to Abraham and to his seed, his nations and his kings, chosen as a holy race according to 1pe_2:9, the redeemed of the son’s of Adam through the Ethneh of Abraham, reconciled in the regathering of the tribes of Israel under and unto one Shepard according to the words of the prophets and of the Law, and to those who are called according to this purpose and Salvation even unto eternal life in His Son (Rom_8:28; 2Ti_1:9; 2Pe_1:3)

I hope that while this prelude to the message in forecast with the knowledge of Christ, whose glory is indeed once it is known, is hard to conceal, I pray it was to this hope it was understood by the last message, that to those men who heard the Gospel’s proclamation in the days of Christ and John this was an anticipation relayed by the scriptures.

We now move on to this son of David and foreseen King of the Kingdom, the very heir of Abraham’s pro-Evangelion, the fore-Gospel, the basis which the Gospel came upon according to Gal_3:8.

In the prior message and comipation of Scriptures a Septuagint /LXX traslation of Isa 9:6-7 was Considered:

For a child was born to us; a son was given to us, of whom the sovereignty became upon his shoulder; and his name is called, Messenger of great counsel, wonderful, counselor, God’s mightyG2478 potentate, ruler of peace, father of the coming age.

For I will bring peace upon the rulers, and his health.

And great is his sovereignty, and of his peace there is no end upon the throne of David, and his kingdomG932 to set it up and to take hold in judgment; even with righteousness from the present and into the ages. The zeal of the lord of Hosts shall do these things.

(It was pointed out that isxoros / ισχυροςG2478 is the Greek word for strength or power in Gen_32:28 when Jacob’s name was changed to Israel when he prevailed against the angel)

 

The anticipation of this Kingdom proclaimed by the Gospel was a re institution of Exodus 19, as the disciples of Christ knew was the end result of of the Coming King of Israel as recorded and proclaimed by the Ambassador Luke was a kingdom rule:

Luk_1:33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.

and after all the preaching and the resurrection Luke tells us the disciple yet anticipated this literal fulfillment :

Act_1:3 To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:

Act 1:4 And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he,ye have heard of me.

Act 1:5For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.

Act 1:6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?

Act 1:7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.

This anticipation was no doubt caused by the former sited scriptures and more, as well as by Christ’s own testimony Luke as records:

Luk_22:29-30And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me;

That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

The Disciples did not interpret the Scriptures in a overly fleshly way as some may ignorantly or prejudicly suppose, rather they, as we, should take our Christ and His Word at face value, literally. It does not take a bible scholar to see the King, and Kingdom having it’s very existence in the thrown of David a kingdom of Israel’s united 12 tribes…literally.

Is it not in Isa_49:3-8 which promised that in Israel, I will be glorified… and that Christ, Messiah the Servant was formed from the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob again to him, Though Israel be not gathered, yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of YHWH, and my God shall be my strength?

Of whom YHWH proclaimed: It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth.

Isa 49:7 Thus saith the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel, and his Holy One, to him whom man despiseth, to him whom the nation abhorreth, to a servant of rulers, Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the LORD that is faithful, and the Holy One of Israel, and he shall choose thee.

Isa 49:8 Thus saith the LORD, In an acceptable time have I heard thee, and in a day of salvation have I helped thee: and I will preserve thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, to establish the earth, to cause to inherit the desolate heritages

We had read in the past compilations some of the prophecies which indicates the time of this fulfillment, it is obvious from both John and Christ’s proclamation that

this time had come, and that indeed the Kingdom was at hand.

It was as well to all the promises which was found in the Gospel of the Kingdom, which the Prophet Daniel spoke and sat his prophecies upon as well, Daniel was a prophet who was a captive in the land of Chaldea of the son’s of Judah, when the King Nebuchadnezzar king of what was one of the most vast and powerful kingdoms on earth YHWH sent a dream: And to Daniel the prophet and servant of YHWH was the interpretation given, it was and is a prophecy of much controversy, and while many will not except this explanation of this interpretation, and this I know already, it is I believe the irrefutable foundation of the time of fulfillment Christ in Mark 1:15 Exclaimed:

Dan_2:31 Thou, O king, sawest, and behold a great image. This great image, whose brightness was excellent, stood before thee; and the form thereof was terrible.

Dan 2:32 This image’s head was of fine gold, his breast and his arms of silver, his belly and his thighs of brass,

Dan 2:33 His legs of iron, his feet part of iron and part of clay.

Dan 2:34 Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces.

Dan 2:35 Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them:

and the stone that smote the image

became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.

Dan 2:36 This is the dream; and we will tell the interpretation thereof before the king.

Dan 2:37 Thou, O king, art a king of kings: for the God of heaven hath given thee a kingdom, power, and strength, and glory.

Dan_2:38 And wheresoever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all. Thou art this head of gold.

Dan 2:39 And after thee shall arise another kingdom inferior to thee, and another third kingdom of brass, which shall bear rule over all the earth.

Dan 2:40 And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.

Dan 2:41 And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters’ clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.

Dan 2:42 And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.

Dan 2:43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.

Dan_2:44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

Dan_2:45 Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.

 

Many interpretations of the meaning of this stone cut with out hands is proposed, yet the Law of YHWH tells us about the nature of this kingdom Daniel saw which was cut or broke from a mountain, yet it self after crushing the feet of the last kingdom grows it self in to a mountain it self!

 

Exo_20:25 And if thou wilt make me an altar of stone, thou shalt not build it of hewn stone: for if thou lift up thy tool upon it, thou hast polluted it.

Deu_27:5 And there shalt thou build an altar unto the LORD thy God, an altar of stones: thou shalt not lift up any iron tool upon them.

 

This kingdom is representative of the same Exo_19:5-6 Kingdom of Priests and Holy Nation.

The Ambassador of this very kingdom of God and Heaven, Peter, told the strangers and pilgrims scattered through out the kingdom’s of the earth, yet elect and foreknown of God the Father called, to be thus:

1Pe_2:4 To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,

1Pe 2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

1Pe 2:6 Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.

1Pe 2:7 Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,

1Pe 2:8 And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.

1Pe 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

1Pe_2:10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. (This of course as a direct quote of Hos_1:9-10, Hos_2:23 ; Rom_9:25-26, Rom_11:30)

This very Nation, that is the Holy Ethnicity, whom God had foreknown and promised to our Father Abraham in the pro-evangel, that is by the singular seed of Christ (Gal_3:16) born of the seed of a woman (Gen_3:15), the WORD made flesh, the Nations and Kings to proceed from Abraham’s literal loins would be blessed and as a result would as well be a blessing to all families and peoples upon the earth just as promised in :

Deu_4:5-8

Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments… Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.

Deu 4:7 For what nation is there so great, who hath God so nigh unto them, as the LORD our God is in all things that we call upon him for?

Deu 4:8 And what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?

The Answer to this question asked in Deuteronomy 4:7-8, seen in 1 Peter, the answer is none other than Israel when sanctified through of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ. It was unto this glorious hope the kingdom became at hand through the Coming of the Way, the Truth and the Life the one foretold to have the power to raise up not only his own slain body, but to be the example of the tabernacle of David which had fallen, raised to unite the Kingdom once again to a lively hope of a kingdom of God, a Common-Wealth of Israel, A Citizenship which surpasses borders and life, beyond death a citizenship acknowledged in the thrown room of the Father YHWH God forevermore.

It was to this point the pharisees like the churches of our modern day choose to ignore, the lesson all Christians and members of the church in particular and collective should acknowledge before they ever attempt to understand any prophetic utterance or insight on eschatology or end time is Luk_17:20, this lesson is a rebuke to the future minded bible readers who even attempt to know an inkling about end times prophecy before they understand the first place of the kingdom prior described in Exo_19:6, as found in the kingdom of priest’s and holy nation, principles which are so natural, logical and realistic pervade the subject beyond the proposed spiritualism found in most understandings of God’s Kingdom:

Luk_17:20 And when he (Christ) was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:

Luk_17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for,

behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Luk 17:22 And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it.

Luk 17:23 And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them.

Luk 17:24 For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other partunder heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.

Is that not clear enough so satiate our minds Christians! The Son of God, the Father of the ages to come has clearly told us to get up off of our hands, waiting in anticipation for a sign of His Coming, following the wind of every doctrine and spirit of the end times and acknowledge simplicity of the fact that Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein. Luk_18:17

Here is a very interesting point on this subject: The Greek word dexhe-tai / δεξηται translated here receive only occurs in 6 verses of the whole bible including this one: Mat_10:14; Mat_18:5; Mar_9:37; Mar_10:15; Luk_9:48.

In every instance the context of the word translated receive, is in reference to ‘taking care of’, NOT to receive LIKE one, as in ‘to be like a child, infant or baby’ but rather to receive as you would take up a child in your arms or care! That is the idea of taking up the kingdom into your care, as you would receive a child so must you receive or take care of the Kingdom of God. A revolutionary light on the Idea of why such children as Christ received into His arms were likened unto the kingdom… THEY ARE THE KINGDOM, the children of the Covenant, the hope of a future Generation.

This stone has every potential to become a mountain in Christ.

Is it then any wonder that from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force? Mat_11:12

If you have not understood how this verse had a possibility in the world now perhaps it’s understanding is opened

?

Just a few verses down Christ asks this question alike:

Mat_11:16But whereunto shall I liken this generation? It is like unto children sitting in the markets, and calling unto their fellows (friends),

Mat 11:17And saying, We have piped unto you, and ye have not danced; we have mourned unto you, and ye have not lamented.

The context is followed in Mat_11:20 :

Then began he to upbraid the cities wherein most of his mighty works were done,

because they repented not.

 

No matter how the message was given, in happiness or in sadness, it would not be received, they will not be happy with the message of Repentance, to understand the Kingdom primary place, they instead look here and there, but never believe it is repentance which comes from within.

Anticipation Part 3

…Repent ye, and Believe the Gospel.

The message or evangelism of the kingdom by repentance was discussed in the last study, showing that which was spoke by the Law and prophets as the message which was proclaimed by John the Messenger or Angel according to Mal_3:1 and Exo_23:20, He was the voice of one crying in the wilderness preparing the straight way of the Lord, yet John was not that Way he was rather the leveler, the straightener of the landscape making way for the straight path of Christ, who directly proclaimed himself as the Way the Truth and the Life and that NO one comes to the Father but by Him.

It hopefully was conveyed and understood that John’s message of repentance and of baptism came from the scriptures prior to John, from the Law and prophets before him, that was his validation for truth, in this way John spoke with certainty that what he spoke was accurate, and we as well only when we speak in accordance with that which is validated before hand know that we speak according to the Truth of the Gospel, the Good or straight message. Even in the coming of Christ this was a crucial point, and in the coming of the Kingdom, the want to acknowledge if one truly was beholden to the Gospel was to try it by the scriptures, to this point spoke the LORD YHWH from the time he reveled himself to the sons of Adam, from the time the subtle Serpent in Gen 3:1 spoke according to the command of God yet contrary to YHWH’s directives in what God required for obedience.

To the same point Moses spoke concerning those who claim to be prophets or dreamers of dreams, those who give signs and wonders that actually happen, yet they proclaim a message that is contrary to the Way and ways of YHWH:

Deu_13:4 Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.

Deu_13:1-5 And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath spoken to turn you away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst of thee. (Exo_23:20-26)

As well Isaiah summarizes the same sentiment in:

Isa_8:16 Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.

Isa_8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

It is imperative that repentance according to the word of God, the Law of God, and the testimonies of God are ascertained in a concept of mind, that is a mind change, a repentance according to the scriptures. If we think that in any way the Life and Truth of Christ, that which we may call the Gospel is contrary to the least of scriptures…It is another Gospel and another Jesus, another Christ and another Kingdom we are looking for.

If the validation of the scriptures supports John son of Zechariah the Baptist as the messenger of the Way of Christ, and that messenger is represented in the words of the supporting prophets and the Law, then the Way truth and life of Christ is the same way which brought Israel out of Egypt, a way of faith and trust in YHWH to lead them to a kingdom they would subdue according to the promise given to Abraham as well as according to the iniquity of the inhabitants of the land of Canaan Gen_15:16 But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again: for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full. which was according to the curse of Canaan Gen_9:25 . Yet in conjunction with this way which lead to the promised land, this kingdom of God, was the Way which lead to the governance of this Kingdom and promised land, a Way steeped in repentance according to the Law of God Codified by Moses for a National Law to rule the Nation of Israel, this was YHWH’s very own cognition of judgment written into a code of legislation, a Law to rule a Kingdom, a government of His people, by His People and for His people, which keeps HIM as the focus of the Kingdom, thus A kingdom of God, ruled by the dictates of Heaven, from whence God Spoke to, and in

Deu_4:35 Unto thee it was shewed, that thou mightest know that the LORD he is God; there is none else beside him. Out of heaven he made thee to hear his voice, that he might instruct thee: and upon earth he shewed thee his great fire; and thou heardest his words out of the midst of the fire. And because he loved thy fathers, therefore he chose their seed after them, and brought thee out in his sight with his mighty power out of Egypt.

And in

Exo_20:22 And the LORD said unto Moses, Thus thou shalt say unto the children of Israel, Ye have seen that I have talked with you from heaven.

Thus this Kingdom of Israel, to be ruled by YHWH’s Law was a kingdom of Heaven upon Earth,

Deu_11:21 That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth.

 

Or as our Lord Christ teaches his disciple, that is those who bind up YHWH’s Laws and testimonies as there Light, we pray Mat_6:10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. and this we pray before we even ask for our daily bread…

Deu_11:22 For if ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you, to do them, to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, and to cleave unto him;

Deu 11:23 Then will the LORD drive out all these nations from before you, and ye shall possess greater nations and mightier than yourselves.

The way of the Gospel of Christ is the same way as Exodus 23:20, it is a way to a Kingdom, it is the way, the truth and the Life set by example of the King, the very Law made flesh, the Word made flesh, the truth of God’s commandments, words, and Law made flesh which is the road, the way, the straight path messaged by John, proclaimed as the Gospel.

Thus it is both aspects that are in need of focus, that of the Kingdom as a National home land or country, and that of a Kingdom made up of those who are subject to the king and marching upon the Way which leads to the Father and the King of all!

So when Christ proclaimed that the time was fulfilled and the Kingdom was at hand what fulfillment was he referring to that the people who believer the Scriptures would acknowledge?

We may safely conclude with the prophetic psalms of David or of the prophets to show the place of the anticipations of a person awaiting the kingdom come in the days of Christ, the biblical impact is important.

THE DOMINION MANDATE

IS

THE BASIS OF THE KINGDOM

…Be fruitful and multiply…

As said plenty of time before, the Dominion Mandate is the foundation of Adam’s son’s place in the world, it shows us primarily that dominion of governance is a blessed state and it is always accompanied by fruitfulness and multiplicity:

So God created ADaM in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion… Gen_1:26-28

To this dominion was the same made to Noah and his heirs in Gen_9:1 ;

In continuation the first time this Dominion is associated with the word King is in:

Gen_17:6..thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee.

So here is where the roots of Dominion are by Faith an anticipation of a Kingdom on account of nations and kings coming from Abram now called Abraham. It should also be noticed for future compilations that Abraham is promised to be increased into nations and kings:

LXX 17:6 And I will increaseG837 you exceedingly exceedingly. And I will establish you for nations;G1484 and kingsG935 from you will come forth.

There is no place in this statement for Spiritual sons of Abraham, rather in both the Hebrew and the great a very simple Reality of agriculture is promised, with out need of a spiritual interpretation, that is from this Father of Fruitfulness, Abraham, will come literal seed, and literal children, which will become an Ethneh or a Ethnically related people by a common father “Abraham”, a race of common origin which will have Kings (MaLeKIM in the Hebrew or Basileis in the Greek-plurals).

THE PRO-GOSPEL of ABRAHAM

This is important because this portion of Scripture to Abraham is by extension, what Paul identifies as part of what is called the Gospel in Gal_3:8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the nations through faith, preached before the gospelG4283 (literally: pro-evanggelisato / προ-ευηγγελισατο )unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. accourding to Gen_12:2-3, which inturn transfers by the same message to the following promises Gen_13:16, Gen_15:5, before Abraham’s circumcision and after in Gen_17:5-7, (Gen_17:16, Gen_18:18, Gen_22:17, Gen_28:3-4, Gen_28:14, Gen_32:12, Gen_46:3; Gen_48:4; Exo_1:7; Num_1:1-65 and beyond.) It is well to note that the English phrase ‘preached before the gospel’ is only derived by 1 triple compound word with the suffix which gives the gospel a present tense position, prefixed by the word ‘pro’, thus telling us that the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the nations through faith pro-evagelized at that very time to Abraham… This is the ground word of the Gospel of the kingdom!

Exo_19:5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:

Exo 19:6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.

forwarded to the Gentiles or nations sprung from the loins and seed of Abraham by Peter the ambassador in:

1pe_2:5-9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

1Pe 2:10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

These are the Nation of Abraham, Abraham’s fruitfulness, being seen in the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, in Exodus at the very chapters where we are told that YHWH spoke from Heaven…a kingdom of Heaven.

By this promise of Kingship to proceed from Abraham carried into the time of Moses, whose giving of the Law made direction for the King: And to Moses YHWH again reveled His Law of His King, and thus of God’s Kingdom:

Deu_17:14 When thou art come unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, and shalt possess it, and shalt dwell therein, and shalt say, I will set a king over me, like as all the nations that are about me;

Deu 17:15 Thou shalt in any wise set him king over thee, whom the LORD thy God shall choose: one from among thy brethren shalt thou set king over thee: thou mayest not set a stranger over thee, which is not thy brother.

Deu 17:16 But he shall not multiply horses to himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt, to the end that he should multiply horses: forasmuch as the LORD hath said unto you, Ye shall henceforth return no more that way.

Deu 17:17 Neither shall he multiply wives to himself, that his heart turn not away: neither shall he greatly multiply to himself silver and gold.

Deu 17:18 And it shall be, when he sitteth upon the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write him a copy of this law in a book out of that which is before the priests the Levites:

Deu 17:19 And it shall be with him, and he shall read therein all the days of his life: that he may learn to fear the LORD his God, to keep all the words of this law and these statutes, to do them:

Deu 17:20 That his heart be not lifted up above his brethren, and that he turn not aside from the commandment, to the right hand, or to the left: to the end that he may prolong his days in his kingdom, he, and his children, in the midst of Israel.

After this came Saul who failed, then David who was given the eternal kingship ad of whom all the King’s of Israel have sprung to this day. Yet David or any of His sons did not attain to the measure of this Law, no matter how righteous the records and chronicles relay their actions. Until the beginning of the Gospel of Jesu Christ.

Yet this was by this scriptural descent the King was to come, and the king’s sons.

The people of Judah, hearing the preaching of John the messenger and Christ Jesus the Message of the Word of this very Law made flesh according to Joh_1:1-14, this Kingdom Law summarizes the person of the Anointed King of Israel our Israelite ancestors longed to see fulfill all the proclamations of the Gospel by the Law and Prophets, to set the people’s feet aright on the path which led to righteousness, justice and mercy; the stern Word of God which breaths upon flesh and it withers as grass, yet it’s Spirit and testimony stands forever, it is alive, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Heb_4:12

It was to this Kingdom anticipated but not prepared for our Christ came, and his Angel came before him, the people seemingly to not understand the measure of repentance required to have such a kingdom…Do WE! DO WE UNDERSTAND WHAT KING WE ARE SUBJECT TO?

Consider a Reading from a Septuagint /LXX translation of Isa_9:6-7

For a child was born to us; a son was given to us, of whom the sovereignty became upon his shoulder; and his name is called, Messenger of great counsel, wonderful, counselor, God’s mightyG2478 potentate, ruler of peace, father of the coming age.

For I will bring peace upon the rulers, and his health.

And great is his sovereignty, and of his peace there is no end upon the throne of David, and his kingdomG932 to set it up and to take hold in judgment; even with righteousness from the present and into the ages. The zeal of the lord of Hosts shall do these things.

(Interest mention: ισχυροςG2478 is the Greek word for prevail when Jacob’s name was changed to Israel.)

Pt. 2

John The Angel

The Messenger of the Covenant

 

Notice the way in which the Gospel of the kingdom evangelized:

Mar_1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

This statement has within it’s construct some crucial evidence in finding the meaning of the statement it self.

  • The time is fulfilled

  • The kingdom of God is at hand

  • Repent and Believe (Faith or Trust) in the Gospel

    (Due to the nature of the points Repentance shall lead, followed by The Kingdom which is at hand.)

This is the scope of our Study in this series: to understand as best we can these 3 aspects of Christ’s ministry which we know as well from the biblical testimony that John was preaching this same Kingdom and Gospel message of Repentance:

Mat_3:1 In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judah,

Mat 3:2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

and Matthew’s record as well tells us that Christ used the same language as John:

Mat_4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

This message of the Kingdom come was directed in ministry towards the same people the entirety of Scripture is written to:

Mat_10:5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:

Mat 10:6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Mat 10:7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.

The constructed order of Mar_1:15 sets the fulfillment of this Kingdom of God accompanied by repentance and the Gospel: briefly, it is of necessity to allow for the Greek words which are translated ‘Repent’ and ‘Gospel’ as to assure the collective evidence needed for establishing a definition. As the LXX is as well written in Greek it is a great translation of the Hebrew Scriptures to ascertain this evidence. As well there are some simple definitions as told by James Strong (one of the most used Lexicographers to date on Biblical Greek and Hebrew, and his works are greatly apprised by the Bible reading community as, it is upon much of his efforts to give the common English speaker a way to see beyond the English version, it is upon his efforts that a foundation was laid for many other tools we now have nearly 200 years later! And frankly it bothers me to hear many lesser men of biblical language to belittle Strong’s efforts as to elevate there own inferior work, when honestly one compares. I and others may disagree with a point of language derivation as sited by Strong, or as I often do go beyond the definition of the root word Strong’s gives on to the words composition, yet one should honestly acknowledge such a man’s efforts.)

When we consider the great number of references and direct sightings of this announcement of the Kingdom by John the baptist, Christ, and the apostles, we see foremost a call to repentance.

The Announcement of the Kingdom’s coming was a call to repentance.

Strong’s puts it: to think differently or afterwards, that is, reconsider (morally to feel compunction): – repent.

Some translations have this compound word translated ‘changing mind’, which conveys the same point as repentance in the liter English construction, yet it is the accompaniment of the mind changer that the statement gains it’s direction. In Mark it was ‘Repent and Believe the Gospel ‘, in Matthew it was ‘repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand’, the direction in which this sets the tone of repentance is based upon the affect this faith in the Gospel of the Kingdom has on ones mind, how it changes it. In other words, what ever was expected or known from the Scriptures, which was convayed by the Holy Spirit through the Law and Prophets in the written word of God, prior to the coming of John and Christ, is what was being preached in the statement ‘the kingdom of God (or Heaven) is at hand’, the beliefe, faith or trust which Christ and John were calling the people to was a fore spoken of and this message was now being preached that it was at hand or within reach, or able to be handled due to it’s nearness, the statement ‘at hand’ references the nearness of the kingdom, as to be close enough to handle it, know it or feel it . The call was to have an impact upon the mind of the people to know they had the kingdom near to them at this good-announcement known to us by the Saxon phrase Gospel.

Most Bible readers know that the Gospel is ‘the good news’ or ‘good tidings’, as a literal understanding of it’s meaning, yet it is of importance before moving on to consider some logic and language on this word ‘Gospel’ and it’s Greek original eu-anggelion.

Some logic:

Every Gospel is in need of a good- spealer or in Greek, every eu-anggelion is in need of a good angel, in moder English we now pronounce this word: evangel, yet it is Identical in meaning as the word Gospel. The later portion of the word is none other than angel which literally means in Greek ‘a messenger’, which may be a human messenger sent from YHWH or perhaps one from heaven.

The English Germanic word Gospel, derives it’s origin from the original Saxon form “Go(o)d-Spell” which is a literal translation of the Greek and or Hebrew compound word, consider one of the most early “English” translations of the story of Christ, the translation of the

“West Saxon Gospels” of 1175:

Mar_1:1 Her ys godspelles angin hælendes cristes godes sune.

Literaly. Here is the Good-spell again (archaic. beginning, from the top) of the Healer Christ god’s son.

(“Jesu” literally means Savior or Healer)

This is how the majority of the world has started to use the archaic Saxon word for “Eu-aggel”, we now pronounce ‘Evangel’ as the word is easily seen by the mindful English speller: Go-Spel which is a compound word for God – Spel or Good- Spell: as the meaning of the Greek “Eu” is “Good” turned to the shortened form of “God”, and then contracted to “go”. As for the Archaic “spel” which is modernly “spell”, yet it’s more rooted definition is defined by

Noah Webster in 1828 is

Spell

SPELL, n. [The verb primarily signifies to throw or drive, and is probably formed on the root of L. pello. In some of the application of spell, we observe the sense of turn. We observe the same in throw, warp, cant, &c.]

1. A story; a tale.

So the “Go-spel” is simply the archaic Saxon words “Go(o)d-spell”

The Beginning of the Gospel

So in the Scriptures of Israel written in Greek we are looking for the time being fulfilled that will indicate the above aspects of this kingdom by repentance, faith and Good-message.

As sited above and in context with both messages of John and Christ, this Good-Message was accompanied by repentance or a mind change. As well prior in Mark as sited above to show the archaic use of the word Gospel we have Mark’s announcement

Tyndale 1526:

Mar_1:1 The beginning of the Gospell of Jesu Christ the son of God,

Mar_1:2 as it is written in the prophets, behold I send my messenger (angel) before thy face which shall prepare thy way before thee.

Mar_1:3 The voice of one that crieth in the wilderness: prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight (Eu-theias: lit. good-placment).

Mar_1:4 John did baptise in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance, for the remission of sins. (Trans. Tyndale 1526)

Notice how that the messenger or angel, John the Baptist, is the one crying in the wilderness and calling for the paths to be made ‘straight’ or Eu-theias, it is within this Greek word that we find the first portion of the Eu-angel, that is Eu or good, the good or well placed path or straight path, thus when we consider this from the Greek perspective, the Gospel or Evangelion is the message of the straight path, this was John’s contribution to the Gospel.

Since in this very place we are told this is the beginning of Christ’s Gospel and it is ad-fixed with Mark’s own understanding of this message he pulls from the prophets to validate his claim: Seemingly by compare the Prophet quoted is

Mal_3:1 Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me (Heb. and Gk: literally says ‘before my face’ L-PaN-Y / לפני) : and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.

Mal 3:2 But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fullers’ soap:

Mal 3:3 And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the LORD an offering in righteousness.

Mal 3:4 Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the LORD, as in the days of old, and as in former years.

Mal 3:5 And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger , and fear not me, saith the LORD of hosts.

Mal_3:6 For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

This ending sounds strikingly familiar in sentiment to Heb_13:8

The LAW

and

The Messenger,

and

The WAY

Before moving to the next prophet it is advantagous to also consider the siting from the Law and it’s context which Malachi is quoting:

Exo_23:20 Behold, I send an Angel (Messenger, in the Hebrew the word is MLAK) before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.

Exo 23:21 Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him.

Exo 23:22 But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.

Exo 23:23 For mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off.

Exo 23:24 Thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their images.

Exo 23:25 And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

Exo 23:26 There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil.

Exo 23:27 I will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee.

This particular aspect of this siting in reference is to John, he was the messenger, the angel, the MLAK, whom the people were to fear and obey. It is easy to find ones self applying the statement to Christ, yet it is very directly referencing John. As Christ is the way.

Joh_14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Joh 14:7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.

 

MLAK references a kingdom role, in the Hebrew, the exact same Hebrew word is used regularly to describe a king, it is not insignificant that this Gospel we are are focusing on is the Good-Message of the Kingdom, and the Hebrew word used here for messenger is as well the word for king.

 

 

The Vulgate’s Latin text of the prior , which is a translation of earlier manuscripts in 405ad by Jerome forwards truly the quote of the Prophet Isaiah as well as in both mark and Matthew’s reference to the Preaching of John’s Gospel.

Joh_1:23 He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias.

Isa 40:1 Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God.

Isa 40:2 Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned: for she hath received of the LORD’S hand double for all her sins.

Notice just before getting to the quote John uses, the context is of Jerusalem’s return from warfare, her iniquity is pardoned, her punishment time is accomplished, this is called to attention on account of the situation of

The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand…Mar_1:15

Isa_40:3 The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.

Isa 40:4 Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain:

Isa 40:5 And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

Isa 40:6 The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field:

Isa 40:7 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the LORD bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass.

Isa 40:8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.

So we see the mountains being brought low, the valleys being raised, thus a leveling is having by the evangelism of John, repetance shown and confessed in Baptism is enacted in preparation for the coming Kingdom which is at hand, the reminder of the meaning of the message is the illustration given by Isaiah of grass which flourishes and fades and dies away, yet the eternal aspect of this Gospel, this good message, these good tidings cried upon the mountains is: ‘All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field:..The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever. ‘

Echoed in the preaching of John to the same function of the Holy Spirit:

Mat_3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Spirit, and fire:

Mat 3:12 Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

Then we hear:

Isa_40:9 O Zion, that bringest good tidings (Ev-angelizing: Gospel), get thee up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem, that bringest good tidings (Gospel), lift up thy voice with strength; lift it up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah,

Notice to Zion, notice the evangelism going forward, the Gospel, the good-message:

Behold your God! Isa_40:10 Behold, the Lord YHWH will come with strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.

Isa 40:11 He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young.

That is the faith of the’Good-Message’ it is the ‘straight path’, He is the ‘Way the Truth and the Life ‘ found in the coming Shepard and King of Zion who rules by YHWH’s arm!

So here is my question in ending this 2nd part of this Message,

  • Is this the Gospel you understand in the preaching of John and of Christ?
  • Is it a call to repentance by the word of our God that stands for ever?

that is a mind change or a repentance on account of the Kingdom which is at hand?

  • Is it a Gospel, a good message that the wicked will wither away by the Spirit of God?
  • That those who walk by faith in these GOOD tidings, Evangelion of the Way the Truth and the Life of Christ which we come to the Father?

This is a call to repentance, to walk in the way of God’s WORD, to walk in the Truth, of God’s WORD and to walk in the Life of God’s word in order to get to the promised land which Christ leads us to. Repentance leads us to John’s Baptism, John has lead us to Christ, Christ’s Way leads us to the Father…and there is no other way to achieve the Kingdom, to enter into it but by Him.

Please do not misunderstand, this is not speaking of Faith with out works, I am speaking of obedience to the voice of the Word of God Breather by his Spirit for us to walk in to show our sanctification by the message we have received:

Mat 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

Mat 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

And to the point first point of Mar_1:15 the time of fulfillment, we shall explore in the next message, as well as how the wicked seek to take the kingdom by force…

Christ the King and Head

Christ the Word and Foundation

There are 2 major points which should be made in both the understanding from which this message and all others offered come forth, that is that first and foremost to quash the insolent supposition put forward by those who have, as well as those who may misidentify the importance of the focus upon the Word of God, the Law of YHWH and the Testimonies of Scripture. As there are those who suppose that upholding the perfection of Scripture beyond doubt of it’s abrogation in any way or by any force, is not ‘christian’, insomuch as this faith in the validity and immovable foundation of the WORD of GOD particularly as it pertains to the Law of God is even to the unknowing mind, in opposition to Jesus Christ; that is there are those who are offended at the Gospel of the Scriptural record and Testimony as contained in the faith of those such as my self who try and practice the Law of YHWH God to the best of their ability while living in the flesh, just as well even by those thing which we can not practice, therefore we do not practice them, by our belief that those things contained in the Law of God are nonetheless Perfect, such as the tabernacle and or temple order, or the operation of the priesthood, as well as ever offering and or sacrifice ever spoken of by the Word of God, all of it is perfect, every WORD of God is true, pure faithful.

It is to this point the following shall go forward, upon this premise

Heb_13:6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

Heb 13:7 Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God:

whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.

The APB Trans says: whom contemplating the result of the behavior, you imitate the belief!”

Heb 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

Heb 13:9 Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines.

It is by this Christ who is the Same yesterday today and forever that we place our faith and trust in, to direct our behavior or conversation.

Thus all messages which I offer come from the simplicity of Faith in the inerrant WORD of YHWH God, that is a Biblically Realistic understanding which seeks to show that the Bible as the WORD of God: Perfect, inerrant, and divinely inspired in it’s origin, all of my Faith from which we get our Hope is through this book and the belief that it has been preserved through the Grace and Providence of He That Is God, the Scriptures of course bear this out continually, but for one who doubts the relevance, and Salvation contained in the Scriptures as Holy there is no Chapter and verse which will ever be enough to convince (as the KJV calls) the gainsayers (in the Greek the word gainsayers is translated from Anti-logo literally those who are against the word).

Yet for those who have tasted and seen that YHWH is Good and that God is true but every man a liar, we know this:

Rom 15:4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.

As well we may have our hope in 2Ti_3:15-17 which tells us that it is the knowing of the holy scriptures…are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. and that : All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

This is the lesson for the Church, the Ecclasia of Christ. The Prophet and King David tells us Concerning the Law that that it is Perfect in Psa_19:7,

Psa_12:6 The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.

Pro_30:5 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.

Pro 30:6 Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

No matter what your eschatological persuasion is or what your denominational endoctrination is, the Fact is that the if we believe by faith that we have gained Salvation by that which is taught in the Bible then we consent that the Word of God is true, and if we consent that it is true then according to Psa_119:160 God’s… word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.

Thus I offer in every message we shall cover and have covered that every Word of God is true, it is Truth, it is applicable in some way to our life as followers of Christ as Christians, no matter what part of the bible: old testament or new testament, Law, prophets, histories or wisdom, All which are written in the scriptures are founded upon the Law of God as their foundation, every Word of God rests on that primary foundation founded in God’s Law, as our ability to see the faculties of Judgment used by God Almighty. From Genesis to Deuteronomy every word which is written in the Pentateuch is perfect and true it is as Hebrews 13: the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

The rule which keeps us back from Being carried about with divers and strange doctrines, it is the foundation of the Church, the LawfulCommandments, statutes, precepts and Judgments of YHWH,.

One might object at this point as many have done to be in times past after making this statment, and site

Eph_2:20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;

Eph 2:21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:

Eph 2:22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

Which brings me to the second major point of understanding.

That these two statements are one and the same, that is Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. 2Ti_2:19

Iniquity is translated from the word a-dikias, the letter A being the prefixed negative particle to the word for righteousness, thus, literally means to be ‘void of righteousness’. This Iniquity which stands as a determination of the seal of God upon a proper foundation is then the naming of the name of Christ in conjunction with the departure of unrighteousness. Thus the foundation taught by the Apostles and prophet having Jesu Christ as the head corner stone of the foundation, creates a building fitly framed together to habit the Spirit of God, this is describing nothingness than the foundation we are called to in the principles of the doctrines of Christ a foundation founded in repentance from this unrighteousness, that is that Jesus Christ is the WORD made flesh according to John 1:1-14 for the very reason David tells us that the word of YHWH is true from the beginning and shall endure forever, that is that the Word of God, as found in His law which divides and separates good from evil, and teaches ADaM Man Judgment by YHWH’s directives is personified in the Man Jesus Christ, thus offering us a holistic foundation to be built upon:

Heb_5:12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

Heb 5:13 For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.

Heb 5:14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

Heb 6:1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,

Heb 6:2 Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.

Heb 6:3 And this will we do, if God permit.

Our calling is to move beyond the milk, which is found in the Law of God and repentace from the sin which has held us in bondage, disallowing us as

Eph_2:12 reads: That at that time we were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

Eph 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus we who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

Eph 2:14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;

Eph 2:15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;

Eph 2:16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:

Eph 2:17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.

It is here that we may now build and move beyond the Idea that the Law of God is to arduous or strenuous to allow us to use it as our measure of righteousness, for Christ has given us the ability as both head of the Church and Foundation, it is exactly by His blood we water and hydrate the mortar of this holy temple, this house hold of God, this citizenship of the Common wealth of Israel; it is by the blood of His covenant we are empowered to believe in the whole word of God, and having no fear of the enmity as long as we are sealed with the proof of our calling by our departure from iniquity/ unrighteousness as we discover it’s hiding place in our life.

Hebrews goes on to say in Chapter 6

Heb_6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

Heb 6:5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

Heb 6:6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

Thus on these two point it is concluded that the two are in Biblical reality one and the same, that is that in every word ever spoken by YHWH God Almighty is the person of Jesus Christ, thus I can never nor can any one ever quote any portion of the Holy writ of God’s Word and not speak of the perfect life of Jesus Christ the Son of God, who is the Word made flesh. Our perfect example.

In the last message A Common Law for a Common-Wealth,

The Common Law of God, the entirety of the focus was concerning the Government which the Christian church should have, as it pertains to: Self Government, Family

Government, National Government and Land Government; when the word Government is used attention should not only be called to the Ideas of what we call principalities or municipalities, that is the rule of civil conduct prescribed by the supreme or principal power in a state, rather our mind should be drawn to the Idea of Control or restraint in what so ever governmental position YHWH God has placed any particular member of the Church of Jesu Christ in.

It is here we exchange with our prior subject matter, as we are told very plainly that:

1Co_11:3 …the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

As well

Eph_5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

 

Col_1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

Thus, The Church as spoken of according to the Scriptures is as well a functionary part of this Government process as it is explained above and seen in conjunction with the Laws of God explained in the Common law of God particularly in all of the family organized and regulated order of the Congregation, which is a synonym for the Church, as when we read such words in the LXX we often time find the very same word as translated from the Greek Ecclesia, which is the Church in Brithonic English, thus when we read this family constructed Church or Ecclesia, congregation of the LORD we understand why such laws contained in Deu_23:1-6 are mentioned.

It was this fruitful multiplicity mandated to ADaM for the purpose of Dominion according to Gen 1:26-28, a Governance and Godly Government is that which starts within the individual Covenant recipient joined in marriage by a Godly union which is fruitful and terminates with National Government. This is the Origin of the Church, and it is for this Cause Christ is recognized as the head or husband of the Congregation of Israel otherwise known as the Church or Ecclesial, which is the body of Christ.

The fruit of this union continues the Seed of the Word in the hearts of the Covenant children, as Christ taught plainly concerning the Gospel of the Kingdom of God in Luk_8:11The seed is the word of God.

It is this seed in the fertile hearts of the children of the Kingdom, the church which will as well Bless the world and all the families of the earth accordingly to the dominion mandate which the descendants of ADaM had received as an inheritance, that which was passed on to Abraham Isaac and Jacob Israel Gen_12:3; Gen_18:18; Gen_22:18; Gen_26:4; Gen_28:14, a Covenant inheritance which then had come full circle in the one specific seed which came in the ma Jesu the Christ. Thus, is this holistic Government, as pronounced by God the Father through His WORD which He had caused to be made flesh according to Joh_1:1-14 which stands in this age as our savior, our Lord, our prince, our King, it is Christ the Head of the Church which serves as our example.

The book of Hebrews starts in saying

Heb_1:1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,

Heb 1:2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

Heb 1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

Heb 1:4 Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.

Heb 1:5 For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?

Heb 1:6 And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.

Heb 1:7 And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.

Heb 1:8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

Heb 1:9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

It is unto this Government we as the Church are called by one calling, unto the biblical and Lawful New Covenant made in the blood of Christ, according to commandments, statutes and judgments of Almighty God we are Governed, that is by His Law, the Same Law which defines sin and calls the Sons of God into perfection by the love of God:

The ambassador of the Gospel of Christ, John tells us this:

1Jn_3:3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

1Jn 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

1Jn_3:5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.

1Jn 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

our Christ and brother is said to have in him is no sin.

So it is that even in the affairs of this life amid a crooked and perverse generation we are told it was to this calling like Christ hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:

1Pe_2:22 Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth:

1Pe 2:23 Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously:

1Pe 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

1Pe 2:25 For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.

This is full Government is entirely bound up in the man Jesu the Christ, and in His conduct, He as the Word made flesh had all things in His Body and life under subjection to the the Word which was spoken before His flesh had ever been made, the essence of His perfection being found in the same Holy Spirit which reveled the Gospel through out the Scriptural testament, it is to this Faith and life we as Christians are called to walk if indeed we are members in particular of the Body of Christ and Children of the Kingdom.

If it would ever be asked, where in this common law is Christ? or Where in this Common-Wealth of Israel we described is Christ? Our emphatic answer should be as Head! and as Head as King, and as King it is Christ who is Head of state, the Head of the Kingdom of God and of Heaven, and of the Common-Wealth the body politic of the Church.

It is to this Kingdom of God which our focus must be now be called after establishing by the Scriptures the Headship of the Son of YHWH over the tribes of Jacob as His righteous servant according to Isa_49:3-9, as well it is to self Government we are called to press by love closer into image of Christ.

This introduction to this new focus is aimed at entrance into the kingdom, into the Church and into the Body of Christ. Notice the way in which the Gospel of the kingdom evangelized:

Mat_3:1-2 In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea,  And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

and

Mat_4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

and

Mat_10:5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:

Mat 10:6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Mat 10:7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Exodus 20:17 / Deuteronomy 5:21

 

There is no significant difference in the Hebrew text of Exodus from that of Deuteronomy for the purpose of this compilation to draw attention to,The Hebrew verb and nouns through out the text of both are identicle, English word desire as found in the place of Covet in Exodus is as well the same Hebrew word: HeMaD.

HeMaD is translated neutrally and context defines the word as to a positive or negative. Yet there is one thing to be noticed that  in seemingly every instance HeMaD can swiftly become evil in it’s context, no matter how innocent the desire, coveting, pleasure is, with in the back drop of every situation is the looming Evil of it’s desire beyond Justice or Righteousness.

In the Greek the word Epi-Thumeh-seis / επιθυμησεις G1937 is a compound word constructed into a verb, which is that of epi- added to the root word to show supper-imposition, this is still done in English words taken from Greek which we still use (Epidemic, epilogue, epitomize), that is: on, upon in the sense of beyond (G1909) + the word Thume , a word which in scripture is used to signify the essence of a matter or situation, it is the word used to describe God’s pondering on why he made wicked Adam in the earth Gen_6:6 , it is the essence of Esau’s anger against Jacob Gen_27:45, the longing of Jacob towards his fathers house Gen_31:30, as well it is essence of the inscents of the altar of YHWH Exo_25:6, the word indicates as our English still shows the ‘Theme’ of the situation, thus together this word shows the epi-theme, it is ‘beyond the theme’ the intensity of the theme. A related word, Epithem, in medical terms this a word still understood as a medical treatment to be applied externally, An external application of a topical medicine. Such as a liquid in which cloth is dipped for pain relief or healing, to be applied to an area of the body in need of treatment. Offering the Idea of placing the substance to aid upon the area; as well if the liquid in which the cloth was dipped were damaging to an area it would nevertheless be a epithem, yet not for the purpose of healing, but rather for the purpose of causing illness.

SIN is an ILLNESS,

it starts with Epithumesis

 

In the Greek construct of the 10 Commandments, as was discussed concerning Adultery, and in noticeable distinction from the Hebrew construct, Killing, Adultery, Stealing, False witness, and Covetousness are all converted into conditions; as we would understand it’s grammatical construct today, that is all of the words describing the forbidden act have the ending of ‘σεις ‘ seis ‘ or ‘εις eis ‘ , thereby rendering the commandment as a forbiddence towards a conditional behavior, such as we may understand other Greek words in English, one who has the condition of Arthritis has affliction to what was once refereed to as the Artus, arteries of the limbs, one who has Paralysis, the inability to move, is the affliction of one with a Palsy, one who has the condition of Narcosis is want to use a Narcotics or to be overly tiered, sleepy.

This choice of wording makes the prior commands including this 10th commandment a condition as well.

As the people of Scriptural Covenant, one is assumed by birth into the covenant of ones parents, this may lead to the blessing of righteousness in obedience or curse by wicked disobedience and rejection (Lev 26:44-45), yet one who is born to Parents of the Covenant are covenant children in the flesh, and before them lay a choice: to become a spiritual child of the covenant, by placing the WORD of YHWH in ones heart and mind and inward parts or to take on the body of sin and death contrary to the body of the resurrected Christ by an infectious illness which treatens the health and Common-Wealth of Israel, yea, the which is the core of the Common-Wealth, as the Ecclasia / Church as the Body of Christ can not be affected by such illness, rather when such a illness is allowed to persist with in the epidermis of the body, that is the outer layer who is member to the Common-Wealth by mere parentage and not by the personal New Covenant of Christ; those outer portions must be removed from the Common body as not to destroy the Wealth when the infection is made manifest! The Condition and illness found in this conclusionary 10th Commandment is damning and dangerous, while it’s symptoms are hidden in there early stages with in the heart and mind full of Lust or Covetousness, desire or pleasure in those things which are not intended for the families of Israel to be engaged in, it is by this same illness of Covetousness that the wicked are allowed to persist in close proximity to the Body of Christ, thereby causing the Church to be bed mates with a body of death and causing the infection to become transferable by it’s lack of self treatment with the healing power of the Spirit of God.

The Ambassador Paul admonishes us to:

Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts / Covetousness thereof. Rom_6:12

Specifically, The Commandment speaks of Coveting that which is thy neighbors, as the word was used prior it is used now, with in the common-Wealth what is our neighbors is his, by the Lawful Right given by God as a Citizen, this Law aims to curb secession of God’s Kingdom contained with in the Common-Wealth of Israel’s inheritance, not only of possessions but of Covenant and Law give to the Congregation of Jacob (Deu_33:4) In Coveting that which is thy neighbors we covet that which YHWH’s has given others with in the Common-Wealth beside thee: His wife, His House, His servants, His animals or anything that is his truly. It is this Covetousness that fuels all sin contrary to the LAW, even by coveting any thing which is thy neighbors, calls upon covetousness directed towards a Kingdom of neighbors or brothers who posses the whole of God’s Law as an inheritance, thus implicating sin upon one who covets the breaking of those Commandments which seemingly to our fleshly mind only pertain to our personal relationship with YHWH; yet by moving beyond covetousness and manifesting sin in our actions we literally rob the Common-Wealth of it’s blessing and inheritance by God’s Law.

 

 

It is with this mind honed in on this illness that this last and 10th Commandment of the Common Law is spoken of by biblical context, as in the often mentioned poetry of Almighty God, this 10th command lay at the core of the very first ill against YHWH God the creator, a sin which sought to replace the very power of He Who Is God.

A people of Self Dominion

Ruled by the Law of YHWH GOD

The account of Genesis and the Origins of Adamic society is the pedigrees of the Ordained Common Law of ‘He who rules with God’ or ‘Israel’, it is this concept which was the intention of the dominion or governance mandate of Gen 1:26-28, and this conceptual title is found in the name given to Jacob and his son’s in the name of I-SR-AEL.

Covetousness is in the heart and mind, it is the beginning and the end of self government, that is the Governing of ones self, which is basis upon which all Commandments and Laws of God are kept, ignored or abandoned by the will of man; by the giving of this will to choose whom we will serve the nature of the spiritual likeness and image is perceived, it is at the aim of covetousness, desire or pleasure that the will of the inward man is made know and the will of the flesh made evident. It is here that Covetousness with in this Society is the Engine of both life and death, Good and Evil, blessing and cursing.

Consider:

Covetousness /HeMaD, is first referenced

Gen_2:8 And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put those of the ADaM whom he had formed. (reference the LXX, and the Hebrew of Deu_5:24, Isa_6:12, Zec_11:6 as example of how this is not refering to one man named Adam)

Gen_2:9 And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

 

This country where Adam Folk were set to tend and till, there was grown pleasant or coveted crops and trees, beautiful in sight, good for food, as well in ADaM’s native land were 2 very special trees: Life, and Knowledge: of course we know Knowledge teaches Good and Evil.

(after the description of the home land, the native land it is told of ADaM’s Garden)

Gen_2:15 And the LORD God took the ADaM, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.

Gen 2:16 And the LORD God commanded the ADaM, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

Gen_2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

So, according to Gen_2:9 this tree which is forbidden, The Knowledge of Good and Evil, is a pleasant or coveted tree, but it’s effect is death to ADaM in the day he eats of it.

This is where at this time ADaM is in the Garden of the Lord, he is given provisions of food, yet he is required even at this time work, tend or till this Garden to maintain his life, as well ADaM is given dominion.

YHWH God tells the ADaM, ‘it’s all yours except for that tree, that 1 tree is mine, you can have all the others and the tree of Life, but that one tree is mine alone’ As creator YHWH God has this Right of course to reserve for Him self any thing he desired, and what YHWH desired was the knowledge of Good and Evil reserved to Him self, it was His property, and stigma attached to that tree, regardless of what the opinion on the physical make up of that tree is, it’s stigma is it’s YHWH’s, He coveted it to be His Own, His pleasure, delight or covetousness, it was His property, it was His plain and simple.

And as ADaM was made in the image and likeness of God it was as well pleasant, desirable and coveted as beautiful to the senses of ADaM as well, as to what was desired is the focus is found in the next portion of the Holy text:

Gen_3:1 Now the serpent (Eh-NaHeS, or Gk. Opis: referencing a literal Serpent type creature) was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

Gen 3:2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

Gen 3:3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

Gen 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

Gen_3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

 

Gen_3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good (desirable) for food, and that it was pleasant (good) to the eyes, and a tree to be desired (Coveted) to make wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

And for the present record, the serpant was not lying about the affect of the fruit of the tree, the eating of knowledge, as to open ADaM’s eyes as God’s to know good and evil, as YHWH himself says:

Gen 3:22 And YHWH God said, Behold, the ADaM is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:..

Consider Gen_3:6, this is a place where the pleasantness of this particular forbidden tree is described, wat it’s desire was, it’s pleasantness it’s Covetousness: this covetousness was spelled out and well defined by the angelic serpant, angelic, I say because this Serpent was a messenger, made by YHWH, accourding to Gen_3:1 “more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made”. Like the story of Balaam’s ass, who’s mouth was opened to persuade the madness of the YHWH fearing prophet Balaam, this Serpents mouth was opened for one reason, a reason the text clearly told us:

Gen 3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

God used this subtle beast to prove, test or try the ADaM. The Serpent plays the role of the divine revelation, an anomaly that is undoubtedly God sent, and it was, a situation so bazaar that the woman and man who partook of the situation would have to knowledgeably engage, willfully engage, that is as is shown in the woman’s contemplation of self convincing, it is description of the cognition of every action we make against another’s possessions as well as those things God has forbid his people to partake it by his parental guidance: personal desire, personal pleasure, selfishness, to the end of personal deification or heart placed Idolatry. (Leading us back to the first and second commandment, full circle.)

Gal_1:8 / 1Jn_4:1

Consider the Serpents part as described in

Deu_13:1 If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder,

Deu_13:2 And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them;

Deu 13:3 Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

Deu 13:4 Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.

Paul as well teaches this same truth:

2Th_2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

2Th 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

2Th_2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

 

In the case of our fore bearers of ADaM Folk, they did not love the truth of God’s Word, thet didn’t believe it by Faith, they didn’t trust YHWH when He said “for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.”.

 

Thus no matter where the Covetousness comes from, even if from an angel from heaven, the Word of YHWH is greater, and is sustained, the simplicity of thou shalt and thou shalt not thwarts the non-commanded constructive inferences of any approach seemingly contrary to the Word of God.

The desire we have to take for our own pleasure is being curbed by this 10th Common Law in our heart and mind, before it is manifest in our life by our coupling Covetousness, desire or pleasure’s pull with the actual committing of any other Commandment: Killing, Adultery, Stealing or False witness agaist our neighbor.

And while not directly applied by the 10th Commandment, it is undoubtedly implied by the context of the word and it’s first case example as shown in the Account of Genesis as well as that which is seen beyond the pentauch that Coventing to Not Worship YHWH by Idolitry, Vanity, Ignoring the Sabbath, or Dishonoring Parents is as well Sin, which have it’s wage to be payed as Death in it’s manifestation.

Like Brute beasts made to be…

A Society that practices Covetousness is a society that has tasted of the forbidden fruit of desire and pleasure, which in and of it’s self is a heart and mind set that is not easily curbed. Like a brute beast is drawn by repetition to return to what it desires, mindlessly drawn by the pleasure of the experience had the prior day so man partakes of the same nature. Yet as well by Grace some who are called see this nature of covetousness in the flesh and break it’s condemnation.

For it is sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of covetousness.

For without the law sin was dead. For I was alive without the law once:

but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.

The LAW of YHWH IS TREASURE

to be Coveted!

Psa_19:10 More to be desired ( Coveted ) are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

Psa 19:11 Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.

Psa 19:12 Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults.

Psa 19:13 Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.

Solomon goes on to describe Godly Covetousness of YHWH’s treasured Law:

Pro_21:20 There is treasure to be desired and oil in the dwelling of the wise; but foolish ADaM spendeth it up.

Pro 21:21 He that followeth after righteousness and mercy findeth life, righteousness, and honour.

Pro 21:22 A wise man scaleth the city of the mighty, and casteth down the strength of the confidence thereof.

Thou Shalt Not Steal

Exodus 20:15 / Deuteronomy 5:19

The Hebrew word for theft is a word many people already know, as similar slang is used in American-English for the same action: GNaB or nab, perhaps a help in remembering the word?

The universal Idea of stealing or theft as a wrong among cultures and laws of diverse peoples as well as creatures is absolute, that is the Idea of one or many taking from another or others what is not theirs is a wrong; yet it may come as stumble to those who wish primary laws of morality held as Christian to be universally understood to all peoples that theft or stealing is not the same for every culture, while most peoples have a general idea of what is theft, what is so for one culture is not to another. This is the case even among cultures which are genetically identical, yet generationally separated by time. This is the case in today’s so called christian culture opposed to the christianity of our separateist ancestors in America, and those to their Israelite ancestors of Moses to Nehemiah’s day.

When Citizenship is spoken of with in the Common-Wealth their are 2 particular words which God Law uses over and over again, that is Brother and Neighbor as well the 3 biblical words the English Bible calls ‘Stranger’ are all brought into focus when we speak on this matter, and it is indissoluble inherited rights which make other peoples strangers to the common-wealth, and as such strangers are excluded from some protections afforded to the brothers of the citizenship of Israel, which are sin when commited one upon each other. As the philosophy of the Idea mentioned that most every people of the world have a custom against theft, it is just a mater of what theft is to that people; at Law, even in modern law, this aspect of persons is what divides stealing from authorized behavior (either authorized by law or by the peoples conplacency, it makes no difference, both set the standard of the people’s constitution at that given time).

For instance, as was spoken of in the prior message on the 7th Commandment as well as touched on in the 5th Commandment message in this compilation is the God ordained concept of Land possession, which in the Common-Wealth of Israel was YHWH owned, He is the land LORD and He has delegated stewardship or governance, dominion by tribal family possession:

Lev_25:23 The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is Mine;for ye are strangers and sojourners with me.

Lev 25:24 And in all the land of your possession ye shall grant a redemption for the land.

Lev 25:25 If thy brother be waxen poor, and hath sold away some of his possession, and if any of his kin come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that which his brother sold.

Lev 25:26 And if the man have none to redeem it, and himself be able to redeem it;

Lev 25:27 Then let him count the years of the sale thereof, and restore the overplus unto the man to whom he sold it; that he may return unto his possession.

Lev 25:28 But if he be not able to restore it to him, then that which is sold shall remain in the hand of him that hath bought it until the year of jubile: and in the jubile it shall go out, and he shall return unto his possession.

Lev_25:34 But the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for it is their perpetual possession.

Yet in our modern day the concept of Land is not possession in YHWH’s stead it is ‘private’ ownership, which in God’s vacancy through his ordained Law is more like Rent; for consider the modern culture and cultures of European descent: With out some form of payment required, the ruling principality and powers of government will come to your home, land or business and remove you and your family from it, and you will have no right that any court will recognize which will grant you possession with out payment of what that principality determines to be ‘due’.

In a society based upon God’s Law where land ownership is Almighty God’s and it is possessed as an inheritance by the Ethnic-nation of Israel, only a citizen of the Common-Wealth may claim his own ancestral land indefinitely that is perpetually with no intervention, by any ruler or any other person, none save the eviction by the Land LORD via war and dispossession, all other forms of a brother citizen or Israel being removed from his possession is theft. At such points when citizens of Israel are being removed, a clear line is drawn that a dyer need to repent before Almighty God is at hand, and a God ordained opposition to tyranny is of necessity.

So the culture most Europeans live under today would be tyrannical to their father’s who lived in the days of king Saul or perhaps Ahab, it is a matter of culture.

So it is, when speaking of stealing or theft in God’s Common Law it is defined by statute, YHWH, God of Israel is the determiner according to His Law of what theft is and is not, and as well what situations will determine the particular punishment to be executed by the Elders: Judges and Officers, the crime is to be judged according to Justice by the ordained diligent inquisition, and then as the well known Biblical Maxim teach:

Deu 19:21 And thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.

Restitution

When contemplating Biblical stealing with in the Common-Wealth of Israel as Governed by the Common Law of the 8th Commandment, the understanding of Judgment for particular crimes being diverse one from the other becomes obvious as the Commandment’s violation is dealt with differently based upon the nature and object of the theft, as well as the circumstances surrounding it, yet one pervading absolution is consistent in judgment for this sin-crime between brother and brothers, neighbors and neighbors as well as Citizen and stranger, this is the idea of Restitution.

The term Restitution is in our legal language even today, Noah Webster defined it thus:

Restitution is made by restoring a specific thing taken away or lost.

2. The act of making good, or of giving an equivalent for any loss, damage or injury…

When we speak of restoring in the KJV we speak to the same point, as well.

In all cases Restitution is the final “act of making good”, and the determiner of what good is, is GOD.

Just Weights and Measures:

A Common Standard of Value

By the demand for Just Restitution the essentiality of equivalent value must arise, that is the equal value of a thing payed in money, yet only when allowed by the damaged party instead of the actual lose by similar representation, such as beast for beast, thus an estimation of value must at times be set as to it’s equivalent with in the common-wealth in the event settlement of Restitution may be had by an acceptable medium of exchange, and that set by God’s Sanctuary.

Beyond the days of Abraham Adam’s people have been using precious metals as this medium of exchange.

Gen 13:2 And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold.

Both precious and common metal weighed as Shekels (ShQuL), a Shekel is simply a determined weight current at a given instance or time, or as currency among a Common-Wealth; in the case of Israel’s “The Sanctuary’ is to assay the shekel or weight that is currency:

Lev_27:25 :

And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

This shekel was assayed in 3 precious metals, which until the 1900’s did not change in European societies.

Exo_25:3 And this is the offering which ye shall take of them; gold, and silver, and brass,

(copper: biblically known as Brass, not to be confused with the modern alloy of zinc and copper)

Bibically speaking the word for current money and Silver are one and the same, KeCeF. Silver was the common money of the common people, not withstanding the more valuable gold and less valuable copper coinage.

Thus the Law of God dictates from the commoner to the priest such law:

Lev_19:35 Ye shall not act unrighteously in judgment, in measures and weights and scales.

Lev 19:36 There shall be among you just balances and just weights and just liquid measure. I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt.

Lev 19:37 Therefore shall ye observe all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: I am the LORD.

AND

Deu_25:13 Thou shalt not have in thy bag divers weights, a great and a small.

Deu 25:14 Thou shalt not have in thine house divers measures, a great and a small.

Deu 25:15 Thou shalt have a true and just weight, and a true and just measure, that thou mayest live long upon the land which the Lord thy God gives thee for an inheritance.

Deu 25:16 For every one that does this is an abomination to the Lord thy God, even every one that does injustice.

When the word ‘weight’ is used in Lev_19:35 it is translated from the Hebrew word M-ShQuL, and is specifically dealing with the aspect of Currency or Money, that is the medium of exchange with in the Common-Wealth of Israel.

In Speaking of money we speak of silver as the average standard of currency between men of that citizenship.

It is that in order for any commerce beside simple trade a valuation and estimation is of necessity to be had in any society which will govern upon Law, as to allow for brothers to stranger to deal Justly one with the other, as to determine fair dealings from stealing and theft. While any honest agreement for any thing, either in buying or selling or in the case of restitution, their is an estimation of value in a monetary sense as to aid Justice between in commerce or controversy.

Exo 21:18 And if men strive together, and one smite another with a stone, or with his fist, and he die not, but keepeth his bed:

Exo_21:19 If he rise again, and walk abroad upon his staff, then shall he that smote him be quit: only he shall pay for the loss of his time, and shall cause him to be thoroughly healed.

As well

Exo 21:28 If an ox gore a man or a woman, that they die: then the ox shall be surely stoned, and his flesh shall not be eaten; but the owner of the ox shall be quit.

Exo 21:29 But if the ox were wont to push with his horn in time past, and it hath been testified to his owner, and he hath not kept him in, but that he hath killed a man or a woman; the ox shall be stoned, and his owner also shall be put to death.

Exo 21:30 If there be laid on him a sum of money, then he shall give for the ransom of his life whatsoever is laid upon him.

Exo 21:31 Whether he have gored a son, or have gored a daughter, according to this judgment shall it be done unto him.

 

Within the Common-Wealth of Israel the simple and intrinsic Common law of God couples Just measures and weights and scales by a monetary system using the ordained hard currency of Gold, Silver and Copper according to the precept of it’s Common purity, estimated and assayed by the Sanctuary, that is the same God ordained authority that over sees Judgment with in the Common-Wealth according to: Deu_17:9, Deu_19:17, they are the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days.

Therefore, by debasing the monetary system of the Common-Wealth with injustice or counterfeit coinage, as to adulter it’s purity commanded by precept, or to to attempt to replace hard money, by any person of any rank, is a debasement of the effectiveness of the justice of the Common-Law, and a robbery upon the Nation as a whole: such monetary debasement over turns the 1st commandment, as well, it is both an undercover attempt to man-steal the citizens of the Common-Wealth, along with a way to steal property and possessions of the Nation.

By the severity of the impact of debasing a hard and lawful money system is so severe that the use of any man made or fiat means, such as our modern use of Paper and or Electronic Bank transfers of contrived credits called money, would create a ‘monetary’ like system that would be controlled by the creators of the system, which would in effect control the holders and users of the contrived wealth. And thus the proverb which we are taught (1Ti_6:10) that the love of money is the root of all evil allows those who love to creator money to create all evil, as well as to get away with all evil with it; thus a government or banking system such as had today may easily escape the recourse of actual restitution even though that system may compensate an injured party, yet they do so with nothing, except for a currency they created out of thin air.

To allow the monetary system of a people to be controlled by a non-substance, such as paper and or electronic transfers, inevitably sets that society up for control by the selfish will of it’s creator…which is not YHWH God Almighty.

The Worst Forms of Stealing

Exo_21:16 And he that stealeth a man, and selleth him, or if he be found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death.

Deu_24:7 If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and maketh merchandise of him, or selleth him; then that thief shall die; and thou shalt put evil away from among you.

Within the Common-Wealth of Israel among the most heinous thefts a Citizen or Brother may commit is that of man-stealing.

Yet consider our modern day standard: In the matter of an arrest and detainment of an adult person, in some events the men or women are imprisoned and their freedom taken, in biblical language is man-stealing when the time In such Ward is not being used to determine the detained’s fate as to life or death.

“In-Ward”

Biblically, the status called “In-Ward” (Gen_40:3; Gen_40:7; Gen_41:10; Lev_24:12; Num_15:34) is the only time a Brother may be detained by Law, and it’s sole use it to determine life or death, with out such a status, especially when any form of price is attached to the persons release, it is Man-Stealing; the lawful examples found in Lev_24:12; (In one cercumstance we have a 1st generation Egyptian man born to an Israelite woman who blasphemed the Name of YHWH by cursing, by Deuteronomy 23:7-8 this man was not an Israelite nore would his child be for 2 more generations, thus In-Ward is used for the Stranger that is not of thy people), and in Num_15:34 (In-Ward is used upon a Citizen who broke the Sabbath wilfully, and was ass well put to daeth.)

Due to the prior understanding laid out from the prior commandments (found in this series) particularly that of the 5th Commandment pertaining to Parents, the absolute authority and ownership of children within the Common-Wealth resides in those children’s life givers, the contained in the generative Parents and lead in Headship by the Fathers. Thus, when another of any rank comes from the out side of this Righteous Paternal Headship and takes away another’s child with out absolute and evident consent of the Head holder, which may be had in hired or indentured servitude of ones Own Child, this act of taking a child with out consent, however, we now call Kid-Napping, but in Reality and according to YHWH God’s Law it is Man-Stealing as well.

Exo_22:1 If a man shall steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill it, or sell it; he shall restore five oxen for an ox, and four sheep for a sheep.

Exo 22:2 If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, there shall no blood be shed for him.

Exo 22:3 If the sun be risen upon him, blood for him; he should make full restitution; if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.

Exo 22:4 If the theft be certainly found in his hand alive, whether it be ox, or ass, or sheep; he shall restore double.

In the case of this particular theft two words from the Greek and Hebrew must be reconciled and the then the aspects of verse 3 as well need applied in context.

במחתרת / B-Me-HeThR-Th literally saying: double prefix B-in & M-from or of. together meaning With-in or by it: in the act of +HeThR: Digging, Braking, Rowing: the Idea of Uncovering (see Jer_2:34) + Th: shalt be, they are (femanin construct) = English: they are uncovered (discovered) within. Leaving us with the plain Idea of what we call breaking and entering, tresspassing, or burglary, (while not being limited to night time activity) Yet night activity would automatically constitute undercover actions.

In the Greek LXX the word διορυγματι / Dio-Rugmati is used.

The word Dio or Dia G1223 ..In composition it retains the same general import: – after, always, among, at, to avoid, because of (that), briefly, by, for (cause) . . . fore, from, in, by occasion of, of, by reason of, for sake, that, thereby, therefore, X though, through (-out), to, wherefore, with (-in).

And Rugmati which may be seen in Titus 1:3 used with the prefix of κή / KeH

Rugus may indicate the English: to make a ‘Ruckus’

Thus in a compound understanding the same Idea is conveyed, that is in the discovery or uncovering of one, in this case the Greek speaks to the aspect of alarm. ‘they be within ruckus’.

It is by such an understanding that the understanding is offered that when the worst form of thief is found in the act of theft with in ones possession, and that thief is harmed or killed there is no case for recourse for that thief, or for charges of murder against the defender of his possession for such an action against a thief, day or night who he is caught in the act. Yet, according to verse 3

Exo_22:3 If the sun be risen upon him, blood for him; he should make full restitution; if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.

Exo 22:3 But if the sun be risen upon him, he is guilty, he shall die instead; and if a thief have nothing, let him be sold in compensation for what he has stolen.

Brenton -LXX

In this aspect of the verse it seem to indicate liability to the protector of his stuff and the restitution owed by the thief. The mention of the sun, is not to differentiate between day and night but indicate the length of time that had passed from the smiting and incident, therefore, consider this compound understanding ” If a thief is uncovered and he be smitten and die no one should bleed for the killing of the thief. But if the smitten thief live until another morning and be then killed by the own it is murder as the thief has been subdued, rather the caught thief is to pay restitution after the following morning by servitude, by the evaluation according 4 or 5 times the original theft or in equal value, as per verse 1 or by no less than 2 times according to Exo_22:4 And if the thing stolen be left and be in his hand alive, whether ox or sheep, he shall restore them two-fold.

Thus within the Common-Wealth of Israel, Governed by YHWH God’s Common Law, man committing undercover theft upon anther’s possessions would be non-existent and those with such tenancies would be swiftly culled from the flock or taught by the Justice of Restitution.

Before leaving off from the Idea of theft punished by Capital, the Justice of Almighty God speaks to the easily comprehensible maxims of His Perfect Law, as to deal with those thefts which would be interposed upon another and lead to the eventual or immediate death of the victim:

And so such Laws as well stand as the standard of Justice such as:

Exo_22:26-27 If thou at all take thy neighbour’s raiment to pledge, thou shalt deliver it unto him by that the sun goeth down: For that is his covering only, it is his raiment for his skin: wherein shall he sleep? and it shall come to pass, when he crieth unto me, that I will hear; for I am gracious.

Deu 24:6 No man shall take the nether or the upper millstone to pledge: for he taketh a man’s life to pledge.

Setting the example of the 2nd Protos Commandment operating upon Charitable Love:

Lev_19:18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.

Evasion of Compensation and Liability is Stealing

Exo 22:5 And if any one should feed down a field or a vineyard, and should send in his beast to feed down another field, he shall make compensation of his own field according to his produce; and if he shall have fed down the whole field, he shall pay for compensation the best of his own field and the best of his vineyard.

Exo 22:6 And if fire have gone forth and caught thorns, and should also set on fire threshing-floors or ears of corn or a field, he that kindled the fire shall make compensation.

Exo 22:7 And if any one give to his neighbour money or goods to keep, and they be stolen out of the man’s house, if the thief be found he shall repay double.

Exo 22:8 But if the thief be not found, the master of the house shall come forward before God, and shall swear that surely he has not wrought wickedly in regard of any part of his neighbour’s deposit,

Exo 22:9 according to every injury alleged, both concerning a calf, and an ass, and a sheep, and a garment, and every alleged loss, whatsoever in fact it may be, –the judgment of both shall proceed before God, and he that is convicted by God shall repay to his neighbour double.

Exo 22:10 And if any one give to his neighbour to keep a calf or sheep or any beast, and it be wounded or die or be taken, and no one know,

Exo 22:11 an oath of God shall be between both, each swearing that he has surely not at all been guilty in the matter of his neighbour’s deposit; and so his master shall hold him guiltless, and he shall not make compensation.

Exo 22:12 And if it be stolen from him, he shall make compensation to the owner.

Exo 22:13 And if it be seized of beasts, he shall bring him to witness the prey, and he shall not make compensation.

Exo 22:14 And if any one borrow ought of his neighbour, and it be wounded or die or be carried away, and the owner of it be not with it, he shall make compensation.

Exo 22:15 But if the owner be with it, he shall not make compensation: but if it be a hired thing, there shall be a compensation to him instead of his hire.

Stealing Chastity

Exo 22:16 And if any one deceive a virgin that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely endow her for a wife to himself.

Exo 22:17 And if her father positively refuse, and will not consent to give her to him for a wife, he shall pay compensation to her father according to the amount of the dowry of virgins.

Stealing by Usury

And if thou shouldest lend money to thy poor brother who is by thee,

Thou shalt not be hard upon him thou shalt not exact usury of him.

Exo_22:25

The word Usury is not a word used nowadays nearly as much as in the past, this most likely due to modern societies’ desire toward exacting usury as well as having it exacted upon them as to satiate all wants beyond need.

When one speaks of usury, we speak of the Idea of gain upon the principal or original sum payed by the debtor for Using another’s wealth. Today we call this Interest. Some in our modern day who would wish usury to only be what they have termed “excesive interest” oppose the strictness by which Nehemiah believed God to have demanded in His Common Law for Israel when he rebuked the nobles and ruler for exacting 1/100th % and to prove it’s understanding as no meaning less than 1 % the nobles and rulers response to the rebuke was, “We will restore them, and will require nothing of them…” (Neh_5:11-12)

No matter what the substance loaned is:

Thou shalt not lend upon usury to thy brother; usury of money, usury of victuals, usury of any thing that is lent upon usury:

Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury; but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury: that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all that thou settest thine hand to in the land whither thou goest to possess it. Deu 23:19-20

True Brotherly Love

When two citizens, yea brothers, are dealing with one and other, as to be in benefit for the Common- Wealth, that is to be Patriotic in the patriarchal sense, ones own people His Brethren are preferred as to establish the Kingdom by love and charity. The true citizen od the Common-Wealth of Israel is in fact brothers by flesh and bone and common parentage to his fellow citizen, it is by such a division between brothers, as to rule over one another with rigor (Lev_25:43) with in the lose of sight of the fear of God we divide our nation, it is as well by Not dividing our selves from all other peoples who are not our brothers, that the universal destruction of all peoples shall creep in as a thief, allowing the stranger to spoil the Common-Wealth which he is forbidden from entering.

Lev_25:35 And if thy brother be waxen poor, and fallen in decay with thee; then thou shalt relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger (GuR), or a sojourner (resident alien); that he may live with thee.

Lev 25:36 Take thou no usury of him, or increase: but fear thy God; that thy brother may live with thee.

Lev 25:37 Thou shalt not give him thy money upon usury, nor lend him thy victuals for increase.

Lev 25:39 And if thy brother that dwelleth by thee be waxen poor, and be sold unto thee; thou shalt not compel him to serve as a bondservant:

Lev 25:40 But as an hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with thee, and shall serve thee unto the year of jubile:

Lev 25:42 For they are my servants, which I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: they shall not be sold as bondmen.

For an example of the intertwining relationship theft has with usury, and usury against Ethnic homogeneity and the well being of a Nation, the context of Love for God and neighbor according to the Protos commandments of God’s Law found, Neh 5:1-19 is a strongly recommended study.

Stealing, Theft, Robbery and Usury no mater of what it is, or of what the statute evaluates it’s Restitution at is a destructive force when allowed in a society, especially a Biblical Society. Its violation as stated prior in prior messages strikes at the very heart of God’s Kingdom, which in fact strikes at the New Covenant. Though theft may be among the least crimes to be committed in society, it is among the most severe Sins to be allowed to go unpunished.

HONORING

Our Blushing Fathers and Our Life Bearing Mothers

Will Bless the Earth YHWH Gives Us.

It is a studied opinion that the book of Genesis as we speak of it’s finished work today was originally able to be distinguished in it’s different parts by keeping track of the points where theses books are mentioned by use of the word of Generations.

The beginning of the synopsis of all creation thus:

Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

The next section of the details of Generation is seen in

Gen 2:4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created

The text speaks plainly about the placement of Gen_2:5-6 as with in the 6th creation day as the prior verse tells us “in the DAY that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens, AND every plant of the field before it was in the earth, AND every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, AND there was not a ADaM to till the ground.”

Seemingly it is not until ADaM awoke from his deep sleep that the 7th day occurs, as all creative function plainly attributed to the 6th day creation of all souls or creatures occurs, this including ADaM among them.

With in the out line or synopsis of Genesis 1 let us reflect upon the details of YHWH God’s reasoning as expressed to why He purposed to Generate or Create the race of ADaM upon the Earth:

1st To be a Father: when God speaks of Adam he says Let us make ADaM in our own Image, after our Likeness a phrase which is Echoed through out the scripture when speaking of Men bearing sons as plainly seen in the birth of Adam the patriarchs son Seth whom he begat in his own likeness, after his image… Gen_5:3

2nd The Father sought to give the son an inheritance which he created with his own hands and had worked for as seen in the statement “Let them have dominion..” over his creation

3rd the Father sought to bless His children for maintaining the order of fruitfulness and multiplicity as the means by which ADaM would subdue the earth.

These are the governing Organic principles of why ADaM is on the earth, and they are dictated by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit in this order and according to this precise wording. All relevance to any son of man or correctly son of ADaM to his purpose in life is contained in this small section of Holy writ, the very Genesis of God’s Law, that is why I call it Organic. It is the most elementary of reasons for every Law and Word God has ever given on any particular subject mentioned by God Almighty and every intention of the heart or mind of man.

When dealing with the race of men called ADaM it is of necessity to remember the book that has taught and continues to reveal the History of this race and the specific man named ADaM, as all other places in the bible Genesis 1:26 is a selection from among the living creatures or also translated in English living souls: In Hebrew both term are NePeSh HeYEh, which simply refers to a Breathing Life, the term is applied to all creatures that breath and live, including men, which when dealing with men our translators chose to use the term living soul. It is thus sustained that in reflection now upon the aspects of ADaM’s Genesis as further specified in the detail of Gen_2:7-15 the specific selection YHWH God has made in His creation of Living Souls, and as to who he will name His children, after His Likeness and after His Image, a likeness and Image which can not mearly be reduced to sight and senses, but must also encompass Spiritual as it is evident that God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. Joh_4:24″

Yet in Gen_2:16 the LXX clearly helps us understand the Hebrew and English as it uses the name Adam distinctly for the first time. This fact is used as indication of where the individual who has the name Adam is chosen out of the created race of ADaM (Eh’ADaM). It is important to keep focused, as Adam was created as head of the people, and it is he who was the recorded progenitor of the Paternal line of our Lord and Savior. This fact of selection is important as well as it explains who Adam’s children married as to not violate the Eternal law’s which prohibit incest (Lev_18:1-17, Lev_19:9-24), which is due to this lack of information the normal explanation of Adam’s procreation. 

Below is a list where the LXX shows the named man Adam distinct from his race:

Gen_2:16, 2:19, 2:20, 2:21, 2:22, 2:23, 2:25, 3:8, 3:9, 3:12, 3:17; 3:20, 3:21, 3:22, 3:24, 4:1, 4:25, 5:1, 5:2, 5:3, 5:4, 5:5; Deu_32:8; 1Chr1:1; Tob_8:6; Sir_40:1, 49:16.

The next portion of the Written record that was added to the Book of Genesis in ancient times as ADaM’s people recorded their History is then found in:

Gen_5:1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created Adam, in the likeness of God made he him;

Gen 5:2 Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.

and Beyond we may continue to see the rightly called Compilation Book of Genesis as the Bible’s Family history records, the Genealogy books. the next added portions of the ancient records are seen in the following as specific placements of God’s selection upon a particular chosen person or people:

Gen_6:9 :Noah;

Gen_10:1 :The sons of Noah: Shem, Ham, and Japheth;

Gen_11:10 :Shem;

Gen_11:27 :Terah;

Gen_25:12 :Ishmael;

Gen_25:19 : Isaac;

Gen_36:1 :Esau;

Gen_37:2 :Jacob.

Yet undoubtedly as well the circular poetry of Almighty God can in the future manifestation of the heir and son of God, Jesus Christ must here be praised, He, the son of man which is literally the son of ADaM, Mat 16:13, who took on the seed of Abraham Heb_2:16, the son of David Joh_7:42. Thus the book of Mathew has it’s literal name as: The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham. Mat_1:1 who’s genealogy is traced back in the Book of Luke to Adam the Son of God Luk_3:38.

Thus the book we rightly call the book of Genesis according to it’s Greek name is as we understand it in English the Book of Generations or Origins, thus when we speak of the 5th Commandment which commands the honoring that is valuing of our Fathers and Mothers we are ultimately forced to look at our Genesis, generations and origins.

Yes, ultimately the Bible is a book of a chosen seed, and the focus from Genesis to revelation is upon the Genealogy of the Man descended from the line of Adam Jesu(s) Christ the son of man that is the son of Adam and the son of God. Yet in the periphery of this focus upon the seed destine to come to crush the head of sin contained in selfish attributes of the serpents deception upon the self of the Adam who first sought to be a god like YHWH God judging good and evil, with in this context we find the kindred of the seed to come, that is his brothers by his Father YHWH and his fathers and mothers according to the flesh by being the son of Adam as well.

Now let us reflect back upon who this selection is, what is the likeness and Image of Christ’s brothers and fathers.

The Name ADaM is descriptive in this way is a term of the physiognomy of our Parents found in Gen 1, 2,3. Like all racial terms used unto this day, the name ADaM is descriptive of the likeness and Image of the biblical people mentioned from Genesis to present day. This word, as well according to ancient customs as well modern legal language encompasses the legal construct of what persons we reference when speaking of “man and men”, through out the Hebrew Bible when speaking of the race of Adam. for those who use a Stong’s Concordance this take a look at Strong’s # H119, H120, H121, H122, H123, H124, H125, H127, H132 and a biblical word search in your KJV for the word ‘Ruddy’ will reveal 1Sa_16:12; 1Sa_17:42; Son_5:10; Lam_4:7 all Hebrew words are variations of the word ADaM. And for extra consideration the same Hebrew word meaning Ruddy is as well used to describe young King David the 28th grandfather of our Lord, this word was as well used to describe Esau at the time of his birth…thus Esau and David king of Israel were both of the Ruddy or Blushing variety of man kind.

When we consider the honor to be bestowed upon our Blushing Fathers in the scope of the 5th Commandment, let us draw some important connections

In Gen_1:26 ADaM was given a dominion in their blessed state. In the 5th Commandment we are told to honor our father and mother that our days may be prolonged in the Land or Earth… The word Land or Earth is in Hebrew called ADaMEh , this is of course so in Genesis as well when speaking of the earth ADaM was to be taken from as well as to till ADaM is the root word of the word ADaMEh the word for ‘land’ or ‘earth’ that is the soil aspect of the land or earth.

This peotry recounts the intrinsic connection ADaM’s creation was to have with the Earth or ADaMEh, as the root of the word Earth is ADaM and Not ADaM from the Earth, thus we may clearly see that the Earth was named with ADaM’s Governance of it in the mind of God, just as we see A-DaM rooted in the word DaM, which is Red/Blood from whence the term ADaM is derived. As many living creatures bleed it is acknowledged ADaM was not named due to this special feature, but rather as already shown, due to His physiognomy Ruddy or Blushing quality special to His likeness and his image which if reproduced according to the Genesis order “after his kind”, will multiply ADaM People.

We have also to mention our Life Bearing mothers of this same ADaM people.

Of the curse upon the Females and Males of ADaM as found in Gen 3,

A curse which was also the promise of the seed of a woman which would crush the head of sin,

Consider:

Gen_3:16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

Gen_3:17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ADaMEh for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life…

Gen_3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ADaMEh; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

Gen_3:20 And Adam called his wife’s name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.

It has as well been said that the phrase above has been ascribed to EVE due her being the mother of all races of people. Yet the text plainly dose not say this, rather we read a very direct reference to Gen_3:15 “And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.”

The mother Eve was to be life of what was to be the Life who was to be the Light of the world, The Light of Men (ADaM) and the fulfillment of the prophecy upon the serpent’s head. This life can be traced throughout the genealogy of Israel and particularly to Christ from the time of this statement: Gen_27:46, Rth_4:15

The Book is inescapably a book of selection, the selection of a chosen people from out of other people, of genes from out of genes. It is this first selection that that will be focused upon to call upon the organic nature and genesis roots of the 5th Commandment.

A Concept that while it is implied into the Hebrew thought, the Greeks and Persian’s spoke of more plainly as we do today, that is referring to ones Genetic make up as one’s Blood, in the Biblical Hebrew thought physiognomy of flesh and bone was the way kindred connection was communicated,KJV this is seen in Gen_2:23; Gen_29:14; Jdg_9:2; 2Sa_5:1; 2Sa_19:13; 1Ch_11:1. And when specifying ADaM people this is even more so true in the knowledge of the usage of the word ADaM throughout the Hebrew Scriptures as a word which literally references the Blushing or Ruddy complexion of the Kindred called by that name, and given the dominion blessing mandate.

Gen 1:27 So God created ADaM in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Gen 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Thus when we speak of the Genesis Law of the 5th Commandment the concept of the nature of Blood and Land are irrseperable, a Concept which focuses upon the Kindred of ADaM as found in the people of Israel, yet is as Organic in nature that all peoples, and creatures follow this same patern by meer nature, that is namely that a creature which is bound to an environment due to it’s parentage will covet that Land of Nativity.

Gen_4:10 …The voice of thy brother’s blood(DaMY) crieth unto me from the ground ADaMEh.

Not only is the beauty of Hebrew poetry here seen in the words above described but the connection to the life Blood or DaM of ADaM crying from the ADaMEh is as well seen, a situation between brothers which in it’s action dishonors father and Mother.

Gen_9:6 Whoso sheddeth man’s (ADaM’s) blood (DaM), by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.

Thus the very preservation of the blood is as well a preseservation of the union made between parents of a Child, the life which resides in his or her individual blood is a testament of the life made by the union of flesh and bone seen in the Genesis Command:

Gen 2:23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.

Gen 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Considering the English KJV bible, notice Paul’s 5th Commandment admonition of

Eph 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

Eph 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

Eph 5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Eph 5:28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.

Eph 5:29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:

Eph 5:30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.

Eph 5:31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.

Eph 5:32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

Eph 5:33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.

Eph 6:1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

Eph 6:2 Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;)

Eph 6:3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

Eph 6:4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

The Greek construct is as well found in the Septuagint translation of the portion of Paul’s epistle quoting Ex 20:12’s 5th commandment, the word ‘Earth’ is seen in place of the word ‘Land’ found in the KJV of the Law. Both the words, land and Earth are often translated from the same Hebrew word ADaMEh, which specifically references the soil or the dust of the Earth (ARTz), the farm land particularly connected with the wealth of the dweller by it’s agricultural value. Thus, while the commandemnt given by Moses is focusing upon the Land of Israel, the literal soil given to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and further conquered by the Children of Israel by dispossesion of the Caananite, Perrezite, and other mentioned peoples, this Command is by no means limited to the Land of Israel as the border and boundries of blessing, as seen in Paul’s admonition. Rather this level of the tarrafirma, the soil called in Hebrew ADaMEh was named after it’s root word and inheiritor ADaM, who was the the creature of dominion seen in Gen_1:25-27 and Gen_2:5-6.

for the LORD YHWH will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

Exodus 20:7 & Deuteronomy 5:11

The Subject of the 3rd commandment is a subject that has entailed many different opinions over the years. Some have claimed, that the use of the actual name YHWH is the idea, that is that it is too holy a name for pronunciation, this is the reason for why we find that the jewish tradition was admittedly followed by most translators of the Hebrew scripture; Some have proposed that the not using the Name YHWH is the idea of the commandment, in that by not using God’s actual name and replacing it with a fill in such as “LORD”, “GOD” as the KJV, or speaking the Name as Adoni meaning in Hebrew “My Lord”, YHWH’s name is rendered vain; And some have even thought that the vulgar use of the name such as “god damn it” or”Jesus Christ” to express anger or curse, is the focus of the 3rd commandment. As always the answer does not come from idealism but from the Word of God Him self. While all of the prior mentioned usages of the LORD YHWH’s Name may be applicable as sin, depending on the intent of the user, the Commandment is specific, and the guilt of the Sinner is to be sure. In the Common Law of God this commandment is not hidden from us nor is it too far from our ability to follow it. While there is undoubtedly damage of Identity by vanity or falsehood in taking the memorial Name of YHWH out of the Hebrew text and replacing it with fill in titles, or by the opposite, by over using the Name YHWH in empty and false ways, placing it into situations and texts where it has no place to be.

The

Meaning

of

THE NAME

As prior discussed in the former portions of this compilation, the Name YHWH literally means “HE Who Is” or “I am that I am”, and the word God we had also described as referencing a Judge of a particular law, of course when we speak of The LORD GOD we are speaking of YHWH ALHI, that is He Who Is Judge or God. This application of the Judgment aspect of YHWH literally calls the violator into a perjurious state when he takes Person of the God of the bible vainly. A literal translation of the Hebrew could as well read “Thou shalt not take the name of He Who Is Judge in vain…”, the very discretion of ever action weighed by one who considers YHWH to be LORD , to be God, and to be Judge of all especially the hearts and minds of men is tried by the conscience of all who call upon the Name of the same.

A

People Called

by

HIS NAME

Consider this place of YHWH’s people Israel in this paraphrase of

Deu_28:1-10

And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:..The LORD shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, and walk in his ways.

And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the LORD; and they shall be afraid of thee.

This is why refer to Israel as being “YHWH’s people, or God’s people”, not because they are intrinsically and naturally holy, but because by the Grace of God the promise to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as well as to every member of one of the 12 tribes is capable to attain the wisdom offered in the perfect Law and Word of God more so than any other people, and so much that the dominion given through YHWH’s Law makes the nation’s who are round about a feared.

Consider the proclamation of YHWH’s name before Moses and the power which it contains:

This is the NAME of the FATHER:

Exo_34:6-7

And YHWH passed by before him, and proclaimed, YHWH, YHWH God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,

7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.

This is the name of the Father of our Lord, this is the name Israel is called by, this is the name we as his people are to call upon…Its not just a pronunciation, or a title it’s a power, it’s an authority far above any name in heaven or on earth.

Now consider this message to God’s people

2Ch_7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

The Message to the Israelites both Lost and found as a people called by His Name

Isa_43:7 Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.

 

The people sought by God who have abandoned HIS NAME

Isa_65:1 I am sought of them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name.

And if we hearken back to the introduction message attached to this Series, in

Rom_10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved… a quote from Joe_2:32 and recited in Act_2:21 as well.

There is in this understanding of the 3rd Commandment of God’s Common Law an important Reality intended for God’s National people, that is the Reality of Reality:

For those who claim, call on, or wish to be called by the name of YHWH, the LORD, GOD, the Father, or whatever Name you feel accuratly describes the God of Israel, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob / Israel, if you claim that Name to be upon your life and salvation by that name, when you violate the Commandment as the Scripture defines it you are guilty, and the Named of the Commandment will not hold you guiltless, that’s the reality.

A Biblical Realistic Approach

As such, the biblically Realistic application of the 3rd Commandment is then much more functional and applicable to the heart, mind and Soul of those who call upon that Name, and those who are called by the Name, it is to this people that the promise of guilt for Sin against the 3rd Commandment is offered. For one who falsely takes the Name of the LORD in vain feigningly, as the prophet Jer_3:10, IS DISTINCT FROM one who does not recognize the awesome power and glory of that name, to those Guilt may be perhaps less inputted on account of the ignorance clause found in every law of God, as may be seen in Leviticus 4 and Numbers 15, which may be summarized in

Num_15:29-31 Ye shall have one law for him that sinneth through ignorance, both for him that is born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that sojourneth among them.

Yet for those who are called, those who have knowledge we are told:

30 But the soul that doeth ought presumptuously, whether he be born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproacheth the LORD; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

31 Because he hath despised the word of the LORD, and hath broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be upon him.

Unveiling the Glory

of the

Spiritual Law:

VAIN…

The only verses in the Pentateuch Law where the Hebrew word שׁוא / SUA H7723 translated in Exo_20:7 ‘vain’ is found is in the following verses beside here:

Exo_23:1; Deu_5:11; Deu_5:20;

In Exo_23:1 Thou shalt not raise a false report: put not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness. , again the word SUA from Exodus 20:7’s 3rd Commandment is found translated ‘False’,while the context is that of the 9th Commandment.

A Direct correlation of the intent of the Law is seen in the same word SUA found in the 9th commandment of Deu_5:20, Deuteronomy, which is the repeated synopsis or the Deutero-Law of Exodus, Deutero-Nomy in Greek literally meaning Second Law; notice the same word, SUA, used as to give us a more precise meaning and direction of the word and The Commandment:

Deu_5:20 Neither shalt thou bear false H7723 (SUA) witness against thy neighbour. ,

the word ‘false’ used is not the same Hebrew word in the 9th commandment of the Exodus text, the word used for ‘false’ witness is שׁקר / SiQuR, which is used to generally convey the the simple idea of untruth and also translated ‘false’ or ‘falsely’ by it’s Hebrew root SiQ a number of times in the Law, also dealing with false matters Exo_23:7 , testifying falsely Deu_19:18.

A good example of the context of both the 3rd and 9th commandment may be seen in

Lev_19:11 Ye shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie(SiQuR-H8266) one to another.

Lev_19:12 And ye shall not swear by my name falsely,(SiQuR- H8267), neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD.

Lev 19:13 Thou shalt not defraud (O-SiQH6231) thy neighbour, neither rob him: the wages of him that is hired shall not abide with thee all night until the morning.

Lev 19:14 Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumblingblock before the blind, but shalt fear thy God: I am the LORD.

Lev 19:15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honour the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.

Lev 19:16 Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbour: I am the LORD.

Lev 19:17 Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.

Lev 19:18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD

Solomon summarized the statutes above thus:

Pro_30:5 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.

Pro 30:6 Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

Pro 30:7 Two things have I required of thee; deny me them not before I die:

Pro 30:8 Remove far from me vanity and lies: give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food convenient for me:

Pro 30:9 Lest I be full, and deny thee, and say, Who is the LORD? or lest I be poor, and steal, and ‘take the name of my God’ in vain. (Lit. manipulate the Name of God)

By a diligent look at the Hebrew, an over lap of the 3rd and 9th Commandment may be seen easily as the words: שׁוא / SUA H7723 and שׁקר / SiQuR H8267 from the 3rd and 9th Commandments of Deuteronomy 5 and Exodus 20, particularly in the use of it’s root words.

Let us reflect upon applied knowledge

COMMON LAW FOR A COMMONWEALTH

Throughout the Bible it is easily seen how the the focus of the 3rd Commandment is using the

aspect of the LORD YHWH’s name falsely, vainly or empty; provably, the 3rd Commandment

is intrinsically linked to the 9th Commandment by not only language but by context.

As dealings of National Citizens one with the other, as well as in the case of Testimony or Witness to a matter between men of the same Nation, that is those bound by the same Common Law derived from the same God or Religion, and thus ultimantly the same Faith, it is of paramount importance that the Citizens of this Common Nation have the same corner stone of Law, the same bed Rock foundation. In the case of the Christian Israelite’s only Focus: Our Citizenship is that of the Commonwealth of Israel Eph_2:12 as defined by the Law of God alone as it was relayed by the figure and voice of God to Moses from Heaven Exo_20:22 and as thus our conversant citizenship is ultimately derived from Heaven Php_3:20 from Which YHWH God rules and shall Judge the quick and the dead Act_10:42, 2Ti_4:1 as King Rev_17:14, Rev_19:16. Israel is then bound one to another by the Common Law of YHWH, the king of heaven who has chosen Israel into His Commonwealth and Citizenship, it is then that as Brother’s both by the Genetic Nation we all ethnically belong to as well as the Genetic National God of our Common Fathers: Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (whom God named Israel), the God whose Memorial Name is YHWH, that is He Who Is the LORD of all. It is by this Bond that the third Commandment both empowers Israel and limit’s Israel in dealings one with the other. The evocation of the Name of He Who Is God, has at it’s center point the establishment and maintenance of a Nation. The Name of the God of Israel it self, and in truth, the agreement of all Authority residing in the one entity of National Faith, National Trust or National Belief is more important than how to pronounce the Name it self, of what Name by sound or sight is the accurate one, rather it is the Knowledge and Faith of the power of the Common God of Israel, by whom the establishment of all Common Law of the Commonwealth of Israel rest, resting upon the Rock who is perfect for all his ways are Judgment, a God of Truth with out iniquity, Just and Right is HE!

Until Christian Israel can TAKE the Name of their National God into their heart and mind and soul, by Faith to Establish Him in their Heart, Mind and Soul, the knowledge of how to Take His Name in Vain is overwhelmingly present in every aspect of our Heathen life. By the very fact that we as a people refuse to hearken unto the Word of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, we as a nation take the Name of our Genetic National God vainly by every non-lawful action we deal one with another, and worse when we deal with Him, that is in terms of our Covenant relationship. The very Spirit of the letter of the commandment is established upon Faith in the power of the God of Israel and his ABILITY to Judge the living and the dead, that is Judgment in this life and in that which is to come; The knowledge which comes by faith, that you can not hide your false or vain dealings with your neighbor or with your God, it will be revieled in this life or in that which is to come, YHWH God is Judge and He will Judge US. We will not be guiltless who take His Name in vain.

The Judgment and Condemnation, the death which comes by the Sin against this Spiritual Law we call the 3rd Commandment reaches into the depths of eternity, by the Fact of the meaning of the Name of the Eternal mighty one who spoke it.

Case and point: How we Take the Name of YHWH is our choice by every dealing with God first, and with our neighbor second. How real we consciously Take the Guilt God promises to hold against us by our false Taking of his Name, by our dealings, as those who claim to have Called upon his name for salvation and those who claim to have His Name upon us is a question of how much faith, trust, or belief one really has in the God they call upon.

Consider also an interesting and important aspect of the idolatry connected to the violation of the 3rd Commandment, as able to be seen in the Greek LXX:

Mat-ai-os is the word used in both the 3rd and 9th Commandment of the LXX in both Deut and Exo. G3152 μάταιος/ mataios- From the base of G3155; empty, profitless, or vain, vanity.

The same word is also seen in Lev 17:7, where a similar word to the above mentioned Hebrew word SiQuR is found in the Hebrew text which is SOIR-iM translated devils, which by understanding the meaning of devil holistically a ‘a lie’ we may conclude to the same point:

Lev_17:7 And they shall not sacrifice still their sacrifices to the vain gods G3152 in which they fornicate after them; it will be an eternal law to you unto your generations.

In the way the word vain is used hear in conjunction with the vain devils of false hood referenced, a tie which has intrinsically been established in the explanation of how a lack of Faith in YHWH’s Name and his ability to Judge the quick and the dead is at the heart of the 3rd commandment, so this Greek parallel to the word vain of the Commandment is establishing the same concept. The Context of the scripture is referencing the Israelite Citizen who would sacrifice out side of the Altar of YHWH as presided by the Aaronic Priest, by doing so would usurp the order of Law given by YHWH and would result in vanity, falsehood and the worship and service of devils, which is the same. An example of this may be seen in Jeroboam’s high places as well as in the Idols of Micah and the Danites of the book of Judges, it can of course be seen in the violation of king Saul in offering sacrifice with out Samuel an Aaronite Priest, even though Saul’s sacrifice was to YHWH God of Israel.

The Connection is Rightly established to see the unity between the 2nd Commandment with the 3rd, and how one may take YHWH’s Name in vain by the disobedience to YHWH’s Order and rule of Law, as the violation specified in Lev 17 is that offered Sacrifice of peace offerings was not to be done by any other than by the Priest’s of Aaron, to the end that Vanity did not occur. By coming full circle when such vanity has usurped the Name of YHWH placed upon the priest hood and the alter, and new variations of YHWH or God start to rule the hearts of men, National Israel will no longer have Faith in the God of the 3rd Commandment, another law system will take root, a system devoted to vanity and falsehood lead by the letter and not the Spirit, and eventually the perversion of His Judgments becomes normal in society and we no longer deal rightly with our fellow Citizens as Brothers.

So I say to you, My Fellow Citizens, my Brother’s the Children of my people, in reflecting and considering, in applying and attaining to this commandment in our lives as honest men and women, a people above reproach who truly has the name of our God in our mouth and upon foreheads and in our hands, as people who are called by the name of Christ, as the Heptibah people inclined to do YHWH’s Will, let our prayer be:

Psa_119:34-40

Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.

Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.

Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.

Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way.

Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear.

Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments are good.

Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy righteousness.

The Regathering of the Tribes of Jacob

The subject of Biblical Common Law or Torah is a concept that has been discussed by this ministry more than I have kept track of, and it is a subject that for me personally governs my thoughts and actions from day to day, I am of course falable and I am by no means claiming perfection, but I am claiming that in every instance of life it is my goal to weigh my actions by YHWH’s standards of what we call right and wrong, or more biblically what YHWH calls Good and Evil, Righteousness and wickedness, Obedience and sin, it is the defining principle that which offers blessing or curse in this world and in that which is to come.

The concept of Biblical reality that I speak on so often is a combative measure, to engage the enmity of the flesh which resides in many of the people who believe them selves to be christian today which claim a full gospel faith, or a trust in the entire word of God; I combat those because it is their hypocritical view that claims faith, trust or belief in the bible as the infallible word of God to men but deny, negate, and attempt to disprove vast portions of the scriptural testament, by their so called faith.

It is often times that church goers are the most staunch in opposition to one who proclaims the biblically realistic Gospel. Turn to Isaiah 52 to see the proclamation:

Isa 52:6 Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that doth speak: behold, it is I.

Isa_52:7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!

The Gospel Message is an immense message it is a message which tell’s YHWH’s people who are scattered through out the earth that their King Reigns!

It is a non diverse, non tolerant, non multicultural message!

The Truth of the Gospel is according to the Good news found in the scriptures that Israel’s God is KING, The father of Jesus the Christ Is the King of all the earth and no other! And as King, those of His Kingdom are governed by His Law. It is this law which tells the subjects of the Kingdom how to function, it tells them it’s awsome and deadly letter the punishment and judgment for sin and by it’s Loving Spirit the Benafit and Blessing offered by it’s perfection.

Yet in our day most so called Christians believe in a King which governs nothing but Spirit, intangible and un-realistic, a Kingdom only attainable in death ruled by a King who has no Law, but one which directly contradicts the very Spirit of the Person of God seen in the very first commandment believed to be abrogated by another gospel and another Jesus the son of a lawless God., which states clearly in the English IAM THE LORD THY GOD… THOU SHALT HAVE NO OTHER GOD’S BEFORE ME! And proclaimed by the 2nd commandment which forbids any form worship or service in worship to a physical thing other than The LORD, by adding I THE LORD AM A JELOUS GOD. The term LORD GOD is synonymous with the Hebrew title name YHWH which literally means He That Is that is HE THAT IS GOD or as our English Bible puts it I AM THAT I AM.

This personality of God is Jealous and his very memorial name proclaims that he is Ever living and unchanging.

If some wish to believe in a God that changes and abrogates his own morality and law that is their prerogative, and untimely their soul…its a free will, you have the choose who you will serve.

As for me I will serve YHWH the best I can by obeying his Kingship by obeying His Law, and striving to attain salvation in this life and that which is to come by seeking his Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven, that is by ever means possible to affect a change on this world to proclaim THE LORD GOD as the King and GOD’s Law as the Only true Law, no matter where that leads me personally, or as a head of my family, no matter how hard the course is to follow this mountain is to be climbed by our beautiful feet of redemption shod with the preperation of the Gospel Eph_6:15.

Paul put this quote in to context in Roman where the focus of the message is no different that of the rest of the scripture, and particularly those of whom Christ came according to the New Covenant, the house of Israel and Judah according Heb_8:8 and Jer_31:31 where he continues is epalogue saying

Rom 10:1 Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.

Rom 10:2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.

Rom 10:3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

He going on to validate the fact that by Christ the So of God’s New Covenant made in his blood the end of the sin stain upon israel is able to be ended by the manifestation of Christ in being the end means of of the laws perfection. And continuing on in teaching the primary law in operation which establishes the New Covenant in Christ’s blood as found in

Deu_30:1 And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath driven thee,

Deu 30:2 And shalt return unto the LORD thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul;

Deu 30:3 That then the LORD thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath scattered thee.

YHWH tells the Gentilized scattered Israelite that

Deu 30:10 If thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law, and if thou turn unto the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul.

Deu 30:11 For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off.

And Paul concludes as with calling this section of God’s Perfect Law, a law which Paul says that if a man shall do those things he shall live by them THE WORD OF FAITH in saying:

Rom 10:6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)

Rom 10:7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)

Rom 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

Rom 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Rom 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

And just as the proclamation of Isaiah was sent to the house of Israel and the Prophet Nahum sent to the house Judah who also proclaimed this Gospel in Nah_1:15

We are told in Rom 10:12 there is no difference between Judah and the Greek speaking dispersed house of Israel of whom Paul was writing to in Greek: for it is the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

Rom_10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Rom 10:14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

Rom 10:15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

In describing those spoken of by Moses, Isaiah, Nahum, and now Paul says:

Rom 10:16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?

Rom 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Rom 10:18 But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.

Hear Paul quotes the organic, and natural witness of the Heavens, which acts as the primary testament for those scattered people, Just as Jeremiah the prophet proclaimed in Jer_31:35 in summarizing the solemn feast of the Sabbath in Exodus 31 and mentioned by Nahum he says:

Psa 19:1 To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

Psa 19:2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.

Psa 19:3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

Psa 19:4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,

Psa 19:5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.

Psa 19:6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

Psa 19:7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.

Psa 19:8 The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.

Psa 19:9 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.

Psa 19:10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

Psa 19:11 Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.

Psa 19:12 Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults.

Psa 19:13 Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.

Psa 19:14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.

Rom_10:19 But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you.

Rom 10:20 But Esaias is very bold, and saith, I was found of them that sought me not; I was made manifest unto them that asked not after me.

Rom 10:21 But to Israel he saith, All day long I have stretched forth my hands unto a disobedient and gainsaying people.

And as well the prophet Nahum discribes a portion of that peace brought by the Gospel or Good tidings, when he as prophet to Judah as Isaiah was to Israel

Hear Paul quotes the organic, and natural witness of the Heavens, which acts as the primary testament for those scattered people, Just as Jeremiah the prophet proclaimed in Jer_31:35 in summerizing the solmn feast of the Sabbath in Exodus 31 and mentioned by Nahum he says

Psa 19:1 To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

Psa 19:2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.

Psa 19:3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

Psa 19:4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,

Psa 19:5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.

The regathering of the Tribes of Jacob is the very first concept needed in understanding the Biblical Common Law, the Law of God, because with out the establishment of the Tribes of Israel, the Law has very little application in National reality.

In understanding the Calendar of the People of Israel, it is an attempt to understanding the Calendar of YHWH, the God of Heaven and Earth. Much is to be examined here as would pertain to time keeping in general via the scriptures accompanied by natural facts which are the living testament of spiritual logic, I like to call this Biblical Reality or Biblical Sustainability.
In this particular study the keeping of Passover will be the end goal, but first a general under standing of Biblical time keeping must be established. While in the future time devotions will be made to offer a deeper understanding of the spiritual nature and the holistic relationship these items have in the scripture.

No calendric study could commence with out special attention given to it’s creation, as found in Genesis 1:

The criteria given by the Law of God for analysis has been outlined thus:

A. The Great light or Sun rules the day
B. The lesser light or Moon with the stars also to rule the night

(As a 2nd witness to common sense, since there are those who challenge that the moon is among the lesser lights – Psalms 136:9 The moon and stars to rule by night: for his mercy endureth for ever. This I hope should settle that to quickly stay on line.)

#1. The evening starts the day, with morning coming after (Gen 1:5)

In Genesis 1:14-19, God ordained the lights in the firmament of the heaven to:

#2. divide the day from the night;
#3. and let them be for signs,
#4.and for seasons,
#5.and for days,
#6. and years:
#7. and He let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth.

 

Point #1 and #2 Evening starts / Ends the days
The above #1 is to be remembered as scriptures dealing with passover are gotten into, but in the mean while here is a list of verses to show with out doubt that Israel was using evening as the time for the start/end of the day to the next: Lev. 11:24,25,27,28,31,32,39, 40: 14:46; 15:5,6,7,8,10,11,16,17,18,19,21,22,23,27; 17:15; Num. 19:7,8,10; 2Ch. 18:34; Eze. 12:7; Gen. 1:5,8,13,19,23,31; 8:11; 24:11; 29:23; 30:16; Exo. 12:6; 16:8; Lev. 23:32;Gen. 19:1; Exo. 12:18; 16:6,12,13; 29:39,41; 30:8; Lev. 23:5,32; Num. 9:3,5,11,15; 19:19; 28:4,8; Deu. 16:4,6; Jos. 5:10;Jdg 19:16 Eze. 12:4; 24:18; Lev. 22:7; Deu. 3:11; Deu. 16:6; Jos. 10:27. The Biblical and Natural fact that Eveneing is the literal, intrinsic, and signaled manifestation of the division of, first, day from night, and second, day from day is self evident.
An ancient non-electric society would not hold evening as the end and and start of holy days alone but all days.
Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening. – Psa 104:23

Point #3 SIGNS

Signs- H226- ???- owth- related to H225/H853[- ??- ayth- Apparently contracted from H226 in the demonstrative sense of entity; properly self (but generally used to point out more definitely the object of a verb or preposition, even or namely): – (As such unrepresented in English / but may be understood in part by the word “that”.] (in the sense of appearing); a signal, as a ensign, beacon, monument, omen, prodigy, evidence, etc.: – mark, miracle, (en-) sign, token.)

Reasonably added to Strong’s lexical testimony is the Hebrew word ayth, as it’s grammatical function is to point out a noun in reference like as the word owth, is the evidence of the happening. As “ayth” is read in the Hebrew Scriptures, for example, “that (ayth) man”, in order to specify a particular man, so an OWTH specifies “that” happening with a sign or signal, in the context of this Gen 1:14 study an OWTH specifies a moment in time.
Hereafter are examples of the usages of the Hebrew word owth-H226:
Cain’s mark -Gen 4:15,
The Rainbow, a token of the covenant to Noah’s children -Gen 9:13,
Circumcision as a token of YHWH’s Covenant with Abraham -Gen -17:11,
Miracles are signs, in Egypt or the wilderness for instance -Exo 4:8.
And very importantly in reference to another sign and season is the weekly, monthly, and yearly Sabbaths. Exodus 31:13-17 KJV
(13) Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign (H226) between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the YHWH that doth sanctify you.
(16) Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.
(17) It is a sign (H226) between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the YHWH made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.
Well substantiated is the biblical fact that the Sabbaths are days which are governed by points # 1 and #2, the above shows that they are Signs as well and fall under point #3.
In ending, a Sign according to scripture is a thing that is able to be sensed by the human senses, most often but not exclusively seen. As well to be circumstantially added for consideration, OWTH is strikingly similar to our English word ‘oath’, as in swearing or affirming, as should be know, swearings and affirmations accompany covenants and promises. An OWTH in the heavenly lights will be a SIGNal of the Season to the earthly inhabitants that are are on it.
#4 and for SEASONS
Sabbaths, New Moons and Holy days
Passover is accompanied by sabbatical days which commence it’s evening meal (as will be seen) and its last day. Both the weekly Sabbath and the feastival sabbaths are called signs as defined above, thus the Sabbath as well as the other appointed seasons or MOED(im) are events which are seen by their signs or signals.

 

1898 Young’s Literal Translation of Lev 23:2-4:
(1) And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
(2) `Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou hast said unto them, Appointed seasons of Jehovah, which ye proclaim, holy convocations, are these: they are My appointed seasons:
(3) six days is work done, and in the seventh day is a sabbath of rest, a holy convocation; ye do no work; it is a sabbath to Jehovah in all your dwellings.

(4) `These are appointed seasons of Jehovah, holy convocations, which ye proclaim in their appointed seasons:
(5) in the first month, on the fourteenth of the month, between the evenings, is the passover to Jehovah;
(6) and on the fifteenth day of this month is the feast of unleavened things to Jehovah; seven days unleavened things ye do eat;

 

The Literal Translation above is most accurate on this subject, leaving the reader with little doubt that all mentioned moad-(i)-(im) are “appointed seasons”, the Sabbath as first is included with no exception, and all are JeHoVaH or YHWH God’s very own appointed times, those which He has declared.
It is here that a strong persuasion must, at the very least, be examined and considered: that the Sabbaths / holy convocations, days of no servile work which are the head and tail of the “feasts” ordained from the 15th day to the 22nd day of the first and seventh biblical month are, none other than the Sabbaths mentioned in Lev 23:3, keeping the weekly seventh day and the Sabbaths of the festivals as one in the same.
If there is validity that the “festival” Sabbaths and the weekly seventh day Sabbath are one and in the same, and thus part of the Gen 1:14-15 system of heavenly time keeping, then it must be testified by the word of God and told:
What light(s) are appointed by YHWH God for SEASONS / Moed(im)?
Psa 104:19 He appointed (H6213-????-aw-saw- made) the moon for seasons (H4150- moad-im): the sun knoweth his going down.
Here the psalmist sings of the works and doings of YHWH, among those wonders are the moon’s appointing of seasons ( moad(im) and the sun’s going down or ‘door’ (entrance / exit). It is here that the Word of God mentions specificly the moon’s appointing for moad-im / seasons; according to the psalmist the moon was made (appointed) for the very purpose of ‘moadim’ (seasons).
The moon is a crucial and essential part of Leviticus 23 and Genesis 1:14-15’s appointed seasons; while the lights (plural) are all for signs and seasons, the moon has a special place in it’s creation or making, as it was made to declare God’s very own appointed seasons or moad-im clearly to His observers.

The apocryphal book of the Wisdom of Jesus the son of Sirach, a.k.a., Ecclesiasticus presents an ancient perspective of a post captivity Israelite, while some may not respect the old apocryphal writings as canon, they must be at least regarded as presenting an ancient perspective. Jesus son of Sirach 43:6-10 puts it thus:
6 He made the moon also to serve (appear) in her season for a declaration of times, and a sign of the world.
7 From the moon is the sign of feasts, a light that decreaseth in her perfection.
8 The month (*Chodesh) is called after her name, increasing wonderfully in her changing
(9?)being an instrument of the armies (Camp pitched) above, shining in the firmament of heaven; 9 The beauty of heaven, the glory of the stars, an ornament, giving light to the highest places of the Lord
10 At the commandment of the holy one they will stand in their order, and never faint in their watches.
*Hebrew for month: Chodesh-H2320-????-From H2318-to be new; causatively to rebuild; the new moon.
From the wisdom of Sirach, we see not only the clock work of the moon with that of the stars in the back drop. The moon traveling through the stars in the firmament of Heaven is seen as a camp or army pitched on high standing watch. The moon and stars work together in Jesus son of Sirach’s mind, yet the moon is no doubt the beacon or “the sign of feasts”, among those “feasts” of post captivity Israel was the weekly Sabbath / seventh day as the Law in Lev 23 has commanded. As the moon makes declaration of time, it must therefore be a declaration of the month or Chodesh but of the week and therefore of the Sabbath.

In passing, an article on the new moon or Chodesh is to be posted, as many do not recognize it as such, the New moon is part of the Sabbatic season which works to keep the Genesis calendar system ordered by YHWH in perfect alignment from days all the way to the years. As Jesus Ben Sirach said in verse 8 The month is called after her name, increasing wonderfully in her changing, the Hebrew word Chodesh perfectly answering to this summation, as its root meaning is to renew.
At this point the new moon is not specifically laid out in certain terms, yet it is, with biblical backing very likely, that the new moon is part of the Sabbath in reference, just as no other lunar light or division of it is listed either, moed is definitely an appointed time dictated by a light or lights, but what ones?

 

We must look to YHWH as an instructor of nature the teacher and maker. The YHWH set the moon in motion to give us four main phases, New, first half, full, and last half then back to new.
Starting with the new moon, that is the conjunction, when the last light of the moon is covered and a phenomenon which we can not see occurs, that of the moon equally having its body covered by the shadow of the earth, being hid to the suns reflection.
Psa 81:3 Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day. (LIT trans.- Blow the ram’s horn in the new moon, at the full moon, on our feast day.)
Psa 81:4 For this was a statute for Israel, and a law of the God of Jacob.
Psa 81:5 This he ordained in Joseph for a testimony, when he went out through the land of Egypt: where I heard a language that I understood not.
Psa 81:6 I removed his shoulder from the burden: his hands were delivered from the pots.
When a Sabbath is commenced it is most literally a cession from labor it has no need of being 24 hours or one sun up to sun down. The Law specifies 6 working days, not 1 sabbath day. Ezekial confirms this notion best by telling us of the future kingdom temple:

Eze 46:1 Thus saith the Lord YHWH; The gate of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the new moon it shall be opened.
Eze 46:3 Likewise the people of the land shall worship at the door of this gate before the YHWH in the sabbaths and in the new moons.

 

According to scripture the day of the New Moon was and is sacred to YHWH, we were told to assemble, offer sacrifices and, in the law as found in Num 10:10, Num 28, as well the histories of Israel and the inspired prophets inform us that this day is closely connected to the Sabbath. 2Ki. 4:23; 1Ch. 23:31; 2Ch. 2:4; 8:13; 31:3; Neh. 10:33; Isa. 1:13; 66:23; Eze. 45:17; 46:1,3; Hos. 2:11; Amos 8:5.

Thus it is that the festival of the new moon is not reckoned as a day or Yom (Hebrew) of it’s own in a weekly sense but it is part of the Sabbath as an event that had previously commenced, for the new moon will always follow the fourth monthly 7 day weekly Sabbath: as there after the new moon dictates the day that the following weekly sabbaths will happens on until the next New moon. The ending Sabbath which has the new moon attached has the possibility of lasting for 2 or 3 days, which 1 Samuel 21 tells us was observed by the Israelite people during the rule of Saul with David commonly being present at the king’s table. This two day festival is necessary so that the moon’s cycle is properly accounted for, as the moon functions on a 29 or 30 day month.
The pressure of the scripture impresses that the 15th day of the month needs be a Sabbath, thus the count is commenced at the evening of the new moon as 1 (the first day of the month), then you have days 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 , this eighth day of the month is the Sabbath occurring on the first quarter or waxing half of the moon, on the 8th day of the month; then you count 1, 2,3, 4, 5, 6, working days of the week, bringing you to the 7th day of the week but the 15th day of the month occurring on the full moon and so on.
This keeps the week, month and Sabbath all in working order as to lead us unto the yearly Moed(im), feasts that occur on the full, half and new moons as Sabbaths, all thereby harmonizing with the Sun and the stars once you start watching.
Is all this laid out plainly in holy writ? No, but it is able to be constructed fairly easily, just from seeing how on the first and second month of the Exodus of Israel found in in Ex 16 the 15th day was a Sabbath, both months, that should make any one scratch their head as no seven day count will get such an answer. Nor will it do so to get from the Passover Sabbath of the 14th at evening to the 15th of the first month ABIB counting to the 14th at evening to the 15th day of the Seventh month for Tabernacle’s Sabbath using a seven day count with no new moon days, not to mention both festivals end on the 21st at evening holding the weekly 7th day sabbath on the 22nd day of the month in perfect alignment with the festival sabbaths. As as well the days of Purim in the book of Esther, fall on 14th and 15th of the twelfth month Adar. By such logic it must be constructed that the 8th and 29th days are, as well regular weekly Sabbaths in order to receive a month which fits into this sabbatical order the sabbatic New Moon must be established.

All of this Calendric sudy has been building upon the primary principles of the kingdom of Heaven in order to up hold a consistent calendar able to sustain a real society and Nation. Often times religious or spiritual calendars are ignorant of natural events and do not support societies that use it’s religious calendar functionally. Yet the Bible offers an observant adherent this reality.

(Exo 9:31-32)
And the flax and the barley was smitten: for the barley was in the ear (H24-ABIB), and the flax was bolled.But the wheat and the rie were not smitten: for they were not grown up.
Here is seemingly where the first Biblical month derives it’s name, from the barley being in it’s new or first state, the green ear.

As seen the Barley’s new ear is the symbolic and literal name for the first and head month and new year.

The above is an example of the wording used in the texts to follow as to how the LXX understood Abib, as the following verse list follows suit.

The feast of unleavened bread shalt thou keep. Seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, as I commanded thee, in the time of the month Abib: for in the month Abib thou camest out from Egypt.

As for the oblation of the firstfruits (H7225-Roshith: From the same as H7218-Rosh the first…)… of thy firstfruits unto the YHWH, thou shalt offer for the meat offering of thy firstfruits green ears of corn (H24-Abib) dried by the fire, even corn beaten out of full ears.

Observe the month of Abib, and keep the passover unto the YHWH thy God: for in the month of Abib the YHWH thy God brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.

So where does the Genesis 1:14-15 Calendar fit into determining the Month of ABIB and thus the New YEAR?

Would be too generic of an answer to say that the sun and the moon’s light in photosynthesis and gravitation helps the crops into ripening in order to bring about Abib? However this not to far off. But more celestially intertwined with this cycle which the mind of Man has only repetitiously conceived, not knowing fully the sweet influences of the heavens on earth.
our focus on the Genesis calendar we have mentioned the Sun and Moon specificly, while the stars are among the lesser lights also. The stars are used at night in time keeping seemingly because common man can see them most clearly at that time. The moon moving through the ecliptic circle with the sun, their positions in it’s relation only known by the sighting of the last sliver before the new moon, and the first sliver after the new moon and by sighting the true full moon in so knowing that the sun is, at that time, diametrically opposed thereto: Thus the sun rises in the morning where the full moon rises at evening and so forth at sun and moon down. By this observation, the Zodiac which is the star groups the lights (Sun and Moon) go forth throughout the year. The moon passing through quickly, one twelfth (1/12) of that circle every 2 to 3 days. While the sun as a bride groom fit to run a race moves through that same 1/12 more slowly every 29 to 30 days in order to make its conjugation or conjunction date with his bride the moon in a new tabernacle every Chodesh or rebuilding. This occurrence may be seen at those diametrically oppositional points mentioned above. With interest, since the sun is in conjunction at new moon both “hands” of the heavenly clock are aligned at a particular spot in the Zodiac. And when this happening has run it’s course from one end of heaven to the other in full circle, a literal NEW YEAR full of literal NEW EARS must occure!
This Phenomenon has been sang of in Psalm 19:4-7:
Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them (The heavens- vrs 1) hath he set a tabernacle for the sun (this is the houses or mansion, the 1/12 sections of the Zodiac called signs), Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race. His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof. The LAW of the YHWH is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the YHWH is sure, making wise the simple.
Thus the Zodiac has a role as the sun passes through it’s 12 signs like numbers on a clock, along this heavenly happening the Pleiades or the seven stars come about outside of the ecliptic / zodiac circle. At the time pleiades brings it self into view in it’s season, as was well known in the ancient world, as the agricultural sign for the commencement of the growing year:

Canst thou bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion? Canst thou bring forth Mazzaroth (Hebrew word for Zodiac) in his season? or canst thou guide Arcturus with his sons? Knowest thou the ordinances of heaven? canst thou set the dominion thereof in the earth? (Job 38:31-33 KJV)

And that is the question, do we even attempt to know those ordinances?

 

While there are two Zodiacs you will find, one a counterfeit, no surprise, one what actually happens in the heavens. The counterfeit is called the tropical zodiac, it is what is found in the horoscope section of the curent news paper, it however being out of date by about two thousand years! The true zodiac that you can literally see if you look up at night is referred to as the sideral zodiac, and it should be our only interest, as it is YHWH’s current light on the earth in giving signs and seasons, days and years.
One of our great Historians Josephus left us a note about when the Exodus took place, as well as when the Passover was kept in his day. Let it not be forgotten that Josephus was a contemporary of Christ, and followed the very same calendar our savior followed. Insomuch as our Lord never argued with any one on the subject of when to keep the feast, including the Pharisees, which Josephus was one, it is evident that Christ kept the same holy days as Josephus, and here is what he said:
In the month of Xanthicus, which is by us called Nisan, and is the beginning of our year, on the fourteenth day of the lunar month, when the sun is in Aries, (for in this month it was that we were delivered from bondage under the Egyptians,) the law ordained that we should every year slay that sacrifice which I before told you we slew when we came out of Egypt, and which was called the Passover; and so we do celebrate this passover in companies, leaving nothing of what we sacrifice till the day following. The feast of unleavened bread succeeds that of the passover, and falls on the fifteenth day of the month, and continues seven days, wherein they feed on unleavened bread; – Josephus : Antiquities of the Jews: Book 3:10:5
Notice the reference to all three lights of the Genesis Calendar: 1. lunar month, 2. sun 3. Aries (the ram).
This equals the new moon which happens when the sun is in Aries / the Ram.
This literal sideral reckoning places the month of Abib about one month after the modern and commonly understood reckoning which does so using the first new moon after or a little before the spring equinox (depending on the archaic pre-calculations).
Does this sideral zodiac have any reason to put trust in other than Josephus’ say so?
Insomuch as by using this calendric system, it keeps all three of the lights of heaven used, as well it allows the proper amount of time for Barley to be ABIB, as well as have ripened first fruits of the wheat harvest for the Pentecost, in the majority of the northern hemisphere in this very present day, from Dan to Beersheba so to speak, it offers much more to the biblical realist who would like to live the bible out sustainably.
