IF we have sown unto you spiritual things,
Is it a great thing if we shall reap from you carnal things? 1Corinthians 9:11

Introduction Message: How Do We Keep the Feasts?
By Love, By Grace through Faith!
In connection to the series that I had offered “why do we keep the feasts?”, this next series is offered, to help further support and encourage the Israel of God in her return to YHWH’s ordained worship according to the Scriptures.
I’d like to add that last year around this time I had offered as series on
THE LORD’S SUPPER
Sacrament of the Faith of Jesus Christ
As well as, just a few months back, I had more so established a systematic reason for keeping the feast as Christians under the New Covenant in the series:
“Why Do we Keep the Feasts?”.
And today we are going to start in a series “How Do We Keep the Feasts?”
This message will be an introduction to the content, but in and by no means any less in it’s importance. Rather I must say as one who has a firm trust in the saving power of Jesus Christ that this introductory message has more relevance for you eternal salvation than any other message in this series, because it deals with the fundament reality that I am so want to teach, because it is the thing which I know is so available, sufficient and efficient for our life, death and resurrection that I dare not, nor am I at all tempted to deliver a message on any subject where the efficacy of Grace through Faith in Christ Jesus the Word made flesh is not the focus in reality. That is the message that has been since the beginning of Adam’s fall, it is to be till the time of the total redemption of Adam’s race and creation with him. If you hear any other word from my mouth as you think contradicts the definitive or progressive salvation and sanctification of a dead rotten sinner who was saved, is being saved, and shall be saved by enduring unto the end, the same shall be saved by Christ. (Mar_13:13): if you do not hear that then you have heard me wrong. Where the struggle between flesh and spirit is at a particular moment in time in an individual’s life as they are progressing in this salvation in not my concern, it is your concern as one who has felt the love of Christ and has been given the mind of Christ and as one who should know that through Christ who strengthens you, you can do all things! It is you that must struggle within your weakness as I must in mine, this walk out of death and into Salvation is not mine to judge, and condemnation is not the point but pure love.
And so, My point is that the will of GOD by his design has always been to condescend to man in his various steps walking death and to allow him to hear the words of love- mercy by Grace through trust in The One and only Spirit of GOD which gives it, and it has always been man that has failed to meet YHWH (remember his name means “He That Is”) in this scendant love, therefore it is GOD that first loved us. As the Father continually speaks to us, and by his quickening Word which is revealed to us by his Spirit a happening occurs before we can see what the Scripture says, as our heart hears the greatest commandment, in the simplicity of this written Law: Hear, O Israel: He That IS our God is HE THAT IS ALONE : And thou shalt love He That IS thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might… Deu_6:4-5
When the Truth of this Reality that there is indeed only ONE GOD and that is the God of ISRAEL, YHWH/ HE THAT IS (that’s the meaning of his name) THE LORD OF ALL. And you Love Him with all your heart, soul, and might, this is not a Love that is sort of kind of Love, or a Love that is any different than the Love you have for the person or thing you would lay down your life for, but a love just like that or if you are so blessed a love greater than anything you have had before.
The encompassing of the statement made to your heart is your emotion and feelings, a heartfelt love which even moves the soul and in Greek LXX the Psyche, that is your primitive faculties of your mind where heart felt love has a vessel to mingle with thought and to ponder it, to meditate in it to develop faith or trust, a place where the Logos of GOD’s Logic causes you to believe, and lastly an all encompassing Love forces those thoughts into action, in all of your might, all of your power, your strength to act upon this love that is so real, it is only by this revelation that the next statement of Moses which we read has any impact upon the unifying love in what our heart, mind and might has heard:
And these words (LXX these discourses), which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart… And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou lie down to sleep, and when thou risest up to wake… bind them for a sign upon thine hand… as unshaken before your eyes…write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.… Deu_6:4-9 and verse 10 goes on to describe how in doing so you will then no how to live in the Land YHWH swore to your father, and so this progression after Love is become real in all of ones being, it makes total impact with the world the Workmanship of GOD’s Grace through faith interacts will, his family, home, his labor, everything before him must filter through this love of God, so much that the entrance of his cities reflect this Love revealed him, and when God gives that dead sinner awakened from his corruption the promises of the GOD of Israel, a land flowing with milk and holy, houses and crops, by this unshakable frontlet he will establish as far as the blessing of YHWH gives him by the discourses of GOD’s commandments, the Word to 1000 generations. (Psa_105:8-10)
It is this Love which your heart must hear, your mind must be full of and your strength must fully be empowered by. And it is this Love which has always been the saving Grace of His people, even under at the time of Moses.
Turn to Ephesians 2 and get ready to follow along.
It is to this same point Paul taught the same operating truth to the Church, Which is Christ’s body, the fullness of him that filleth all in all. And you:
Eph 2:1 …who were dead in trespasses and sins;
Eph 2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
Eph 2:3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
Eph 2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
Eph 2:5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
Eph 2:6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
Eph 2:7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Eph 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Eph 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
And ending here. It is important to remember that this is at all times remembered to be the definitive mechanism of salvation for the believer in all ages, that salvation is a gift that operates through faith unto good works in Christ, if you are called by His calling then you are called to be a workmanship created unto good works which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
In the context of what we have read, this workmanship in Christ is in opposition to the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
It is important to remember as we progress deeper into sanctification in our life that we always remember that first revealing of Grace we started to believe in Even when we were dead in this sin, it was YHWH GOD that first made us alive together with Christ, thus, saving us by grace ” , this is important because it shows us the Gift nature of Salvation, and it prohibits us from frustrating the Grace or gift of YHWH by redefining Grace as a thing given on account of work of progressive salvation wrot in our desire to be sanctified , whereby if this aspect of salvation beginning as a gift it is it can never be a debt of work done God owes us for, rather such a frustrated spirit reveals a dead fool still bound to sin and death .
This bears upon the truth of Rom_7:14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
Telling us that the very nature of the law is spiritual but we are carnal sold under sin, as a spiritual institution the Law , every Law in it’s every Word will condemn our carnal nature sold under sin, thus, it is by grace gifted from God’s Spirit which enliven or quicken our dead nature (the very same reason that a dead man cannot raise himself and work by his own power or dead spirit), so we dead in our trespasses cannot raise our selves to any level of repentance, rather this grace is imposed and causes a response in us to move through the door of trust in God who raised us by his Call, who leads us to His Word and Christ which we can not but trust in! and thus, Faith comes by hearing and hearing comes by the Word of God Rom_10:17;
And so Peter says:
1Pe 4:1 Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;
1Pe 4:2 That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.
1Pe 4:3 For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries…
1Pe 4:6 For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.
It is only because what Christ has done for our dead imprisoned state that we have the Grace offered to be his workmanship do we even think we can please God by faith, by walking in the before ordained good works, it is Grace moving through our belief that He is (YaH) and that YaH rewards those who diligently seek him. (Heb_11:6)
In a word: it is Grace that has led us to Trust that we need to please God His way, and and that way starts in true Faith, in diligent seeking, giving willingly our lives and our bodies to a living sacrifice Holy and acceptable, which is nothing more than our Reasonable service if we expect God’s pleasure to be upon us, and not chastening. All of us must start here before any act matters. By listening to the follow and prior messages concerning the elements of sanctification, especially pertaining to the annual festivals of YHWH, if any member of the Israel of God starts to walk in them as a work man in Christ they will offer a culture better than any other culture for God’s Covenant People, and applied to your life in Christ everthing from Scripture because it is from God’s breathed Word becomes profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That you as a man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. 2Ti_3:16-17
And in this summary from 2 Timothy 3:16-17 Paul’s admonishes to Timothy applies to God’s inspired, profitable for doctrine, reproving, correcting, instructionally righteous, man of God perfecting, thoroughly furnishing unto all good works feast days ordained as good works by God’s Holy Law. We may boldly assert this because it is undoubted by all real Christians that the 5 books of Moses which contain the festival laws of God are self proclaimed as God’s Word. However for those who would oppose this logic, they must as boldly remove something from the whole council of God contained in his Word and reverse the statement Paul Taught Timothy and they must as boldly say concerning the festival Laws of Scripture, that while no doubt most all will admit that at one time these were (past tense) God’s inspired Scriptures, yea, now they are “no longer profitable doctrine, not reproving, not correcting, not able to instructing in righteous, not for the man of God’s perfecting, and thus not able to thoroughly furnishing unto any good works”.
If you are comfortable with saying that I would highly caution you with the words of Christ:
Mat 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
No different than what Moses says multiple times in the Law, warning the same and normally adding to it the damnation that will be delivered to the face of the man who “adds to or takes away” from these words and commandments, a damnation which is delivered to the children who have parents that taught them the idolatrous contradictory doctrine of nomianism without YHWH’s own proclaimed worship. Do not fool yourself in thinking that YHWH considers your work of worship good if you do not work as his workmanship. For example my deceived brothers and sisters, you can take communion every sunday and think your ‘weekly easter’ has been fulfilled as some teach to ease your conscience, and your requirement for keeping unleavened bread is satisfied, but all you have done is excepted a silly doctrine of men to satisfy your condemnation that you feel that comes from a real Faith in God’s word, you have it, no one is deigning you that, nor can any one, but you have taken away and added to with no authority.
It is generally this inconsistent idolatry taught not by the spirit of Love for the Word of God, but by the spirit of fear of bondage to the Word of God, going as far as to say Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man… (Mat_25:24) Thus I have hid that which thou has given me and profited you nothing…
A sad the argument always continues into the realm of impossibility as this one, saying, that anyone who makes any aspect of the biblical requirement including, but not limited to the keeping of YHWH’s Seasons and festivals impossible to comply with in Christ, that is through his righteousness imputed unto us by Faith has unbiblically done so by violation of the most fundamental aspects of Faith found in the old and new testament sections of scripture, that is that YHWH’s Law has always been Spiritual and Adam has been since his fall carnal flesh sold under sin, and so timelessly and eternally my proclamation to you is infact Heb_13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever.
And therefore I can boldly say that it is through that efficient nature of Christ that encompasses eternity proclaimed in the coming of Christ, but known by the spirit of Christ, the very word of God to all the holy men of old knowing that There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Rom 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
Rom 8:3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
Rom 8:4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. (Rom_8:1-4) And this is applied undoubtedly now after that blessed manifestation has come in the manifestation of the son of God in the man Jesus Christ who loved us and gave himself for us.
It is therefore an inconsistent doctrine that teaches Christ can amend a fallen nature in this life but he can not and has no power to amend your Law keeping as the before ordained good works you were made to walk in. Especially when the thrust of those arguments argue from the sacrificial stand point, that is that due to the requirement of the feasts to offer certain sacrifices in certain places, Christ’s abolition of such nullifies all requirements of service, rather is it not the more consistent argument that Christ has always been, is and forevermore shall be the efficient sacrifice to cover the sin of the every age? Do I not have hope that if I keep the services of the feast days, Christ will impute his blood for all the sacrificial requirements demanded by a perfectly holy God? Could this believe I have and that I teach right beside the keeping of the commandments of God, of the perfection of the whole council of God on the sacrificial level of every feast is answered in Christ, that: if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin… and If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1Jn_1:7-9
If I have no hope that Christ’s blood extends also to the requirement needed of all sacrifice concerning feasts, Yea, and was always needed even by David and Moses, If I can not trust that Christ on that level has taken care of that holy, perfect and demanding requirement than pray tell to what place does Christ’s blood not meet the laws demands? Would an objector dare to impose such an assertion, as to limit the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
Which, if this blood gives us right to be forgiven of sin and render us clean by Faith, how is it that we are limited from making God’s Law our law, and His righteousness our righteousness with the same forgiveness placed squarely upon the cross? This is the walk we were meant to follow, not the constructs of men’s wisdom despite the Law of God in place of all the benefit we and our families and society should obtain from YHWH’s perfect word as our cultural standard, and Christ’s precious blood as the life of our culture itself, rooted deeply in Grace, Faith for our most needed forgiveness.
So as we set out into the tenants of the Law, which I will offer in the perfect state, that is exactly as the Law demands, it is by all that has preceded that the total matter is offered for our observation as part of the Redeemed Christian Life, as the Culture of God’s seamless covenant people always having been in need of the revelation of the New Covenant to aliven them from the dead and to put God’s Word his discourses of commandment in there heart, to be his people and for him to be there God.
