Section II.

The Record of Our Fore-Father’s Marriages

This study comes on the heals of it’s first section, which is where the primer on Organic Marriage resides, as this second section will recap but little in it’s explanation of Adam’s Marriage except for where points of the prior are needed for clarity of the explanation and where the new cases and evidence fit into the prior established facts and aided by definitions. Please refer back to the in depth study into God’s Organic Law on Adam’s Race and Marriage found in

Section I. The Law of Adam’s Marriage for a better understanding of the content offered in this Section II.


The most common misunderstanding of the subject of marriage is the belief that marriage happens in: a church building, the presence of a judge, as the issuance of a license or certificate, or by the most sacred vows made of one to another in matrimony; yet there is no biblical precedent for such an arraignment!

Not even in the making of vows, even though they may seem sacred. As a matter of Fact (Biblical Reality) the church building with it’s altar and pew and it’s most holy minister / officiant has NOTHING to do with YHWH’s out line for marriage, as a matter of Biblical fact no being on earth other than the soon to be Man and Wife’s Fathers / Headship holder have any say in the consecration of Marriage, NO preacher, pastor, priest, justice of the peace or ship captain have any God Ordained Right to pronounce a Marriage in the eyes of God or Man.


Principle Elements

that make

Organic Marriage

So it is, rather than the above ancient and modern beliefs of man’s tradition held by societies and churches on how a marriage is conducted and consecrated, the Biblical Christian is given God’s very Law, Organic to Marriage which is from the beginning to rest his Society on as to advance HIS Kingdom above.

The Principles of God’s Law all rest upon Organic Laws of Creation, aspects of which are dictated by YHWH God, (Please refer to in Section I ‘s more in depth out line while reading the following sections where referenced).

Gen 1:27 So God created those of the Adam in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male (ZKR- זכרH2145) and female (u’ NQuBH- ו נקבהH5347) created he them.

Gen 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion

In YHWH God’s creation of the *Adam people, He made them male and female, which is a very literal Hebrew way to call men “markers” and women “holes”, uncomfortable but true. (Zkar- זכרH2145) (u’ Nqubah- ו נקבהH5347)

Below is the in depth creation of how YHWH made the mates of Adam men:

Gen 2:22 And the rib, which YHWH God had taken from the Adam, made he a woman, and brought her unto the Adam.

Gen 2:23 And the Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Wo-man (ASaH), because she was taken out of Man(AYS).

Gen 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Gen 2:25 And they were both naked, the Adam and his wife, and were not ashamed.

Moreover, all marriage laws must conform to the ‘Maxims’ of marriage found in Gen 1, 2, 3 as it’s standard by ignorance of it the ‘marriage’ may be rendered void via God’s Law or worse be found Adulterous and as such Spurious resulting in ignorant or willful SIN (1Jo_3:4). In reading all of Gen 1, 2, 3 and examining it’s individual parts the organic law of our forefather’s shall be seen to be rooted in an elementary organic nutrition, as are the following Sections to be discussed of Moses and the Apostles for all righteous and acceptable Marriage shown in Holy writ is in secure orbit with the Eternal Law found in the Genesis of Adam’s Marriage, thus circularly Adam’s Marriage is secure with all of Holy Writ.

Consider: These III Principle Elements which have been imposed upon the contexts of the case marriages of our Fathers outlined below, as that which makes an Biblical Marriage organic , they are enumerated below and are able to be seen in Section I for better reference.

The III Elements are:

I. Consent of Headship (Gen 2:18-22)

II. Dowry as paid by a man to the woman’s head (Gen 2:21-22)

III. Sexual Union (Gen1:28-30, 2:20, 2:25)

All marriage in the biblical context must have conformed to this standard, as are written into the National Law of Moses by God’s directive and seen in the Organic Creation which was in fact the Preamble of the National Constitution governed by God’s Law.

A Word on

Sexual Union

While sexual union is not all of Marriage it is for the ‘United’ or ‘Joined’, especially the virgin maiden, the irrevocable part of marriage, especially for the female / NQuBH- (H5347) as it has a physical effect that will be inescapably result in ‘chastity or damnation’ premafacia.

Thus, virgin Sexual Union it to be joined in only within the Marriage arraignment by force of it’s evidence, when such union is prior to marriage or out side of marriage it is often thought of as ‘harmless’ in our modern world, yet to the Christian it should be Sin unequivocally. Peradventure, a woman may have no headship, and perhaps no dowry is required due to circumstances thus the first two are waivable due to inability to preform: Sexual Union is yet un-waivable, for the Joining in sexual union is both needed for the Mark (ZKaR) of consecration and for the proof of Husbandry. Once this Joining has been committed it is a Marriage covenant which should be a blood covenant in-fact, with few Lawful exemptions to be had by license.

To our fore fathers this Joining or Union was not to be taken lightly, as it is one of the prime truths held in the phrase ‘one flesh’ of Genesis 2, the Marriage Union is seen in the purity of the sexual union, that indeed one flesh is made and marriage is joined when this union is had.

Even in the case of ‘loose’ sexual acts with a non-virgin, that is when a Man’s personal Mark may not be differentiated from the former, thus causing a state of natural confusion:

1Co_6:16 What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.

Thus, there is Sexual Union which transgresses the Organic laws and therefore makes the marriage void by Adulterous union, adulteries which maybe typified as Racial, Ethnic, Incestuous, Homosexual, and Bestial in natures. These prohibitions upon the principal elements of Sexual Union in and out of marriage are those listed by Moses, and were mostly of unneeded mention for our fore Fathers, yet not always, as it is easily seen how: parents strictly forbade their children to take or be given to peoples who were not of acceptable racial and non-cursed kindred stock, peoples that had been cursed by committing incest, such as Ham and Lot; and how the judgment of the people of Sodom (etc.) for sexual sin; Nor could Moses’ Law be ignored when it speaks past tense upon the Adulterative sexual actions of other nations calling it “abomination”, though non-Israelite people of cursed and un-cursed lineage, a violation of the Law prior to Moses:

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, I am the LORD your God. After the doings of the land of Egypt, wherein ye dwelt, shall ye not do: and after the doings of the land of Canaan, whither I bring you, shall ye not do: neither shall ye walk in their ordinances. Ye shall do my judgments, and keep mine ordinances, to walk therein: I am the LORD your God. Ye shall therefore keep my statutes, and my judgments: which if a man do, he shall live in them: I am the LORD.

Leviticus 18:1-30. (Lev_20:23)

In the case of adultery or fornication such like sexual unions are in violation and transgression of all that is organic in marriage by the simple element of destructive confusion they all assert contrary to the dominion mandate (Gen_1:26) and of the God ordained order of family via Help meet.

Marriages of our Forefathers

The first records of Marriage in Hebrew Culture.

Obviously men and women had been getting married for quite some time before the following record, thus the language of marriage is in place and the following may be used as a case law as recorded examples.

The Marriages of Abraham

Due to the establishment of normalcy it has been opted to have Abram/Abraham’s marriages to Sarai/Sarah and Hagar placed at the end of the first part on the fathers (Abraham, Isaac, Jacob )due to some of the more complex circumstances surrounding his wives, and to dispel some of the incestuous theory held by some awkward believers.

Isaac’s Marriage to Rebecca

I. Consent of Headship (Gen 2:18-22)

Gen_24:51 Behold, Rebekah is before thee, take her, and go, and let her be thy master’s son’s wife, as the LORD hath spoken.

II. Dowry as paid by a man to the woman’s head (Gen 2:21-22)

Gen 24:53 And the servant brought forth jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment, and gave them to Rebekah: he gave also to her brother and to her mother precious things.

III. Sexual Union (Gen1:28-30, 2:20, 2:25)

Gen 24:67 And Isaac brought her into his mother Sarah’s tent, and took Rebekah,

and she became his wife; and he loved her…

Jacob’s marriages to his 4 wives

Hagar is the first woman in the bible called aSiPEH /שפחה ( H8198 ), translated: maid, maidservant, bondmaid, handmaid), Such are Zilpah and Bilhah. This status is that of a relative servant, and seemingly one who is part of the original marriage for the very purpose Sarah, Leah and Rachel had need of them for, in essence this practice is for effecting the Genesis 1:28: Dominion, fruitfulness and multiplicity.

The SiPEH is one who is a member of the married woman’s family by definition, such is seen in other instances of this word’s use.

The related word M-SiFEH משחה which literally means ‘From Kin’ seen as H4940 in Strong’s:

From H8192 (compare H8198); a family, that is, circle of relatives; figuratively a class (of persons), a species (of animals) or sort (of things).

Thus, it is safely implied that all of the maids listed were in some way related kinsfolk of the married woman and was under the same Headship as the principal wife, most likely of a poor relative akin to the father of the bride as Head of house, thisSiPEH woman would have been raised up as a daughter yet with a lesser status due to circumstances.

Leah and Zilpah

I. Consent of Headship

Gen_29:18 And Jacob loved Rachel; and said, I will serve thee seven years for Rachel thy younger daughter.

Gen 29:19 And Laban said, It is better that I give her to thee, than that I should give her to another man: abide with me.

Gen 29:23 And it came to pass in the evening, that he took Leah his daughter, and brought her to him; and he went in unto her.

Gen 29:24 And Laban gave unto his daughter Leah Zilpah his maid for an handmaid.

II. Dowry paid in work for Leah and Zilpah

Gen 29:20 And Jacob served seven years for Rachel; and they seemed unto him but a few days, for the love he had to her.

Gen 29:21 And Jacob said unto Laban, Give me my wife, for my days are fulfilled,

III. Sexual Union


Gen_29:21 And Jacob said unto Laban, Give me my wife, for my days are fulfilled, that I may go in unto her.

Gen 29:23 And it came to pass in the evening, that he took Leah his daughter, and brought her to him; and he went in unto her.

Gen 29:24 And Laban gave unto his daughter Leah Zilpah his maid for an handmaid.

Gen 29:25 And it came to pass, that in the morning, behold, it was Leah: and he said to Laban, What is this thou hast done unto me? did not I serve with thee for Rachel? wherefore then hast thou beguiled me?

Gen 29:26 And Laban said, It must not be so done in our country, to give the younger before the firstborn.

III.Sexual Union


Gen_30:9 When Leah saw that she had left bearing, she took Zilpah her maid, and gave her Jacob to wife.

Gen 30:10 And Zilpah Leah’s maid bare Jacob a son.

Rachel and Bilhah

I. Consent of Headship

Gen_29:18 And Jacob loved Rachel; and said, I will serve thee seven years for Rachel thy younger daughter.

Gen 29:19 And Laban said, It is better that I give her to thee, than that I should give her to another man: abide with me.

II. Dowry paid in work for Rachel and Bilhah

Gen 29:27 Fulfil her week, and we will give thee this also for the service which thou shalt serve with me yet seven other years.

Gen 29:28 And Jacob did so, and fulfilled her week: and he gave him Rachel his daughter to wife also.

III. Sexual union


Gen 29:29 And Laban gave to Rachel his daughter Bilhah his handmaid to be her maid.

Gen 29:30 And he went in also unto Rachel…

III. Sexual union


Gen 30:3 And she said, Behold my maid Bilhah, go in unto her; and she shall bear upon my knees, that I may also have children by her.

Gen 30:4 And she gave him Bilhah her handmaid to wife: and Jacob went in unto her.

Gen 30:5 And Bilhah conceived, and bare Jacob a son.

Marriages of Abraham

Much may be said in the showing of Evidence in the marriage of Abram / Abraham to Sarai / Sarah, while the union is not relayed verbatim for reference. In so saying the possibilities of logic and lawful interpretation shall be offered in a more in-depth way by understanding the biblical culture inoculated into proceeding generations of Hebrew people, and that of the race of Adam made in the like image of the invisible and spiritual God / Judge, YHWH.

Marriage according to the Biblicially Realistic paradigm is one which proposes that a consistent and sound explanation is True, one which upholds Faith in God, His Law, His Perfection, His Eternality and His Holiness which needs not Change. In so saying a foremost error may be dismissed at this time via such known culture, an error which cuts deep into the Perfection and Eternality of God seen in His Word- Law. This Cut is a view of Marriage which is exceped as ligitament though known to be contrary to the Law given to Moses by the same Ever-Living Judge, which states that ‘Sarai was indeed and truly Abrams half sister’ due to what is said by Abram in Gen_12:11-20 ; which is called in Moses National Law adultery and now incest.

In Gen_20:1-13 , this could be and is most likely a lie told by Abram just as the one told by Isaac of Rebecca in Gen_26:1-16, which is known to not be true but undoubtedly a lie if the word sister is used literally. Some have made conclusion that the Adultery Laws against Incest had only been added at the time of Moses, and that Abram as well as Adam had no knowledge of such as sin as it were natural to breed as brute beasts, the law in reference which Moses made National Law is:

Lev_18:9 The nakedness of thy sister, the daughter of thy father, or daughter of thy mother, whether she be born at home, or born abroad, even their nakedness thou shalt not uncover.

Thus it is, unless the word ‘sister’ is used as the word ‘brother’ in reference to kin ( just as Lot, who was truly his nephew is yet called his brother in Gen_14:14 ) by Abram and Isaac, referring to ones kin, then the matters of both men are not lies of protection but are true records of the fact that Sarai and Rebecca truly were Kinswomen of their respective husbands, and their status as wives had not been mentioned for protection.

This is the belief rendered by the translators of the 1599 Geneva bible ” m By sister, he means his full cousin, and by daughter Abraham’s niece, (Gen_11:29) for so the Hebrews use these words.

Nevertheless the wives of Abram and Isaac are to be understood as undoubtedly according to the Law of YHWH and no evidence exists to the contrary, but this story; Either the sister story is altogether a lie and no record is had of Sarai / Sarah’s parentage, which seems odd for the patriarchal time considering Milcah’s parentage being mentioned, but the oddity must be admitted as not so much considering women threw out scripture; or rather the record of Sarai being Abram’s niece is the true reason for the record we have and how it is phrased:

Gen_11:27-30 Now these are the generations of Terah: Terah begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran; and Haran begat Lot.

And Haran died before his father Terah in the land of his nativity, in Ur of the Chaldees.

And Abram and Nahor took them wives: the name of Abram’s wife was Sarai; and the name of Nahor’s wife, Milcah, the daughter of Haran, the father of Milcah, and the father of Iscah. But Sarai was barren; she had no child.

Thus, Abram may have received his wife while living in Ur of the Chaldees (Abram’s Nephew, the son of Abrams brother Nahor is Chesed / KeSeD, H3777 which is the root of Chesedim, which is the Hebrew for Chaldea), and Sarai was the daughter of Haran Abram’s brother, this would make Sarai Abram’s niece by today’s terms of kinship. While the Law of God forbids sexual union between “thy father’s sister” and “thy mother’s sister” in Lev 18:12-13, no sin is made of what Abraham would have done by taking his niece to wife, who was by no consequence only 10 years his younger.

It can be safely concluded that all III points of marriage had been met when Sarai was made Abram’s wife, if in-fact Sarah is daughter to Haran as the other women mentioned in Gen 11:29, thus, the below is given:

I. Consent of Headship(Gen_2:18-22)

Gen 11:28 And Haran died before his father Terah

Gen_11:29 And Abram and Nahor took them wives: the name of Abram’s wife was Sarai;

and the name of Nahor’s wife, Milcah, the daughter of Haran…

II. Dowry as paid by a man to the woman’s head


By the need of headship due to Haran’s death or by the normal arraignment of dowry paid to

Haran prior to death, or by the waving of such need due to circumstance?

III. Sexual Union

(Gen_1:28-30, 2:20, 2:25)

Gen 11:30 But Sarai was barren; she had no child.

Marriage of Abram and Hagar


The First Record of Divorce

Hagar the Egyptian was a SiPEH to Sarai / Sarah, and as such seemingly a relative given to the union by Sarah’s Headship when the two were married, just as Bilhah and Zilpah were. Proposition has been made that Hagar was given to Abram in Egypt by Pharaoh, yet no evidence exists to the point, as Abram came into Egypt with substance (Gen_12:16).

I. Consent of Headship

Consent would have been made when Sarai was married to Abram and Hagar was given as a maidservant with her SiPEH.

II. Dowry

Dowry for Hagar would have been included in Sarai’s dowry as seen with Bilhah and Zilpah

III. Sexual Union

Gen_16:3 And Sarai Abram’s wife took Hagar her maid the Egyptian, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife.

Gen 16:4 And he went in unto Hagar, and she conceived:

The Sexual union seen in Gen 2:22-25 is the only element of this marriage needed to prove that Hagar indeed became Abraham’s wife in the same sense as Sarah, even in the case of Hagar’s divorce.

First organic lawful divorce

Gen 21:10 Wherefore she (Sarah) said unto Abraham, Cast out (divorce) this bondwoman (Heb. Amah / lit. mother) and her son: for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac.

Gen 21:11 And the thing was very grievous in Abraham’s sight because of his son.

Gen 21:12 And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called.

Gen 21:14 And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and took bread, and a bottle of water, and gave it unto Hagar, putting it on her shoulder, and the child, and sent her away: and she departed, and wandered in the wilderness of Beersheba.

Only Abraham had the power to ‘casting out’ or ‘divorce’, not Sarah, Abraham was so bothered by the proposition of the divorce that he was in need of God’s guidance yet nothing offers the idea that this was indeed the first Divorce, rather the suggestion from Sarah to her Lord was made in the accepted way, a way which allows us to know that Divorce was indeed known to the people of Abraham. As this is the first record of a Hebrew Divorce in accordance with God’s Law which was, as with the marriage, in accordance with Genesis 2:24: Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

In this case as with Christ’s teaching on the same subject: Hagar as Abraham’s wife, was no longer cleaving to Abraham by her actions against Sarah and Isaac, Abraham’s and Hagar’s family unit; Hagar was unwilling to be one flesh or body with Abraham as head of house, which inturn meant that Hagar was unwilling to share the family body (one flesh) which had Abraham as it’s Head and it’s wives as it’s members as was meant to be from the Genesis 2 beginning. (See Deut 24, Mark 10 and Matt 19)

Thus, a clear and practical justice is seen in divorce by the Logic given in Genesis 2, that a help meet as prescribed by God for ADaM-ZKaR is only one which conforms to the creation order by enacting Dominion from top to bottom, that is that which is ascribed by the apostle Paul in the teaching of Headship in

1Co_11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.


Eph_6:1-4 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;) That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth. And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

The Union of Marriage and Family are interdependent on the very organic principle of ‘help-meet’, in that the whole family body will Rot if divorce is not enacted according to scripture when a Godly man is in danger of infecting his other family members with rebellion via in submission to God and Christ, Man, or Mother; knowing this, that a woman is to be ‘subject to her husband, and that he shall rule her ‘(Gen_3:16), for if a women could not to bring her self to be subject to her headship and rule that her husband offers in a Lawful Christian Marriage in home relations divorce / casting out from thence is the God ordained Prescription to enact the Remedy for the salvation of the Body. As amputation is not more desired than a limbs healing, neither is divorce preferred over the reconciliation of a Marriage Body, yet there is a time for everything as necessity deems it.

And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee:

for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish,

and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

This is the same Jesus who is indeed the Son of David and king of Israel, who is both LORD and Christ over all the kings and dominions of the earth! In the fullness of time YHWH will regather his people under the Head of the Church, Jesu(s) Christ to affect his will according to the Lord's prayer, Psalm 2, 8 and 110 as well as Genesis 1:26. The focus of my administration of the Gospel is like unto my Lord's who said "I have come not but for the lost sheep of the house of Israel.."(Mathew 15:24), and so I have come to my European kinsman according to the flesh. It is my mission to show the Israel of God the Salvation which is taught by Scripture Alone and offered in all ages by Grace Alone through Faith Alone in the work of Christ Alone to the Glory of GOD Alone. As a modern day Puritan separatist it is my goal to purify the church of Christ with Faith heretofore stated. I am studying to show my self approved, if you have any questions just ask!
