Is it a great thing if we shall reap from you carnal things? 1Corinthians 9:11

1Pe_3:15-16 where we are told But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: 16 Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.
In great detail we have covered the story of Cain and Abel, and have focused upon the actions of Cain as well as that of Abel particularly from Genesis, but as well with Biblical testimont from the Apostles and disciples of our Lord Yesus Christ. This perspective drew our focus to that over arching naritive which resides in the righteousness which comes by Faith.
The fruit which was brought forward by Cain the Faithless and un-regenerate, was lawlessness or sin, which from this point of the biblical testimony speaks from the Greek perspective as sin being ones witness-less, or testimony-less or lack of evidence offered in ones life which is equated to one being lawless, that is the breaking of God’s Law, the only law of substance in measurement, as a scale, to weigh ones righteousness, and it is Trust or Faith which is the hupo-stasis /υποστασιςG5287., that is the literal sub-stance, you can even still hear our English relative words in this means sub=hupo meaning under and stance= Stasis meaning standing, thus Faith is the bases of ones hope, I think David illistraites this concept best in his use of the word hupo-stasis /υποστασις in:
Psa 39:4(38:4 in some LXX translations)
O Lord, make me to know mine end, and the number of my days, what it is; that I may know what I lack.
Psa_39:5 Behold, thou hast made my days old; and my substance is as nothing before thee: nay, every man living is altogether vanity. Pause.
Psa 39:6 Surely man walks in a shadow; nay, he is disquieted in vain: he lays up treasures, and knows not for whom he shall gather them.
Psa 39:7 And now what is my expectation? is it not the Lord? and my substance of hope is with thee.
Psa 39:8 Deliver me from all my transgressions…
David finnish this Psalm which I expect you all to read and meditate upon in your own time, as he says:
Psa 39:12 O Lord, hearken to my prayer and my supplication: attend to my tears: be not silent, for I am a sojourner in the land, and a stranger, as all my fathers were.
Psa 39:13 Spare me, that I may be refreshed, before I depart, and be no more.
As we move our waty beyond this point into the rest of the Pentateuch and the Law of God all of this emphasis on Faith counted as righteousness is incredibly important, the Concept of Abel being found righteous by his faith is fully contained in the Genesis of YHWH GOD’s Law. This is important because, this is then the standard of God’s judgment directly after the fall, and that which will be the standard, the stasis if you will, within the Law, and then where is the objection many offer to Keeping God’s Law by Faith? there is none, and as a matter of fact, it is this very point our beloved apostle Paul makes in Rom 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish (ιστωμενG2476) the law.
The operative word established, the Greek hi-Sto-men as a relative to Sta-sis should be noticed in the word, this then say it is Faith that statiates the law.
Let us now return to:
Gen_4:25 And Adam knew his wife again; and she bare a son, and called his name Seth: For God, said she, hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew.
In the KJV, the word Seth is drawing upon the Hebrew word SiTH, which is translated here ‘appointed”. John Gill in his commentary on this portion of scripture fully demonstrates the epistemological narrative over arching the testimony of Scripture, as he says:
“…for God, said she, hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew; that is, another son in his room; and by calling him a “seed”, she may have respect unto the promised seed, whom she once thought Cain was, or however expected him in his line, as being the firstborn; but he proving a wicked man, and having slain his brother Abel, on whom her future hope was placed, has another son given her, and substituted in his room, in whom, and in whose family, the true religion would be preserved, and from whom the Messiah, the promised seed, would spring see Gal_3:16.”, of course the ‘seed’ he is referencing comes from our prior reading of Gen_3:15, which speaks of the blessed curse upon the serpents head, as crushed by the seed of a woman.
Gen 4:26 And to Seth, to him also there was born a son; and he called his name Enos: then began men to call upon the name of the LORD.
Gen 5:1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him;
Gen_5:2 Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.
So as we are entering into the next generational segment, which divides the book of Genesis into what is most likly the original manuscripts which came prior to the Mosaic codification of the Penateuch into the National law of Israel, this is noticed by the places where the book we call Genesis says, “this is or these are the genereations of…”, the lat place this was seen is in Gen_2:4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth…, and this is a statment made in reflection, as it is not the prelude to the next segment of holly writ but a closing statment most likely, as what then follows in a linking statment which links the next section to the one being left, simmilar to how perhaps I do a recap at the begining of a section of a series to link the two parts together in context.
This ending links what we now call Genesis 1:26 specificly to this portion we now call Genesis 5, remembering that chapters and verses are not original to the scripture. For those of us who know the meaning of the Hebrew Word ADaM, and knowing that it is specific as to it’s reference to a blushing or ruddy people, it is seen here that YHWH GOD has inspiered the name of this record, this book, in Hebrew a word we some times still use in English is used Cipher, which is the word for a book or record זה ספר תולדת אדם / ZeH CiPheR Tuldath ADaM / This records Adam’s Generations, the Greek says ” auteh he biblos geneseos anthropon…”. Meaning the same thing with one thing to mention, the reference here is to ADaM’s Anthropos, not to the man Adam, which is to me named in verse 3, but to the recall of Genesis 1:26 in the creation of Adam man, and that this reflection in the tuldath record is to mention Adam the man’s calling from the Anthropos / the men which are his people, and of whom the messiah was to come.
And so, I’d like to take the time to discuss this facsett of creation which we had covered in the prior parts of this message in Genesis 1 and 2 regarding the ‘origins of man’, of which there are 2 primary classified and studied oppinions, and thus 2 systems of theology which diverge in some respects from this point of reading, in how we Epistemologically read the Scriptures, and in the next few chapters of Genesis, as we work through them. What is being read from the book of Genesis up to this point this will affect your Epistemology future, that is what we read and how we understand what we read hereafter. Thus Anthropology affects our apologetic .
The 2 points are what is called 1. mono-genesis = single or one origin, and 2. poly-genesis =many or multiple origins, which both can be sub-pointed by a homo-generous aspect or homo-genesis (=same origin). Either answer as to what Gen_5:1-2 is saying, changes certain ideas we may have, that is if we from reading the Scripture think that it is speaking:
1. Mono-geneous or a mono-genisis, a single origin of all races coming from a single origin in one pair, that is Adam (one man) and Eve (one woman), thus making all men on earth ‘Adam’ and Anthro, being one and the same,
Or in a subpoint of adding homo genesis to mono-genesis, is that: in Genesis 1:26 we are being told of all of the parents of the human race being created and Adam the man being selected from them as a whole.
And as thus the races of man had to of all evolved from Adam and Eve in mono-genesis as the common parents, thus the race of Adam referrers to all people coming from Adam and Eve alone and all humans now of every race are called by the term in Hebrew “ADaM”. Or in the homo genesis addition to this, there is the human race called ADaM which are more than Adam and Eve, but Adam and Eve were taken from that one race.
2. The answer of poly-genesis gotten from this text, is that God created many original pairs to form all the different races on the 6th day, all of those races including the race of Adam are then living souls. Yet in poly-genesis we believe that YHWH God made those races distinct and biologically separate by his intelligent design (as it’s called); so for instance, the 3 largest racial groups (for instance), being the Caucasian/white, Negroid/black and Mongoloid / yellow, are all originated from separate pairs, called living souls made on the 6th day of creation after their kinds; yet the record of the generation of Adam is directed and focused upon the descendants of this man Adam.
And then when you add the sub-point of homo-genesis to poly genesis which is precisely what I believe comes from a a holistic understanding of the Law of God as present in the likeness of ADaM in creation, this poly-homo-genesis says that: according to the Hebrew text understood through the lens of the Greek LXX and the LXX understood through the Hebrew, that the race of ADaM is a blushing ruddy race by definition of the Hebrew (so the white or Caucasian is ADaM), and that this race of ADaM was created beside the man or individual named Adam who was taken or made beside his people, they are ADaM / blushing or ruddy like he is, they are one kind, of one likness, an ethnicity or race.
So, just state it plainly, I am saying that YHWH made all races as racial groups, different kinds of living souls, ADaM, the White race was made beside the rest as a living soul himself in ending the 6th Day, and from that racial group or kind of living soul the individual and man ADaM was made or selected, chosen by God to be his vessel to give his Eternal law upon his inward parts, and of course in the fall tobring about Christ the Messiah, the one seed.
And so it is from this part of Scripture: Gen_5:1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man (or men, this is plural in the Greek), in the likeness of God made he him; Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam…
I believe and teach from the perspective that enough Adam folk were made to keep the eternal Law, which is contained in Lev_18:8-10, which says Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy father’s wife; it is thy father’s nakedness.
Lev 18:9 The nakedness of thy sister by thy father or by thy mother, born at home or abroad, their nakedness thou shalt not uncover.
Lev 18:10 The nakedness of thy son’s daughter, or thy daughter’s daughter, their nakedness thou shalt not uncover; because it is thy nakedness.
This is the primary reason I feel very confident that Adam and Eve did not propagate the earth alone, even in regards to their own kind, cousins had to at least be present for Adam’s son’s to keep this law.
While I know many people feel confident that before Moses incest was allowed, I do not agree, nor will I teach such a contradiction. So it is for these reasons and due to these verses I have read that teach the same epistemology in reading the Scriptures as written to the living souls called ADaM, made in as ADaM kind, after their kind, beside that people were all of the original races of living souls made distinctly and all were made good. And YHWH GOD chose the man Adam to be his chosen generation, and his wife Eve to be his vessel, this is not an unusual or abnormal narrative of scripture, that YHWH GOD chose a people from another people and took one man to place his name on.
And so we continue in the generation of ADaM from the line of the son’s of Adam:
Gen 5:3 And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth:
Gen 5:4 And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters:1. Adam;
2. Seth;
3. Enos;
4. Cainan;
5. Mahalaleel;
6. Jared;
7. Enoch;
Walked with God:
Gen 5:21 And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and begat Methuselah:
Gen 5:22 And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters:
Gen 5:23 And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years:
Gen 5:24 And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.
Enoch is first said to ‘Walk with God’ a phrase used time and again in scripture to reference the righteous and those of faith.
and we move to the oldest man:
Gen 5:27 And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died.
Gen 5:28 And Lamech lived an hundred eighty and two years, and begat a son:
Gen 5:29 And he called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort us concerning our work and toil of our hands, because of the ground which the LORD hath cursed.
Gen 5:30 And Lamech lived after he begat Noah five hundred ninety and five years, and begat sons and daughters:
Gen 5:31 And all the days of Lamech were seven hundred seventy and seven years: and he died.
Gen 5:32 And Noah was five hundred years old: and Noah begat Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
And so we have arrived at the next great son of Adam, Noah.
To here the admonition to our Christian European People, which is not in writing on this blog, as it is more from the heart as an admonition towards brotherly love among our people in light of the fire of the current political climate towards race, as what is going to be controversial in our Epistemology… please listen to audio.
