GENESIS Ch.1

Upon the ending of the last message True Reformation: Reforming the Church According to Scripture,

I was caught in the decision of which series of message to offer next for study, and in ending with the last message on a true reformation I undoubtedly wanted to feed those of you who have a full desire to have a fuller understanding of the Law of God as the Testimony of the holistic Scripture and particularly as hearing it as the Words of Christ himself, this is perhaps among the most pressing points made in the section of Scripture we call ‘the new testament’, and so in breaking into this new series which will have the intention of studying and offering commentary understanding into the Christian revealation of the Law, starting with Genesis, and do so with the full intention to help your understanding and support you apologetic which is the answer found in 1Pe_3:15-16 where we are told But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: 16 Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.

So it is my hope to offer some of that ‘answer’ to you and to help, more importantly, to aid in your own personal study into the Law of God so that your mind and heart and spiritual inward-parts begin or continue, depending on you place at this present time, to rightly divide the word of truth and write those life giving words in the needed location to surly affect your Faith in The Father, The Word and the Spirit by a strong witness that is greater than our very own heart.

So let us begin by discussing the Name GENESIS

Genesis is the name by which we call this Book in the English Bible, which comes from the LXX as the first book of the Law and of what is called the Pentateuch or the 5 books of Moses: Genesis our Name Genesis is a good name coming from the Greek Septuagint in referencing the gen-eration aspect of God’s Generating of the Heavens and the Earth in it’s origins. Yet in the Historic Hebrew reference we have this first book being called by its first word as is the Hebrew method B-Rosh-th /ב ראשׁ ית which signifies that this is the beginning indeed, as the Hebrew and Greek are rendered into English “In the BEGINNING” yet it should be fully noted that both the LXX and the Hebrew text are in unison when they use a word denoting Head or lead position as the beginning, Gk. Arch /αρχη and Heb. Rosh/ ראשׁ , in the Hebrew this headship is literal as Rosh speaks of the literal head of a man and the Greek on the other hand speaks of it from the Archial position, both however referencing that God is the Generating Arch-Head of everything, and fittingly we call this book by the name of Gen-esis referencing that aspect of the book. Yet in understanding this First book of Moses as the Arch-Head was surly called by this name with full intention as it being the Begining of the Words of God.

Consider the words of the Prophets concerning what is described heretofore and what is said hereafter:

Psa_33:6, Psa_104:24; Gen_1:1; Pro_3:19-20, Pro_8:22-29; Jer_51:15

When moving into the following creation it is important that we take the fellowship of the revealed Word as a whole in our comprehension and understanding. This is important because if gives us solid answers and foundations which come purely from the word of God, so that as we see the revelation of Christ in his manifestation we also see the origin of of his per-manifestation in the Flesh, as the Word of God. This is important, because we then may clearly hear the voice of Christ Jesu(s) in every Word spoken in YHWH God’s Holy Law:

Joh_1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Joh 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.

Joh 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Joh 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

Joh 1:5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

AND

Eph 3:8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;

Eph_3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:

Eph 3:10 To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,

Eph 3:11 According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:

Eph 3:12 In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.

AND

…of his dear Son:

Col 1:14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

Col 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:

Col 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

Col 1:17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Col 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

We see that the Apostles and Prophets could divide the words of truth which came from just the first 5 verses of The Beginning to derive the God Head in the 3 fold Witness of the Father, Word and Spirit of the fellowship of the Hidden things hid in God Since the beginning as it concerns the functions of the Spirit and Word of God seen in His creative Wisdom and Judgment, showing that the same Word that said “UwR” ‘Light’ and created all things was the Word that said ‘Thou shalt not kill’ and ‘Though shalt have no other gods before me…’.

This is Power, this Powerful this is the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God.
