The 8th day of the first lunar month of Scripture (Abib) is the beginning of the passion week, as we see it begun in Scripture. Why? We recently began a new agricultural and ecclesiastical year, that is to say that tis Month is the beginning of months for us, the Month the Bible Calls Abib (Ex 12, Deut 16). What this means is that we are to preparing for a specially appointed time of Communion, with Christ Jesus, the LORD God of Israel.
