LXX a Psalm of Aggaeus and Zacharias, that is the prophet Haggai and the prophet Zachariah the son of Berechiah both of which are inspired prophets with a book in the bible, the Psalms attributed to them together in duet perhaps is.

Psa_138:1; 146:1; 147:1; 148:1.
the first Psalm however is not a Psalm of Praise, but a Davidic like Psalm as it states: A Psalm for David, of Aggaeus and Zacharias.

Zec_1:1  In the eighth month, in the second year of the reign of Darius, the word of the Lord came to Zacharias, the son of Barachias, the son of Addo…

Hag_1:1  In the second year of Darius the king, in the sixth month, in the first day of the month, came the word of the LORD by Haggai…

So, the Prophets are certain contemporary and this assertion while not found in our Hebrew Bible text is worth the mention and consideration, especial when we read those books.

But let us get to the Psalm itself as we Know regardless was given by the Holy Spirit:

(Psa_148:1  Alleluia, a Psalm of Aggaeus and Zacharias.)

Psa 148:1  Praise ye the LORD1. Praise ye the LORD2 from the heavens: praise him in the heights.
Psa 148:2  Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.
Psa 148:3  Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.
Psa 148:4  Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.
Psa 148:5  Let them praise the name of the LORD3: for he commanded, and they were created.
Psa 148:6  He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.
Psa 148:7  Praise YHWH4 from the earth, ye *dragons, and all deeps:

Rev 12:9  And the great *dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Rev 12:10  And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Rev 12:11  And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Rev 12:12  Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
Rev 12:13  And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.

Rev 12:15  And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
Rev 12:16  And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
Rev 12:17  And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Psa 148:8  Fire, and hail; snow, and vapour; stormy wind fulfilling his word:
Psa 148:9  Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:
Psa 148:10  Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:
Psa 148:11  Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:
Psa 148:12  Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children:
Psa 148:13  Let them praise the name of the LORD 5: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.
Psa 148:14  He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him.
